Dont go to a hotel spa, come here!The place is very cute and the therapists know what theyre doing. I had the privilege of getting a Coachella + Cupping massage with Angel who was wonderful and very attentive to my pain areas. He is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and muscle reflexology. Im bummed Im not local to Palm Springs or Id be a regular customer! (Angel, thank you for my cough drop!)

This is my go to place for bodywork and hair in Palm Springs. We will sometimes book appointments at our home and sometimes have the appointment at the spa. Both are great. Jen the owner is a great person and a great resource. If you are not sure about what you want just ask and she will match you to the right provider. The space she has created is clean and fresh and minimal. It feels very comfortable and welcoming. I am always so happy to be there. I think I’ve been going to this spa since 2019. That alone says a lot about the experience. I also highly recommend the home massage experience. If you have the space for it, it’s a great indulgence. Parking at the spa is plentiful. Cannot recommend Jen’s wonderful place more highly.

Grounded Bodyworks is such a hidden gem and Im so happy I decided to book with them. After booking a last minute weekend getaway to Palm Springs, I was a little late to find a decent massage/facial package at any of the local day spas so I tried here.The massage with Giselle was hands down the best massage Ive ever had. She asked if I had any areas I needed extra help on and periodically checked in with me throughout the appointment.They also accommodated me and squeezed me in for a facial at the end of the day which was also very relaxing. If I could give them more stars I would!

I was looking for a refill for lash extension on our short stop in Palm Springs. I was lucky and got a appointment with Raquel who made a great job! Salon is very clean and nice interior. Owner was at the front desk and super nice and welcoming. Thank you so much for the great lashes and made me feel comfortable. I would go back anytime and I highly recommend Grounded Bodyworks🫶🏼👌🏼🩷

This spa is truly an oasis in the desert. I luckily found it a year ago & it’s my go to sanctuary for facials, pedicures, & massages. The owner Jenn, & her highly qualified team are such great hearted professionals. Thoroughly recommend!

The facial massage lacked any real pressure; it felt as if the therapist was merely touching our faces without any technique or effort to provide a genuine massage experience. It was as if she was avoiding any contact that could be considered therapeutic or relaxing.We were looking for a service that matched the premium price we paid, but the lack of skill and effort in the massage left us regretting our decision to come here. It’s disappointing to say, but we didn’t just waste our money; we wasted our time expecting a quality that was not delivered.For anyone considering this spa, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The service does not live up to the expectation set by the price, and there are definitely better places that offer the value and experience you’re paying for.”

After anticipating a day of relaxation and pampering, my wife and I visited this spa, opting for facials and massages at a steep price of $300 for the both of us. Regrettably, the experience was far from the luxurious retreat we had envisioned. The most glaring issue was the massage itself, which was so lacking in pressure it barely felt like more than a gentle brushing against the skin. This superficial treatment failed to provide any of the relaxation or muscle relief one would expect from a professional spa service.The atmosphere and product quality, while acceptable, could not make up for the fundamental lack of skill or effort in the service provided. It’s disheartening to report that the experience didn’t come close to justifying the expense, leaving us feeling not only out of pocket but also disappointed by the missed opportunity for a genuinely rejuvenating experience.For those considering a visit to this spa, I would urge you to reconsider. The value for the money simply isn’t there, especially if you’re seeking a massage that aims to relieve tension and truly relax you. It’s unfortunate, but our search for a quality spa experience continues elsewhere.

Highly recommend this incredible spa!I was delighted to attend Grounded Bodyworks while in Palm Springs for some time this spring. What a treat.I spoke with the owner at great length before attending and learned so much about the reasons why she created Grounded Bodyworks - what a special human with a beautiful philosophy. You can tell immediately upon walking into the spa how much love is put into this space.The entire staff is lovely and just wants you to feel welcome and amazing. The little details throughout, like the bag given to you to use throughout your stay between services is so extra and incredible.The space is gorgeous with plants throughout and the COOLEST self care retail area.I enjoyed a massage, facial and blowout. Cant wait to visit again and come back, I would be here all the time if I lived in Palm Springs!

