My massage from Kevin was great. He is extremely professional and made my first massage experience very comfortable. He was very thorough as well. I have extremely bad sciatica and this helped a bunch! I am super grateful and cannot wait to get more massages from here. The spa itself is very clean and relaxing as well. I highly recommend.

My experience here was absolutely what I needed! My massage therapist (Angel) was very communicative and checked in to make sure I felt ok during the entire massage. The atmosphere was very peaceful and everyone here was very friendly and inviting!

My husband purchased a $200.00 + tax giftcard for me for Mothers day from the Park Ridge location. Just before that i found out about a medical condition I have that prevents me from receiving massages. They said they would only make an exception to refund my husband if I disclose my medical information straight from my doctor. That is absolutely none of their business whos care I am under and why.This isnt a used giftcard. We just want our money back for something I wont ever be able to use and sure not going to just give it away to someone... the girl I spoke with was incredibly rude. She told me she would call me back, well the next day, still nothing. I call back, she claims she called and left a voice mail. Absolute lie. Her name btw is Angel. Even if this wasnt my situation, she alone would be why I would never come here. This place has tons of terrible reviews and its clear why. They do not accommodate their customers at all and try to help where help is needed.

Never go to this place. Horrible customer service; poor massage therapy.I’ve got charged for “cancellation”, when I got sick with higher temperature at 7 am. I was supposed to be at salon at 8:40. I specifically called to say that I’m very sick to go. They charged me 60$ for that.On the top of this, I had previously been there because I’ve received 2 gift cards for 220$.The 1st massage was done by a guy, who literally does not have any idea how to do massage. He was pushing me and pressing, but this is not a massage. 0 customer care, dirty towels on the floor.You almost feel like nobody wants to see you here again, just pay and leave. 0 music,0 candles, 0 design. I was “lucky” to be offered a plastic bottle of water.I’m coming from Europe, with this kind of salon, they would’ve lasted for 20 min because of higher competition.Is it so hard to create a nice atmosphere for your clients who just want to relax?I want to be refunded for the service, and I think it’s not fare that I was punished for being a good person and NOT getting all you sick including massage therapist.

I am really upset. I really wanted to relax and have a nice massage so that’s why I booked the 90 minutes. It was not relaxing at all, the lotion was cold , she was talking to me the whole time which was ok but all I wanted to do was relax. I asked for a Swedish relaxing light touch massage and it seemed like she did not know how to do that. I asked to be massaged ln my scalp through my hair and she just did like a lot of pressure on the top of my scalp and I told her what I wanted and she still did not do it. I really wish they hired more people with experience. She was shocked I wanted just a light touch massage and kept asking me why I like it like that which means she never really did it before. I feel bad for saying this but don’t book with Martyna

I was charged a $75 cancellation fee because I called into the location to inform them that I had just tested positive for COVID-19. The person answering the phone immediately decided to cancel my appointment and told me that I would not be charged for missing the appointment. A few hours later, my credit card was charged $75. I tried calling back after the charge was received, seeing as how they were open late. Many calls, and no answers. I finally started receiving text messages the next day, telling me that they had no choice but to charge me, and that it was the owner of the studio who made the decision. I explained that there was no misunderstanding because of what the person answering the phone who canceled my appointment had told me. She never told me that if I did not show up - despite being COVID-19 positive - that I would be charged. She never even gave me the option to come in sick - she just immediately said ok and canceled the appointment for me. So, just keep in mind that if you do the right thing and let them know that you have COVID-19, they might automatically cancel your booking and charge you anyways.*** After informing Elements that I had posted online reviews describing exactly what happened, they offered me a discount on a new appointment, stating that the owner charged my card and there’s nothing they can do.

I had emergency they charge me. They don’t have a good customer service. They don’t understand their customer situation. They just want to take their money for no reason.👎👎👎👎👎👎

I knew this wasn’t going to be good when I received a text that they wanted me to come earlier than my 7PM appointment. I could not make it until 7PM and knew I would be rushed in and out. I was right. I was shorted 15 minutes. The majority of the 45 minutes was the masseuse rearranging heating pads and towels. This was my first time here and the appointment was scheduled 6 days in advance. It was a clean facility and quiet but I won’t return.

First time massage at Elements Massage. Overall good experience and feel pretty good post massage. I had Jan (John) and he went above and beyond to maximize all your time. Very informative about maintaining good posture and healthy lifestyles.

Im writing this late I was there this summer. My massage was good but Imnot sure Ill go back. I was not told to come in early but I showed up 5 min early. There was 15 min of filling out stuff, signing stuff, and the IPAD they had did not work. I got started a good 5-10 min late because of it and it cut into my time. I got 50 instead of 60 min.

