All Universal Day Spa & Massage

This needs to be a must do if in the Orlando area. Its definitely a repeater for me. This traditional Thai massage is going to leave you feeling like a million dollars! The service is wonderful and the prices are worth every penny. My husband and I do regular messages 1 - 2 times a month, and this was hands down the best we have ever received.

She gave me a deep tissue massage. First time I had hot stones. Was the first time I had a massage since COVID.

One of the best parts of my vacation! Very accommodating. The price is amazing! MG gave me one of the most relaxing massages that I’ve ever had! It’s just what’s needed after spending the day at a theme park. Feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic 60-minute couples massage. The therapists expertly targeted all our tight muscles, which was much needed after our active lifestyle and regular workouts. The massage left us feeling completely refreshed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others!

I always get massages on vacation. That’s just one of the things I do. I agree with the others that the tipping experience was weird, but overall the place was very clean, safe, and a good massage. The manager was very nice to me and said that she would make sure everything was great, and she did! This was a typical mall massage place, but in a strip mall. I don’t understand how they are not LMT’s, but hey, I don’t judge.

The massage was perfect! Make sure to bring cash to pay for the massage and tip, otherwise you will need to use the ATM inside the parlor. I couldnt have asked for a better way to recuperate after walking at the parks.

Above average pricing. My wife and I both got services done. Me a 90 minute massage ($140), her a 60 minute massage with a 30 minute facial ($170). Paid $350 cash for both. Just figured tip or whatever was included. Massage was great. Then came the shake down. Woman basically blocked the door and demanded $30 tips for each service provider ($90 total).....I offered $50 and she said that was unacceptable. I just walked out, and she literally came outside and knocked on my car window for a tip. You dont tell me when or how much to tip.

My second time here, came in got the cupping and massage package which was 130$ for an hour which kasted maybe 50 minutes, it was nosey and when I was tipping she asked for more..YES she asked for more tip money. Her phone rang 3 times while massaging me and no it wasnt on silent. The shops near by are loud so you can hear through the walls. I wont be back especially after she did aackluater job and asked for more tip money.

Came across this location after googling massage near Rosen Shingle Hotel. After reading reviews my husband and I decided to try it. Jenny, provided me with the BEST foot massage and Mark worked his magic with a Thai massage on my husband.I highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Jenny and Mark for a deep tissue/tension relief.

My husband and I went for a couple massage with facial and it was outstanding amazing work done by both ladies. We slept like babies woke up feeling very relaxed and fresh 😌 we were very pleased with the services given only reason for not giving 5 star was the session did not last the complete 1 hr. We loved the massage so much that the extra 15mins we lost could have done us well.

My husband and I just went to Universal Day Spa for a massage. Marina did a fantastic job. She found a few knots on my shoulders that have been bothering these few days. Terrible spa and the masseuse are not trained. They kept trying to get me to add on extras but the massage was bad. Avoid this place at all cost there are way too many good places close by to waste your money here.

The Best massage ever that I got from these ladies. Ask for Alysa or Lily for the massage. They focus on your problem example back or neck. I highly recommend them. They do have specials running everyday. Don’t forget to ask them.

I initially gave a 5 star because the manager was so nice and accommodating even gave my sisters & I, free hot stone for the holidays but after my experience I would not recommend! My massage therapist was very rough and even tried forcefully cracking my back and became irritated because it wouldn’t crack the way she wanted. The manager came in during the massage and told her to add the hot stone and she completely changed the energy in the room, it no longer was a relaxing experience. She went into the next room grabbed the stones and placed them directly on my skin without a barrier. I told her it hurt and to take them off she said “you must relax to enjoy”.. I left with burns and blisters and all they said was they would refund the cost of the hot stone but that was free from the manager lolAlso at the end of the massage the lady walked out with my Yeezy slides and acted like it was normal for her to remove my belongings from the room. Definitely would not recommend this place!

I walked in for a full body massage and half way through I had to request to get someone in that specialized in deep tissue and along came Mark! Absolutely amazing, only wished I had him booked from the beginning. He is in demand but worth the wait.

A unique experience for sure, Thai massage involves a lot of stretching, which was great. Only some of the staff can perform the Thai massage so you probably want to make a reservation if you want to try. The Thai massage has a different price, so be aware... And I can understand why its more expensive, they are getting a workout since they are lifting and pulling and stretching you in all different directions. I dont think my wife enjoyed in the moment as much as I did because she is a bit sensitive, but afterwards she said she was relaxed from it. I had just worked out about an hour before, so was great for limbering up after being so tight. Ill gladly get the Thai massage again.