My husband and I got facials for the 1st time.....Raquel and deshon were awesome also Jenn!! She recommended some places to eat around. We loved the products and was very relaxing. Totally recommend!! Hopefully soon we will be back for another facial.

Just WOW!!!! 🤩 I’m here in town visiting my grandmother from Los Angeles, and my regular gal wasn’t able to fit me in unfortunately. After reading reviews of many places in PS I choose Grounded Bodywork’s. Thankfully, an amazing gal Elizabeth was able to book me the moment I arrived into Palm Springs. Now don’t get me wrong I love my regular gal back in LA but this was a NEXT level facial like I’ve never received before. I’m embarrassed but pleased to say it was so relaxing and such an amazing experience I FELL ASLEEP (snoring🫣). Long story short…..This is my new go to whenever I am visiting my grandmother in PS. Additionally, Ulma at the front desk was also sooooo helpful when giving me tips to help my issues I have with my face (milia) . Thank you guys so much, I will DEFINITELY be back and you will be seeing my grandmother as well. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would!!!

The atmosphere and the team there are exceptional. Definitely the best spa in Palm Springs. The owner Jennifer is so kind. Organic products are top notch. And if you need a pedicure there is no better place in Coachella Valley, Kim is the best and the room is pure relaxation!

Grounded is absolutely one hundred percent my favorite spot for services like these. The smell, the staff, the services, the vibe—all are damn fantastic.I’m the person who is hesitant to try new places to get massages from, especially since services like these are either hit or miss. But Grounded? It’s a hit. Every. Single. Time.

Absolutely one of the best massages that my wife and I have received. I highly recommend going here. Our massage therapists were very conscious and responsive to our trouble areas and our bodies response to the massage. I went into a complete state of relaxation which benefited the massage that much more.

My first visit to Grounded Bodyworks for a full body scrub. The owner Jen met me upon arrival and impressed me with her overall personality. I knew my experience would be great. Pricey but it was clean and comfortable. The therapist and esthetician were truly talented and really nice too. For the price I kinda wish I had gone to one of the local resort spas that let customers use the pools, saunas and spas with purchase but not sure Id get the same quality of massage and facial.

If you are looking for a great massage, see Jacinthe. This was the best massage of my life and I’ve tried many places. Her background as a physical therapist is truly game changing. I will be coming back to Palm Springs just to see her!

BEST facial in the desert! This was my first time to Grounded and Ill definitely be back. Marlene customized my facial based on how my skin was and gave the most amazing massage with it. Jen the owner is fantastic and so friendly. So so happy with the whole experience.

We booked a couple’s massage and got Caitlin and Ryan. Now, I don’t have much experience with massages but man was it great!! Ryan was very attentive and respectful and put just the right amount of pressure I needed! My husband also could not give Caitlin enough praise on how she helped him with certain tense areas and pressure points that he never knew would make such a difference. I highly recommend this place for anyone!

This is my go to spot for a massage always in both the low and Hi-desert. The therapists are all very unique in their practice, the atmosphere is eco eclectic, the customer service is outstanding. They have lots of options for different services they provide, and they have an adorable shop with very unique and locally made goods. Don’t miss out!

I was really looking forward to my massage at Grounded. Unfortunately for me, they canceled the massage 4 hours before, with no explanation other than “an emergency came up.” Other than a less than heartfelt, “I’m sorry,” there was no attempt to reschedule or remedy the cancellation. I’ve never been one to leave bad reviews, especially for a small business, but I rely on these reviews when deciding where to book appointments. I have no doubt Grounded is an excellent spa, but maybe think twice before booking as your appointment might get canceled mere hours before.Edit—To be clear, there was no mention of any car accident. Grounded’s seven-month delayed response is the first I’ve heard of that. And it’s directly contrary to what my husband was told in Grounded’s reply review where Grounded says the cancellation was due to “Covid and staffing issues.” Regardless, it was handled incorrectly from the start. Four hours before the appointment, I got a short, terse, and rude call from someone saying my massage had been canceled. I hope this was just a fluke, and from other reviews it appears to be, but the belated and inconsistent response from Grounded indicates otherwise.

