Came in with some friends, it was our first time trying this shop out we don’t usually have the best experience at other shops with the weird none enthusiastic people but I think we found our favorite shop. Liz made sure that we got what we wanted, she was very informative and polite we will be coming back recommended if your looking for a chill smoke shop to go to.

Came here from out of state, and was not disappointed. Mary was very patient with all of my questions and helped to make sure I picked the best products to fit my needs. She explained the differences between items and made sure she stayed within my budget. Not only would I recommend Red Dragon, but I would highly recommend Mary!

This is the only place in the city that has 10mm bangers - and the only smoke shop we talked to that knew the sizes of their bangers at all. Professional & clean. We’re visiting from Massachusetts and are used to a very different kind of market. We were relieved to find this place!

George was AMAZING. I am from Nebraska and my vape quit working… it was a bad coil. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He helped me put a new coil in my Vape, helped me with selecting new juice flavors based on what I already know I like and even explained how best to set my air flow based on my drawing style so it would be smoother and not make me cough so much. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked somebody to explain the right way to set my vape so I can utilize it better. George did an amazing job and I really appreciate him. Thank you!

They are completely ripe off. Horrible absolutely horrible service, I asked for the price of paan ras hookah flavor she said $18, at the register she charge over $19 each box also if you pay by card they charge you 3.5% extra on the top, but in the receipt its says Cash discount, misleading the customer. It is not the discount its actually an extra charge. They should be reported to better business bureau for cheating customers.The girl kept arguing with me that instead of apologizing on her mistake.

Bought a small torch lighter and it broke within 2 days. I brought it in and asked why it wouldnt work and was told it was a cheap lighter. I wasnt offered a new one just made it seem like I was stupid for buying it. I left it there and promised never to return. They didnt care at all. Stay away!

Rip off and scammers I will never recommend this place to anyone. They cheat their customers I bought a vape from them nite time it was defective , I came the following day to change it , but the girl that she acted like she owns the place wouldn’t change it . Not only that but she was arrogant and trying to humiliate me , so I went to different smoke shop they gave me what I need plus $5 discount with a smiley face . After I told them what happened at the red dragon store they told me that I am not the only one also they told me if am not happy with the item I can change it , that’s what we call customer service .

Had the best experience with this place. My family and I are staying at Disney and my mod crapped out. Bad situation, right? Red Dragon saved the day. They were so helpful helping pick me out a new mod, specific to my preferences, through online communication. We dont have a car or a way to get off the Disney property without a huge headache because we have too many kids. They helped facilitate a courier picking up my order and delivering it to me at the resort. Such a great experience and really saved me from quite a bit of pain and suffering, which translated to my family not having to endure me in the condition I would be in without any N for 3 days. Thank you so much! Cant say enough good things about this business!