What a fabulous massage! Mark unlocked knots and got deep into muscle tension meaning I left feeling brand new. I felt incredibly comfortable, relaxed in informed - 10/10! I can’t recommend enough.

Was having severe back pain (have for most of my life) and came on a Saturday. Was able to walk right in and get a 30 minute deep tissue massage from la hermosa Maria. Best massage I’ve had by far, affordable and felt amazing afterwards. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

My fiance and I came here after a week long rendezvous at Disney and Universal. We chose the Thai massage and they gave us the couples room. Im not sure why there are negative reviews, but my massage was absolutely fantastic. My fiance had the owner massage him and I had a very nice gentleman working on me. He was meticulous and the pressure was perfect. He was courteous, respectful and you can tell he wanted to make sure that I receive the best massage and not counting the minutes until our hour was up. They were super nice and I would definitely come back here again. Thank you again!

This was The BEST Massage I have ever had in my life, and Ive had several! We used our Time Share week and stayed at our Home Resort, therefore we were not able to book our usual massage at a 5 Star Hotel........but I am so glad we didnt because this gave us the opportunity to Book a Massage at an independent Day Spa......It was the Best move I could have made! The white male massage therapist hit the perfect spots. He stretched me before the massage. I had a lot of back pain entering the massage. He was able to relax my muscles. They also did hot stone and foot massage.

Horrible experience. A total waste of $400. I’m in town visiting from Los Angeles on a business trip. I opted for a local establishment instead of a massage at the Ritz. I got the ultimate package, which includes a massage Thai stretching, facial and body scrub. I’m sure that no one was certified in massage therapy. They never ask about the amount of pressure or problem areas. She walked to my back, but proceeded to rub me down with lotion and too much pressure on my calves. There was no concentration on muscle areas or technique used. I get massages regularly. I get a facial facials monthly. I’ve gotten body scrubs quarterly. This was a clear lack of experience, education and skill. I should’ve known there was a problem when the front desk attendant came to do my facial, she touched my face like a child. No pressure, no exfoliation, no extractions etc. She ran in and out of the room for supplies. The body scrub was no better. I was cold most of the time and I was never even offered water 🤣Sincerely a waste of money. I’ll return home and visit a true spa next week. Disappointed 😒

We visited Orlando for a vacation and came across this place which had good ratings. Very clean place and the staff was professional. Got a facial, body exfoliation, and a foot massage which was so relaxing. Both female and male therapists did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area to stop by, especially after walking around all the tourist attractions!

The customer service here was terrible. They insist you pay cash but dont tell you that when scheduling. They were in and out of the room multiple times during the couples massage which in itself is extremely unprofessional. Im not even convinced they are certified to be offering massage therapy here and I almost asked for proof because the massage was so bad I was trying very hard to refrain from laughing the entire 30 minutes. When the massage was over, they harassed us for a larger tip. Terrible, terrible place. Save your money and visit an actual spa with certified massage therapists where you receive better service and have all day use of the amenities included in the price which is not far off from what this place charged for only the massage and no other amenities available/offered.

Went with my sisters for a massage. It was very expensive for the massage. Clearly not trained massage therapist. And it was very awkward because they make you pay before the massage (which should have been our clue). The front receptionist was very sweet though. Overall I would not say it was a good experience

Helen!!!! She is absolutely fabulous. Deeeep tissue. Absolutely hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. I travel often and often get massages. You will not be disappointed. Five stars. They ask you to pay beforehand. I usually never tip if they do ask for a prepay but I tipped afterwards and gave her a big hug!!!

Did the couples massage because of the good ratings. My husband and I have had many massages in the past and this was the worst massage ever. Literally still talk about how bad it was. We felt like we were scammed. They asked for cash right away and mentioned tipping straight from the bat. I felt like I had oil rubbed on my back for an hour with no massage at all. I wanted to cut the massage short and leave but wanted my husband to have a good experience, however his experience was just as bad. Please stay away from this place.