This is the ultimate place for pampering and self care. During my visit to Palm Springs I got a mani/pedi, facial, and a hair cut and gloss color. Jenn (the owner) is awesome and so friendly and diligent. She worked with me on all of my appointments (via text and phone) and the collection of products she has for purchase is also amazing (many female owned as well as organic). Her team was also great. Each of my services was one of the best Ive experienced. I truly enjoyed my time there and I now look great! Thank you again to the whole team! If you want an organic/natural spa including non-toxic nails and hair (or even if not) - this is your place in Coachella valley.

I went to Grounded for waxing and I was so astonished at how great the staff was and the quality of each service. Jennifer was so warm and welcoming, she gave me and my mother plenty of recommendations for where we were staying near by. I ultimately ended up getting my haircut too because I just loved being in this lovely environment (and I needed a cut as well) and Nicole was badass!! She gave me the cut Ive been looking for and I couldnt have left my vacation in Palm Springs happier! I would recommend this spa to everyone. Ill be back

Booked some massages for me and my girlfriends on our weekend getaway and let me say they were Amazing! We were all very happy with the service and staff. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. Jen is the one who helped me book our appointments and she made sure all our needs were taken care of. Definitely recommend them!

Jen is one of the most accommodating, genuine people I have ever met. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt so comfortable. I had two massages with Leslie and she is amazing. Highly focused and customized. In addition they have great products created locally, which I strongly support everywhere I go. I will be spending a lot of time at Grounded the next time I am in town.

Grounded is a beautiful spa. Very clean, people are incredibly nice. I just had a pedicure there for $60. It was good but not great. First, it was awkward sitting in the chair and having to hold my feet on the pedestal while the woman worked on my feet. I couldnt relax because I had to hold myself from sliding off the chair. Second, for $60, I expected a hot rock massage or something like this. She used oil and gave a nice massage for a few minutes, but it could have been longer. Third, the bottom of my feet were covered in oil as she was polishing my nails, and left on when I put my shoes on. It was very slippery, and someone could slip on their way to the car. Lastly, my appointment started at 4:45 and by 5:20 the woman at the desk was asking the woman giving my pedicure when shed be done. I definitely felt a bit rushed and kind of kicked out as my nails were still wet. I really want to like this spa and go back, but Im just not sure its worth the money.

I had a great experience at Grounded! Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. The person working the front desk was kind and welcoming. I got the 60 minute Coachella massage from Leslie. It was amazing. If I lived in Palm Springs I would go to Leslie as often as my wallet allowed. Leslie listened to my massage needs and concerns and addressed them perfectly. She checked in with me a couple times during the massage to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was right. My back, which usually hurts constantly, has felt worlds better since my massage. Thank you, Leslie!

I rolled the dice and booked a massage here while on a short vacation in the area. Ive dealt with chronic pain for a while now and have had many massages in the past in an attempt to mitigate it. Ive had pretty great massages at places like Ojai Valley Inn and Four Seasons. This massage was so good I think it may be better than any Ive received at five star resorts. My massage therapist was Sarah. The owner was very kind and helpful as well. Whenever Im in the area again I hope to return.

I ordered some hair products from here and unfortunately they were lost in the mail. Throughout the whole process they had amazing customer service, and address my needs. They also recent my package and added some goodies for the delay!!

One of the best massages I have ever had and that is a lot of massages. I always book time at a spa on vacay and this place was super accommodating to get my friend and me in on short notice. Ryan and Kelly were amazing and helpful for our sore hiking musclea. We got recommendations on food and shopping from the front desk and they even gifted us a bar of soap from the ample supply of goods for sale in the lobby.

