The Spa at Rosen Centre

Super relaxing and pleasant experience!! They provide lockers with key cards, robes, slippers, a steam room, all-day pool & gym access, and upgrades.Parking is a little wonky- you have go to a guard gate, tell them you have an appointment at the Spa, then circle around the backside of the building to land in the parking lot to the right of the building (the lot closest to the Spa’s entrance). Free parking.Everyone who worked there was friendly. I added the Himalayan hot stones, cold facial massage and lavender essential oil which was magical.

Wonderful staff from the moment you walk through the spa doors. The spa offers a wide range of treatments - one better than the next. The faculty is immaculate, the ambiance is relaxing and the massage therapists are amazing. I have had numerous treatments at the spa and they were all wonderful but I do have to give a shout out to Delroy - the best massage I have ever gotten!!

I really enjoyed my massage best I have ever had . Only downfall I feel they should offer more than just whole apples in the waiting room. I also feel the should have separate jacuzzi as well for privacy. I also have been to many spas that offer complimentary champagne they did not. But the massage was so good that I loved it for that. I also loved that they had hair gel in the bathroom and pretty much every necessity needed.

The facilities are clean and have a very high end feel. I enjoyed the steam room and a cup of tea before my massage. This was a perfect time to enjoy the cozy and private atmosphere. I was seen by Delroy. By far the best massage I have ever had. I felt it was a little pricey going in but now I can say it was worth every penny to walk out feeling like I did. If you want to really pamper yourself, go here!

Okay I dont have word to express my experience at the rosen centre spa. The staff was amazing and very professional. Gaelle my masseuse was amazing she took me to places in heaven I didnt know exited. My lord I never had massage like this before and she is so professional. Melanie the front desk manager was professional and polite she got thing done. The minute I book the apt she make sure everything went well and beyond. She check on me and making sure my experience was seven heaven boy it was. Sanaia was amazing she stop by to say hello and also check on me. My experience at the rosen centre was amazing, I try his other spa the centre is hand down my favorite place. the atmosphere was amazing and inviting. I also met Ania she is wonderful and sweet. I am definitely coming back and I am telling all my friends about it. If you are look for a fun place to hang with you girls the rosen centre spa is the place I promise you, you will not regret it.

Professional. Relaxing. Serenity. These are just a few words that comes to mind when discussing The Spa at Rosen Centre. My friends and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the spa this past Sunday and it was nothing short of extraordinary from start to finish. Sanae and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 5. My masseuse was Karen…she was fantastic. I wish I could’ve taken her hands home with me. I got the deep tissue massage and she melted away knots I didn’t know I had. I did an enhancement with my treatment and upgraded to the guava essential oil…it smells so heavenly and I got to take the bottle home with me after the visit. After our visit we were able to use the amenities and relaxed by the pool with a few drinks. The waiting area was stocked with coconut infused water and fresh fruit to nibble on while we waited for our service. The sauna was also available as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much to the staff here. You made my birthday so special!

I got a massage package for my Bday at the Spa and it was AMAZING! The service was great, super clean, very friendly staff! I love the massage, the steam room and all the amenities. I wish they have a separate jacuzzi for the spa so you keep it quiet and peaceful. But I had the best experience ever! I would definitely come back :)

My visit at The Spa was amazing. The staff there are all great. The young lady at the front desk Nariya greated me with a smile, and went out of her way to make sure my experience was a good one. The massage therapist Delroy and Gaelle are amazing at what they do, and very professional and make you feel comfortable. Id recommend this Spa over any other. My fiancé surprised me with a couples massage at The Spa at Rosen Center. I can truly say it was an experience Id never forget. Walking into the door being greated with a smile by the staff gave me a good feeling. The girl at the front desk Nariya went above and beyond to make our day of relaxation special and the 2 massage therapist Delroy and Gaelle have magic hands. The entire staff are very professional and I guarantee you wont be disappointed visiting this Spa! Thanks for a great experience.

I came here after a long overnight flight and was really craving some sauna, but I also needed to get my hair fixed for a meeting.Corin or Corine shampooed and blow dryed my hair. She did a beautiful job :)The sauna and spa environment was such a nice surprise l! Im so glad I ended up here. Couldnt have gotten any better.

