Viso Bello Medi Spa

I came to Viso Bello for a massage and facial as a gift from a friend, and immediately entering I knew I would enjoy this experience! The place was clean, smelled amazing and had a nice ambiance. The girl at the front desk Chalise was super sweet and the manager Pedro was also there to make sure all my needs were met and that I jumped right into my massage! DJ gave the best massage i woke up from it feeling brand new, and my relaxation got even better with my facial from Paola!! She knew exactly what to do for my skin without me having to say much, I left feeling and looking amazing!! Would highly recommend and will be back soon!

VB is plain on the outside and spiffy on the inside. I went in had a massage and pedi for a reasonable but not extraordinary price.My therapist was Jenny and she is strong and skilled and did a great job. But she was working with unnecessary handicaps. She was obviously on a tight schedule to start. She didn’t hurry me but she wanted to do so. The massage room was clean, smelled wonderful and quite dark. Which is great. But it was also cold. And the table was cold and the lotion was cold. The sheet and blanket I was draped with were clean and sweet smelling but thinner than a complimentary airline blanket. My feet, hands and nose stayed uncomfortably cold the entire massage.The pedicure with Lisa was lovely and fun and my toenails look great.

This was my first time going to this spa and I absolutely enjoyed my time! I had my nails done by Lisa and I highly recommend her! She is hilarious and has a great personality! My massage was done by Jill and I was very pleased and so relaxed. All around such a great day as soon as I walked into the door.

I absolutely LOVE Viso Bello Day Spa!!! What started out as a birthday massage over a year ago has turned into a monthly ritual. The atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. Every massage therapist is very professional and conscientious of the needs of the client. I have also had other services there such as facials and manicures and have never been disappointed. Everyone deserves to be pampered the Viso Bello way. Its truly an experience not to be missed!

Fantastic Spa. My wife and I got 90 minute massages, and she also got a 30-minute facial. Everything was clean and very professional.The services themselves were excellent, the team there really knows their craft. From the moment we were warmly greeted at the front desk to the end of the experience, we couldnt have asked for more. Thank you, everyone!

First off the front desk girls have no customer service skills. You would think a high end spa like this would train their employees how to be professional. I spent over $500 here and it was so not worth it. The owner walked by a couple times and didn’t even introduce himself or even smile for that matter. The facial I had was was okay. Nothing special. I would never get my nails or toes done there again. My pinky nail is already chipping. My gel usually lasts at least two weeks and it’s been one day. The spa itself is beautiful but the employees need to be trained on how to treat clients in this kind of environment and if they are going to charge high prices like they do than they should train their employees to do a better job. I won’t be going back here.

This is the second time I have showed up for a well planned and confirmed scheduled appointment to find that my scheduled therapist is not available and not in the office. No one notified me of a cancellation or schedule change. I used to be a monthly membership client here for years. In the past two years, the management at Viso Bello has completely dropped the ball. I cleared my entire afternoon to be there and drove 30 minutes to show up to no therapist and absolutely no regard for my personal time or hassle. I left dumbfounded that such a well run company could fall to the wayside that fast. I absolutely cannot recommend this spa.

My girlfriends were so kind to get me a gift card to this salon. I had to replan my wedding a few times with COVID and they decided this would be a great opportunity to get me to relax! And boy is that an understatement. I opted for the 90 minute detox massage. It was nothing short of incredible. I have gotten many many massages over the years and I can hands down say that this massage with Sully was second to none. She used just the right amount of pressure and didn’t cut my massage short which I often feel happens at a lot of spas. She was great at explaining what the massage entailed before we got started so I knew exactly what to expect. I will definitely be back for another massage with her and I will be recommending her to anyone who asks! Thanks for providing a great service.

Ive had a Viso Bello massage membership for a few years and dont know how I could do without it as my monthly indulgence. I have a preferred massage therapist who has always made my appointments an invaluable experience, but have also had massage from several others -- all of whom have been exceptional. Professional, friendly, and just such a worthwhile investment in me. Thank you for the wonderful treatment!

