Horrible customer service. Guy quoted $30 for 2 different sets of gummies. So when I chose one, then he rings it up to say oh no its $35. But instead of honoring the price he quoted. He wants to argue about his mistake and had the nerve to tell me I wouldnt have honored the price quoted if it was my business. In which I do, as I told him.... if I made a mistake, I honor it. Then he says well thats your business. Asked for a manager and he tells me theres no manager. I will not shop at this location again if thats how customer service is 🙄.

Every time I walk into the store I’m greeted with great hospitality, Luka is the man and has help immensely with showing me what products help with what! The selection is phenomenal and prices are unmatched. Id highly recommend going to shop here!

Ivan is from Brazil and was able to speak Portuguese with my friend. A friend and i went in and bought a couple pieces for his rig and fast forward 15 mins the banger didnt fit. We called and asked for a refund and they said it would be issued, but on arrival we find we can only switch the piece or exchange it. None of the pieces fit and none of the merchandise was explained good and in all a loss of $42. The worker Isabella did not seem like she knew what or how the merchandise worked

We went into this shop three times while visiting Orlando. The staff was amazing and super knowledgeable about their products. I walked in the store and I was immediately impressed with the way everything was displayed. I never much meant to get butane only but no, I had to Walmart this store. I was looking for a torch that had to be replaced and when I about a clickless torch, I was told they dont have. But then there were 3 to choose from. Then I was offered a discount just because and kept being offered a discount on items. Then the best part, there was a bucket of stickers. Looking through it I literally said to myself if there was a Vegeta sticker I am getting it and low and behold as I said the last word in my head, VEGETA was in my hand. Best smoke shop experience I ever had.

Experience in store was great as far as friendliness but the sales associate knew next to nothing about anything in the shop, all she really was helpful for was pulling pieces off the shelf to show us. The quality of the items sold in this shop is utter garbage. I only recommend buying glass from this shop if you just want to look at it and not actually use it. The glass the pieces are made out of are so thin you can barley even touch them. Complete waste of money

The workers were amazing and friendly. We bought a few (lot) of their pens and they work amazingly and are exactly what we wanted. One broke and we brought it back and they exchanged it no problems.
