Allora Day Spa Sand Lake

Went to Allora day spa on sand lake for the very first time and I was so impressed.. from entering into the spa the staff was so friendly and welcoming… the spa is clean and smells so good. I had Sara for my massage and she was so sweet and amazing.. she eased the tension in my back with her massage.. and Sybil did my facial and my skin has never looked better! I highly recommend this spa for all facial and massage needs!! Thanks again ladies I feel so refreshed!

Very affordable and top tier service.Offered something to drink at the door and the ambiance is relaxing. I got a couples massage here before with my hubby, and came back for solo facial. I would most definitely come back again for another facial 💕

Treated my best friend to a couples massage. Hindolo was amazing! He used the right amount of pressure and my neck and shoulder tension was relieved. He was very informative. I highly recommend! My friend was very pleased with Mason. He also used the right amount of pressure and technique. She felt relaxed and stress free by the end of it! Great service from beginning to end!!

Such a serene experience! From phone service to the end of the massage was amazing. My husband and I we’re trying to find a good spot to relax and get massages after our eventful Orlando trip, and we called a few places and read reviews to get an idea. Allora Spa topped it all. Stephanie answered the phone with such grace and kindness, the atmosphere in there is very calming and very aesthetically pleasing. Since it was our first time, we received the $69 hourly special which is a steal! We got complimentary Bellini’s before and after our massages. I had Genesis as my masseuse and my husband had Angelique. Both were very good and detailed with there hands. Will 100% be coming back here when we are in town and if you live local then this should be your weekly spot!

My wife and I went for a tension relief massage and facial together during our honeymoon and it was FANTASTIC. It smells great inside, the facility is spotless, and the massages and facial were amazing. We were both so relaxed and rejuvenated after our visit. I can’t recommend Allora on Sand Lake Rd enough!!

Had a great massage from therapist Kayla. She was gentle when needed and was open to any suggestions I had. From the second I walked in Stephanie, the receptionist, greeted me with such a warm welcome and all smiles not to mention she also greeted me with a Bellini!!! This was truly a great experience for me, will be returning soon!

I have been to several spas in Orlando, but this one made the top of the list. Everything was amazing from the second I walked in I immediately felt calm. The receptionist was welcoming, the waiting room and the massage were clean as well but I want to thank so much Irene for servicing me on my birthday! I received a one hour Swedish massage, and it was thee best massage of my life. Her hands were extremely smooth, the pressure was amazing & had me feeling like a brand new person. I cannot wait to be back and use my membership with Irene :)

Allora Spa is amazing. I hosted my sister bridal shower there and had a spa party and once again the manager Stephanie and her team out did themselves. I think I just had the BEST massage Ive ever had in LIFE!! I got the 90min Bamboo Massage done by Hindolo and I feel like I have a brand new body. This massage and experience was EVERYTHING I needed. The pressure, the stretches, the warm compresses, and the breath work contributed to complete well-being. All of my needs were met or addressed. I wish I lived here. Id be back weekly!!

We went as a couples treat on vacation. Sibil did a fantastic job and I left looking like a million bucks. Jerry and Neida had great massage skills and great pressure. Even the customer service Stephanie was well knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Cant wait to go back!

As a nurse my feet and whole body really are constantly stressed and was recommended to go to a day spa for a massage and this spa was just what I needed! I was in town for vacation and had an amazing experience at the Allora Day Spa. I received a deep tissue massage from Analiese and a reflexology treatment from Neetha. They both were amazing and very nice. Stephanie, the receptionist was very welcoming and super kind with the best smile! I will definitely return!

Unbelievably the best place to have a day for yourself or a girls day. Ive come and taken my sisters and from the moment of walking in to the building. Nothing but embracing and a relaxing welcome. The MT Genesis is amazing she came with wonderful technique and caters to her clients. Honestly the best place Ive been to, to come and de-stress. Sara was wonderful! This was my second time having a massage here while visiting relatives. She was sensitive and kind and anticipated any issues I might have. She focused more on my neck and feet than other masseurs typically do which was much appreciated. Her pressure was strong and effective and just right for me. I definitely recommend Sara and would ask for her again.

