I am so thankful that I have a trusted place to go to for massage and facials. Brittany and Miranda are both exceptional in their craft and leave me feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and at peace. The people at the front desk are welcoming and so helpful with making sure you get the services that are right for you. The manager was helpful when I had some questions and made me feel like he valued me as a customer. Overall, I enjoy everyone and everything at the Park Ridge location.

Angela = AWESOME!! Very Professional this was my second facial but my FIRST with her. She makes you feel relaxed and mostly comfortable as she explains everything and is just so kind. You can tell she loves what she does. I will be seeing her again. When I left I was so relaxed I felt great. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HOUR OF ME TIME GO SEE HER YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. I had such a great experience at my last visit at Massage Envy Park Ridge (my favorite location) I don’t get massages often, and when I do, it’s a treat with my busy schedule, so I always hope the time spent doing it is worth it. I had a 90 minute Swedish with Stephani, and she was magic! I usually book a longer time because it takes me such a long time to finally let go and relax, but just a few moments into the service, I felt comfortable, relaxed, and could tell she was a professional who had been doing this a while, and I knew I was in great hands. Thanks for allowing me this special self care moment this mama rarely gets to enjoy. The front desk was also great at helping me with a gift certificate issue and handled it wonderfully. I’ll be back soon!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the park ridge location. Thor, Brittany and Miranda are just so amazing and professional! They truly make you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I just wish the whole credit system could change! There shouldn’t be a limit on how many credits that I can use in a month. Since those are paid for already!!

Maryana did an awesome job! I needed a massage to get ready for my upcoming wedding reception because you know, wedding planning is stressful. Maryana made sure the pressure was good and it made sleepy. It was such a relaxing massage.. definitely much needed!

Silvia works out all my knots and kinks and her stretching services are second to none. If you need a deep massage shes the one hands down!

Liz, my therapist was one of the best I’ve ever had. She did great and also did not talk too much. Just did her job and did it amazingly.

Mariana was amazing. I can now walk and sleep on my side again. Will definitely come back to see her.

Thorsten is just incredibly great! Ive been seeing him for over 3year and hes such a professional. He takes his time to listen to my needs and focuses exactly where I request and I always leave feeling extremely relaxed.

I have been a member at Massage Envy for years-- I have enjoyed massages at several of their locations, but my new home is at the Park Ridge location. I have had Stephani twice now for my massages, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She is very kind, friendly, quiet (promoting relaxation), and very approachable as a person-- not to mention, she is amazing with her neck and shoulder work! I cannot recommend her enough. I have had a few other therapists at this location as well, and they were also fantastic.

Very pleasant experience! Liz was amazing, she was adjusting her pressure according to my needs and with her added experience in physical therapy she was able to relieve my body from the pain and tension and I instantly felt more relaxed.

This is my favorite Massage Envy location! The staff is friendly and helpful, and Silvia is wonderful. She’s very intuitive about where to focus and her firm pressure really works out my knots.

The location is easy to park. The staffs are nice and polite. My experience with Ms. Silvia was amazing. She was great I feel great afterwards. Totally recommend.

Johnny is the best! He’s the reason I keep coming. Very personable and attentive to the issues I have with my back.

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for years. Each masseuse has their own technique, so try a few. During the initial session discussion, any problem areas are addressed and a plan is devised. Johnny and Jahn are great at medium to deep tissue to alleviate the discomforts of shoulder, neck, hip and back pain from sitting at a desk all day. The various facials are quite lovely too.

Sylvia was great! She used the right pressure to break up my congested sore areas. I would definitely request her again!

Brittany was great listening to where my problem areas were and applying appropriate pressure. A 90 minute session was just what this achy mom needed after a week at scout camp!

Parking is a little tricky depending on time of day but that’s no fault of the establishment. Johnny is the absolute best! He’s always so upbeat and pays close attention to what I need “worked on” per session. After my first visit I was so sold—I got a membership. The receptionist is so sweet and accommodating. Go treat yourself…like, right now!!

