Me and my husband have been visiting here for about 2 years now and we LOVE it! Our Massage therapist are Amanda and Misty and we have never been disappointed. They always welcome us and seem glad to see us. It makes us feel special to be remembered when a few months go by in between visits and they are excited to see us. Highly recommend whether you are looking for a calm, relaxing experience or for your specific deep tissue needs.

This is well overdue, but I got THE best massage here. Unfortunately I do not remember who worked on me, but i believe she was the main lady. AMAZING. I moved out of state, but will visit family often and fully intend on booking again when I come back in town 🙌

These ladies have healing hands and u must experience it!!! Misty really helped my Sciatic nerve and relieved so much tension I had built up in my neck! Nothing but calm and relaxing vibes as soon as you walk in the door🩷

Miryam is wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, kind and provides a great massage. I went for my first visit to Balance and Peace yesterday and will continue weekly. The office is clean and comfortable with a very relaxing vibe.

My first two experiences here were amazing. My last experience will keep me from returning. Judgemental people should not work in this industry or they should have a disclaimer. I have many tattoos and a few piercings. Two comments in I wanted to leave. I left feeling stressed and in my emotions. I left 3 stars because of my first two experiences.

I was in PCB area for work last week and woke up in a lot of pain in my shoulders, upper back and neck area. I did a quick Google search and came across several local massage therapists. I booked with Miryam and she was a life saver. She was attentive to my needs. I have been to many massage therapist and I feel like shes the best Ive seen. To elaborate, I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders. Other massage therapists have worked on the affected areas and while theyre a great help, I leave feeling bruised a day or two later. For me, intensity is not always the best. I feel like she listened to my body and its reactions to pressure. I left feeling so much better and was able to return to work without pain. In fact, the pain continued to dissipate as the day continued. Had hoped to visit again before leaving town but fell ill. Will return when Im back in PCB for work. Highly recommend. Misty at Balance and Peace is a GREAT massage therapist. Ive seen her a handful of times now and I always leave feeling relieve and centered.

I booked a 30 minute headache/sinus massage and it was wonderful. It helped my headache symptoms a little, which was good relief. Plus it was so relaxing which I think contributed. The experience from top to bottom was top tier and I really appreciated the understanding of the masseuse.

I scheduled a 1.5 hour relaxation message, I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. Almost one hour was spent on my back in the same motion over and over, nothing that any other person who doesnt have a massage license couldnt do. Sadly I will not be returning to this place.

Christina Anderson is the best, i love booking with her. Just as the business logo states, I leave feeling peaceful and balanced in my life. A soothing relaxing experience, every time.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process, from scheduling my appointment online (which was extremely simple) to walking out the door after the massage. The calm vibe began as soon as I walked through the door. My massage was above what I had expected, absolute bliss. At no time during the visit did I feel rushed or like I was holding up the line. I have suffered from neck and back pain for some time now. Christina did a wonderful job working out the kinks in my back and neck! I am able to sleep a full night! I would definitely come back again.

Amanda was amazing! I booked the appointment online which was super convenient while I was on vacation. I’ve had 1 other massage before but this was my first deep tissue massage and I am feeling great! Our resort was about 20 mins from here but it was well worth the drive despite there being others that were closer.

I have been a client of Krystal Brown’s for over 10 years now for my massages. She is excellent, very compassionate, professional, very efficient and always knows what my body needs!! I always leave her feeling very relaxed and in a lot less pain. I absolutely love the environment, as soon as I walk in the door I feel welcomed. All of the rooms are warm and inviting. The ladies there are very professional and friendly with all of the spa treatments I love. Balance and Peace has many different style massages. I can always get my painful areas worked on or just go in to pamper myself. With online booking it’s easy for me to pick the time, type, length, and person. Online booking saves me time and the inconvenience of trying to figure out what I want when I get there. Highly recommend if you want a clean, safe professional, atmosphere.