Booked the Romantico Roses Package. The massage room presentation was great, massage was good. It is more of a relaxion massage. The manager contacted me to help clear up some concerns. The massage is ment to be a relaxing massage. The facial was great, service was great. I would suggest to book different services if you want something other than a relaxing massage for you and your spouse.

Our group came here to celebrate our sister. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to our group. The environment was calming and beautiful inside. The massage itself and service was great. They offered us drinks, made sure of our preferences, and so on. The location is also very pretty. However, I was a little disappointed as I paid for the couples massage with the bed of roses, but there was no roses when we walked into the room.

Unfortunately we got what we paid for, a mini sample of the actual treatments. Starting from we prepaid for a body treatment and tension release massage. Once there we were told that they have overbooked and that we could only do 1service. Disappointed we agreed to the tension massage. The esthetician was very sweet but not trained to do the massage coming in and out of the room never addressed the tension points. We then went back the next day for the body treatment we experienced the same with another esthetician. Body wrap only the front with little to no product. If you are considering going, think twice the treatments were a disaster didn’t address the tension nor we felt relaxed at all. Waste of money…

My sister in law booked us a spa party to celebrate her birthday and it was a seamless experience from booking all the way to the experience of the appointment - communication was clear and easy. The staff was so welcoming when you walk in and does a great job making you feel comfortable and answering any questions you may have.I enjoyed a 90 min deep tissue massage including reflexology - it was heavenly! My massage therapist was Dave and I highly recommend him - he was very professional and kind! Hindolo was an absolutely amazing massage therapist! He knew exactly where I needed firm vs light pressure and was a wonderful mix of relaxation and healing. Hindolo was a very healing presence and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend him to anyone, no matter what your massage needs are!

Was recommended here from a friend at work and from Google reviewers. Allora Spa fit me in the day I called (huge plus) and was not disappointed. The inside is very zen. Music was peaceful, the smell was calming and the lighting was surprisingly dim regardless of its location and the sun outside. Walking in I was already relaxed just from their store front atmosphere. My masseuse asked me about areas I needed worked on and knew exactly what to do after some follow up questions about work. I felt incredible leaving and will be a frequent customer here, thank you!Would highly recommend to anyone in the area or even visiting.

My first time going here I called in looking for an available male masseuse for a same day appointment and Dave was available so I went in. Let me tell yall, amazing experience. Before my service I sat in the lounge area and was offered wine, tea, water and also was able to help myself to some of the tea biscuits. That was nice - if you want to enjoy this just make sure to arrive 15-30 minutes early so youre relaxed before your session starts. On to the massage. I booked a 90 minute massage but I cant remember whether I did deep tissue or not. Either way I asked Dave if we could focus mostly on my upper back and he worked thoroughly through my neck, shoulders, and whatever muscles are all in that upper central back area lol. He started with light to medium pressure and increased as he continued the massage. I was in heaven 😩. So many of the knots in my back were actively popping and it felt so good. Easily my best massage so far. After my massage I went to sit in the lounge to wait for my facial to start and he poured me a topped off glass of wine before saying goodbye which was so nice of him.If youre new and looking for a good masseuse Id recommend booking with Dave. The facial was ok but honestly Id recommend going to a true med spa for a thorough yet relaxing facial.

Booked a lomi lomi package for a friend and I. It was our first time at this spa and we really enjoyed it. My friend even mentioned that the customer service was the best she had ever received at a spa. As for our massages, Julia was supper attentive and left me feeling super relaxed. Would definitely book another package again.

This place here. How can I express my feelings....AWESOME. Staff was so friendly, we went for my older sister Birthday and had a blast. They let us bring candles, platters of food and OJ. Its always good to go pamper yourself but this was a gift from my other older sister to us.