I’ve been going to Viktor for years and have followed him to multiple Massage Envy locations. He’s fantastic - great “sports” deep tissue massage with stretching. And the Park Ridge location is great.

My massage therapist Thore is great. However, the Management can use some more training on how to treat clientele. I have often found them uninviting and unengaging. As an example, I arrived yesterday for my appointment, and I received no greeting no engagement until after a few minutes past my appointment time I asked when Thor would be out. I was told he would be coming. However, I found that not acknowledging me With greeting from the moment I walked in Or saying, I’ll be with you in a moment, was rather off-putting. Your service business you need to take the best possible care of your clients, and always acknowledge their presence and respect their time. This is not my first experience of this type at the store. Went to Massage Envy Park Ridge for a facial for the first time. My facial was done by Angela and it was so amazing. It was relaxing and my skin looked beautiful after. Will definitely be back.

Sylvia always keeps pressure consistent throughout the entire massage and gets to areas I ask to focus on. With all the standing and physical labor I do at work. I always try to book with her because I feel so much better, especially the day after!

I was very pleased with my session with Brittany. Her touch was perfect. I feel like a new person!

Stephani is hands down one of the best massage therapists I have ever had in the last 10 years. She listens to your needs and focuses on your pain areas.

Viktor took the time to ask about my specific pain regions and then suggested a customized session to generate the most relief for me as well as what to expect over the next few days after the targeted treatment. He then went beyond that to speak about different options for future sessions and how to maximize the benefits of massage therapy for me. That was two days ago, and the difference I feel is incredible. I have never rebooked a follow up massage before this, but Viktor was just what I needed. Request him!!

Brittany was amazing. Had my first prenatal massage ever and didn’t know what to expect but she explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The massage felt great

The front desk staff is always courteous and friendly. The displays in the lobby always look nice. Johnny has been my therapist for 3 years. He is great at deep tissue work and attacking my trouble spots in my shoulders and lower back. I always benefit from our sessions. Room 2 was warm even with the small fan. I would like to suggest mounting a fan in corner to create a cross-breezee.

Victor is an excellent massage therapist. He listens to what I say before my sessions, but also ‘listens’ to my body and adjusts where it is needed. I always leave feeling amazing.

I love getting a massage, but it’s even nicer when you get a great massage, like I do when I visit Stephani, she’s so super sweet, attentive, and professional.

I have been going to this particular Massage Envy for a few years to see Jahn and Johnny. Both are excellent therapists: they listen to your needs and what your body is telling you that you need in order to ensure that they are giving your body the therapy (and relief!) that it needs. Their massage styles are not for the faint of heart though; they are both the real deal for firm to deep massages. I always feel relieved whenever I go because they are able to target the knots that they can in the time given. Thank you both so much for everything!

He knows what hes doing. I have terrible hip and back issues and Thor knows exactly what to do. Definitely a difference maker. I feel pretty good.

I want to start by saying the staff here is nice and knowledgeable. Silvia did a great job with the deep tissue massage. Felt great afterwards and received good advise on taking care of my muscles better. I would recommend Silvia and give her a 10 out of 10 rating.

I’ve been to several ME locations. This one is my fav! I call SILVA the Doctor! She is more than just a massage provider, she is therapist! I have been recovering from an injury and I have made sooo much progress under her care. She is very knowledgeable and the perfect amount of pressure! Beatriz is great! I had SEVERE pain in my arm, neck and shoulder. Beatriz worked it all out. I signed up for a membership after that massage with Beatriz. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! All would be for my therapist, Thor. I had back surgery in 2019 and thankfully found Thor who I see truly as therapy. He stretches me out and does deep tissue massage. He’s a master at his craft, and truly gifted. He is intuitive, finding the spots and working out the kinks. Thor is worth his weight in gold!

Thor is absolutely wonderful. He knows exactly what I need and I have had an issue with my blood pressure. I was so relaxed my blood pressure wasnt bad high

Silvia gives the best deep tissue massages. Whether you are her first client or her last client, she is aware of what your body needs.