Great experience! The front desk greeted and helped me out immediately. I had Joanna as my masseuse and she did an incredible job. She looked at my information and took note of my occupation and knew what areas probably needed to be worked on but she also asked about my problem areas. Throughout the massage she asked if her pressure was okay or if she needed to increase or decrease. Joanna is also very funny. Highly recommend!

I enjoy prenatal massages with Gina and found them really helpful in reducing muscular pains in pregnancy. My main complaint is really the cost . Compared to a few other massage clinics that I have been to, prenatal massages here are by far the most expensive and I am not sure if the quality is considerably different to justify the elevated cost .

I pulled a muscle in my lower back and really needed a massage. I booked with Elements and they were able to get me in for a massage pretty quick. I booked with Eric and he was AWESOME! I would definitely go back for another massage soon.

It was a great massage. I had hurt my neck a few weeks before and gone to a few other massage locations to try to fix it. Joanna was responsive to my preferences and did an incredible job working out the knots and tight muscles. It was so good I decided to get the membership- so I’ll be back :).

Very nice location in the heart of Park Ridge, with very adequate parking. The establishment is very welcoming and professional.Jon was my Therapist, and he was excellent. He easily translated my verbal description (of what brought me in) into a well executed action plan. Ive had my share of therapeutic massages, and Jon is at the top of my list.

Wish I had been informed when I booked that a man would be giving me my massage. When I informed the two female front desk employees that I was uncomfortable with a male giving me a massage they told me to just undress to my comfort level and just tell him to stop if I feel uncomfortable. Like that’s it?? No offer to reschedule or anything so I proceeded and had the most uncomfortable massage I’ve ever had in my life. Then no one informed me I would be charged an additional 10 dollars extra for an “elite therapist” didn’t know until I looked at my receipt. And the massage was just ok..I’ve definitely had better.

Yesterday was the first time for me to go to Element Massage Park Ridge. It was a gift from my husband. I did really enjoy the service I got from the people here. They are friendly and the place is really clean and neat. We got two awesome therapists yesterday: Alexandra and Marci for my husband and me. Ms. Marci knows the condition I have with Fibromyalgia and she gave awesome massage that my body needs. When I got home I still could feel my body feels better and Im thinking to get the massage at Element Massage routinely. Im thankful my husband already registered as a member of Element Massage last month. My husband and I are really satisfied for the service we got. Thank you very much!

Everyone here was welcoming, friendly, and made my first experience wonderful. The price was a good value and the massage was FANTASTIC (thanks Tania!). I am seriously considering buying a package because it felt like a true spa experience, not a chain or massage factory.

Very pleased after two visits. Im pretty active, cycling, lifting, walking, etc. As I get older pushing my body to stay in the shape I want is starting to take a toll. Having never gotten a massage before, I came here based on a friends recommendation. Have had sessions with Mila and Gina, and plan to return monthly going forward. Used to think massage was pretty self-indulgent, now I see it as another way to tune my body and ensure Im ready to sweat more on the road and in the gym.

The variety of massage techniques and pressure used during massage made me feel relaxed. I felt a sense of relief and after the session my troubled spots were much looser. The Aromatherapy added to the Zen experience. I highly recommend this place not only for the experience but for the great massage package they offer. It’s a great value overall. The front desk staff are always pleasant & helpful.

I really like Joanna, my massage therapist. Shes very good, thorough, and works hard to address my muscle tightness. In general, the staff has always been friendly and professional. I also like that youre reservation system is pretty robust and easy to ease.

From check in, to massage, to check out - my experience was perfect. The team was very accommodating and offered top notch customer service. I even was offered a piece of chocolate to start my massage. Yes, please! The cost is a bit high for my budget so I will only be able to give myself me time every few months. I have old sports injuries and truly felt at ease knowing Johns experience as a Physical Therapist prior to becoming a Massage Therapist. I highly recommend John. Hes knowledgeable, professional and does great work.

I have been seeing Gina M for massage. I have had a variety of issues with pain due to structural imbalances following a hysterectomy. Most recently, Gina helped me with sharp pain that followed my SI joint, piriformis, IT band and inner thigh on my right side. She really listened to my description of every pain point and was very thorough. Given that my pain was intense, I appreciated her tuning in and being able to assess what level of pressure was appropriate for my comfort level and to provide relief. She has a calming presence and I enjoy talking to her about things on my mind.

As a first time client, I had a great experience. The front desk was friendly and informative. The massage was very relaxing. Maryann had checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I felt comfortable and guided me through breathing to further let go of any tension. Checking out was quick. I would definitely go back to try another massage.

Extremely clean, easy check-in process, ultra professional massage therapists, friendly & personable front desk, totally reasonable price ($89 when it’s your first time!!), great location/free parking lot! Can’t beat it.