We came to Allora Day Spa on sand lake for our annual womens family Christmas spa day! I had Sara and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I haven’t felt this relaxed in years! Highly recommend this spa & definitely book with Sara!

Selena at the Sand Lake location was amazing! I booked a 90 minute deep tissue with hot stones and let her know about my lower back and sciatic pain. Her pressure was strong and exactly right. As she focused on my middle and upper back and along the edges of my spine, I could really feel the tension release. She focused not just on the areas of pain but on the tight areas that cause pain further down the back. She placed bolsters where I needed them, raised the top of the bed when I flipped onto my back, and when I rose to get off the table I had no pain—unusual for me after a massage. I definitely recommend Selena and the spa itself: it is a lovely, calming and relaxing environment.

My massage therapist name was Petra. She was the most amazing therapist I have had in my life. Your body gives her respect and trusts her. I had a deep massage and no one has ever given a deep massage so well in my life. Her hands are like special tools to your body. I will follow her wherever she goes hopefully she never leaves Florida. I had an injury and I feel like I don’t ever need to see a doctor I just need to see her only and all problems resolved. Got my massage done by Mariela, it was booked a little last minute and I’m so so glad she was able to take me in. Best massage I’ve ever had, she really focused on my problem areas being my neck, upper and lower back. The background sounds made me feel like I was in a tropical rain forest , so soothing. All I can say is 🤩 wow to Allora! My husband and boys planned a day of pampering. I was greeted by the receptionist, Stephanie so friendly and helpful. With choice of water, tea, Bellini .. of course I had the Bellini. I had an amazing hour massage by Selena. She had read my health notes and read on my condition my husband left behind. I thought it truly displayed her genuine care and concern for me personally. It meant the world. Throughout the session she’d make sure level of comfort was to my liking. Whether too much pressure, if I was in any pain.Lastly, had my first facial with Krista. Wow, so amazing! She was sweet and caring. and I felt taken care of. The ambiance with music and lighting helps. It helps it’s not a chain business. So I was genuinely pleased with the one on one care from beginning to end!

I had an amazing experience coming to Allora Day Spa Sand Lake. The aura of the entire place was extremely relaxing and my massage therapist Genesis really made my day with how welcoming she was. Shes is great at what she does and I will definitely be coming again to get another service from her.

I had such an amazing experience here! Genesis did my 90 minute hot stone massage and it was extremely relaxing with the exact right amount of pressure. I had a 1hr personalized facial and citrus body treatment with Jasmine who did a phenomenal job of explaining her process and how to best take care of my skin. The entire experience was soothing and went off without any issues. I will definitely be coming back here for another spa day!

Everyone was so kind but the massage wasn’t the best especially for the price. My masseuse did not add enough pressure in the massage and when asked she started jabbing her elbow into me. I think it’s a beautiful environment and the staff is very kind. I just wouldn’t recommend for a body massage but the mud body wrap was nice.

I had the introductory facial and massage. The massage was 3/5 not bad, but not the best. Could be me as I might prefer a deep tissue. The facial was great 5/5. It was my day first one ever and a week later I have seen massive improvements in my skin. The staff was friendly and the space clean. I do think the rooms are a tad small.

I read good reviews about this place. Was not even offered a drink or anything. Front staff member (girl with pimples) Im sorry didnt get her name, was eating a bowl of rice at the front desk. Her customer service skills is not friendly and welcoming and probably needs some additional training. While I was waiting for my husband as I finished my massage I noticed the front desk staff brought some other customers drinks. As I was sitting there nothing was offered. The massage started at 1606 and ended at 1653...13 minute difference. Although it was good I could have done with the extra 13 minutes that was jippped. My husband massage the same. When your paying for an hour you expect an hoirs service. I called 2 days ago to speak to manager about a phone call but no one ever called bac. For that reason I have to give 3 stars.UpDate- went to the one on Thorton Park and it was a night and day expierence. Way better than it was at SandLake. Geeta and the other manager was superb. Nice entrance and great massages. Very courteous and created an environment that was relaxed, tranquil and peaceful!