Loved my massage! It was the best one Ive had in a long while! She was very cautious, precise & skilled. She did alot of new techniques that I really enjoyed. Sometimes it seems like they follow a format, but she didnt; it was very much customized to what I needed. And I was late, but feel like she covered alot. Loved her & will be coming back! 💆‍♀️😁

He creates such a comfortable environment and listens to feedback. He always follows up to ensure that his pressure and pace are favorable. When I informed him of some discomfort in my lower back, he ensured that he implemented various supports with each session to relieve the pressure. I respect and trust his opinions and suggestions. He is very attentive, communicative, and always makes sure I am comfortable throughout the session.

I have been scheduling sessions with Viktor every two weeks for a couple of months now and my experience has been great. He is able to identify trouble areas and focus on them, consistently asking for feedback on the pressure he applies. Since visiting, I have been in significant less pain and I am able to recover from my workouts more quickly.

Thorsten always does a great job at finding where the most tension is. I love that he incorporates sports massage, which works best for me. He also provided a lot of relief for my father who has been suffering from sciatica for months.

Miranda gives an excellent facial. The most relaxing hour!

Not the best experience today. My appointment time was 10 AM. I was not sent a text message until 10 AM saying I could come in. I waited approximately 5 minutes in the waiting room to be greeted by Sylvia. We then discussed a plan for the massage for about two minutes and another 2-3 minutes to undress. I am now 10 minutes into my session and it has not started yet. Sylvia then ended the session short six minutes.. 10:54AM- adding up to approx.15 minutes that were taken out my 60 minute massage making it 45 min. I then noticed Sylvia left for lunch break… My point is, the customer should be invited in prior to the appointment so it starts on time or minutes should be added to a session, and then not cut short for someone’s lunch break.

I used the app to schedule online and it was so easy and allowed me to sort by the massage therapist I prefer. Viktor is amazing! He is so friendly and professional - checking to see if there are any areas that need specific work and ensures the pressure is good throughout the session.

Maryana was very professional and gave a great deep tissue full body massage. She found the areas that needed extra attention without me pointing them out to her.

Jahn gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable and in tune with what my body needed. He is a true professional! I will definitely be back to this location because of him.

Elizabeth gives wonderful massages. She found the spots on my body that were hurting and worked on them until the pain went away. She seems more like a physical therapist than a masseuse. I scheduled all my future services with her.

I normally have a hard time relaxing during a massage, but Stephani had me SNORING from being so relaxed.

Angie was an amazing esthetician. I had a wonderful experience with the oxygenating treatment and will be going back to her! I highly recommend her.

Silvia was terrible! She pressed so hard on my glute that I couldn’t lift my leg up for 2 weeks after my massage. I told her to focus on my shldrs and she did very little of that. I’m so dissatisfied

Thor has been my therapist for a couple of years now. I have an old back injury that needs constant work and gets aggravated by my daily routine easily. His skill set is the best that I have encountered and I always feel relief from pain after a session. Grateful for Thor!

Love this Massage Envy. Firstly the front desk gal, and I should have asked her name, is always so customer focused whether in the phone or in person. Also my therapist is awesome! Johnny is keeping me healthy so I can enjoy all of what I love like yoga and hiking!

The massage was amazing so the stars are for Elena. The front desk staff not so knowledgeable. I arrived at the location and a staff member watched me get out of my car parked in front of the door and met me at the door to let me in. Unbeknownst to me I parked in a space that was no parking after 4pm. My appointment was at 3:30 needless to say I got a $50 ticket. It would have been nice if he had told me about the parking. Then at the checkout I used a gift card for 158 and the girl said it was only for the $125. I asked her to check it as the card jacket said 158. She looked further and said oh yeah ok . I said to apply the rest to the tip so I hope that Elena got the $33. I was not that confident in the front desk person’s skills.

Miranda customized my facial to my face and my needs. She always checked my comfort level. She was knowledgeable without being pushy about the products.

This location is small, but it’s always super clean and plenty of parking available.Thorsten is a fantastic therapist and always addresses and relieves any issues or pain I am having!I originally signed up at a different location but the Park Ridge is my go-to studio.

