I can not express how amazing these ladies are! Compared to other shops Ive had to go to in a pinch during travel, this shop has never failed to leave me with a great impression. Ive never had to deal with sugarist with funky moods, PAYING for after sugar care, or uncomfortable silence. Love, Love, Love them. Highly recommended. I am so upset to be moving as I dont think I can find a sugar spot that meets the high bar of expectations theyve set.- Yes they do have after care products for sale that are great, and you should use in-between appointments, but the immediate after care of a sugar appointment to soothe the skin and close those open pores is included

LOOOVE THIS PLACE!! I have been coming for sometime now, francene is my girl. I have been going to here ever since I dipped my toes in sugar waxing; as I have gotten regular waxing previously. She always makes me feel super comfortable—especially from the beginning. She’s super sweet and not to mention, attentive to detail and getting every single hair and any ingrowns I may have. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. I actually look forward to getting waxed compared to previous times I’d be nervous and did not look forward to them. The environment of this place is so clean and smells so good! I almost feel cleansed every time I step in the door. The aesthetic, the vibes, the energy, and I could go on. I went here for the first time yesterday and went to Julia, she did an amazing job! The facility is really nice and clean and Julia was super friendly and welcoming. I got a full Brazilian, she was gentle and held conversation the whole time to make me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend her!

So soft with their touch and they will make you feel so comfortable. Just really brilliant at their craft. 10/10 recommend getting sugared! It is the best thing I’ve done for myself. Shaving is NOT it anymore. Do yourself a favor and get into the routine of monthly sugaring! The more times you do it, the softer it gets. I am in looove. All of the girls are amazing at what they do, and make you feel totally comfortable while doing it. Cannot say enough great things about this place. Francene has done my Brazilian with a vajacial twice now, and she does a fantastic job! She really helped with explaining after care/exfoliating in between waxings, is meticulous and detailed, made me feel totally comfortable with being waxed during that time of the month, and we have great conversation throughout the total process, makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend. I will never go back to shaving! Everyone definitely needs to try sugar waxing at bare studio!

She gave me some great advice for after care. I split my time between here and a city out of state and will be waiting until I’m back in town to see her again. No one else does as thorough of a job as her. As much as I want to selfishly gate keep this info so she doesn’t get too booked up, I can’t not let the world know that this is the place to go. I’ve always done waxing but am now fully converted to sugaring thanks to this place! (BTW - I’m sure all of the staff is great, but have only seen Julia.)

Samantha is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I personally am a very shy person and get so much anxiety when it comes to anything personal. Loved every minute of my treatment. I had an infrared detox and reflexology facial. Found it cleansing and extremely relaxing. Samantha made it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Her studio is in the cutest little plaza on all of Palm Canyon Drive. It’s located all the way in the back, a bit tucked away but it’s not hard to find if you’re looking for it. This was my first body treatment since March due to COVID and I was feeling a bit nervous about that but her safety and sanitation measures made me feel very safe. I cannot wait to go back to Bare Sugar Studio!

Ive had two appoitments and both flew by because Samantha is so easy to talk to. Her studio is bright, clean and airy and smells so good. I dont have much to say about waxing vs sugaring since Ive only ever done sugaring but! I really love that its quick and repetative, so although not pain-free, it goes by fast. Samantha offered breaks frequently and encouragement to boot. I dont like to write bad reviews but I had an overall really bad experience here. firstly, when I got there right at my appt time, there was no one there. I waited there for over 30 minutes before the one person working could even come out and greet me bc she was running severely behind and didnt notify me. secondly, ive had a few full brazilian sugarings before and this one was by far the most uncomfortable and painful. the girl was new to it and just didnt have enough experience. as this is really an awkward and intimate type of experience, you really want someone who knows what theyre doing. thirdly, she completely forgot my shape mid way through so it couldnt be completed how I had asked, so it honestly looked really weird and bad with a little patch of hair which I had to then go home and remove myself. on top of that, my skin was extremely red and irritated, way more so than any other sugar ive had before. then the worst part is, I followed all of the after care instructions and now have the worst ingrown and painful hairs ive ever had. and ive had maybe 10 brazilian sugarings before and this has never happened. im really disappointed and upset that I even went here and I feel like it not only looks terrible, but was a total waste of money. :( I would really not recommend this place unless they get an experienced person.

