I would not recommend, i felt really bad because it was a gift from a friend and she got me a prenatal massage. I put in the form that you have to fill out that i didnt want certain areas treated because of my high risk pregnancy and told the masseuse Lucy the same thing. When we got to the room she told me she knew what she was doing and that she doesnt like being told how to do her job because she paid a lot of money for her classes. I wanted her to focus on my back and barely got any of that. She massaged my neck and the next day i had pain on both sides of my neck. Simply would not recommend or come back.

My favorite spa in Lake Nona!Very professional and friendly staff. Plenty of modalities to choose from for your massage. Lucy is one of my favorites as her expertise in different modalities and experience has helped me so much.And Plenty of parking! 🙌

Pristine in Lake Nona is very clean and the front desk staff is very nice! Samantha the general manager is great & really wants to make sure her customers leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She was willing to help me find a therapist that was best for my needs following a shoulder injury to help get the healing I needed! It’s also centrally located which is very helpful!

Nathaniels expertise and skill in providing deep tissue therapy were evident throughout the session. This place is by far the best massage I had in the last 10 years. Nathaniel was simply amazing and made my back feel so much better. They will not push you to get a membership nor buy anything extra. My daughter and I stumbled upon this spa while visiting Orlando. We fell in love with the spa and came back a second time for lashes and a vagacial. Elena is very great at applying lashes. Front desk is very friendly.

Absolutely Amazing!!! I have very serious back problems including degenerative disc disease and I was nervous about trying the DDS electrical massage. It’s the only thing that’s ever helped my back other than a spinal epidural. Lucy is incredibly knowledgeable and kind and explained everything and answered all my questions. Everyone at Pristine is kind and professional. I can’t recommend the DDS massage with Lucy highly enough.

This was by far the most exhausting facial I have ever received. I booked an intro facial with a 45 dollar upgrade to the fountain of youth facial. I just had my 3rd child and wanted to relax and get a facial and feel little refreshed. Well, I got the facial but relaxed is not how I would describe my experience. I told my esthetician very briefly what I came for and I assumed she understood. The next hour was a blur because before I knew it, it was over. I have no idea what she did in that hour because I was too busy having to listen to her traumatic birth stories, complaining about her ex husband and mother in law drama. I thought at some point she would stop but she never did. She turned the lights on and I left. I wasnt even asked for a glass of water. I felt more stressed when I left that when I arrived. I dont get out much with a baby and two other children and this was a big disappointment. I suggest caring more about customer experience than your memberships. I would never recommend this place or return. Nothing about this place felt like a spa to me.

I had an awesome therapeutic massage with Michelle. I highly recommend her. I had lower back & muscle pain, and her massage and stretching session helped me immensely. It was an outstanding experience.

I have been coming to Prestine Spa (Lake Nona location) for a while now. All the massage therapist are incredibly good, but I have never booked an appointment with the same massage therapist twice, until I met Nathaniel. What a courteous, respectful, and with the best touch he is. He is truly a delight to have. Nathaniel listened to my needs and executed with the perfect amount of pressure when needed and a gentle touch when my body asked for it. I am extremely pleased and happy with him. Claudia did an excellent massage. She went way above the Swedish massage I paid. I really got a lot of benefit out of it. She also did a tremendous job with reflexology. A tulle reflexology. Truly wonderful. Highly reccomend.

Dr. Yulia Kutafina is absolutely fantastic! Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Ive had Botox and filler treatments, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The prices are great, and Ive returned multiple times since my initial visit. Whether its filler or Botox, the outcomes are consistently amazing, and I particularly love the European technique for lips. It has significantly boosted my confidence! I’ve had a few appointments with Kimeya the laser tech and I have really enjoyed the service!! I have had great results so far and Kimeya always makes sure to make you feel super comfortable throughout the service and is always so nice! I had a Swedish massage with Nicy and a Fountain of Youth facial with Tanya and both experiences were awesome.The massage was a floating experience for so much relaxation, I totally recommend Nicy, her technique and experience was felt all the time.The facial helped me immediately an inflammation present in my face due to sun and shaving. She was able to help me in a single session, and advice me about which products to use to clean my face, hydrate, and ph balanced. Thanks Girls !

I went to Pristine Spa this week for a facial and a massage, something I don’t normally do for myself. I was greeted with a big smile and taken back to my first appointment, a massage with Andria, she asked me questions about areas of my body I wanted her to concentrate on and what level of pressure I preferred. It was 60 minutes of complete relaxation and bliss! When finished she walked me to my next appointment, a facial, something I have not done in YEARS because I have never truly cared for them. Caroline had me lay on a heated table, felt so amazing already! She asked me several questions about my skincare routine and my areas of concern, she then recommended a Hydrafacial for me which I had never heard of before. She was very informative throughout my entire service and gave me lots of great recommendations for products to help keep my skin feeling and looking hydrated after my appointment. The facial was amazing and surprisingly relaxing. My skin looked better than it has in years, I can’t wait to book another one!I left the spa feeling so relaxed and completely glowing inside and out. I highly recommend you call and have these services done for yourself.