I had a negative experience at the establishment. Despite being a member, I was not informed that my payment method was unable to be processed after getting a new debit card. Furthermore, I had already paid for two massages which I cannot use anymore despite calling it. It seems like a scam and I do not recommend this place. certain establish to inquire about. I know that it is a franchise but maybe try another location.

Ive been getting massages with massage envy for a couple of years, but my massage yesterday Jahn at the Park Ridge was the best massage Ive had.Ive been a nurse for 5 years both bedside and now in a desk role which is causing its own set of problems with long hours of sitting and Jahn was able to pinpoint problem areas that I wasnt even aware of from having bad posture and sitting all day with long commuting time causing knee problems as well.He was so informative that this massage felt like a physical therapy session where he gave me tips and exercises to help improve these issues. Besides all that, he was super funny and was always checking if the pressure was okay. He went above and beyond even though this was his last massage of the day, so Im sure he was tired, but I love giving people credit who do 110%. This man needs a raise. Thanks Jahn!

Giving 1 star for difficulty cancelling my membership and the rude attitude of the front desk girl who just talked over me, repeatedly insisting we dont make it difficult (right after she explained it would take 3-10 business days for them to *send me a cancelation form* 😂)Apparently they have a *queue* for members who want to cancel, and it takes 3-10 business days to send the form out. Bad answer.... That is the definition of difficult lol. If I took 3-10 business days to respond to a request at my job, I would probably be fired. ME is a reputable business, act like it. Cancelation should be a simple online process - no queue, no delayed form sending, no guilt-tripping when you ask them about cancelation. If all I need is a form, why couldnt the front desk girl just send it to me, right then? They have my email. Moreover, why is the form not downloadable online?Ive been a member for years and wouldve easily considered coming back. But delayed cancelation policies that result in additional charges, coupled with rude attitudes of desk employess - this is how you lose long-term customers indefinitely.

This place does not keeps its appointments. I had one scheduled checked in via app , 30 minutes later still waiting, they gave me some lame excuse that someone with my name had already checked in. They offered no remedy or apology , wasted my time. Poor customers service. .Follow up;They did call me back and gave me a free massage.Finally used it after 4 months and everything went smooth , massage was good. Only thing they forgot the extra treatment I added. Overall it was good experience the 2nd time around.

They were very good about safety and comfort but my provider didnt really hit the areas I asked for. She asked a lot of questions about comfort throughout the session but it seems like the surveys you take about areas you want to work on didnt even get looked at.

Liz did a fantastic job. She was also very kind and friendly which made me feel more comfortable.

Every massage therapist is great. My go to is Thor and Viktor! Highly recommend both for deep tissue.

Johnny is a skilled massage therapist and healer. His firm sessions provide specific targeted relief for muscle soreness and pain.

Very disappointing. Got there 15 minutes early, checked in. Waited in car as instructed, went in when called in at 5 minutes to the houand although I prefilled the forms they asked me to fill more and wasted my time. By the time I got into the massage room, I was already 5 minutes into my massage time.By the time the therpast got back it was 10 minutes into my massage time. She didnt do the areas I indicated I wanted he to focus us (I took the time to fill out the form but she didnt take the time to read it). She ended 10 minutes short of an hour so I only got a 40 minute massage. Very disappointing. I wont be going back or recommending to my ladies club group. Too many other great choices in the area. I usually get at least 2 massages a month so they really blew this with me. The therapist was okay in her technique. But needs to read the client chart before coming in. I did communicate what I wanted but it was too late into the massage for her to hit all the areas needed.

The front desk staff are all super nice. I work a very physically and mentally demanding job, and my body has deteriorated a lot recently due to stress. I got a membership after years of putting it off, and haven’t looked back. I tried out several therapists, per ME’s recommendation. I did have a very negative experience with one therapist, but it was addressed quickly and appropriately. Other than that, everything has been wonderful. Silvia is the best therapist I’ve ever had! Don’t ever leave!

