Shop didnt open at 9 am Fri like posted, young guy showed up around 9:30. Lost 3 sales in those 30 min. I wasnt acknowledged by the guy and his card machine wasnt working right (bc he showed up late and the device takes time to boot up,load and connect) so after a full 59 minutes of waiting, I ended up leaving empty handed. Thank goodness S.P. was open and its just around the way.Will be driving passed this place to go to them next time.Your staff needs basic customer service training and they need to be at work on time if you want a business to make money.

!BEWARE! buying any vaping products as they will not stand by ANY defective product, NO refund or exchange! They told me they do not have a manufacturing warranty for the products they sell in store thus a loss for them, so they pass the non warranty on the customer. Your SOL with a defective vape/product..

I stopped in here today because of the convenience of the location. The store is well stocked with lots of choices. The person working the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and attentive. The prices are a little cheaper than the rest of town as far as disposable vapes go and they had lots of new brands. I will definitely be going back!!!!

Stopped by at 10am not open, not waiting for a shop to maybe open when other places are for sure open. Maybe update shop hours??

Great spot in Pekin. I was on the hunt for a specific 510 thread battery and the other two local places didnt stock them. This place has two. Will be returning for any smoke needs