So I got my groupon for medi and pedi and I was blown away,from the moment I walked in the staff was amazing then they took me to the waiting room that had teas and fruit then the shower and steam room which you can use along with the pool as long as you want,the provide everything like robes,slippers,lockers,shower caps,lotion etc.the atmosphere was just fantastic.then I was taken to my appointment and met paloma who was fantastic and we talked the whole time and I genuinely enjoyed my time with her and she works hard and is very talented.she helped customize my nail colors which no ever di for me before.so I will definitely come back and recommend this spa.so take a gym bag with bathing suit and enjoy the day.even cool wash clothes with cucumbers for after the steam room.

When I first got there, I got a little flustered because of the parking .. it’s kind of complicated if you don’t do the valet and it’s $30, but we didn’t have to pay that since we were guest of the spa and I figured out how to do next time….I will have a full review for you when I get home. But I can say I enjoyed it!!!!!

I got an amazing massage from delroy who was very respectful and his skills are perfected !!! Loved it . After I also had a facial from the lovely Lola esthetician, she was super sweet and very informative about the products, I learned so much and even snoozed off because her hand were very soothing . Lola also recommended some products form that I brought and works well with my skin . Thank you Rosen spa!!

One of the best spas I have been to in a very long time from the front desk staff to our massage therapists. The relaxation room is awesome and the locker room has everything you may need. I especially loved the steam room. I truly felt like I was at an exclusive resort spa instead of a hotel location. I will absolutely return.

My spa appointment I must say was the highlight of my stay here in Orlando.The staff,  facilities and the relaxing massage were wonderfully delightful and beyond my expectation.I was in awe when I was given the tour of the facilities when I first arrived a few minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment.The amenties (steam room, shower rooms,  cucumber eye mask, lush robes and slippers) impressed me.The zen of the facilities was wonderfully thought out from the decor, aromas, music and the awesome relaxation room you are allowed to experience before and after your services. The tea, fresh fruit and coconut water for the guess was a special treat.The service was superb. My masseuse was skilled, respectful and professional. It was by far the best massage I have ever experienced.The spas offers something for everyone by providing services at different price points.What an awesome experience!

Melody gave an excellent, firm massage. Spa itself was mediocre. Small size. Trying to book a same day appointment was difficult as they didn’t answer phones or call me back for 2 hours. I got an amazing discount using GroupOn, but the spa tacks on a mandatory 20%. Shouldn’t it be up to the client to decide how much tip to pay, otherwise where’s the incentive to provide good customer service? Steam room was tiny and clothing optional. Fortunately there was pool access as I had planned to spend a few hours here before my flight.

I’ve got a Groupon as a birthday gift and I made my appointment for today and I could only talk amazing about the whole experience. The massage therapist that I’ve got his name is Delroy. He is incredible. I recommend this place and Delray with my eyes closed! It was a very well deserved and enjoyable birthday gift and I am very very pleased with the services! Thank you!

The entire staff at The Spa at Rosen Centre is welcoming, friendly, caring, thoughtful, and professional at the same time from the time you enter the desk until you leave. The environment is EXTREMELY relaxing and everything is readily available. It is exceptionally clean and everything you need from robes and shoes to towels and wash cloths to shampoo conditioner lotions etc are all available in the facility. Water fruit and tea is complimentary and soft blankets in the lounge are available while you wait to be pampered. There are many services to choose from and the prices are reasonable, and worth every penny. I live locally and will begin to come regularly. I’ve had massages here and I have taken others and the therapists truly listen and fulfill the needs of each individual. You will not be disappointed.

I had such an amazing massage with Gaelle. Her expertise of the muscles, massage therapy and body was evident through my 50-minute therapeutic massage. I would 10/10 come back.Nariya was professional, accommodating, attentive and kind at the front desk. My entire experience was amazing from start to end.

Ordered a $110 massage, was charged $125. Added the foot scrub for $25. Was not told about a 25% service fee. Why is there a service fee to use your spa if Im buying a service? Apparently part of that goes to the therapist, I hope enough of it did as $180 for a 50 minute massage in a run down spa is too much. Beautiful rain shower, doesnt work. Towels are old, far too small and worn. 2 unappetizing apples were the only snack and some tap water. Sandals dont fit. Ive been in bathhouses that were far more luxurious! The customer service is bad, they dont answer the phone and have to call you back. When I arrived they didnt even know who I was or what I was there for. Walk across the street to a nicer hotel if you want to have a far better experience.

