Excellent selection of juices and mods and if you ask, theyll order almost anything you want that they dont normally carry. Theyre also the only honest shop in Oxford who wont try to upsell you their most expensive pro-grade mod just for the profit and theyre often half the price of the other shop on University. Absolutely worth going to despite being kinda hard to find from the road!

Amazing store! Great selection of vapes and juices at very reasonable prices. The best thing about Cloud 9 though, is that it has the friendliest atmosphere of any store I have ever shopped at! As long as I live in Oxford, theyll be getting my business.

Im a local customer and am recently brought to active duty, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and can tailor a flavor to your liking and find the setup for you either Instore or over the phone. When they ship everything is packed well and ships quickly. One of the most friendly and accommodating staffs in the vape business. Hospitable and cordial when you come in the store as well as over the phone. Great place to learn about vapes and try a flavor that fits you. Will definitely buy again.

Helpful and informative staff. Mind boggling assortment of vape flavors. The lost star is because despite the substantial number of flavors some that I like are quite hard to find and they generally dont know what is coming in when. Guess they COULD open earlier if I am nitpicking.

Very good experience here very helpful new to the vaping the juice here is excellent the juice here is good very good taste will go back again my only down fall was buying a new vapor thought it was a 2200 battery found out its only 1600 so was disappointed about that wanted a 2200 battery but will go back for the juice

Went in a week ago to get coils and liquid. They gave me the wrong coils and wrong liquid. I spent almost $100 in there and won’t ever do so again it’s cheaper to buy online and at least if there’s a mistake I’ll only be out a significantly less amount of money

Drove over an hour to get here and my sister and I were quite a picky pair finding juices but they treated us as if they had all the time in the world and never once felt rushed or like they had something better to do. Will be visiting again soon!