I was gifted a massage by one of my daughters. I had never had one before, so I wasnt sure what to expect. Booking the appointment online was really easy and convenient. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing as soon as I walked in the door. The massage was phenomenal! I had the hour massage plus the facial and foot treatment. I left feeling fantastic! I arranged a surprise spa day for my step daughter that lives in Florida at Balance and Peace Spa.The staff was very accommodating to my requests and responded to messages and phone calls very quickly.Based upon customer reviews, I set her up with a facial and massage. I was able to pay for the services, including tips, in advance over the phone from North Carolina.As for the services, my step daughter said she felt like a million bucks afterwards. She said the staff was so friendly and the entire time she was there, she felt relaxed and was treated like a superstar!I highly recommend Balance and Peace!

Booking my massage was so super easy! I really love their inclusive pricing too. My therapist used cupping during my massage and there were no extra fees or surprises, just an incredible massage. I chose Misty and she worked out knots in muscles I didn’t even know I had! Whew! She got down deep into those muscles and I’m a little tender but in a good way, you know? I am less stressed, I’m sleeping so much better, my shoulders aren’t up around my ears! I have better range of motion than I’ve had in a good while. Misty was just what I needed to get this tension out of my body!

Had my very first massage ever today and will definitely be returning. Went in for the headache treatment and Christina was absolutely amazing. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Message was good. I was confused on the price. When I booked online it said $120 total. When I checked out it stated $160 as the total bill and that wasnt including the tip. Staff was very friendly. If I had to give any advice to help the kind individual who helped me. Maybe dont share so much of your personal life details. The entire 2 hours I was on the table all she did was talk. I didnt feel as relaxed due to that. Also maybe keep your nails trimmed. Every once in a while I could feel her nails which was uncomfortable. Other than that she was really sweet and worked on me for the full 2 hours. The place was clean. It was convenient to book the appointment and get in right away. I will probably keep this place as a last minute option for when I really need to get worked on, but it wouldnt be my first choice. Thank you for you service.

It was literally a blessed day when my husband bought me a gift certificate for massage with Balance and Peace Massage, LLC. I am not new to this service and tried many different places before, but there’s something special to this place. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter the lobby. You feel like you’re at home. It is cozy, warm, and always calm. And then… their hands put you in heaven. I would not lie, this is the best massage therapy in town if not in county. They are beyond any expectations. You may book via phone or online ( they have user friendly appointment set up on the website). I mean, everything is made for customers. The best think you may do to yourself is go ahead and schedule an appointment because you never regret.

I received a gift certificate from some friends and I was nervous to use it because I have never had a massage before, Once I got to Balance and Peace I felt welcomed and the atmosphere is amazing! They have the perfect lighting and softest most relaxing music, Needless to say my 1st massage was PERFECT I was so relaxed and felt great after, for a 31 week pregnant lady that is hard to do, but Misty managed it, I cant wait to go back and get some more TLC for my muscles once this little one gets here.. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Very nice location in Panama City. The room was set up to be very relaxing. And my particular massage therapist, Dawn, was very skilled. I would recommend the Balance and Peace Massage to anyone looking for some relief from sore muscles or stress-related pain. Addendum: Since my original visit, I have been about half a dozen more times and seen two other massage therapists - Misty and Christine - and I have been thoroughly pleased with each therapist and am so glad to have found Balance and Peace in town to get my massages taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dawn is so very good at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable during the whole massage.Honestly wish I could go more often! I usually dont write reviews but this was one of the most interesting massages I ever had. I read the reviews and definitely thought we were in for a really good massage. I was very disappointed to say the least. My husband and I get massages often. Of course, everyone does them differently but this was really a soft rub down!! I got the full body 1 1/2 massage. Most of that time was spent on my upper back which was odd to me. Also, I did ask for more pressure but after a few minutes she would return to very very light pressure. If you like a very light rub massage this is the place for you, but if you like to feel like you received an actual massage I would suggest to keep searching.