I went to the spa for my best friends birthday and the spa manager and assistant manager made me feel like a celebrity. The spa is nice and clean. My massage was amazinggg. I felt so relaxed that I even fell asleep. I left there feeling great!

Every area in the spa was spotless and clean, and the ambiance was most relaxing. This spa is nice! I love how the locker rooms have a backdoor through which spa guests can access the hotels pool area and Harrys Poolside Bar & Grill. Inside the locker rooms, the showers and steam room were immaculate.Delroy was my specialist for a custom treatment: a foot scrub and wrap and a deep tissue massage. He was most respectful. He made sure I felt comfortable and communicated with me just enough to where he could do his job well and allow me to relax.I wear glasses, which I placed on a table during the treatment. When the treatment was over, Delroy was most thoughtful in placing my glasses in my hand.I loved that the linens on the massage table were super clean and that the massage table itself was heated.The staff care about your wellbeing and take the time to listen to your needs. They offer great suggestions on treatments they think are best for what youve said you need.

I am having some trouble with my feet and saw the Rosen has a spay. I decided to have a foot message. It was done by therapist Gaelle, who was amazing in every way. Everyone at spa at Rosen Center was simply outstanding and the accommodations were suburb, but the spa as a special someone they call , “Mama” who takes special care of everyone that makes everyone feel as if they are part of a loving family.

I had such a wonderful time at the spa! After the massage (which was done amazingly by Renee) you can relax by the hotel pool, go to the steam room, or just relax in the lounge. The staff is wonderful they try and help you in whatever way they can.They even give you super cozy blankets with a robe and slippers 😊 Highly recommend this place!!!

Sanae made me and my parties experience absolutely wonderful!!!The Spa at Rosen Centre was hands down one of the best spas I have been to; From the many different amenities of the steam room and pool. This experience was great ! Sanae and her team were very accommodating to all of our needs and requests during the entire spa day and even provided us with treats for our celebratory occasion being my engagement . If you are looking for a relaxing spa day with either just yourself or your girls please look no further than The Spa at Rosen Centre . This was an absolutely unforgettable experience and you will be treated with the utmost hospitality and professionalism!!!

The massage therapists and salon here is great; however, the customer service at the front desk is definitely lacking and unlike any spa experience I have ever had.Service wise: I had an amazing massage with Delroy! The only drawback was once I flipped over I noticed he wasn’t wearing a mask (must have taken it off after he came back in to the room/kind of misleading seeing as how everyone is wearing a mask in the spa). Outside of that drawback, it was the best massage I ever had.Ms. Von did my spa bliss pedicure & she was extremely personable, sincere, and paid special attention to detail. The receptionist told me that there was no availability to add a manicure; however, after talking to Ms. Von she openly offered to do it as she had an hour break in between my service and the next appointment. My nails and toes look great!Customer service wise— I had indicated that I would like a glass of champagne on my service card that the front desk handled and it was never provided until I asked Ms. Von during my pedicure. I desperately wanted to order food from the restaurant but was told there wasn’t enough time before my massage; however, I was offered chocolate covered strawberries for $25 (no thank you). After completing my services I asked AGAIN to order food and it was suggested for me to order at the restaurant instead of the spa (4 hours had passed since I first tried to order food, so by that point I said forget it). No one asked me how my services went and it took awhile to calculate my payment. A high end spa should definitely have personable people attending the front as it is the first interaction a guest has with a business.Great experience overall outside of that aspect.

Relaxing and a great way to spend time waiting for your room. My favorite part was lounging in the lounge area. Got a pedicure and massage- both were amazing. The oils they sale were great too! You can have it used during your service and then you get to take the rest home.