They were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Stephanie was thorough in her analysis and services recommendations. I will definitely be a regular!

I have a mixed review. The facial service for my friend and I was great, and the spa is beautiful. I would have given 5 stars, however, I do not appreciate the way they run up sells in their business. Both facial techs were great, but they added extra charges to both of our facials without even telling us that it would be an added cost. When I had my facial, my lady said she had some treatment for my skin - but she didn’t not tell me it would be an extra cost at any point in our conversation - I thought she was just using a specific product for my pores that was included in the facial. My friend also was swindled into adding light therapy but was not told that it was an extra $35. It was our first time here, so anything mentioned regarding facials we assumed was included because neither of them mentioned that it was an extra cost. I came out of my facial first and when they tried telling me there was an extra charge, I explained that I had no clue they were charging more for that because I was not told that it was an extra cost. She did take the charge off for mine at least, but it’s just awkward even having to discuss it since I feel like they snuck that charge in there. They should fully disclose when something is an extra cost, otherwise it’s a very dishonest way of doing business. I was paying for my friends facial for her birthday and I ended up paying for the extra charge on hers too. It’s not until later that I found out they did the same thing to her and didn’t tell her about the extra charge. I loved the service, but I will have to think about going back or not due to this.

Makayla is my Esthetician, she is so amazing and talented ! She has been helping me clear up my skin and I am glowing ! Highly recommend going to see her ! I completely trust her . She will take good care of you and get you to your skin goals .

I had SELENA for a Calma Swedish massage. I am so thankful for her professional demeanor and her skill — she worked up my shoulders like I needed. I asked for a deeper massage and I got it. She knew where I needed shoulder tension relieved. Thank you, Selena! You did a great job!

Overall I had a great experience today. The spa is beautiful, calming, tastefully decorated.Prior to my appointment, in the morning before I arrived, my card was charged $99. I was unaware that they pre-charged for their services. It was not an issue but I don’t remember seeing anything about that when I made the appointment online and it might be useful for some people to know.My massage with Mariel was wonderful. She worked on all the areas I wanted and I did not want it to end!My facial was with Sibil. I originally booked online with Jazmyne due to the reviews I had read specifically mentioning her. When I checked in I was not informed that it was going to be a different provider nor was I offered to reschedule to have Jazmyne specifically. It’s not a huge deal, my facial was still lovely but I do think when somebody specifically request a certain provider that they should be informed if that provider is not going to be available that day. My only other note on the facial was that she wore gloves the entire time, that was kind of odd for me. I have had many facials and typically the provider just wears the gloves when they assess your skin and do extractions but she wore gloves the entire time, even when doing the neck and shoulder massage. It was certainly a strange feeling. I’m not sure if that is policy for the spa or if that was a personal choice of hers, I did not want to make her feel uncomfortable and ask her. However next time, if it is not the spa policy, I will be sure to call and request a provider who does not wear gloves for the entire service.Overall, I had an excellent experience and will certainly be back. Their prices are extremely reasonable for what they are and it was well worth the 25 minute drive from my home.Edited to reply to owners response-The wording on your website is very unclear about the deposit.“ Allora Day Spa reservations are recommended. Either a credit card, gift card as well as a deposit or membership number is required to secure your reservation.”When i read this, i thought the deposit was only required if using a gift card. Because it says “gift card AS WELL AS DEPOSIT” and i supplied my credit card so i thought that was all that was needed. Because it says “either…or” I assumed that because I provided a credit card number, i did not require a deposit. Again, not a huge deal but the wording was confusing.I understand now it is the providers choice to wear gloves. I assure you I did not have cystic ance or any breakouts/open skin at the time of service.As far as requesting a certain provider- I was able to pick a specific provider for my services when I booked through your website online . I picked Mariel and she was my provider today for my massage. I can provide with screenshot of my confirmation email if you’d like where it specifically says Jazmyne for my facial. I did not provide any additional “notes” to request this provider because I was under the impression that because I selected her, it was a given that I wanted her.