Ive had multiple massages around the Panama City area but yesterday was by far the best!! Not only the best in this area but Id go far as to say one of the best Ive had anywhere. I didnt schedule the massage with any particular person because It was my first time there and I went with what was available. I was booked with Erica and I couldnt be more pleased. She is an excellent masseuse!!!! My expectations going in werent that high since Ive had some pretty bad massages in this area but I left there definitely knowing I will be back and I will reschedule with Erica again!! If youre looking for an amazing massage in a clean and very friendly environment then I highly recommend this place...and I also recommend scheduling with Erica! You will not be disappointed.....or Ill pay for your massage....Ok, just kidding but thats how serious I am and about my massages.

Christine was my Massage therapist. Let me preface my review by saying that I am also a Massage Therapist, so Im extra critical of the care for which I choose to pay. That being said...Christine was amazing!I have a long list of area that need specific work, deep work or gentle work, as I have had back surgery. She hit them all with great care and detail.I was specifically sent to Balance & Peace because I needed someone who was not afraid to work the full hamstring and glute muscle groups where I needed the most work. Christine did very good and professional work, and to my level of comfort.And when I had a minor complaint about something, she generously accommodated me with extra time. I understand that may not always be something they can do because of scheduling, but I felt extremely valued when I saw that she had gone over my time as a way to give me excellent customer service.I will be returning!

I never cared for leaving reviews, much less for getting massages. But a friend convinced me to do the later and this place to do the 1st. Great atmosphere, great, nice, and profesional. We ended up having a great time and are definitely coming back.Totally recommended!

I was in town for vacation and booked with Erica after reading all of the other reviews mentioning her- she didnt disappoint! Just a fabulous combination of relaxing and therapeutic. She has a calming energy and the space itself was tranquil. She listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. Book without hesitation- I will be back next time Im in town!

This place was awesome, nice and quite, and very relaxing atmosphere. My masseuse did excellent. I got the 2 hour so I got a little bit of the hot rags and the hot rocks which was phenomenal. The pressure was great and overall my experience was the best. I will be booking again every other week with this place.There was no judgement and the last place I went to before balance and peace I cannot say the same.I enjoy balance and peace and plan on sticking with them.Thanks

I had a terrible headache on Friday. My muscles were sore and I was feeling irritable. An e-mail came to my inbox about massages, and I thought, Thats what I need....a good massage. So, I googled massages in my area, and Balance and Peace came up. I booked an appointment for an hour later, easily found the place with the directions provided on your website, and was very pleased with the entire procedure. Christina was wonderful and spoke in soft tones, which helped in the relaxation process. The room was peaceful and it smelled wonderful! Christina was very thorough in helping to relieve the pain I was feeling in my neck and shoulders, and I drove away feeling relaxed and carefree. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back.

Rianne is amazing!!! One of the best therapists I have ever had and by far the best in this area. She is also a very nice person and I feel extremely comfortable with her. Highly recommended and I cannot wait for my next session!Their online site is very easy to use and the only thing I would recommend is a link, in the reminder email, to contact the therapist your scheduled with. I have had to reschedule a couple times and it would be much easier, I do not know if she gets my messages.

Sara is AMAZING...... Prior to seeing her, I’ve had a number of massages. Sara’s massages far exceed all other experiences I’ve had. She listens, is attentive, and doesn’t waste time on areas that you don’t feel need attention. She has unlimited techniques and skills. I have terrible knots in my upper back. I feel like a new person after I leave my visits with Sara! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Went in for my first prenatal massage with Erica and it was fantastic! I’m only sorry I didn’t start going sooner. Left feeling so relaxed, refreshed and like a new person! I scheduled a prenatal massage with Erica for myself and a regular (Swedish) massage for my mom with Christina. My mom said that hers was one of the best shes ever had (and shes had plenty!) and mine was awesome as well. Erica was a true pro and I can say that despite being 34 weeks pregnant, I left feeling so light and relaxed, and that night slept the best I had in ages! (Hard to do this far along in pregnancy.) Would recommend this place and both Erica and Christina to anyone!

It was a simple process to book an online appointment and Christina was excellent. I had a wonderful relaxing 90 minute massage with heat and aroma therapy and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

I chose the Queen Bee special for Mother’s Day. My experience with Misty was wonderful. She was very kind and informative if I had questions (this being my first massage). I was very pleased! Will definitely be back!!!