I have had a monthly membership with Elements Park Ridge for several years and have never had a bad experience. The staff and therapists are professional, qualified, helpful and pleasant. Facility is extremely clean and sanitized. Cost of service is reasonable. Would recommend Elements Park Ridge 100%.

I had my 1st ever hot stone massage with Joanna. I dont think I can ever have a regular massage ever again. Usually, Im a little sore the next day. I felt amazing. No more hip pain. No more low back pain. I was able to walk without stiffness. I even signed up for the monthly wellness membership before I left. I highly recommend this establishment and Joanna to everyone.

I came in for pain and left with it. Days after my massage no progress on my pain levels was made. I didnt feel my muscles loosen much. I specified exactly where my areas of pain or tightness were. During the massage I pointed out areas of knots which the therapist knew about but didnt do much to rid me of those.Perhaps I am a very muscular tight person which may be why a 60 minute directed session was insufficient but if there is no improvement then it isnt worth nearly $100. I just flushed it down the drain.Front desk lady was very nice. Massage therapist dude was weird.

I saw Mary for a prenatal massage. She was very skilled at what she does, and seems naturally intuitive in her practice. She made me feel comfortable. I have shoulder pain and she knew right where the tightness was. I will definitely go back.

Joanna was amazing! I scheduled for a deep tissue massage. She targeted the points that hurt my lower back for 6 months. Its only been a week and I feel great!

Elements Massage in Park Ridge is an excellent place for a variety of different massages. I have experienced many of the different massage therapists and they all do a very good job. The rooms are clean and sanitized. I highly recommend them.

Great 90 min. massage at Elements! Aleksandra took the time to speak with me regarding what I was looking for and to see if I had any issues that she needed to be aware of before she started. She checked in periodically to see if I was okay ~ enough to check in without interfering with my relaxation.

I liked how business like John was. He told me who he was, told me about his background, and then he proceeded to give me a really thorough massage. I just liked how he was truly trying to get work done. I didn’t need to relax; I needed some serious muscle work done and he was there for it. I’d totally go back.

I came in because my neck and sciatic nerve (from sitting on my wallet for many years) were bothering me. Normally I don’t get massages around my house, only if I’m on vacation, but the aching was becoming too much to deal with. To be totally honest, it felt kinda weird at first to come in since I’ve been friends with Abby for several years. However, Abby was so accommodating, conscientious and professional, and she put my nerves at ease. She is a miracle worker. Abby was able to restore range of motion to my neck by relaxing those tight muscles and she alleviated the achiness in my neck and hip. During the massage, Abby asked me several times if I was in any pain. She was applying deep tissue massage to me, and I can honestly say that not even once did I feel any discomfort at all. I was so amazed by her talents, I immediately signed up for the Wellness Program right after the massage. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. I would easily recommend Elements and Abby to any good friend or family member who could use some quality relaxation or pain relief.

Looking for an expert on deep tissue massages, ask for John! He’s professional, pays attention to detail and is truly focused on the customers needs. I highly recommend John for all other types of massages too!

I have an excellent massage therapist in Florida. Ive been going to spas in IL and in WI and paying top dollar only to walk out feeling unsatisfied. Massages sometimes are more like a rub down when I really need someone to work a little harder. Abby did a wonderful job really helping me with my range of motion and my tension headache. I will be going back and probably becoming a member. Thanks!!

There is no better place to have a massage. The facilities are spotless, and from the minute you walk in, the atmosphere starts to calm you. Everyone here is exceptionally helpful and polite. The therapists are incredible - no matter what type of massage you prefer, there is a therapist that can help you. Try it - you will thank yourself everyday that you did!

Its very convenient. I like being able to schedule online or over the phone and that I can always find last minute availability. I tried many of the massage therapists until I found the ones that worked best for me (sports recovery). Everyone is very courteous and professional here.

This is an excellent place to get a pregnancy massage! Gina is an amazing masseuse who listens to your needs and identifies trouble areas that you are unaware of. She provides a gentle yet effective massage and is a calming presence.

Without a doubt Elements has the best services whether you have a physical condition that needs attention or for relaxation purposes. Elements by far has some of the best therapists and I refuse to go to any of the other (commercial franchises) that are generic and ineffective. I feel confident that no damage will be done and trust the advice given to me. I have had deep massages to work on a physical challenges, relaxation massages and more recently therapy with Himalayan Salt Stones which was AMAZING.

The cleanliness of the studio. How warm and inviting the personnel and massage therapists are. I also love the calming effect the studio has on you the minute you enter. I have been to several massage studios, but this one seems to reflect a home away from home feel.