I enjoyed a 1 hr facial with ozone treatment. The esthetician was superlative. Her touch was soft and precise. I am not a regular facial person, but I just might become one. Sorry I cant remember her name. I also liked that she didnt attempt to sell me products. I liked what was applied during the service, but I dont like being sold stuff. I tried to enjoy a massage, but I dont plan my pampering. They werent able to accommodate facial and massage. Jennifer (the owner) graciously offered a 1 hr massage at half price. I didnt ask or complain that I couldnt get a massage. She offered it as simply great service. I will post another review Wednesday after my massage

I surprised my husband with a couples massage during our stay in Palm Springs and this place was nothing short of amazing. The spa is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The massage therapists were very attentive and flat out amazing as well! I’ve never felt so relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely be making a stop at grounded body works every time we’re in the desert!

Had the most wonderful experience! Jenn was so welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Its relaxing just to come in the front lobby! Susanna gave me a terrific reflexology treatment. Im 7 months pregnant and I felt like they really took care of me and considered my needs. Pregnant women get lots of unwanted advice but they were able to be solicitous and sensitive without dumping suggestions at me.Bottom line, my review is GLOWING!

We had a wonderful experience here. My mom, sister, and I had a great girls spa date. The massages were fantastic. The specialists were knowledgeable and well trained. The studio also sells nice organic products.

Loved the couples massage done by Caitlin and Ryan. Both masseuse were able to customize the massage based on me and my husband’s request and they are very knowledgeable! The spa is super cute.

Rebecca was awesome, my appointment with them saved me a trip to the urgent care. My only regret was not booking more time due to fear of being in too much pain to complete the appointment. Rebecca did a great job at providing me relief without being too heavy handed. If anyone is needing some much needed pain relief from tension/strain or self care, do not hesitate to book an appointment here.

The spa unfortunately cancelled our appointment a couple of hours before the scheduled time on the same day as the appointment and did not offer any opportunity to reschedule the appointment at another time during the 2 remaining days of our trip, offer a referral to another spa or offer any type of credit for the inconvenience. Had we known with more time, we maybe could have booked with another spa.

Kimberly is the most skilled beautician I’ve ever encountered. She can perform magic on you like you never imagined! I love how she did my hair. Now I look myself in the mirror in a much more content way. Your hair is everything!

I haven’t felt so aligned and reset since having Caitlin work on me. I’d come back here weekly if I lived here. Thank you for having such an amazing studio, Jen! Will hopefully visit back soon.

In this hectic fast paced world it can seem impossible to slow down and to take a few minutes to relax and to refocus. Since I began to have my manicures done by Eve at Grounded Bodyworks I have found a way to relax my mind while experiencing a fantastic manicure. The non-toxic vegan products that she uses are amazing! What could be better than a session of self-care and relaxation? I highly recommend Eve and the Grounded Bodyworks Spa.

What a bummer. Kelly is a man and talks all the time. Talks about cancer and dying and things that are not relaxing. It was like therapy for Kelly. Never will go back. What a giant waste of money.

I recently got a facial at grounded body works with Stephanie I was looking for something hydrating right before my wedding and Jenn ( the lovely owner ) recommended the Osea hydrating facial I am sure thats not the exact name for the facial perhaps that is the brand they use , and she was right that is exactly what I needed before my wedding ,something super hydrating and glowy that wouldnt irritate my skin or make me breakout which is normal after a regular facial.After that I have been using Osea products on my daily routine because they are clean they do not contain harsh chemicals and the products actually work and by the way they also have them for purchase as well , I can not wait to have another facial soon I highly recommend it .

Grounded is a beautiful place ... very serene ... very relaxing for the soul ... everyone who works there is pleasant and easy to talk to ... one of the best massages Ive had in a long time ... very therapeutic but super relaxing at the same time ... the bamboo ritual was amazing and Leslie used her hands in conjunction with the bamboo so it was a wonderful combination ... I am going to be making monthly visits to Grounded from now on !!!

KIM ROSE is an amazing colorist. The organic hair color she used on me is first class without the itching and burning regular color gives me.
