I went in to just ask a few questions and get some butane for a lighter. I worked with Alivia (yes with an A) who from the start, was honest and told me what she was knowledgeable in and on the things she wasnt, I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and we ended up reading some information labels together. This was my latest experience but the many visits that Ive had there, have been equally as wonderful. Its nice to see this kind of customer service still exists and I say for your next tobacco needs or a gift...all at a fair price and As Ive started with...(knowledgeable/cool people there to help)...give them a try and let people know!

My husband and I always come here versus the other Wild Bills because of the exceptional service we always receive here. They are always able to give helpful suggestions and are great at knowing the features and benefits of the products they are selling. As a team they are always smiles and extremely kind. Every time I come into this wild bills location, Megan Is always there to help. She is the best and is very informed on every product that is in the store. She is always willing to show me what’s new, what’s good, and help me with what I’m looking for. She helps me fill my pods/ vape coils and is very sweet and nice all the time. I love coming to this wild bills location. But all the girls that work here are GREAT too. very GOOD staff! I just especially love Megan bc she is a family friend and is very knowledgeable.

I have gone into this smoke shop quite a few times and I really enjoy what they have in their inventory. Their assortment of glass is absolutely huge and they have 50% off sales all the time which makes it pretty cheap. The staff is really cool and laid back and fun to talk too, they are also very knowledgeable. Everything from cigars to vapes to glass can be found here at a really good price.

Brought in a vape that I bought less than a week ago because it is malfunctioning. The girl behind the counter was very rude. She said she needed everything including the box. I asked what else came with it simply because I couldnt recall. She was again rude while telling me. Then as I was leaving to go get the things she had mentioned she mumbled to her coworker nice try.I used this store weekly but will be going to a different one from now on.

Consistently sells products that do not work, will not return. Told me to test items before I leave the store - then said theres a limit to test two vapes and I cant text more even though they do not turn on or squirt liquid almost every time. Will not go to this location again - scamers :)

Purchased charger during curbside shopping. Brought old charger I needed replaced with me. They brought out double the price charger a(not one I requested and showed them) they told me any issues I could return it (never mentioned 2 week deadline). When I got home didnt work. Tried returning at Dixie highway wild bills within 2 week return window, they wouldnt take something from other location even though chain store. Tried returning or exchanging in third week in Oxford and they refused. Manager had attitude and unhelpful. Will do my shopping at Dixie hwy Wild Bills from now on where staff knows products and helpful and friendly. Never go back to Oxford location

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The have weekly and periodic seasonal sales promos. i caught the 2018 Black Friday sale for significant savings! This is the second WBTs I have frequented, due to geographic changes, and I have not been disappointed.

The employees at this location are always so friendly and positive. This is my favorite place to go. They always greet everyone who comes in with a smile and positive vibes. Best location by far.

Megan Im writing about the location in Oxford ONLY.As soon as I walk in the door I dont feel welcome. Two people dont even look up from their magizines and the other two look at each other as if theyre saying your turn as I approach the counter. I had come to exchange a coil for the vaporizer I purchased previously but chose incorrectly. I explain my situation and Megan (who was helping me) handing her the still in original packaging, takes it down to the other two girls and they quietly whisper to each other, then says, almost disappointed sounding yes, we can exchange it. I feel more of a bother. She asks me about my tank trying to narrow the choices and I ask to see them to confirm my choice. I select one with confidence and the one male employee says Thats a great coil, only one I ever use! Followed by quick glares by the ladies which makes him quiet and lower this head.Megan informs me This is quite a bit more expensive, still want to exchange? I agree and she tells me the difference is $1.06. Well I really wanted to return the never opened body because I need the cash for bills but wont even ask based on my interaction so far and instead let them know I need to check my car for change. I leave all my stuff as a Ill be right back visual indicator along with saying *Ill be right back, getting change in my car.After checking my car for a few min I return and everything had been returned. Megan looks for the coil and I pay for it, asking for a receipt. As I leave shes saying to have a great day but I dont ever want to go back, feeling the daggers in my back as I leave.This isnt my first visit but its my last. This is the way Im treated every time Ive went to this WB location - always like an enemy, with a youre interrupting us! Get out quick! feeling.I used to go to WB for their Wednesday BOGO deals but now they dont0ⁿ⁴&F and 5 even have that. My favorite juice is from the company Naked and is sold for $24.99 where ⅝5⅝ zzz other store sells it for $15.99 but no deal, ever. Why do I come here? Why should you go there??If you like unfriendly, cold shoulder, uneducated on overpriced products and seemingly grumpy young people go to Wild Bills in Oxford. For everything else, go anywhere, especially for juices - gas stations have better prices.

Favorite place for all my smoking needs. Fast and friendly service they have everything youd ever need from cigars, cigarettes, rolling papers, capes, vape juices, kratom, cbd and tons more. Always love the suggestions and help when Im unsure of what to get.

The employees are knowlegable and know whats on the up and up. Dont get me wrong there. But the employees friends hanging out just mean mugging every person that walk though the door, I mean really ? On top of that dont go here and you dont live and breath vaping your treated oddly. Im sorry but I wont be going back. Felt unwelcome and pushed out the door once the guy realised I didnt cap very often all professionalism went out the door, continued talking to his buddy that stared me down from the second I walked in the door. Never go to wild bills in Oxford i Bought Juice and it was all brown i put it in my device completely messed up the pod then i called to see if they would take it back cause it was unbearable to hit and they said no refunds. Never Going back to Wild Bills in Oxford. Go to puff Factory in lake orion its worth the extra drive believe me.

Wild Bills has a very good stock of any tobacco you like . The counter clerks are very helpful and very friendly . Youll get no complaints out of this coustomer .
