Google says open until 9pm. We drove for 5 miles(passing 2 other vape shops)only for the door to be locked while the flashing open sign is on at 8:11pm. Only bothered coming to this shop because our server recommended it. What a waste of time.

Very clean organized store had an extremely knowledgeable staff (Dre) on products very friendly and professional

Awesome place. I have been coming here since i moved to Florida. It is a cloudy and friendly atmosphere with a great selection of juices and mods.

Ridiculously high prices on EVERYTHING. The custom and special made juices are nice, and expected to be more expensive due to being a luxury, but every other product in there you can find at another store for half the price or less, yet they pitch the prices to you as if youre getting the best deal within a 100mile radius. Very obvious the staff is taught certain sales methods and told to use certain vocabulary to make low-quality, over-priced devices seem appealing to customers. If that doesnt work, theyll be sure to try and sell you a better quality device thats priced anywhere from 20-60% higher than what youll find at other stores. I wouldnt trust a word that comes out of any of the staffs mouths.Go to Spacecraft Vapor, the same products at way better prices and a much, much nicer, kinder, and more honest staff.

Do not shop at this store expecting they will accept an exchange or return. Ive shopped at this store for the last time after several negative experiences. Their pricing is definitely not in line with the competition so if inflated pricing is your thing youll be in the right place.

Amazing place! I went to the one on Pier Park. They were so helpful in finding me a new vape after coming down on vacation my other vape broke. I wanted a sweet and sour flavor, and she created “The Hulk” best juice I’ve ever tasted!!! Hands down woo be f going back to there. Best vape shop I’ve ever been in. Very clean, friendly and extremely helpful.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products! They did not come off as pushy sales people. I was very inpressed by the selection of available vaping devices, styles, and colors! The house juiced mixed for me in store is fantastic and compares well against 3rd party juice companies!10/10 I will definitely be going back to Dr. Vape It!

Ive personally found their vaping mixes to be exactly what Im looking for when I go in. Theyre mixed fresh, not something that has been sitting on a shelf or under a counter for who knows how long. Want to try a new mix of flavors, tell them what youre thinking, theyll mix it up for you. Got questions about your device, ask them, they have been pretty knowledgeable with any that Ive had. They have several locations but I go to the location on 23rd St.

This is by far the best vaping shop Ive ever been to! The staff are always friendly, and ready to answer any questions you may have. The prices are wonderful. The flavors are pure, and dont fade, or burn. They have a very large selections of flavors to choose from, and are happy to make customized blends.

The staff was very helpful, the prices were good. I would like to see a menu with the list of vape juices since they are behind the counter and i would also like to see more selection for accessories, such as carrying cases. The store hours are great and conveniently located. I previously smoked about a pack a day and started on 12 level nicotine, so far so good, this may be a success.

Went in to support my wife to quit smoking.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Tyler was very helpful.Will be back to Dr. Vape it in the future regardless of the location.Prices are good and they get want you need instead of pushing higher prices products.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the vape tasting bar has been removed since Covid, but the employees here have never steered me wrong on flavor suggestions. Plenty of Mods to choose from and the staff know their stuff.

I have never been in a Vape shop before today. I am not sure what I was expecting but this was not it. It was really clean, various types of vapes organized for you to see and staff was super friendly. Zach helped me select the right type of Vape, level of nicotine and flavor (Just the Tip) that I wanted. I would definitely go back again.

Always have plenty of inventory and they take the time you need to educate the consumer. Very helpful and some of their staff is really funny. I truly enjoy going there, just would like to see some sales on their vape juice more.

They have an awesome array of fluids and many flavors. Just grab you a tip and there is over 20 vape pens on display with different fluids in each. The customer service is astonishing and very knowledgeable will answer any question you have. The prices are competitive yet very fair.

We visited the PCBeach store on our vacation this year and thats how I became familiar with Dr. Vape It. My husband was very pleased with the Thug Juice we got there. I was also so impressed when we got back home I looked up the store on the net when we needed more juice and accessories. Very helpful people, wonderful to deal with on the phone. My stuff arrived very quickly and met all my expectations perfectly. They are now my go-to store for all my vape needs.

First vape shop in Panama City that Ive been to. Every visit Ive been to the shop they have always been very resourceful and knowledgeable about their products. One thing I enjoy about the shop is that they make your juice from scratch and you can have them mix you a blend with almost any flavor you want. I came to Panama City on a business trip and left all my liquid at home...I found Dr. Vape on a Google search and was very happy at what I saw when I arrived!! They didnt have my regular flavor but I was able to try one that they had there...and it was good....the service was awesome and I really appreciate that because I am a retail manager and you dont see that very often...so yes...I will visit them again before heading home!!!

Customer service is AWFUL! They use to be really helpful and polite and but the past few times me and my husband has been in there we have had the worst experience. We go in their often and spend a good bit of money there every time we go and to be treated the way we was today was just pathetic!! Try speaking to the manager but hes never there supposedly. Taking my business elsewhere!

If you need anything vape related, this place is the place to go. I used to go to Cool Vapors, and the staff there are rude and dont make you feel welcome at all. Dr. Vape It has a friendly atmosphere, staff help you with anything you need, answer your questions and above all, are friendly.

There is a different type of feel to this location and other Doctor Vape It locations than other vape stores in the county much more welcoming and happy to help you and teach you information you may not know. Great guys, overpriced juice.If youre buying a new device go here!!If you need juice dont go here!!!The guys inside were friendly and helpful and dealt with my repetitive questions nicely. They have an amazing tester section with sub ohm tanks on batteries instead of cartomizers. Their devices are also fairly priced. A huge drawback is that they dont offer anything other than house juice. And for 30 mls of house salt nic I paid 30 dollars. House juice should be cheaper than 3rd party for alot of reasons. Juice selection and pricing is a major drawback.

DISHONEST business. I was excited to try vaping and ditch the tabacco. Person who sold me the device said there was a 7 day satisfaction guarantee but of course when I went to return it a few days later I was told it could not be returned. Im out 50 bucks plus a pack of cigs.

People did not know what they were talking about told us to go to the freaking hard ware store to get o rings. Said that her o rings were fine, and they needed to be changed. Awful service. Was asking one of my friends a bunch of questions about him being a vape store perosonel. Acted stupid, told my mother that dripping would give her more nicotine, and gave us false information.

Kind, helpful employees, great prices, a prime location...yawn, yeah, they got that. Only those three things are anything but typical these days ESPECIALLY at vape stores. Instead of aloof know-it-alls that charge like their knowledge is platinum, the folks at Dr. Vape It are the friendliest vape-nerds you could hope for. And a bottle of juice that costs $22 around the corner is $15 there. If you want to stay and try out their myriad flavors or zip in, get what you need, and zip out...they are cool with it. So yeah, just a customer whose tried 5 or 6 of the other places around Panama City and then found Dr. Vape It and its my go-to place now. Thats me. Megan may have told me to say something about her being awesome. Which she is. But so is everyone else there. Swear.

Testing section is great except for someone like me who is low on nicotine the testers burn my throat. Staff is very friendly. Location is good but parking not so much.

They mixed me juice that was supposed to taste like Mountain Dew, which they recommended, but ended up tasting like a mixture of bleach and other chemicals.
