No point in pre-ordering anymore, you never get what your order. The website will say sativa, indica, or hybrid and it is never the same at the actual store. Never had this problem when they first opened and now it is a common problem. The staff is helpful, but I dont love hearing all the excuses about the website. It feels shifty and shady. This time I got the wrong product and the wrong price because of a website glitch. Then they tried to make me feel like I was getting a special price and I actually paid $13 more than what the website quoted me.

Great staff. Good price and selection. Trinity does have dedicated pre-order lanes. Have you all considered doing this. It doesnt seem like many do, and Im starting to wonder what the point of having it is here.

The staff are always so kind. They’re patient with a smile as well. I never have any problems ordering like I would trying to get fast food. I can use my communication cards with ease to order. I can see on the screen when discussing an order to assure I’m getting what I need. The entire venue is wheelchair accessible too as it’s all flat surfaced. The walls are not overly white anymore and it’s really amazingly designed. It’s easy to see inside as well as the products displayed inside. It’s like a little home and we’re all welcome to the family.

Had an issue keeping me from picking up my order during the day of a sale. When I called to talk to someone about it, they informed me that the sale might still be going on and when I asked if they could check the products so I knew if I had to reorder something different or could get what I ordered they took me name. After that they informed me that they would extend my order to the next day and did not touch on the sale any further even though I specifically asked to check the products. That implied that since my order was extended, I would still receive the price I was given on the website. When we went to pick it up the next day and was told that they were no longer on sale and they refused to honor the price. If I had known that previously like I was trying to inquire about, I would have found an immediate solution instead of waiting until the next day with a false sense of security.

Iv always loved this place. Come here very often for edibles and am always greatest with smiles and jokes. Today Sydney helped me and cheered me right up. She was very helpful and made sure I got the good deals I needed. Will always recommend this place. Theres also this girl that usually has pink hair. A couple piercings. Sadly I dont remember her name but I LOVE seeing her when I come in. Shes super nice and great at her job.

Everything we go into the New Era here in Pekin its a lovely friendly environment. They are always chatty and respectful with us, and very informative on what there is to have. If you have questions they always have the answers. Its always got this soothing vibe to it. Honestly we visit them once or twice a week sometimes we go just for the people alone. Defiantly do recommend visiting in our home town of Pekin you will never leave disappointed!

I wish I could give nuEra more than 5 stars, because they are always awesome. I have never had any issues with ordering or with payments, and the staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Chris W. helped me the last time I went in, and was able to give me some good suggestions on things to try. I just drove from Morton to pekin got here at 653 and they wouldn’t let me order! I’ve showed up at this same time on numerous of occasions. They asked if I had a preorder but it wouldn’t let me do a preorder bc it was 630. They always told me I could just come in and order. I’m done with this place Trinity is way better. Like why even say you close at 7? If this is a new thing then you should say you guys stop serving at 630 because you guys wont allow any preorders go through after.

When I got ahold of them they immediately got back with me to remedy the issue! 10/10 so happy with their customer service! It’s the state taxes that suck which is no fault of NuEra, so keep that in mind when shopping there! They have a great price point!

Only can get money from atm in 50 dollar increments. They accept debit but only in 5 dollar increments. I was having card issues trying to figure it out and I guess you can’t totally cool but do not need to be rude about it. You have one sign behind the counter. If it was a big deal there would be more signage I would think. Not too professional in my opinion
