I was on my way home when I noticed this small, cute smoke shop off on the side of the road. I decided to stop by and once inside I was ecstatic seeing all the glass, the different products they have, as well as how clean, warm, and welcoming it felt upon entering the establishment. There was some beautiful glass pieces, I just couldn’t decide which one I wanted. So I asked the employee to talk to me about the different glass they had. She was extremely knowledgeable upon almost all the glass which made it much easier to decide. Im definitely stuck between two pieces and I will have to come back once I’ve made up my mind on which one I wish to get.

So I passed by yesterday afternoon to get a disposable vape, The one I want it they didnt have available The girl that works there convinced me too by a Vozol gear 10000 green chocolate cream, I took a puff there to try it and went home when I decided to smoke from it it tasted it like burn chocolate, Clearly it was defected and did not taste good, I couldnt go back yesterday cause they close at 9 oclock. In the morning I go to work too early so I have to wait into the afternoon I walked in and spoke to the same girl and ask if she could exchange it because it was defective she told me no they cant do anything about it. So i lose $30 dollars. I think they gotta have better customer services and money now and days is hard to make for people that just throw it away. Just be careful with this place
Today I had Chad at store p5 and he was fantastic. Nice and informative and happy to chat about what the best remedy for the customer should be. I never do reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed with Juanita, the shop owner. I’m a simple man, I don’t care much for nitpicking. Juanita knew exactly what the customers wanted. Small things, such as offering the case to me to pick out the wrap I want. She knows the game and what the customers want. Great personality, amazing courtesy, and close enough to be my new supply store.
I really enjoy going in there for my vapes. Everyone is awesome!! They are always very helpful and super pleasant. They are what makes me keep coming back. I highly recommend hywaze.
Liz was exceptional with her customer service, I came in looking for a piece of glass with some teal accents on it, she gladly showed me all her selections and asked what i would be using it for so she could help me get the best piece for me. I picked one out and she immediately told me everything I needed to know about the peace and how to properly use it, clean it, and store it etc.. Thanks Liz for the great service and making me feel welcome in the shop. Also its conveniently located an them being opened until 10:00 is awesome. Amazing selection and great prices! And in my opinion what makes the store number one in my book is the exceptional customer service I received from Liz shes very thorough with her job and you can tell she cares about her customers!!!!!! Very clean store, my visit was quick and not as detailed as I would have liked to be, but that just means I can go back again! The staff was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
So i went in there looking for some kind of CBD disposable vape, had no idea what i was lookin for. Luckily for me, there was this tall skinny kid named Steven, i think. He was wearing a beanie Im pretty sure. Anyways, he helped me out a ton. He coached me through what i was actually looking for, gave me some different ideas and flavours and stuff.