I have been a member at Pristine for years, Saint Cloud location and now Lake Nona. The owners hire the best. Today was my first massage with Michelle and she was fantastic, will be going back to her in the future! I recommend this spa to everyone.

My experience could’ve been better. First time at this spa so I was excited to relax and just unwind but it’s my own fault for not picking my own massage therapist instead the website just assigning me one. It was very rough and painful for the whole session which I did mention whenever something hurt or I said ouch. After awhile I just saw no point in saying anything since it just hurt anyway. I also don’t enjoy being spoken too while having my massage I just prefer quiet. I gave 3 stars because the girls upfront were super nice and it was so clean in the front but my room when I went in was a mess, I guess there was a group session before I got there? And the other beds were just thrown around. I most likely will not be back.

Very disappointing, bad experience overall. I called to make a prenatal massage and was adamant about it being with a female therapist, upon my arrival I was informed they tried calling me (after verifying my number they had the wrong number) they made a mistake and only had a male therapist, I agreed to go on with my massage due to my pregnancy discomfort. The massage was the worst massage I’ve ever had, I had lotion rubbed all over with no pressure at all! When I asked the therapist to apply more pressure he said he couldn’t because it was a prenatal massage, It felt like I paid to just have lotion applied all over my body- I’ve gotten plenty of prenatal massages before and non have felt like this before. When it was time to check out, the front desk asked if I wanted to use the card on file, I never gave them my card so I was very confused. They then realized they had the wrong person booked, not only did they almost charge someone else’s card but then asked me to complete paper work AFTER my massage which I refused to do so because I will not be returning to this place. First and last time trying this spa, very disappointing to see a new business be so disorganized & have inexperienced therapist.

Wow, I left this location this morning feeling happy and ready to take the world by storm. My massage therapist Jack was beyond AMAZING. I cannot say enough great things about how comfortable he made me feel. The calming eucalyptus and hot stone add-ons were great, but he goes beyond the massage and provides a full on healing, Thai-like massage. I signed up for a membership the second I left the room. Affordable, quiet and VERY clean facility. Cant wait to come back already!

My experience at Pristine Spa was amazing. I had a massage with Andria and I wished it could have gone on all day. I didn’t want it to end. Super Relaxing. I had a facial with Caroline and she was very informative and knowledgeable about all the issues I was having with my skin. I have been suffering from breakouts and she made some extremely helpful tips on how to help get them under control. The facial was awesome as well. The atmosphere of this spa was relaxing. The staff was super friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend and will be returning!!!

Wow!! My back was out and a friend said “Hey try Pristine Spa it’s really super”Well, I did just that and I will say it’s truly amazing and sparkling clean!! I had a deep tissue massage from Tatiana who was very professional and definitely a 10!! I live in Lake Nona and I’m really happy we have such an amazing spa! I’m going to send my wife as they have many other things as well as massages… facials, laser treatments, and much more. The last massage I had was a half hour drive….no more driving for me!!!Thanks pristine spa!

The promotional facial felt more like a facial massage. Dont know if the more expensive facials that follow would be any better?? I didnt think it was worth it. Also, the older receptionist that charged me, was asking me how much % tip was I going to leave, when she wasnt even the one that did the facial. I think thats something that the customer should be able to choose, and give without being asked.Besides that, they were very courteous, clean, and relaxing.

Pristine spas in Lake Nona is a new location and has only been here for a few months. I walked in with no appointment to gather some information on services and price. I was greeted by the manager and had all my questions answered. They were running a special for first time customers and booked me as I waited. Had an outstanding experience. One of the best deep tissue massages I have had in a long time. Super new facility and very clean. I loved it so much I joined the monthly membership. Looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful, clean facility with friendly staff and reasonable rates. I had a deep tissue massage with Morgan and it was very nice; complete with lavender aromatherapy and hot towels to the feet! The ambience (music, lighting, decor) was simple and soothing. Location is SO convenient for me living here along Narcoossee.The only drawbacks noted: I could hear conversations in the nearby rooms throughout my massage, the massage table was a little rickety (moved a bit and made creaking sounds), and they werent able to provide me with the 30-minute time extension that I had booked online. Next time Im with Morgan, I might ask her to slow down a bit - I appreciate her eagerness to get to every single muscle, but the pace felt a tiny bit rushed.All in all, I opened a membership and Im excited to return!Update: I LOVE my deep tissue massages with Andria and I look forward to them every month!

