This place is so AMAZING! They take the time to explain and review their products as Ima newby to the whole vape thing! They even ship their products to you from FL. They even make specific nicotine mg and flavors on site! The owner was FANTASTIC. He even made me a bottle going by my explanation of what I preferred! I HIGHLY recommend Vape- Tronix!

Really cool and well stocked store. Both girls working today (10/29/20) know their products and were very helpful in directing me to the exact product I came in looking for. This is my go to place now for supplies and new products. Dont be fooled by the outside condition of the building...its probably an issue with the landlord not wanting to spend any money...go on in!! Update...3/2022...theyre still hitting their marks...excellent staff and great selection of products. Lots of people come and go in this business space...the ones that hit it right stay strong.

These guys are top notch. Only shop in town that had a replacement glass and they even threw a sample juice in for free! The juice is one of the best house juices I’ve ever had hands down. I’ll definitely be making this my new regular shop, and I highly recommend that you check it out as well!

These guys were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable with great prices. Purchased a tank that malfunctioned (manufacturer issue) and they went above and beyond to make it right. Well worth the drive to get such wonderful customer service. Our new go to vape shop.

Best vape shop in the Bay County and Washington County. All are professionals who work there and know what they are doing. If they dont have what you are looking for then they will order it or stir you in the right direction. They also ship if you are not able to pick up. Every Monday they have military appreciation with discounts on house juice. Great company, great people, and great products.

Came in on our vacation and the staff was so nice and helpful. They had great stuff in store and we were in and out in less than 10. Don’t be discouraged by the lack of parking! Worth a stop for all delta 8 and vape needs.

Went in today to possibly get a new vape. The ladies took great care of me and my buddy who also bought a tank and mod as well. They were extremely helpful not pushy just informative and help get everything set up for both us. Excellent service

Great people. Excellent service, their goal is to find the vape you are comfortable with, the oil you like, to help you successfully quit smoking. The cook that does the in house oils is incredible, requested a big red gum flavor and he nailed it. Just all around good place.

This place is great. I was unable to get out of my vehicle to get a replacement Valyrian Coil. I pulled up out front and called them inside to see if theyd help me. The guy came and got my payment, processed my transaction, and brought out my coils all while being happy to help.Id strongly recommend this vape shop to everyone!!!!!

These guys are awesome. Went in to buy a new coil and walked out with my firmware updated and a sweet new skin for my vape. Came back the next day when a friends vape died the night before and they fixed him right up. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

This is a great stop to find all your liquids and equipment. It has juice that is not harmful with harsh ingredients like other places use.plus the point system that they have is great, every time I purchase the things I need I get points and I just bought a new battery with the points I earned.the staff us so helpful. Great place I recommend to all my family and friends.

The third vape store I went to to try and find my favorite juice, they didnt have it but the guy behind the counter helped me out and got me a juice I can deal with until I get back home. 5-Stars from me and would recommend to anyone. Fully stocked with vapor products and knowledgeable of the vaping scene.

Not often I say this but the owner of this place is such a genuine human being. I happen to work at a restaurant he frequents to. He came in one night and noticed the cigarettes in my back pocket. After he left he proceeded to come back with a suorin air and a bottle of e juice for free. Just to help me quit smoking and basically save my life. Never have i seen such genuine empathy. Thank you so much. I stopped smoking in 3 days. Seriously GO TO THIS SHOP. They really do care!

I give two stars for the following reasons:1. Sold out of a few juices that I wanted to try (not a big deal really, I could check back later)2.I purchased three coils. After saying what I normally use, was sold the wrong kind and only 2/3 were in the box. Still not major, went back in and exchanged them for what I thought was going to be the V8baby Q2(.4).. I was given 4x(.6). The guy wasnt paying attention to detail.3.Then went to fill a smaller bottle with vape juice and the top came off spilling about 15ml/100ml on me... cheap quality bottle.There goes $50 on cheap quality and the wrong product.Moral of the story...Im not saying not to go here, but Im going to keep looking.

Absolutely love this vape shop! We have been coming here since right after we moved down here and tried many vape shops before we came across this one and we won’t be visiting another one! Friendly staff and great products!

5 star easily instead of most shops around here, they talk to you in depth about the mods you see and only try to sell the best quality you can get. And they try to stay within a budget that you set and try to help out the best they can.

Finally got the perfect vape rig. Dave is the reason I was confident I bought the right set up because of his knowledge. Sample bar is great to find exactly what flavor juice you want too!! Thanks Dave

I’m from out of town on vacation Realize that was out of juice so I started looking around and I noticed a Tronics had great reviews and I decided to go up there and lo and behold they had great customer service the store was clean and a great selection of juice and mods and tanks I highly suggest going to this location if you’re in PCB on vacation you’ll enjoy every second of it

On my most recent quest to throw down those cowboy killers, I found myself at Vape-Tronix. These guys are very knowledgeable with their products and will bend over backwards to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and dont resort back to those disgusting cancer sticks. I went to Vape-tronix to get a new coil for my e cig. The employee/owner possibly was getting into his car and had already turned off all the lights so I turned to leave and the man got out of his car and reopened the shop just for me to get a coil. We got to talking and he was very informed on his products as well as the oils and suggested a couple liquids for me to try. THEN HE ACTUALLY MADE ME ONE SPECIFICALLY!!! The gentleman went above and beyond his call of duty and made me feel very important. I will definitely be back to the shop. Also, the liquid he made for me tasted AMAZING! I have been vaping for about 7 years and this was the best experience ive had in a vape shop thus far!

This is the vape store that is above all the rest. There slogan is clearly different. When I visited this place on a whim I found out what that meant...the ingredients the owner uses is nothing imported and he uses top of the line pharmaceutical grade stuff.I asked him was vaping bad, he responded yes because other vape places use sub standard ingredients. He started his business while working at navy base 30 plus years and went to school for organic Chemistry. His long time friends passed and he truly does what he does to help people. Hes one of the best dudes i ever met,his staff are so approachable,all there hardware and liquid top of the line and they have the best prices.I get rewards for all kinds of stuff and actually get free stuff very quickly. I tell all my friends go see this place.It is by far a place that if you vape, youll walk out a forever customer plus shipping for out of towners is free for shipping for over 50.00 ! Great people, the best liquid ,and you just have to check it out yourself!!!

Dave is the absolute best, he will sit with his customers and discuss their preference until the perfect juice or mod is found. He will go out of his way to custom make juices for him if you request and his flavors are the absolute best, has a whole catalog of flavors and will mix them and test them out to make sure they are perfect before selling them. He has the science of all of it down to a T, go in and talk to him and you will know he’s the real deal, I really feel I can trust him which is almost impossible to find these days. Vapetronix absolutely blows any of the local vape stores out of the equation, I have been a regular for 3 years now and they have ALWAYS went above and beyond for my vaping needs. Don’t waste your time (and more importantly your MONEY) anywhere else if you want the best quality, flavor, and to be treated like a valued customer and friend. Vapetronix is the only way to go. I have had to go to the other stores due to certain circumstances in the past and they always leave a bad taste, never once have I been disappointed with Vapetronix. It’s why they are the most reputable Vape store on the beach for the locals. Every time I go I feel like the employees are actually there to help and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deals on the products they provide.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and let me try anything i wanted but the Franken vape was oh my god amazing. Tasted just like it frankenberry cereal.