Came here during a week long vacation. Chose the package for a couples hour full body massage, hot stone and facial. They were friendly but misled us entirely. The “full body” apparently is only your back. They barely touched our legs. Thanks fully it wasn’t one of “those” spas but man were we disappointed. The “hot stone” part lasted 3 passes up and down the back and that’s it. The “facial” was only the forehead and under eyes. They sprayed a liquid on the face that pooled into my eyes and burned and they waved it off when I flinched. I’ve had much better masseur services at a much better price elsewhere. Cherry on top tho? When cashing out they tried to guilt trip us for not tipping more when we tipped 15% for a bad massage.

We had to leave and cancel our appointment because as soon as we walked in the lady that greeted us had no idea about our reservation and was unable to communicate with us about any of our services. This was after the spa texted us to change our reservation. The first person to greet us was lost. It immediately made me feel not valued and that this was not going to be a good experience. If I am going to have someone give me a massage I need to be able to communicate with you and definitely need you to expect me when I make a reservation. Hopefully this will change for future clients of theirs.

Very poor, the owner asked the customers to pay massage fee and tip from zelle transfer or cash without receipts to avoid paying tax. And some of their technicians are unskilled and give random massages to deal with inexperienced customers.————The owners response is hilarious, she refused to acknowledge having provided services. Im willing to provide zelles transfer records to cooperate with the investigation if the relevant agency investigates the tax issue.

DO NOT GO HEREThe person running the front desk was nice but quickly said she didn’t want to take card and would prefer cash, this was before we even got our massage and was hesitant to give a receipt. To begin with, they started the massage later than the scheduled time. The massage itself, it you can even call it that consisted of rubbing oil with intense pressure in a sloppy fashion. I told the lady to go softer several times because I was in pain and she would soften for a couple of minutes and then start man handling me again. My back hurts now from how hard she was going. She left me cold and uncovered for probably half of the massage. She walked in and out of the room to get supplies several times. At the end she rubbed me down with rough old towels and did some weird stretch thing that could have injured me even more. Throughout the couples massage they kept talking in a different language. These people are not professionally trained. At the end we tipped them $20 when they really shouldn’t have received anything after the lack of professionalism they showed. They were visibly upset by this and pointed to the “recommended tipping” sheet they keep at the front desk, and asked for more… I find this extremely unprofessional when the service isn’t cheap and they weren’t great at their job or customer service. They reply to reviews saying they’re sorry but clearly they haven’t changed anything because they keep doing the same things.

After seeing the over 1.4K and 4.9stars reviews I thought it was too good to be true, but I book anyway. AND LET ME TELL YOU! They did not disappoint. We had to two masseuses Windy worked on me and a male worked on my fiancée, I didn’t catch his name. They were very good and knew exactly how to get into sore muscles, knots and tense muscles. They even stretched out our arms and legs! I will definitely come back and even book a longer massage, and I definitely try out some of their other specialty massages! 10/10 would recommend

Came here with my lady for a relaxing couples massage. Quoted one price over the phone and then told a different price that was $35 more when we arrived. They added free hot stones to the massage even though the extra $35 basically covered the stones we never asked for. They also requested we pay in cash and had their own sketchy ATM in the corner.The massage therapists there were not really personable. It was kind of a cold experience. We paid tip in advance but after our massage, the therapist asked us for a tip. After we explained we paid $20 a piece for them in advance in CASH, she told us to wait until she spoke to her manager. She would not let us leave the store. We paid an extra $40 for tip just to be able to leave. It was the weirdest and most uncomfortable experience. Wont be returning. Also, this was no spa. It was just a place with a room and beds for a massage.

Where do I begin…From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in a third world country. I have never been in a place so ran down. I don’t know how they have so many good reviews.The lady at the front asked my friend and I to pay for the service upfront including the tip. Then we were escorted to the room with two beds, and one of the beds clearly had stains on it. When I asked to change the sheets the owner told me that it was oil and it was ok. I insisted on it, and the sheets were changed.Before the massage started we were never asked if anything hurts or if there are any previous injuries they should be careful with. I have an injured ankle, and at some point of the “massage” the lady was aggressively moving it and causing a lot of discomfort. But I guess it’s hard to ask someone if anything hurts if you can barely speak English.We requested a hot stone massage. The ladies kept going in and out of the room to bring supplies, which was very distracting. The first time they brought the stone in the temperature was tolerable. The second time the stones were burning hot and I couldn’t tolerate it. The lady laughed and said “you ask for hot stones”. The two ladies kept talking to each other in another language, which was very rude.Overall, the experience was neither good nor relaxing, but definitely memorable…