I am telling y’all. This man Delroy HAS to be the BEST massage therapist I have EVER had. I’ve been to many spas and many massage therapists and he truly blows them all out of the water. Usually I am not comfortable with men therapist but he makes me feel comfortable and is truly talented. Hoping to see him on a regular basis. Highly highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed

I did a mother daughter day and it was excellent! We had facials, massages, pedicures, hair, champagne and chocolate strawberries. The staff was super friendly and did an excellent job on our services. I highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with massage therapist delroy and the entire staff here. Experience came with free valet and from the moment I arrived everybody was wonderful.The relaxation waiting room is pretty standard. Clean, comfortable, has some coconut water and a few hot tea options. The locker room was very clean too. Everything here seems to have a tropical theme and the showers and soaps in the locker room had a nice tropical scent. There was also a eucalyptus steam room which I use for a little while and it was very clean and well taken care of.Massage was fantastic, I made sure to write down delroys names that I could look another one with him in the future. I also had a very good manicure and pedicure from janet, who also did a wonderful job.

Last Sunday, September 22, 2019 me and my husband had the opportunity to visit the spa. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. Since we walked in they treated us very kind and the first to attend us was Jocelyn. After that, they introduced us to the whole facility. We got to enjoy all the services with excellence and the whole place was extremely clean. We then received a fantastic massage. Lucy and a very nice young lady as well gave us the pleasure. Our couples massage exceeded our expectations. The masseuse’s were marvelous. We passed towards the restaurant after and we had a very delicious lunch with champagne. With joy, they brought a birthday cake out for my husband. During the whole day, we enjoyed the great services that they provided. We are very grateful with the service and we recommend it 100%.- Mr. and Ms. Rodriguez

Loved the massage. However the front desk needs attention. They charge extra for everything even a glass of champagne. My package included a drink and never got it or was asked if I wanted a drink. Never got a pool key or parking validation as well.

I did a mother-daughter spa day and I loved it! Everybody was really nice. My daughter and I came out feeling wonderful.

The staff was super friendly and did a great job, everything was clean, organized and neat. They provided us with a wine drink, robes, sandals, clean towels, and amenities such as the pool.The showers were super clean with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The sink had hair dryer, combs, razors, hair gel, body lotion, etc. There is also a small sauna that can fit 4 people with enough room or 5-6 squished.Overall a really good experience, would like to visit again.

I had a fabulous time at spa celebrating my cousins birthday. All the attendants were excellent. The Message, Exotic Relaxation was just that! I would go again.

I did a mother daughter spa and it was just what we needed for our respective Birthdays. Gaël was exceptional with communicating with me and helping me find the right package for us. Plus she did my facial and provided excellent service. Will, m’y massage therapist was also exceptional. The facility is very clean and tranquil. Thank you very much. It’s a great treat, it’s a bit expensive but worth the investment in self care.

Delroy was the best masseuse Ive ever been to and Ive been to some high end spas. The spa experience was amazing. Sanai at the front desk made our spa experience perfect! We had chocolate covered strawberries that were beautiful, fresh and amazing. Great spa, great people. Very clean and relaxing.

Made an appointment here and when I arrived they had not placed my reservation and stated they had nobody available for me. I played them the voicemail when the person who called back after I left a message to confirm that I was at the right place and then I walked them through the entire conversation I had with the person that was sitting at the desk. They took my credit card over the phone as well and still never completed the booking. Overall a huge waste of time and ended up messing up my plans since I didn’t have an opportunity to book elsewhere. Didn’t offer to make any kind of considerations and simply said “I apologize “. I don’t usually write bad reviews but pretty terrible customer service and they didn’t seem to care so I don’t feel bad giving an honest review.

First visit, had the 80min massage with hot stones, and a 25min facial. Both were amazing! Dipped into the sauna briefly. Definitely one of the best spa experiences, to date.

I went and looked on Groupon and on Groupon they had a 160$ special for a couple massage, when I call to schedule the appointment they said they are not honoring the coupon for the month of December but instead they have an in house special for 160$ For couples.I said that’s great. We go and we add an additional service that wasn’t done, we did not even get a full body massage, feet and hands were not done.Towards the end we were charged 384$ Tip included, I was insanely confused and said why is it double? And the manager said she’s sorry and she messed up with the verbiage.The manager can’t do anything about the service or what happened and all she can do is comp one of the tips. Please I tell everyone that if you go there request clarification multiple times and ask what the final amount will be. Professionalism and communication is nonexistent at this place. If you do decide to go here please please use Groupon only so you know what the actual amount will be.Never again will I go here.

