Best beauty salon in Chicago! The nail technicians at this salon are highly skilled and attentive to detail. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everyone is very friendly and nice. It was hard for me to find a salon that I can trust.The most important thing for me is a sterilization of manicure tools. The manicure tools were sterilized and they were using a disposable nail files giving me peace of mind about hygiene.I highly recommend this salon for anyone prioritizing cleanliness and safety during their nail treatments.

The worst customer service ever!!!Was a customer of this salon a year ago since it was close to my office. Went there 3 times, nails were done nice , but the talking of workers to each other was the worst part.Week ago moved to new apartment in this area and decided to try OB again. Scheduled appointment with Hope, got confirmation. A day before appointment received email that service will be done by another technician without even asking me!During my appointment another worker approached my technician Lyly and started to talk . I was forced listening to their conversation for 30 minutes!!! It is not professional, I do not want to listen about your personal stuff, apartments, relationships with relatives!!Don’t even want start about what you have done to my nails!! It was supposed to be classic manicure. Please see pictures below!!

First time here and Yana did incredible work! Never had a manicure as perfect. I can’t wait to come back and get another beautiful color they have. 🥰

A very good beauty salon with excellent, professional staff, with a high level of service. There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere, you will be offered a cup of coffee/tea, if you are limited in time there is an opportunity to do a manicure and pedicure at the same time. And Marta, the hairstylist, is the best professional in her field. I have been getting my hair done by her for more than eight years! She is truly the best of the best. If you are lucky enough to make an appointment with her for a haircut or color/highlight, Im sure youll get much more than you desired. Clean, beautiful, and relaxing. We also celebrated my daughters birthday here, it was a great idea. And thank you very much Olena for the wonderful flowers as a gift.

I’ve been going to O and B style for a little over a year now. The manicure work the girls do here is incredible. After going to many places, I have never been as satisfied as I am here. Yana does an incredible hard gel manicure and I am always pleased with her talent and designs on nails. The place is very clean and professional and my nails don’t chip or break after a visit. I highly recommend this salon, my nails are very strong and healthy as a result of the amazing work and care the girls provide!

I came to O&B to have my nails done for my wedding, and it was a wonderful experience! The girls were very kind and welcoming--I accidentally booked the wrong service and they still made time for me and accommodated a hard gel manicure. It was my first experience with hard gel, and I am absolutely obsessed now thanks to the high quality work at O&B! I had so many compliments on my wedding nails, and I was very happy with them. I will definitely be back ☺️

I absolutely love O&B style! I had been looking for a salon with the services they offer and they do a wonderful job with hard gel manicures! I personally go to Luiba for my nails, but have had the chance of other nail techs for mani’s and pedi’s. Thank you O&B Style for always being amazing!

I have been seeing Yana for 2 years! My nails always look amazing! Best manicure! My nails can last up to 3-4 weeks with no chipping and still looking great! All the girls are great! Definitely go and check out the salon you won’t regret it!

I was looking for a new place earlier this year when unfortunately the nail artist I would visit in another suburb abruptly left. I researched and saw their instagram and knew I had to check it out. Fast forward to December and I have been going in for the past 5-6 months .. I’m extremely picky with places and I’m happy to highlight they truly care about their clients and are very clean. Throughout the process I see them disinfecting and cleaning. They have a forever client!

Amazing service , ower Olena is always there for you. Lily my nail tech is nothing but amazing, Martha is great on coloring and haircuts. Honestly you can find your best specialists there not depending of what you want to do, all ladies are super well trained . Highly recommended! Shoutout to everyone there

Fantastic first time experience! Happened upon this place looking for spot between work and the airport. I was so lucky they had an opening! I am thrilled with the manicure I got from Angelina. She was patient with my questions to help me figure out which type of polish I wanted, and she found me the perfect color. My cuticles look amazing, theyre very dry and sensitive but she was gentle and made them so clean. This is definitely going to be my go-to when Im in town.

Wonderful European beauty salon that offers everything from nails to lashes to hair services! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! Once I started getting my nails and hair done here I never went back to another salon! I get compliments all the time on all the services I have gotten! Highly recommend! I’ve been going here since they opened. The technique and attention to detail is something you truly cannot find anywhere else. I love to get my nails done in Europe because there is a certain way that nails are done, and I could never find a place in the US that executed that style correctly….until O&B. Seriously would give 6 stars if I could! I usually see Yana, but when she’s busy I don’t have a preference.

As much as I wanted to love this place, I don’t think I’ll come back. Initially what drew me in was the European manicure that used a special drill method of removing cuticles. When I got to the salon, I was greeted quickly and the manicurist got to work. The cuticle removal was great, however, it went downhill with the polish application. I got a regular nail polish manicure because I wanted to take a break from no chip. The first negative was the fact that there was no fan for me to dry my nails at the end of the appointment. I was led to the chairs in the front to wait for my nails to dry. The salon did the pink polish. They took quite a long time to dry too because there were two extremely thick layers of top coat applied. Then the chipping started.The very next day after getting my nails done, they chipped and started cracking on each nail. It was so disheartening that I took the polish off the day after it was applied because it looked so bad and repainted them myself (green polish). Now not even 4 days later, the skin at my cuticles is peeling back on basically every nail. It’s really disappointing because I wanted to love this place but I don’t think I’ll be back.

The best beauty salon ever! So clean and the design is gorgeous. Ive been going there for years now and they are always so accommodating. We even did my daughters birthday party there, it was so beautiful. I have moved recently and still drive to this place even if its further. Customer for life!

I’ve been going to this salon since they are open and just wanted to say that their service is amazing! Love their 6 hands service option. I had done gel manicure and gel pedicure, eyelash and eyebrow lamination and all together was done in 1.5 hours! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff!

This is the best kept secret for a world class manicure. I do the European Hard Gel manicure and my nails have never been longer, stronger, or more beautiful than they have been the last 12 months I’ve been going here.

Great atmosphere and a comfortable experience. The people here make you feel welcomed and at ease. I got a manicure and pedicure as well as got a hair cut on a separate occasion. Olena did my pedicure and manicure and after she was done i felt like i had brand new hands and feet. Marta, a very stylish hairdresser gave me the haircut. It came out perfect and just how i like it. They were very professional and listened to exactly what and how i wanted everything done. In my opinion you can get these services anywhere but the whole experience and the customer service will keep me coming back. Thank you.

Id like to share an awesome experience I had today at the O&B Style. I had a facial done by one of the best girls in the area, aka Olena. She is very good at what she does and knows what shes doing. Definitely will be coming back. The salon is very clean and modern. The equipment and products they have is top shelf.Highly recommend.

The worst nails extensions I ever had. The work they did was horrible, all the nails looks like shovels.I followed the Instagram page of theirs and pics of nails they have there looked nice and I thought they can do nice job for me. Nails I wanted cost $85, after I told them that I don’t like my nails they gave me 20% off which is still 68 bucks. The quality of the work wasn’t worth the money paid that’s all I can say.

I really enjoyed my experience in the O&B Salon Spa.I did hair cut and gel pedicure there.And I loved it so much!Salon is super clean by itself, stuff is true professionals, people who know what they do and love what they do.Definitely will recommend this place!!!And will definitely be back!
