Manager behind the counter is only reason for 3 stars... Product sucks for the price.. $20 budget THCA cart.. I get it is their budget brand but drive 2 miles down the road and get better quality for exactly the same price.

Another 1 star review for this trash tier smoke shop. Defective merchandise, low Inventory options, and half the time run by their nephew who’s on his phone on speaker not caring at all. How do you have one employee in the shop who is guessing prices? Entering “general merchandise” and then just charging whatever. I’ve never had to walk out of a smoke shop in my life.. there are 3 better shops within 5 minutes.

Buyer beware. I was sold defective merchandise here. I left the store, tested it in my car, came back 5 minutes later and it was a big deal to get a refund on the defective product.I was told they were doing me a favor for taking back the bad product they sold me and then they refused to take back the overpriced accessories I bought with it.This place is also severely overpriced compared to the other smoke shop just about a mile down the road. There are many options for smoke shops in the area and if you care at all about price or quality of products, you’re better off going to the smoke shop down the road.This is how I was treated by the owner by the way. It wasn’t just some random employee. This is how they roll

I arrived 1 minute after closing and the man was about to drive away, he pulled back in and opened the shop for me. He took his time to find the coil I needed and didnt rush me, excellent customer service!

I came in asking for a new coil because mine was out, and he tried to find the right one and said Are you okay with me just leaving the coil inside? I told him thats no problem and I paid for it. I want to go fill it up with liquid and seeing that all of the cotton was burned away and the metal was black. I hadnt turned it on since then.

Purchased a new mod from SKY because I like to support local shops, my Father has a small business. I purchased the new mod for $75 after the salesman suggested I purchase this particular item.I go online once Im home to order a new pod & coils because the store didnt have them stocked. After searching online I discovered the mod is highly outdated and as I needed new pods, I wasnt able to purchase any.I called all 3 sky locations asking if they could order the pods..1. Sales rep said this occasionally happens and the owner dismisses it for he has his $.I drive to the actual store where the mod was bought, spoke to a young lady that kind of tried to help, but again she really didnt. She explained how she has been there the longest, and if their supplier doesnt have what I need she will call the manager.I left and returned after 2 hours and she said the supplier never returned her call, and she was sorry... well, she didnt engage in any further customer service, nor did she offer to call the owner to help with the situation. Total disregard for service and a huge lack of respect for the customer. I actually would have purchased a new mod if a discount was offered as a convenience, or maybe a bottle of juice. But, nope!So end of the day, I was taken for $75, but I did get a veterans discount.. wooo hooo! I just dont understand why small businesses want your support, but offer ZERO in return. Back to ordering online, and cutting out the middleman. Just another day in todays customer service world.

It doesnt have a large selection of tobacco or cigarette tubes for smokers like myself . When I got home I noticed two price tags - one on each side. One said $19.99 and the other $29.99 thats quite the increase. But they do have a large selection for those who vape. The cashier was very nice.

Bought a 25$ battery and they wouldn’t exchange it. Less than 2 weeks and it broke. Better price at other shops. Don’t waste your time.

This is by far one of the best smoke shops in the state of wildwood, I love this shop it’s such a vibe. The people here are so nice, and always ready to take on my loads. I highly suggest this place. Love~DND
