This was my first visit to Shell Plastic Surgery. Nay came highly recommended by a friend, and she was both professional and excellent! She was familiar with and able to address a specific, chronic back issue I have and provided significant relief. I would highly recommend her! Also, the staff at Shell was very nice!

Although not in their normal realm of practice, Dr Shell’s office moved mountains to get my post brain tumor neurological botox approved by my insurance and Dr Shell did an excellent job with placement. We just moved back to Mississippi and I am several hours from my previous provider, so I’m thankful they could get me in so quickly and do such an excellent job!

It’s always a pleasure coming in and seeing the ladies at the medspa, if you haven’t tried a massage there,then you must! Also the tinted sunscreen is amazing that’s all I wear. And on the other side Dr Shell is AMAZING! He takes time in everything he does in clinic and in the operating room. He answers questions and concerns and does not run out of the room like some Drs do. It’s always a pleasure visiting with them.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Dr. Shell and his staff are absolutely the best! I wasn’t just a number. They were so friendly, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. The week leading up to the surgery, they called me every other day, if not every day, to make sure they had all of their ducks in a row and to ease my nerves, being that this was my first surgical procedure. Dr. Shell actually called me the day before the surgery and after the surgery to see how I was feeling. I’ve never had that happen before. If you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon, look no further. Everything about this process was top tier!

Had to wait a bit, ( after my scheduled appointment time) but other than that, Dr. Shells staff was very friendly and patient with me. Dr Shell took time with me during my initial consultation to discuss my concerns and procedures that would give me the best outcome. Overall I am very happy with the work he did, and could tell by his confidence he was well educated in his field. I now understand why patients wait 3-4 months for an appointment with him and why some patients drive hours to come to Oxford to have his exceptional knowledge and great bedside manner address their needs. Goodness ! Dr Shell is a freaking genius ! Talk about giving you your self confidence back. Ordered 3 bikinis while laying in the bed recovering. Dont waste time wondering if you should book or not. Go ahead and do it. He stays booked but I was lucky and filled a spot where someone cancelled. The staff is very friendly and I have all intentions of now trying out the spa too. I had a great experience with Dr Shell! From the time I had my consultation to my surgery he was awesome. He called me himself the night before surgery an also the day after to check on me himself. He is very personal an never did I feel that I wasn’t his priority. He actually told me before surgery that I was prayed for an kept telling me I was in good hands an assured me I would be well taken care of! He provides very detailed explanations of the entire process. He doesn’t rush the visit as if I am the only patient. I love this! I book appointments with Nay multiple times per year. Yesterday’s massage was warranted after moving and unpacking our new home. I had a much needed uninterrupted night of sleep after my therapy!

First of all I wanted to wait a full week after my Botox experience so I could give an honest review. I am more than pleased with my results and might I add that I was administered less units than others had used in the past. From the time I entered the office until the time i left everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and important. Sydney Thames gave a great hydrafacial. Altogether it was a very relaxing and refreshing experience. My skin felt rejuvenated and hydrated afterwards . She was honest and genuine in her response to my concerns and questions about my personal skincare. She consulted with her mom who also works there and has a couple decades of experience. They were both helpful and kind.

My massage therapist Nayusa (Nay) Omori has recently moved from Epicure to Shell. I have followed her there and I continue to be enormously pleased. Nay is superb. Leaving Shell after a massage I ALWAYS feel happier and more relaxed than before. Nay has an expansive knowledge of the body. She helps me with problems I point out to her and sometimes she alerts me to a problem I didnt know a had, and which she then helps me with. I recommend her to anyone. The supporting staff around her are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere at Shell is comfortable and soothing.

I was really nervous about having my lipoma removed. The staff was incredible and very warm and friendly! Dr. Shell put my mind at ease. He did a great job!! Im healing and excited to not have to hurt daily!!!

Leslie ( the new nurse practitioner) met with me and she was absolutely fantastic!!!Very patient, and I had a multitude of questions for her. I truly appreciated her kindness and patience.

I had to have an invasive squamous cell carcinoma removed from the tip of my nose. The surgeon had to go in twice to remove all of the cancer. Dr. Shell office coordinated a same day appointment with the surgeon. Dr. Shell put me at ease asked what music i liked and played it. He was very gentle. I experienced no pain at all from what he stitched up and none in my recovery. I am pleased with the outcome.

Cecil experience and my (mom) experience was indeed a GREAT one. The attn given to him was over rated. The care on his ear was even more over rated. Doctors like Dr. Shell are very hard to find. Ive NEVER in my 61 yrs on earth EVER met a Dr. like Dr. Shell. Hes a GODLY sent man. Glad I had the chance to meet all of you but not for that purpose(😀) and Cecil said the same thing.

Great staff! They make me feel like family every time I’m there. Dr. Shell is very professional and the only doctor I trust for cosmetic treatments and procedures.

The staff at the office was wonderful. Dr. Shell was rude because I smoke. I had skin cancer removed from my nose and he did the rebuild. Five surgeries and year and a half later I have a crooked nose. Two different sized nostrils. You can see where new skin was attached and my forehead is not recovered. My eyebrow has a gap where it was reattached. He refused to do final surgery unless I quit smoking for six weeks. I get to shave my nose inside and outside weekly as part of my bangs are in my new nose. I would not recommend him to anyone. If the job was too big, as he mentioned he didn’t expect that much removed, he should have sent me somewhere else.

Dr. Shell is a wonderful doctor and human being. He takes his time to explain your procedure and encourages you to ask questions. I would highly recommend him and his office staff for your plastic surgery needs.

I signed up for the package at the spa afterwards, it is highly recommended for waxing the more delicate areas