I received a gift certificate for Christmas and went right ahead and booked an appointment. The booking process was easy, which I appreciate. Since I was new, I let their system pick for me. Misty Lee was fabulous. She took the time to ask about my goals, any trouble spots, and injuries, etc. The entire place was calming and the room was especially comfortable. Ive not had many massages, so dont have much of a basis of comparison. But, it was definitely the best hour Ive spent in a long time. I left feeling so much better.

Started coming here a few months ago, mostly for pain in upper back and neck. Krystal always did an amazing job targeting the areas of pain, and even adjusted if I had pain in my arms and legs as well. I maintained my appointments with Krystal while I went here, so I can’t offer a review for anyone else. But can say I will continue going here as long as military has me stationed here. I highly recommend Balance and Peace Massage if you’re having some muscle pains or pains in general as I am sure they will also be able to help you too. Additionally, the facility is always very clean and nicely set up. Scheduling is very online, and they can also set you up for recurring if needed.

I had such an amazing experience with Erika! I recently moved to Panama City and wanted to find someone who was both skilled yet intuitive as my massage therapist. I have had upper back and neck issues for several years and I got so much out of my first experience with her. Ill be coming back regularly :)

My son and his wife gave me a gift certificate for a massage for my birthday. I think its probably been 10 years since Ive last had one. I booked my appointment online and didnt pick a massage therapist since I dont know any of them. It set me up with Christina. I went in the following week for my appointment. It is very convenient to get to and there was plenty of parking. The lobby was decorated very nicely--everything looks new. It probably was completely redone after the hurricane, but Im assuming. The massage table was very comfortable and the room was a perfect temperature. Christina asked if I would prefer light, medium, or hard pressure. I chose medium which ended up being just right for me. I told her Ive had problems with my neck aching and being stiff. She paid extra attention to that area. The music was nice and soothing and it smells wonderful in there--I dont know what fragrance they use to scent the room but I loved it. Ill have to say I loved the massage. It was a full hour. Ill definitely go back. Bonus: my neck has not been as stiff since the massage!! This is probably something I need to do on a regular basis for my own well being.

Scheduled a deep tissue massage for injury recovery, Misty did a fantastic job. This place is very pleasant, professional, and dedicated to their craft. I definitely recommend to anyone considering any type of massage. Just dont do what I did and forget to drink a lot of water afterwards!

One of the best massage experiences I have ever had, and that means something. Christine assessed and targeted a very troublesome hip area, and the effect is still working, but the overall massage was perfect. The location was easy and the suite is comfy and perfect. Erica paid attention to the places where I told her I was having pain, and was able to effectively relieve some pregnancy pains I’ve been having. I left feeling amazing and grateful! My visit was so on point. From being greeted warmly and the relaxing atmosphere. I loved both visits, the second was a very beneficial deep tissue for neck and shoulders. Several knots were taken care of and the rest of my week was great!

Easily one of the best massage therapy facilities in the area. I had trouble finding a skilled prenatal massage therapist and was glad I discovered them!! The therapists are competent and actually listen to requests for work on problem areas. The location is clean, making appointments is easy; Im absolutely a customer for as long as were here!

Dont go here, Not recommend! This is my 2nd time trying this place. Bad both times. Aweful massage, and the therapist just didnt care. I ended my service early because being rubbedd to death was not my ideal massage. I spoke to the owner and let the owner know why I ended my service early, it was that bad. The owner didnt care and charged me full price anyways and blamed the bad experience on me. She was quite rude. I had booked a deep tissue and therapist just kept doing fast rubbing, it was weird. I had to ask several times for deeper pressure and if she could actually work out my troubled areas. She was just basically rubbing oil on my skin really fast, very annoying. Definitely will not return or recommend, go somewhere else!