An hour massage is supposed to be 50 minutes hands on. I got 40 - and a not rude, but not welcoming attitude from the masseuse. Shame because I was referred here to someone who had a fantastic experience.Edit: Samantha reached out to me to find out what happened. She was very considerate and helpful. Will be booking another session soon to hopefully have a great experience

I had my first appointment today and Ohhhh my GOD I never knew how much I needed this massage. I met the wonderful Nadia. Bless her heart with a client like me. I am one that you have to tell relax like every second just relax. Nadia is very knowledgeable in her field. Hats off to her..again bless her heart because I will be returning. The front desk staff was super nice & helpful. Absolutely super happy with my visit today. Even more happy this location is not to far from home & it offers everything!!!

I receive massages on a regular basis and I can honestly say that I had the best massage of my entire life from Kelly at Pristine Spa. She is absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and so incredibly skilled. Her hands were like magnets to my problem areas. She found knots that I didnt even know I had. Her pressure was perfection. After my massage, I asked how long shes been a massage therapist. Kelly has 20 years of experience and it shows. Shes a true healer and an absolute treasure.The spa itself is beautiful, clean, the staff is really nice, and they offer tons of services. I cant wait to go back!

One of my best friends was my MT/Personal Trainer/Body Fixer-Upper lol for many years. He passed away last year and my body has been falling apart ever since. Im so glad I decided to come here. I havent had a facial in forever and I had been wanting to check this place out for a while. I called on Tuesday just to check prices and they were able to see me the same day within the hour.When you get there they send a link to your phone to pick which services you want. I initially picked derma-planning and something else but I wanted to get the estheticians recommendations on what would be best for my skin.I saw Caroline and she recommended I get the hydra facial and wait on the derma-planning because of how my skin was that day.I really appreciated and felt that she wasnt just trying to upsell me on services and products but she was recommending what she thought was best for my skin.The hydra facial was AMAZING. Caroline explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Ive never left somewhere with my skin feeling so good. When she was done she gave me recommendations on my home skin care routine which have been working out great for me.The entire spa is very clean, quiet and relaxing, and smells so good.I will definitely be back to see Caroline.

I recently booked a full body massage and a facial at the new Pristine Spa in my neighborhood….. OMG, it was an amazing experience.Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff, and the owners. The establishment is very clean, has nice decor and chill vibes.Carolina (aesthetician) was very informative and patient. She walked me through the process since this was my first time using spa services. I was able to learn more about my face and come a way with glowy skin and an updated regimen.My visit ended with the most relaxing massage! I mentioned to Tatiana (massage therapist) what my problem areas were, and she made sure to take more time with those areas. She may be a little lady, but her hands were magical and mighty!Overall this spa is 10 out of 10! I recommend you try the services I talked about, but also try some of their other services too😊

Caroline was just so thoughtful and caring thru the whole experience. I am very self conscious about my acne as I’m in my 30s and now struggling with acne. Caroline explained everything set by step. I originally went in for the intro facial, and she recommended other services that may give me better results. I have always wanted to get a hydrafacial so decided to go for it and treat myself. On top of talking me through the process Caroline educated me about my current products and my skin and many things. She wasn’t just trying to sell me things she was actually educating me, and you can really tell she takes a lot of pride in her profession. Needless to say I took her advice and purchased two products from their shelves and made some tweaks as she recommended for me! I mean she even took the time to write down a skin care routine for me! :) love her! Cannot wait to go see her again! Thank you Caroline

I treat myself to a massage about once a year, however after having my massage here it was so therapeutic and my masseuse definitely knew what she was doing and worked out all my kinks. Im considering getting a membership here as I think it would genuinely improve my health.

Yulia is an amazing injector. She’s an angel sent to earth. Because of her my skin is youthful and natural looking. 100 out of 10.

I had a decompression massage with jake! He did amazing I recently got out the hospital for a bad kidney infection and needed a detox with lymphatic drainage! He made sure to take care of all my concerns and I’m feeling much better!

I did the biorepeal and microneedling with Caroline and it was a fantastic experience! Doesnt hurt at all and was very relaxing. Definitely coming again!

I went for a Botox appointment but also wanted to discuss possibly getting something for my smile lines. The injector, who I believe is an NP but the receptionist refered to as a doctor, told me that my smile lines make so look sooooo old. She actually emphasized this and chuckled a bit. Thats not a professional critique and quite insulting. Further, the receptionist asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. Ive only had botox from doctors at doctors offices and Ive never been asked to leave a tip. Its medically unethical to ask a patient to tip for medical procedures.

If you’re booking a facial, ask for Caroline!! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative during service. Definitely recommend their hydra facial.

I booked online at this location. I was rebooked with a different MT, and the time was changed twice. I did not receive a courtesy call/nor communication. I only received notification of the changes. As new customer, this seemed a bit odd. I decided to cancel the appointment entirely and try another place instead. Too bad I did not get to experience what all the 5 star reviews are about. Things couldve been different had there been professional communication.

I went to get some massages on Valentines Day and I just felt like they were caressing my back. The massage lasted very little, they charged me for the champagne and they only gave me water, I was not pleased.