I hate to give a less than favorable review (and honestly, I think this is my first—though well deserved), but this was probably my least favorite massage experience.Starting with booking—you cannot book over the phone, but rather you get abruptly directed to book your service online.Upon arrival, my party was asked a million questions about what kind of service we wanted when we were under the impression our online booking covered that. I won’t even explain how confusing the payment (prior to the massage🧐was)—though here’s a pro tip if you decide to visit despite these warnings: paying in cash gets you a slight discount and hot stones added to your service.Next, my friend was celebrating a recent wedding and I tried to make the experience more special by prearranging a champagne toast to follow the massages. The day prior, I called and was told I’d get a call back on whether I could byob or if they’d provide a bottle for purchase. I did not get that callback!!What really upset me though was that on the day of the massage, the attendant said she’d go next door to get the champagne and set up a table for us to have our toast when we all finished. My friend and her mother finished ahead of me and were greeted by tiny pours of red wine with no explanation—further confusing the situation. Why was the champagne I purchased “red wine?” And for what I paid her to purchase the bottle, I’d expect to see it opened and have the bottle there to enjoy.It was just a very confusing experience and the chaos upon arrival made it very difficult to enjoy the massage or the experience. Clean facility though! 😏

This was my first ever massage, I dont spend money on myself having 3 kiddos and one being special needs but my husband set it up. It was incredible and something I will try to allow myself to come back. Most definitely coming back to this place from now on. I cant thank you enough and I recommend them to everyone.

My wife & I came on vacation to Florida and were hesitant to get a massage outside of a Chiropractic office but the ladies here were very professional and nice. Great massages, my wife and I are very happy we decided to go! Super relaxed now after a long day at Disney. The entire 90 minutes was so relaxing. They even gave us a couples discount without us asking. Highly recommend and will return next time :)!

This was the worst massage I have ever experienced. It was a couples massage and they wanted to begin one massage 30 min before the other even though we scheduled in advance. When it did begin, it was apparent that neither masseuse knew what they were doing. It was rapid, disorganized, and used no massage techniques at all. It was anything but relaxing. The women kept leaving and returning during the massage with no thought to our privacy as they opened and closed the doors. Since they require that you pay ahead of time including gratuity there was nothing to do but leave which was what we did since no one was at the desk to ask how our service was anyway when we exited. I will never go there again and recommend you don’t either.

Enjoyed a thorough deep tissue massage here she also stretched me a bit which I appreciated. Environment of the spa was pleasant but I think it’s partially why you pay less, it’s not a fancy spa. All the staff was great. Overall worth it!

I went at 10:30am so I suggest going early rather than rush hour. Jessica was PASSIONATE & professional. I got the “back walking” massage for deep pressure and suggest for anyone who likes deep massages. Jessica is so talented, she applies perfect amount of pressure and adjusts according to your preference. She is also friendly and legitimately cared that I felt better. I hope the owner knows how awesome & hard working Jessica is. Back walking is an art form!

After a week of Disney world & universal studios. A massage from Day Spa was just what me and my friends needed to relax and decompress our bodies from days of walking and crazy roller coasters! Horrible massage didn’t even stay for the entire massage. They charged me 110 for a deep tissue massage. They sent one person and they were rubbing me not even giving a massage they sent another person and it was worse than the first one. Don’t recommend this place.

Alyssa was amazing. I got a 2 hour massage and a 30 minute facial. Alyssa had firm hands for my massage from start to finish and soft hands for my facial. The hot stones were nice and calming. Worth every penny.The walls are thin and the neighbors are not kind.

First and foremost, it was incredibly off putting to be asked to pay before receiving my massage service, in addition to being asked to provide identification. Not to mention, I was told that they provide prenatal massages, which they did not in fact. My full body massage was rather mediocre and did not relieve any tension. Then, the front desk clerk asked me what I would like to tip and tried to coerce me into tipping an amount that I did not agree to. Very disappointed with this quality of service and poor professionalism.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage on Saturday. I was quoted one price over the phone and then asked to pay extra in cash upon arrival. I didn’t say anything because they told us they would add hot stones even though we didn’t request them.My massage therapist was a little rough around the edges and a bit cold.Both of our therapists would leave in and out of the room during the massage, leaving the door open despite us not being fully clothed. I was a bit uncomfortable. When we were done, the therapist requested that we give her a tip. We explained we paid tip in advance. She told us to wait until she spoke with the manager, we saw the manager standing outside so we went to call her inside. When we went to the door, the therapist yelled at us not to leave. We ended up paying an extra $40 in tip just so they lady would leave us alone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also the word spa in the name is a bit misleading. It’s more of a hole in the wall place with cheap rough sheets on a massage bed.