Liz is amazing. Her technique is smooth and extremely effective. It’s obvious she has been doing this for a while, and she is warm and inviting.

They very strict about customers being on time for their appointment which I totally understand and it is how it suppose to be, but when it comes for them to be on time is different. It is the second time that I get there 5 to 10 minutes before my appointment but they will take me in 10 to 12 min after my appointment start time. They did not adjust the time so I get my 50 minutes hands on massage they just ended my massage like they started on time.Just be aware of it and look the time when you have your appointment.

Im in town for a convention and had some time to kill so called them on a whim. They were able to get me in quick and were very nice to interact with. They had just opened at this location so everything was new, but the staff were well trained and knowledgeable. My massage therapist was TJ, who was very pleasant and did a great job. I would recommend this location to anyone and would return again if I lived close. Do allow extra time to find parking though!

Very nice location. Friendly people, clean, efficient location. Massage with Viktor was great and Avi at the front was kind and helpful.

The manager, Claudia is friendly and accommodating as well as professional. The other staff members are easy to work with also.

I am vaccinated and followed the protocol set by the location. It never occurred to me to ask if my therapist would be vaccinated. When I checked in, I asked about vaccination and then was directed to my therapist. I asked if she was vaccinated. She indicated she’s not. Unfortunately, *** she also was not wearing her mask correctly.*** I had to ask her to place her mask over her nose. I am uncomfortable being in close quarters with someone who’s not vaccinated and not careful!! I did bring a mask just in case but I really didn’t appreciate following the safety protocols as a customer and then having a non-vaccinated therapist spend 90 minutes with me in a closed room. I decided to immediately leave and stopped by the front desk to express my concerns. They were awful! Argumentative and not helpful! I can’t request a vaccinated employee because it’s against HIPAA, they said. It makes absolutely no sense. When I asked for the owner’s phone number, I was told to write down the number from a plague on the wall. Just awful. I would give zero stars if I could.

I’m a Massage Envy member, meaning I get monthly massages. I normally go to the Massage Envy in Randhurst but realized Park Ridge was a little closer so I thought I try them. The girl who answered the phone and made my appointment was not pleasant and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for making an appointment. However, I made the appointment for later that day (about 2 hours later). Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment due an emergency with our car and called to let them know. The same girl answered the phone and was very rude about having to cancel and informed me rudely there was a fee for cancellation. I understand that there needs to be a fee for late cancellations in general but considering I had just made the appointment two hours earlier there would have been no way for me to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance so I do feel that I shouldnt be charged a fee. Regardless, it was really her whole attitude that put me off. I wont book again at this location ever again. I’ll keep going to Randhurst where the employees are polite and helpful.

My massage was ok, not amazing but not bad. They have you fill out a survey beforehand asking for specific areas you would like to be focused on, I mentioned my feet, neck and shoulders in the survey and to my therapist but my feet were never touched (same exact thing happened to my boyfriend as well) however, the most bothersome part was that the therapist tried to talk to me throughout the entire 50 minute duration of my massage, much more than just checking in to see how the pressure is :( I just paid good money to relax and get rubbed down, I don’t want to chit chat! Kinda killed my whole mood. Disappointed overall and won’t return.

Viktor makes my massage specific to the injury or the problem I am having. He also tries to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible.

Viktor did an excellent job working out all the tension in my back. The amount of pressure was excellent.

Appts fill up so book in advance or be flexible with timing for last minute bookings.Doing exceptional with covid - temp checks for guests & staff, full room disinfection between guests, pre-appt survey to check for cdc risk factors. They do request masks stay on during service.

Negative: You want a customer to text you from the car upon arrival, and then specifically telling him to wait in the car for permission to enter? This system takes away something from the experience.

Im a chronic migraine sufferer and Ive found that regular massages help keep my migraines away. Ive gone to Massage Envy several times, but Ive got to say TJ is the best! She understands migraine sufferers pain and knows great techniques to maximize the results in such a short period of time. Do yourself a favor and if its your first time or if you are a migraine sufferer like me, make an appointment with TJ.
