All I can say is WOW. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. The ambiance, the temperature, the techniques. I am honestly blown away and will be going back for a deep tissue massage monthly. I will be sharing this unbelievable experience with many! Thank you Hu Knew Spa!

My wife and I had been looking for a good massage place for a while and finally found a gem near our home. The massage was perfect and very good addressing all my trouble points from lifting weights. I highly recommend this place and Ellen she is amazing.

Ive been going to Ellen for over two years at her Glenview location (I live near Park Ridge). She is an amazing masseuse and goes above and beyond every time I see her. She has a card club, and Ive purchased the cards and a first massage for several friends and colleagues. Her new location offers additional wellness services, which I plan to try on my next visit. Im thrilled that I met Ellen, and even though she is a bit away it is well worth the drive. Great value for service provided!

I have been seeing Ellen for several years now and she is the only person who can relieve my chronic back pain. Shes very attentive and consistently learns about massage technique to improve your experience. Prices are very fair and the space is clean and calm.

Hu Knew, it is a great place to go. Great nutritional counsel, massage (multiple types) and more. My recent visit was combining massage and infrared sauna which has many health benefits. I loved the service, place is welcoming, clean and calming, now I have to keep coning for this great service, Hu Knew!

Wonderful new addition to the area, they have it all! The personal sauna room is ideal and a perfect stop for after a workout. Overall, their other treatment programs are quickly becoming a staple in my recovery. I highly recommend this place if you are very active and need to recoup a bit. I think they also offer nutrition consultations, so this place really is a one stop shop.

I recently found this gem of place for all types of massage. i recently tried lymphatic drainage massage and felt better later that day . I have also had swedish massage that was great too. Ellen really cares about people and her massages show this. Also I got nutrition counseling from Nomuna that was very through. She gave me some very good suggestions about how i can lose weight and feel better. Nomuna also gave me a follow up email discussing what we went over. I believe they really care about my well being and know others will find out soon the same. Just go and you wont regret it.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and enjoyed my massage plus infrared sauna. Ellen, the massage therapist was just great with everything. I highly recommend this place!

It was a good and relaxing time. But they ask for the tip after but we were supposed to pay while booking through the app.we were willing to pay but they only accept cash and we didn’t know.

This new location is amazing!It is pristinely clean, the sauna is a great feature. The specialty floor massage is not to be missed!