I never write reviews but for this I had to. First of all they asked for their tip right away when paying for service as soon as we arrived. During the massage it felt like they were outside of the room more than they were inside the room grabbing items and slamming the door as they went in and out. My friend and I both agreed that one of our 4 year old kids could have given us more pressure. One of the ladies had their phone ringer on and it kept going off every 2 minutes. We spent a lot of money to get pampered here but felt completely robbed and never felt relaxed. Then after the massage and facial, 4 different people asked for our tip. When we gave our tip when the 3 of us were done with our massages, they looked visibly upset. Maybe if we felt relaxed and better than when we walked in, a higher tip would’ve been paid. I don’t know how this place has so many 5 star reviews.

We loved our time there and it was just what we needed. I was finally able to release some built up stress thanks to my wonderful massage therapist. I promise, we will be back very soon!!! The massage itself was good for me, my fiancé didn’t enjoy his as much. He asked for strong pressure and the woman literally walked on his back. He said his tailbone hurt for the rest of the day. They kept leaving the room which was distracting, I would have preferred everything to have been in the room to avoid the constant running back and forth. When it was over, we handed them a tip and started to leave and the woman at the desk said that it was “too little” and waited for us to give her more money. Which to me, is a little rude and unprofessional. Tips are not mandatory and to say that someone has to give you more really put me off from ever going back here. I would not recommend.

We enjoyed our couple’s massage. It was our first visit as guests in the Orlando area. I have chronic back and neck issues. The staff listened and made suggestions. I was booked a massage here for Mother’s Day. They were so professional and my massage was soothing. I got a facial also and it made my skin sooo soft and nice. I feel so good. The hot stone was too much for me, but overall I enjoyed my experience! I would book again.

Went there with a group of friends. The person who did my massage honestly seems to have no experience whatsoever. She only was just running oil and lotion on my feet very lightly. There was no pressure at all. I was and the one with a another friend, and both of the our workers keep leaving the room to get something. The keep talking to each other during our massage. Please if you don’t want to waste your time and money go somewhere else! Also when all of our massages was over we all went out front to pay. They had a guy and a lady to standin front of the door as if we were going to leave without paying. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not a professional massage experience!

My boyfriend and I had a reservation for a 90 minute couples Thai massage. We arrived about 3 minutes late and spent about another 5 minutes discussing payment in cash vs card. After that we were given individual rooms because the couples room was already occupied.We had requested a female therapist but I received a male therapist. Although he was very nice and professional, this detail should really be discussed prior since I’m a female and had requested a female therapist. Additionally, I’m Chinese and overheard the front desk woman ask a female therapist if she wanted to do the 90 minute massage and her response was “I don’t like to do 90 minutes.”The massage itself was not a Thai massage. Although it was a decent massage, it was more of a traditional Chinese massage. Personally I felt it was overpriced for what it was and that we did not get what we were expecting or what was advertised.

About a month ago , I stayed at a beautiful resort and bustiers this spa because it was nearby. I had a very good experience so I decided to return. My second experience however, was exactly the opposite. I paid for a massage but what I got was basically someone rubbing oil on my skin . This is the first time I almost stopped a massage right in the middle. I wish I had. The woman behind the desk seemed completely unbothered by the fact that I didn’t enjoy the massage or get what I paid for. After I complained. She offered another service. A 10 minute massage that I had to pay for. I was in so much pain . I did it and was so sorry I didn’t book with that guy but I only got 10 minutes for my $80. I also think it’s tack to ask for a tip when the service is subpar. My daughter was in another room. We both paid the same price for the same service but my daughter got hot stone sad a real massage. When it was time to go my daughter was accused of not giving her lady a tip ( which was a lie ) When they realized their mistake, not so much as an apology. I won’t be going back because customer service is everything to me . The only good thing about it was meeting Matthew the guy who gave me that great 10 minute massage. Honestly I feel like I was robbed by this place.

I was searching for a location that would accommodate my group of 3 and Universal Day Spa was able to accommodate all of us at the same time. I had a massage with essential oils and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have a lot of knots in my back making massages very uncomfortable. She was able to working on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually enjoyed a massage. I wish I lived in Orlando and could have go to this location regularly. 12/10 would recommend to try this location!