I recently moved to the desert from Orange County for my new job. I was looking for sugar treatment to clean it up for Vegas weekend and my self-esteem. To be honest, I am at a loss for words. In my experience, Ive done with few times with sugar treatment, and most of them I was not satisfied with them until I met Samantha. Samantha is amazing, and I love her! I think she is definitely the right person. I will do sugaring from now on. She made ensure provide access to communication. I am Deaf, and she always found a way how to communicate with me through voice-to-text. You know what is the best part is that she even fingerspell her name to introduced herself. That was freaking best and warm welcome! Her studio was very cute and intimate, and feel like you are home. Deaf community, I highly recommended her if you were looking for sugaring. THIS IS THE BEST SUGAR STUDIO IN THE TOWN.

I went to Bare Sugar Studio back in July for my first wax ever and from the moment I walked in she really did a great job at making me feel less nervous about it all. I was a bit nervous that the entire appointment was going to be extremely awkward and done in silence, but it was actually the complete opposite of that!! :) My favorite thing about Bare Sugar Studio is that although Samantha’s very professional, she didn’t make me feel like I was just getting a service done by a cold stranger, if that makes any sense. She was AMAZING! I had a last minute cancellation from another place and she made room for me. she did such an amazing job , I went in for an eyebrow lamination, ended up leaving with the entire henna tint and sugar wax, loved it! I saw Samantha for a brazilian and legs using sugaring! It was only my second time doing a brazilian and it’s been a quite some time due to the pandemic. First off, her place is just absolutely adorable, so quant and so stylish. My first steps in, i was welcomed in with the easing smell of palo santo and from then on i knew she was my kinda girl and this was going to be a great appointment lol. You can tell she puts a lot of work into making her clients feel comfortable. Secondly, she is just the sweetest person!! She made the experience so nice and relaxing and we had lovely conversations during it all so it was over before i knew it! Very clean place, and she checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was feeling okay and i just love my results. Couldn’t have had a better experience! I’d rate this place 100 starts if I could. First off it’s in such a cute little spot and it’s so private. Samantha is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and she made my first hair removal so easy and painless. While it may be creepy to rate a waxing experience for one’s “nether regions”, it must be done as a public service to all. Sam is by far the best out there! She makes the experience so easy, and dare I say, fun? Getting a Brazilian is one of my least favorite activities, but the results made the less than delightful experience so worth it. When I get my sugaring done by Sam, She moves quickly, is thorough, and her kindness mixed with distracting conversation makes the whole event seem not nearly as painful. I actually am excited to go to my appointments with her. She also does all my facial sugaring too, I couldnt imagine finding someone as wonderful to work with as her!

I had an appointment that I booked with ease online. I arrived and was greater out side the door. The suite was clean and welcoming. I felt like I was at the spa. The sugar wax was not hot and this was much less painful then other places Ive been. She was professional and personable. Price was competitive and I was in and out in 45 minutes for three areas. I will come here again!

The salon is located in the sweetest little plant-filled courtyard and the owner offers the friendliest service there is. She offered me water, gave me a bolster for my knees, and adjusted the AC. As a mom of 2 little boys I ate up that red carpet treatment 😂 I visit Palm Springs frequently and will definitely go back for this and other services! Thank you!

Where to begin. I wish I would have found Samantha years ago! I have struggled with sensitive skin for approximately forever. Shaving always leaves my skin a wreck in spite of doing all the right things, likely in part due to having thick dark hair with a mind of its own. Whether you are brand new to hair removal or a seasoned veteran, you will love her. She is professional and kind with a positive energy about her that makes an uncomfortable service very, very tolerable. She works quickly but is also very thorough and makes sure to give you a break if you need one. Her location in downtown Palm Springs is in a darling courtyard and is super cute, along with of course being extremely clean and sanitary. (Yes, COVID precautions are being taken -- just wear a mask and wash your hands, people.) She gives a generous 15% discount for new clients and even sends you home with a little goodie bag! If youre thinking about booking with her, just do it. Seriously. You wont be disappointed. Best money Ive ever spent.

It was immediately obvious that the owner knew what she was doing which made the whole process a lot easier.