We cannot say enough amazing things!! We originally came in Wednesday for a couples massage with Yoise and Sade and everything exceeded our expectations. So much so that we immediately rebooked for two days later- this time with Yoise and Alexandra (for a deep tissue). We wish we were locals so we could make this a weekly experience!

Amazing! My husband surprised me for our anniversary and took me here. He thought we were getting a couples massage (because why wouldnt we be together) but somehow we were sent to different rooms away from each other. We didnt make a big deal about the confusion and the massage I received from SHARDAE/SHADAE/SHARDE (unsure how to spell her name) made that little mishap go away. I am small but Im a DEEP tissue kind of girl, and she was AMAZING. 10/10 recommend and when I return I know who to go to!

The atmosphere was what I expected nice, relaxing and calm. The experience of my and fiance massage was not what we hoped for. It wasnt bad, but definitely not great. We picked the Lomi Lomi and was really excited until I realized we were getting what seemed like inexperienced right out of college girls. When I want a nice massage and about to pay more then $300 plus tip I at least want good experienced hands for the whole 90min. My fiance and I both agreed there were many areas not focused on as we were charged an added on deep tissue for some reason. In the beginning walking to the room she asked me what areas can be focused on before the massage I told her not knowing it was an added fee. The scented oil was an added fee as well which she did tell me.If your accustomed to getting good massages and willing to spend over $300 for 90 min I do not recommend this place. The woman seemed a bit immature and not on top of their game at least from my experience. Definitely Will not be back again.

Today My daughter and I went to Allora massage in Dr Phillips for the first time, the new staple in our little community, We walked in, to two of the most friendliest people.The place is small, intimate and welcoming. The two ladies at the desk explained and answered all our questions regarding the price and package, and set us up for a trial. The next day we came in, and, I cannot stop raving about my massage, she started at my head, and worked every part of my body, massaging ever knot in my back, neck and legs, when she finished, I did not have that feeling of wanting more or being rushed out after. The atmosphere is clean, and the bed are heated.Now most nice massage places give you the same atmosphere, but not all are created equal. What I took away was, how my body, and mind felt, when I stepped out the room.After the massage, I did not get the tap to say all done, feeling rushed, taking away the calming of the massage, and that relax state you feel, before stepping back out into the light. Instead, I got the very hot soothing towel under my neck, asked if I wanted more wine, and was told to relax and come out when I am ready. I laid there until my towel got cold, got up and slowly dressed. Feeling Great. Thank you Allora

This was my second time at Allora on Sand Lake. While the massage was ok, I was shorted about 8 minutes. 2 minutes is one thing, 8 is a lot. My appt time started at 12 and I had to fill out paper work and use the restroom, so I knew THAT time would be taken off however the therapist finished at 1:22 instead of the scheduled time of 1:30. The facial started at 1:30 and was finished at 1:51. My bill says it was supposed to be a 30 minute facial. It felt rushed. My friend said hers felt the same way and was not 30 minutes either. They were very nice ladies. However these aren’t cheap services and you are required to give 20% tip. As a massage therapist/esthetician, I feel like cutting peoples time that much is unethical. We will likely try another spa next time we visit the area.

Therapists were good. Front staff personnel not so good and were not welcoming This is NOT a true day spa, a single massage or facial is good but not a series of services. I was not directed to the lockers or bathroom to change and not given an opportunity to change my service. I would have done better elsewhere.

She came out on rubbery legs vowing to be back very soon. Petras strong hands removed all the knots in her neck. Gita the owner is welcoming and runs the spa with efficiency. This was a much needed vacation spa day. I enjoyed the hospitality and the small talk convos the staff and I had to get me comfortable. The facial service and the product used is great given that I was so worried about it because of my skin sensitivity. Worth the vacay expense.
