They were extremely worth the price, friendly and understanding. My daughter’s baby shower was a hit! My daughter’s best friend wanted to change some decorations up last minute and they accommodated us quickly and efficiently. Thanks for the wonderful event! Gracias por todo.

Really just WOW! Top of the line service, clean, friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL VENUE, DJ was open to all suggestions, just EVERYTHING youll ever want for a great event. My family is already planning their next event here. I just loved everything about it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had an amazing time at this place. the space is spacious , we were about 120 people. Beautiful decoration, good lighting system, Dj who put the music you request ( very rare to find), the food was great ( chicken, yucca, congri, pasta, tequeños, mini cuban sanwiches). The bar with variety of drinks. Anthony, the owner and his wife were always working to accommodate people’s needs. They offered a photo booth service, we love it! I highly recommend the place for any event. I hope to return soon!

Since the initial phone call they were very professional & helpful. Since I live in another state I did not see the hall in person until a week before the big day & it was perfect, beautiful & spacious. They made the process very easy as they offer all inclusive packages! During the celebration they were there at all times to ensure everything was up to liking. Decor, food, dj, photos, pricing & overall service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place 100%!! Loved it would use them again for any future celebration if I am to be back in FL

I like that this is a one stop shop. They offer food, dj, photos, decor & even dresses. Some stuff like decor for a dessert table, photos, etc costs extra. The place inside is beautiful. With all the money they get, they should really fix up the outside as it does not match the beauty inside. Contract says there is not that much alcohol in drinks as theyve had bad experiences in the past w/drunken people & thats why its less alcohol. Understandable but not everybody/family is the same. Food was good, dj was good. All my guests said the event was beautiful & elegant. My negative is that the owners can say to you all the great things they offer & what they can do but they do not stand by their word. They stand behind the contract 100% of the time. I was disappointed when they gave me a paper that says package photos & a photo book but when I showed it to the owners wife, she wrote down just photos on the receipt. They did not want to give me a book & said I assumed that the book was included (the paper they gave me showed me the book in the package I paid for but because the wife only wrote down photos on the cashiers receipt, & I took it, then the book was not included). The owner also mentioned that the photo prices change every fifteen days which was a surprise to me because hes never mentioned that before & I booked my daughters quince well over a year of the event. I had a cake coming in, & they wouldnt let her in because the time on my contract was for a certain time & the cake lady came earlier. They also turn off the A/C so they said the cake will melt. They eventually let her in but again they said look at the time on your contract. They do work with you & are respectable people but dont go by what they say. Always go by the contract.

Amazing service! This is a family business with excellent attention to details. Our daughter’s Quinceañera came out beautiful. We really had an awesome time and the stress level was very minimal. I knew from the beginning we were in good hands! Highly recommend!

We had my daughters sweet 16 here in December and people are still talking about how amazing the party was!! Antonio and suri were so amazing at everything. I am super pleased with the way Tony, Suri and their staff took care of my daughters 18th birthday. They are very honest and pleasant people. The decorations looked very nice. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious, they just opened up a catering service so if you are in need of one check them out. The DJ was great too. We enjoyed every minute!

This past weekend was my daughter’s sweet 15. I had family & friends come from different states to come join me in our celebration. The tension was ON! the planing can be stressful but if I had question or concerns they helped me every time, and that’s what made the process much better, Mrs Suri & Mr Antonio thank you for your services my family loved everything about our party and OMG the new chef delicious! My mom had her wedding here and it was amazing!! They have great service and the owners and the servers were more than kind and made sure everything was perfect for my mothers big day. I celebrated my daughters quince. Very attentive and professional. The package that they offer was affordable. Have different types of decorations and center pieces. Food was amazing. The lighting for the dance floor was great. My daughter have a very memorable time on her quince.

