Reflections Spa-Salon

Poor manicure received yesterday and already chipping today. A 20% gratuity added to every service, not explained when I called to book the service, not explained on arrival to spa. We gave a cash tip and no one said the tip was included but happily accepted another tip. The spa was not busy, we were the only two people in there for 3 hours so it would have been very easy to communicate with us. We questioned the amount at check out, they authorized one card the full amount, my friends card they automatically charged her half of the bill yet she did not receive half of the service. When we questioned the amounts their answer was for us to straighten it out and pay each other.

We had very good services here. Both the facial and massage were well performed.The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The area is clean and maintained (although somewhat dated).Mens locker room had a sauna (dry) and all the things needed post service and shower. Relatively clean facilities.6th floor of a hotel. Slightly away from the main attraction areas. The day we went it was very quiet.Free parking and wifi.

This place was beautiful, clean and the staff Camila and Cristina were amazing!! I would highly recommend any service at this spa!! Coming back anytime I visit Orlando again. Cristina was so sweet and kind!

Very professional and clean. High end feeling but rates are comparable. The service was extremely good. Plus they have a nice waiting room as well as showers and sauna. Staff members are really courteous and focus on your needs.

This is my go-to place for massages. I love the atmosphere of the locker room, waiting lounge, and the rooms. Also, the services Ive had have always been wonderful. Take your time to relax and unwind in this quiet space. Love it!

Cheyenne, the receptionist, absolutely INCREDIBLE. She took such good care of me and my group. I can’t say enough good things about her customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for us. The massage was amazing as well and the facilities but the customer service up front is what really shined.

When for a second time for couples massage and was perfect Erin and Coco were amazing very friendly best hands no doubt.

Spa was mediocre at best. Rushed through the appointment so staff could leave. Over charged! Cold sauna. Will not return.

I had a VERY deep tissue massage this morning with Cocoa. She is stupendous. Thorough and really knows anatomy, understood how to work with my shoulders and lower back where strain and tight muscles are. She was excellent, the facility is very nice, locker room/lounge well supplied. I highly recommend it here and Im sure all treatments are equally as good.

I had a great experience! Patti gave me the best massage I have ever had. And Celine gave me my first facial. She was so sweet and explained everything she was doing. I would highly recommend! Just wish I lived closer so I could come back!

Just had the best massage from Coco! Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially the manager, Jenine. 10/10 would recommend for a full service relaxing experience!

I had the custom island facial done with Erin. It was a 50 minute facial for $99 which included cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, extracting, and a mask. This was finished off with a toner, serum, and moisturizer. I have to say the spa is very beautiful and the facial was relaxing. Her voice was also very soothing and she was very kind. My face felt very fresh after the facial but in my opinion, as this is the first facial I have ever had done professionally, it is a little bit pricey. I figured the $99 included everything, but when I went to pay the receptionist mentioned that a 20% gratuity is usually what most people pay on top of the service, and asked if I was fine with paying that. Since it was already mentioned, I didnt want to say no and seem rude, but adding an extra 20 dollars on top of the facial that is already so expensive is a little crazy. I felt like since I was told that its common to tip 20% it made me feel obligated to do it. I think if the massage specialists were paid a little better there wouldnt be a need to tip on top of the service. They do offer a sauna at the spa, drinks, and snacks which is a plus. But overall, even though my specialist did a good job, I do not think the facial is worth as much as I paid for it.

I bought a Groupon for a 50 minute massage and a 25 minute body scrub and was very impressed! The spa is large, very clean, and is in a relaxing atmosphere. All of the staff was friendly and professional, definitely will be going back.

My wife really loved this place. I was able to get a groupon for this spa and the place did not dissapoint. They gave her a beautiful manicure and pedicure. they pampered for for over an hour and a half and she came out looking refreshed and happier. Her nails were fantastic and they have lasted longer than anything shes had before. This is a great place to relax and be taken care of.

Spa was overall great. Purchased a groupon deal for this place. Facility was relaxing and clean. Therapist didnt quite put enough pressure when I said I wanted an 8/10 but may of been because I went at the end of the day. Would return there again!

Scheduled an appointment as a gift for a friend on their website, and a confirmation email was sent out. My friend went to her appointment and they tell her she has to pay (now its not exactly a gift anymore). I called them to ask about it and I was told that if I would have scheduled with them that would have never happened even though I scheduled it on THEIR website. Not to mention the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional telling me well what do you want me to do about it I will never be doing business with them ever again, and I would suggest no one else go if they dont want to have a problem with the payments after

Very standard. I went for a massage, mani and pedi with my husband. For my massage I requested a pressure of 8-9 out of 10. It was more like a 1. Also, I almost sustained a 1st degree burn with the hot stone. The guy that gave me my massage was not into details. I was left with one arm untucked for the entire massage. The cost of my manicure and pedicure was rediculous. 70 dollars for a very basic job. Also, they didn’t even have a buffer to shine my nails. What spa doesn’t have a buffer. What type of spa doesn’t carry that? The staff was very friendly. But for that I could of easily gone to the Magic Kingdom or Starbucks. Overall I was not impressed. Even massage envy does a better job...... I’m very skeptical about all these 5 star reviews and so should you. Won’t be returning.

A friend often goes to the wonderful out of this world Spa and Salon to have a pedi, a perm or a haircut and I wait in the this must be what Heaven is like waiting room. GREAT customer service from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. Highly recommend to everyone. Look forward to my next wait time while she has fun with a pedi.

My husband and I had wonderful deep tissue massages and facials. Staff is very nice as well as the facilities. Would definitely go again!

Please dont go off the web site or door hangers about what they offer. They dont do anything buy facials and massages. They dont have adequate staff to perform all listed items. Staff at front desk was very unpleasant to deal with. Rude and not helpful with any question that was asked. Seems to be a problem asking questions at this location.

Did the prenatal massage, staff was friendly and therapist was great she addressed all concerns I had before therapy. Def was great little mommy escape while daddy played with our LO.

I had a great massage with Patti this afternoon. Very professional and great technique! Facility was beautiful and very well kept. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

I went in with a group of five girls. The spa was excellent. It was very clean. The workers were very accommodating and efficient. I would highly recommend this spa!

Hello Earth...I am back from my trip to Reflections Spa-Salon...the massages were heavenly, the entire ambiance, and very friendly staff all made this the place to be...Definitely worth coming back to again and again.

Coco did an amazing job in my massage, and I absolutely loved the ambiance of the place.

I have to say I think that this was the most unprofessional spa I was ever at and I been to manyFor starters when we arrived there was no one at counter to greet us the robes are the wrong kind of white on two separate occasions there was screening children behind counter not really what you expect when you go for some relaxation (nothing against kids I hav 5)my massage was ok but very stop and start and i didnt get required time , so then when trying to settle the bill the lady had no idea what to do as I had a voucher if they advertised these promotions they should know how to use them she was more concerned about charging me the required grattuity which she calculated for me I am a firm believer in tipping for good service but I would tathergive a tip because I want to than because you have to needless to say Ill not be back

Speechless 🤩amazing place, I stayed in building 3 on the 10th floor, room 06 facing the pool, I loved it. There were some kitchen utensils, just the pans were small but we managed. Clean sheets, plenty of bath towels. Everything for a peaceful week. I will definitely be back.