Wonderful experience at the Spa at Rosen Centre. Very professional and true masters at their profession. Delroy was a magnificent therapist. We look forward to returning soon and often. The spa facilities were immaculately clean and the coconut water truly refreshing. Valet parking was also very professional. A true five star experience.

My facial was great! The spa manager was horrible. I heard her speaking down to a hotel guest. It was horrible to hear the condensing way she was speaking to the African American woman. For that reason I will not go back to this spa

Very nice place for a massage or other treatment. It has a lounge area and nice therapy rooms. My massage therapist was very good. He applied the right amount of pressure and was very accommodating. You can also use the pool.

Beautiful spa, the message therapist were amazing however, this isn’t a place for couples massage. You get charged a fee of $20 to be in separate rooms with open doors as a couples massage and you are separated into men’s lounge and women’s lounge. We’ve been to the swan and dolphin, Rosen Shingle Creek and my spa in Dr Phillips so we aren’t new to couples messages. It was disappointing because it wasn’t an experience we can spend together but this was a last min reservation we booked and I will never do that again. This place should not offer a couples massage as an option; $252 later and not worth it (even though that’s pretty cheap for two people. )Unfortunately it was a let down but the message therapists we both amazing and wouldn’t want this to reflect on them.

Sanae at the front desk is very professional and helpful. The ambiance is perfect and its always quiet. The steam room is amazing and the pool access is great. I will be back!

What a rip off. Booked a 195 USD pp deal.( mani, pedi, facial and massage) for my daughter in law and myself. Bill totalled 720 USD. Many things which would normally be included were extras so be careful to check what you are getting.Really nice girls but I honestly felt totally ripped off.

Im in town for 3 days of meetings. The 1st day doesnt start til 11. So days before I arrive I book a haircut for 9am that first morning. While travelling the day before I call and confirm the appointment. I wake up early that first day, looking forward to pampering myself a little before the days of work ahead. I show up a half hour early... The appointment somehow got booked at a different time 3 weeks from now. No haircut for me. Frustrated, but mistakes happen, right? Anything you can do for me? No. They just look at me like I did something wrong. No services after or before meeting times, Im out of luck. What happened to customer service? They screwed up my 2 hour me time and offer me nothing. No apology. No complimentary spa products, no evening massage appointment, not even free gym time! Nothing. Just looked at me like, why are you still standing here?!

One of the best massages I have gotten! With a catch...as someone else mentioned in the reviews, money I thought was in my wallet was not after the massage...I got $200, 2 $100 Bills for Christmas which i opened on NYE, a week ago. Now Im not going to say that someone from the spa took it, but I dont ever remember spending a $100 bill, and that is typically something you would remember, but i only had 1 when i went back to get my belongings. Then when i went to the front counter to pay, i was looking for the other hundred a d the lady told me they dont accept cash... to many things for just a coincide. There is a chance that unspent the hundred, but ibthinkninwould have remembered or at least had change from a hundred...but I dont on both thoughts. Im staying at this hotel for another 3 nights and our company will more than likely be having another convention here but I will not be using the spa again. The way I see it, (oh 20% gratuity was added to the massage without me saying anything, I would have tipped more since the massage was great) I spent $305 for an 80 minute massage...great but there was no happy ending for that price! All joking aside, great massage, but someone has a key to the lockers that shouldnt...

Absolutely NOT WORTH it for so many reasons. Bought a Groupon for a massage for 2, understanding that we would have to pay a $20 upgrade fee for a couples massage, the purpose being to spend quality time bonding with your significant other. The waiting area is separate so you cant even sit together while you wait for your massage. Then you get to the rooms, yes rooms, youre in 2 separate rooms with an open door between the 2 rooms. Then they have the gall to add a $50 gratuity for this so called couples massage. HORRIBLE, next time Ill go to the Swan, Dolphin or Gaylord Palms. They have an actual couples massage without all the hidden fees. I dont mind paying for a quality service when it is worth the money & they provide what is expected.

Watch your valuables even though they say they can’t get into your locked locker. I had $100 vanish from the time I entered and went to pay and it was gone. Counted before I went in as I planned to pay cash. The denied it was possible and offered no solution or even sympathy or apology other then to contact security.

Amazing experience, you may think the price is a bit up there, but it is totally worth it. You feel like a whole new person when you get out of there, plus it money spent on pampering yourself.