Massage with Jodi was excellent! She has a special technique ~ if I am hurting anywhere on my body, she’s able to get those knot out and I am not feeling it the next day. She makes the massage so comfortable and relaxing that I’m able to even fall a sleep. Awesome job... I have been a member of Viso Bello Day Spa for a few years now and the services they provide just keep getting better and better. I started out with the monthly massage membership which is amazing. The text/email reminder is great, I look forward to my monthly appointment. I have tried many other services that the Spa provides and have been extremely satisfied. The staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. If you want to feel pampered, Viso Bello is the place to go.

The place looks very nice and the people were nice. The quality of service compared to several other places weve been was just not up to par if I am being honest. They did ask how it was and my husband and I said Good. I stand by my feedback. However, for this pricepoint I expect an exceptional massage, and that is not what my husband and I got. Very standard; No Wow. The prices are the same as some top notch places Ive been to across the state. If it were cheaper here, my rating would have been 4 stars.

I love Viso Bello! The folks are very professional and accommodating. I have a preferred massage therapist, but have gone to others also very good. My usual is a 90 min hot stone with foot scrub unless Im having a pedicure, with an air bath before I get started. The facials are also very good.I love spas, I go on destination spa vacations and I believe Viso Bellos treatments are top notch.My wish list- Sauna/steam room & Ultra sonic facial.

I had received a gift card to Viso Bello and came in for a massage. Mike was amazing and extremely kind and professional. I also received amazing customer service from Tiffany and Pedro at the front desk. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.

I got the most amazing massage from Donna (sully)! She was professional and used a perfect pressure. I haven’t had this great of a massage in a long time! Place is beautiful. I’ll definitely be back!

I come here just about once a month and they have a wonderful staff. The therapist are very Attentive to my specific therapeutic needs. I left feeling refreshed, energized and relaxed a the same time! My muscles didnt ache anymore! I would recommend Viso Bello Day Spa to all!

Ive been getting regular monthly deep tissue massages at Viso Bello for over 3 years. Over that time, Ive had the opportunity to meet a variety of employees. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. Viso Bello is very careful to utilize only knowledgeable, sensitive and personable professionals.

A great place for a relaxing, professional experience rather it be for a manicure, pedicure or massage. Dan is constantly updating or remodeling offering a state of the art salon/day spa. Therapists are excellent and knowledgable in their field of expertise. I have been coming here for many, many, many years. Even though I moved I still travel 1 1/2 hours when there is s place 5 miles from my house. Kudos to management and the staff

My wifes appointment was at 230. We arrived at 220 and went to the waiting room after checking in. About 250, my wife went to see what the hold up was as no one had checked in with us to let us know they were running late. The receptionist asked her how how her experience was. My wife explained that she hadnt been seen yet and was still waiting. At this point, the receptionist said she would go check to see what the hold up was. After five minutes or so, she didnt come back. We had to leave as we had another appointment to get to. I have to say, I was very dissatisfied with this visit, our first on a Sunday.

I went it to Viso Bello for a client consultation. I have to say they were very kind and courteous upon my arrival. I was greeted once I walked in and given a form to fill out. It contained important information for client safety (which I do appreciate). After my consultation, they helped me book my appointments and were very patient with all my questions!

It looks small from the outside. As soon as you walk in you see product, almost like a cheap hair salon. But then as soon as you enter the waiting area you are immediately calmed by the soothing music, warm colors, and dim lights. Since it was my first time there I was walked around the facility shown all the rooms they have to offer. Its very big. You wouldnt know by sitting outside. The prices are high but its because they use very expensive organic lotions and such. I had a facial, Ive been feeling how smooth my face is all day. The woman who took care of me, Sahim, educated me throughout the entire process. Its definitely not like other facilities at all where they just kinda do it and not tell you whats happening.other places dont seem as educated either. She welcomed me with water as soon as I exited the room too, which I appreciated. The only reason I didnt give this place 5 stars is because I kinda felt pressured to buy their product. As she was educating me she was describing the products. She didnt come out and say that they sell that stuff there but it still felt pushy. I would prefer to go to a spa to be pampered because I am stressed out. Feeling pressure causes some stress. I felt obligated to at least look at the product, which, btw, ranged from $48-$58 from what I saw. Very expensive. Other than that, if I didnt feel pressured to buy product as soon as I walked in, and throughout the facial, it would have been perfect.. Try to sell yourselves more than the product. You might do better. Thats my advice.