I had my first massage here today with Erica, and she was amazing! Very attentive to my specific needs and focused directly on the area that was needed. I have a shoulder injury thats 30 years old with my shoulder still being a little out of place and arthritis has set in. I stay in constant pain with my neck and shoulder, and suffer from migraines because of it. She applied constant direct pressure the entire massage concentrating on working out the tension and when my hour was up I did not feel jipped as I have with previous massage salons. I would definitely recommend her, she did a wonderful job. I left feeling a thousand times better and muscles more relaxed. Very professional in what she does and provided a very warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Erica was absolutely fantastic! She has been my saving grace throughout my pregnancy with much needed prenatal massages! I highly recommend going to see her, I know I will be back even after baby gets here!

Been going here for years. I’ve been to several resort spas and the monthly service establishments as well but this place is far superior. They listen to your needs above you a high quality massage at a reasonable precise. Additionally it one of the easiest places to book. I do it online as soon as I think about it (and that can be when I am up in the middle of the night with my back hurting).Highly recommend!

On vacation and we always enjoy a little pampering. My husband and I both scheduled deep massages with Dawn. My husbands exact words were “ Best message ever!” I asked for a relaxing massage which is exactly what I got. I highly recommend booking with Dawn.

My wife and I went in for a 75 Minute massage and 15 minute back scrub. Money well spent. It was clean, relaxing, welcoming, peaceful, basically everything one is looking for to get away and be pampered . If you have not booked, be like Nike and Just Do It!

Most-excellent therapeutic massage. I enjoyed my first deep-tissue massage with Erica yesterday, and highly recommend her. Im in my early 60s, and suffer chronic neck and lower-back pain, mostly due to osteoarthritis. Ive been using therapeutic massage as part of my pain-management regimen for more than 10 years, and have been to many licensed massage therapists in Massachusetts and New Mexico. We just moved to the Panama City area from Massachusetts, and Im delighted to have found Balance and Peace --and Erica-- without having to first go through other, lesser services. To lend authority to my review, Ill end by saying I immediately scheduled my next appointment upon the completion of yesterdays.

I went to the same massage therapist for two years when I lived in Texas and was not expecting to find anyone to live up to her skill when I moved here. I’ve been to Massage Envy before and was sorely disappointed. I tried Balance and Peace based on the google review rating and was not disappointed! I had bad shoulder pain to the point where I could not even lift my arm above my head. I was about to go to a doctor, but after one massage with Erica I could lift my arm above my head with zero pain, and after one more massage, all pain/stiffness was gone! I highly recommend Erica! I’ll be going back regularly!

What a relaxing experience. One of the best massages Ive ever had. Deep tissue hot stone massage that put me in a coma. Small but intiment setting. Even open on Sundays. I felt so comfortable. Comfortable & above & beyond any of our expectations! It was 3 of us. They got us in and out for a perfect spa day.

I am so glad I decided to give the massages available in the Tyndall AFB gym a try. Anna is amazing and I feel like a new person afterwards. Pressure is perfect for me and the location couldnt be better for those on base. The room is really nice as well and you forget about what is going on outside of it.

I’ve been dealing with a specific upper back muscular pain for almost a decade. Three different neurologists, shots, MRIs, x-rays, half a dozen chiropractors, two physical therapists; nothing was effective. Sara has been an immense help, and explained the problem and what I need to do to correct it so that her therapy is helping to eliminate the issue instead of just easing symptoms (which it does). My pain isn’t completely gone but after 6 months it’s MUCH better and I’m finally on the right path. I don’t doubt that massages can be great for relaxation but for me this is an effective treatment that’s solving a problem, not just a relaxing rub down. I can’t speak highly enough about her.

My driving trip to my vacation spot did a real number in my femoral and sciatic nerves to the point of pain in the front and back if my leg. I even started to use a cane for mobility. I wasn’t sure where to go to a registered massage therapist in Panama City so I googled and found Dawn Yergey at Balance and Peace and I Am very glad I did. I am able to walk, do stairs play bocce with friends. I have my motion back and I am able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Dawn knew exactly what to do and helped me through this. This place is wonderful! Erica is a very gifted Massage Therapist. I came to Balance and Peace with the hope of pain relief from severe osteoarthritis in my spine and muscle pain caused by Lupus.