We are from Lawrence, Mass and we had our wedding in this location and words cannot begin to describe how happy we were with everything that was done. From the decorations, food, to the services they offered, they were beyond AMAZING!! The owners are perfect to work with and we couldnt be any happier. They explained everything from beginning to end and if we had any questions they answered them. This place did not disappoint. We will definitely be looking to use them again in the future. Had a horrible time at this place. Owner took advantage of our family and breached the contract they signed. The owner refused to serve us due to small rips in the carnival tickets they forced us to use. The food was below gas station quality. The drinks were half shots of liquor, bottom shelf, and mini-beers. Lowest quality wine they could find as well. We showed up at 7 to get seated prior to the surprise for my cousin, and the owner refused to allow us inside. Horrible service and even worse hosts.

As you can see below the type of business that is conducted. The owner chose to FIGHT the 1 star reviews instead of trying to rectify the situation. I don’t respect a business owner like that. I attended an event here and the owner fought back on everything.During the event, there were a few people who went up with ripped drink tickets (because that is the only way to get a drink) that came from the venue and the bartender would not accept because they were ripped but they were given to us by the owner. Your choice if you chose this venue but good luck if you have a unfortunate experience because the owner will just fight you instead of trying to be better. Best of luck. 👍

I don’t usually leave Reviews but this place Doesn’t deserve your hard earned money.The Owner took advantage of the Family, He purposely manipulated every situation to profit wile maliciously providing subpar service, Food and Alcohol.I use the term Alcohol very loose cause there was barely any in the drinks he served and he used very low grade alcohol .There was not enough food for the entire party and some didn’t get to eat.The Host was in tears half way thru the party, if you don’t want to be in this situation do yourself a favor and don’t hire this venue!

This place is terrible!!! poorly organized and all they care about is money. They are very rude and unprofessional!! Horrible place. They way they talk to prospective people on the phone Hello? Yeah, what? is so unprofessional and then they charge $6000 for event space and refuse to tell you what that covers. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had my granddaughters baby shower at this location last Sunday. I found everything I needed for my event with exquisite quality and good service. The manager scheduled everything in advance from the day of hiring. I had the appointment with the vendors and everything was magnificent, everyones attention was excellent. The decoration was beautiful, the food excellent, the alcoholic beverage options seemed magnificent. And something surprising to me was that they included a security guard with whom I didnt worry about people outside my party entering my party. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL. 200%

Worst experience Ive ever had!I had an event on Saturday at this place and I regret having made this decision and selecting them for my event.The owner of the place only has one purpose - that is to get more money and more money from people without caring about the service or following the laws as they are.During our meeting before the event he told me to only buy 100 alcohol tickets ($500) and then if I ran out during the party the guests could buy the drinks (all this knowing that the tickets were not going to be given to me - he had his plan ) On the day of the event he changes his mind and doesnt let the guests buy their own drinks knowing that I was going to run out of 100 tickets. I felt obligated to buy 50 more tickets ($250) to please my guests and after he sees me using them he comes to tell me that yes, they can buy drinks now - he doesnt even have a license to sell alcohol.Many guests complained about the service and lack of professionalism. All the guests who arrived at the event early were made to wait outside in the parking lot without letting them in, the traitor was super bad with a lack of professionalism.Estebans alcoholic drinks were watered down and super small. The bread for the meal was unheated Hawaiian rolls from Publix. The wine tasted like sugar water - its the big bottle they sell at BJs - it gives you the empty glass.He only had a purpose to steal more and more money from where he could. I asked for a few more minutes to cut the cake and he charged me $175 more for half an hour.The wife also lacks professionalism and respect for clients. They took their little son to the event and the little boy walked all over my party and appeared in my photos and videos.This is a fatal position! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!

We didnt have to spend much on decoration because the living room had everything. They were with us all night in case we needed anything. We recommend the room for any type of event, it is beautiful. Worse management service bad experience!!We arrived at an event and the manager (owner) did not let us in until 15 minutes after the event, we brought the food and she did not want the guests to eat double stingy and we were paying for the event, food, drink, etc. HP does not serve terrible service, terrible first and last time we required your service WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