I feel like a VIP every single time I walk into Viso Bello.It is nice to see ownership/management trying so hard to keep on top of the latest and greatest products, procedures and accoutrement.Love the new massaging pedicure chairs and flat screen tvs in the mani/pedi areas. The new relaxation rooms look right out of a magazine. I am LOVING the upgrade addition of coffee and cucumber water versus just herbal teas (so allergic to chamomile). All of the massage therapists and aestheticians that I have encountered have all been vetted in their professions and are very knowledgeable and experienced. I know I dont have to worry about all of my allergies (teatree oil, berries, carrots, nature seasonal and animals) because they all look at my chart every time I try something new.If I could afford to be there every week... trust me I would be there!

Alexa was the massage therapist. she was wonderful!Asked questions, showed concern, offered an excellent knowledge base. I will continue to book with her . Environment was clean , plenty of parking , peaceful and calming .

The absolute best experience, from the minute you walk in the door its the most relaxing experience. Being greeted at the door, polite is putting it mildly. Being escorted to the waiting room and prepared for your relaxing experience. The staff are all wonderful, prepare for the best spa experience youve ever had.

I love Viso Bello Spa. The atmosphere was very relaxing and serene and my massage with Racquel was awesome. Everyone there is very polite and courteous. I am looking forward to coming back again soon.

I used to buy the facial packages from Viso Bello. One treatment left my face feeling burned, but I figured that was part of the peel. Another day they used Patchouli in the massage oil. I had a terrible reaction and my face swelled up. I looked like Id been beaten! My eyes were so swollen I could barely open them. It took 3 days to clear. When I notified Viso Bello, they did say they were sorry -- but not with much feeling. And did they express any concern? No. Did they offer in any way to make this right? No. Most places would have offered something -- and I may have gone back. But their meh attitude was the biggest turn off of all. I will never go back to Viso Bello. Their customer service is terrible.

I received a massage by Myron at Viso Bella Day Spa and it was a wonderful experience. He was very professional and at the end gave me some excellent advice about what I could do in the future to prevent so many aches and pains.

I have been seeing Sully for a few massages now and she is great!! She always gives a good massage that leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I have been going to Viso Bello for a number of years and I love it... excellent services... wide variety... relaxing.... friendly.....clean, I also appreciate the fact that they give back to their community... wish all businesses were like that.They also provide excellent communication whether it be to inform you of specials or to remind you of your appointments... Highly recommend VB!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to book an appt for over a week. No one responds to the texts. Wanted to confirm I had a rollover massage left or I would have booked it online myself. They can keep my credit. Will never return

The only reason its not getting a full 5 stars because the hours for getting your lazer hair removal is extremely limited. I use to like when I can come in at noon or 2PM but now its after 3PM and you cant really find another time to switch. I like the spa and the service itself, but, the times arent good for me since I live in New Milford and dont get out of work till 6 and its 1/2 hour or so away from me. I dont want to drive up on my days off during rush hour traffic because they start after 3PM.

Been coming here for years. The staff are so incredibly professional and friendly and most have been there for a very long time. Ive had just about every service they offer and always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and utterly pampered. This is truly a special place.

My gel mani and pedi with friends last week was fantastic. Lisa is a miracle worker and the spa is relaxing and phenomenal.

I’m confused by all the crazy smells???its either moldy smelling or it smells to much of the candles trying to cover the mold smell. I can’t even enjoy myself here. The massage therapists smell like cigarette smoke and “ nico” literally rubbed me the wrong way.save your money

They are inept at scheduling. I have had multiple scheduling problems with Middebury office. The staff is immature and apparently unable to dial a telephone number to notify of cancellation and had audacity to lie to my face about trying to call me (no missed calls no voicemail..just message confirm in appointment)

The two clowns are the best; they frequently duck paying into unemployment by claiming their masseuses tried to steal their clients. Do not support these people.

They have terrible customer service ; I ordered a gift card online and selected to have it sent to my address, they never sent it in a week, I called to find out , they said because it was ordered on line it was to be downloaded , didn’t receive something to download , I called to go pick it upThey said no it’s online , when I told them I didn’t receive it, there was “laughter” in the background .
