Im trying to check on a tobacco order for general sinus that I placed. And the women working there are hanging the phone up constantly! Weird and unprofessional. Normally call and they check and see what they have and I come that way and get it. DO BETTER.

Good store and service just dont understand how a tobacco store doesnt keep enough cigarettes in stocks.

One lady is very good but the other has stopped and confronted me/us about a problem that he has with my friend. Friend has also been vaguely threatened by him. Im sure business is good for others but personally wont be giving this JB my business anymore. Completely unprofessional.

Ive been a loyal customer for years. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Normally the staff is very polite. Today on the other hand was very different. I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 packs of Lucky Strikes. The total was high than I expected, but I paid anyway. Then she handed me 4 packs of Marlboros. I said oh thats why the price was higher I asked for Lucky Strikes I wasnt rude I was actually smiling about it. Until she rudely said you said Marlboros. I have worked in retail for a long time and one thing you never do is contradict what a customer just said. It is after all thier mouth that just said it. Maybe if she wasnt preoccupied by the conversation she was having with someone in the store or messing with her phone that was in her hand.... She might have gotten it right. She did offer to fix it, by I was already put off by the ordeal that I left.

The lady who assisted us was very polite patient and efficient. Clean with alot of items fun to look at. Wished I had more time and money to spend there. Many items though I will say were/are quite overly priced. But still was nice to encounter polite customer service, finding that to be very rare these days.

The people here are really great. Staff have helped me after I bought boxes of brown vape liquid in my Vuse pods instead of them being clear juice, how they should be (mostly a temp or sun exposure issue that can happen in shipping). As frustrated as they were too a couple times, they helped fix the issue overall to their best dedicated ability. I very much appreciated that & so does my wallet, lungs, & taste buds. L

The employees are nice, I do have fun most of the time here. The last visit I had here was a good time.

They have a great selection of Pieces and different kinds of vapes and I would recommend to try the Orion Bars, they are the same price as a Elf Bars but the Orion Bars have 7,500 puffs! 10/10 Shop and selection!

JB Hawks is AWESOME!! They have ALWAYS had my cigarettes and my husbands rolling tobacco and tubes in stock. They also have a variety of other items. Its nice to look at and/or try out from time to time. Even cooler, they have a drive through and video gaming machines! The gaming room is WONDERFUL. Its quiet and very clean. Its for a fireplace which adds to the ambiance. It also has a dedicated exit in the back just for smokers to step out for a smoke when gambling that is fenced in for security. They also offer small snacks (candy, trail mix, etc ), free cans of soda, I THINK $1 bottles of beer, and often hot fresh pizza or some other yummy food...FOR FREE! Its ALWAYS super clean, well stocked, and the staff are a bunch of ROCK STARS!! Oh yeah, and every Tuesday you can check your receipt numbers from the past week to a randomly drawn number and could win AT LEAST $50!! Its been OVER $700 before!!! Overall, THE BEST place in town for tobacco, lottery, or video gaming, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.hands down!!

Please keep up w your kratom so i dont have to go to creve coeur all the time. The other night the girl was rude. Im a loyal customer. I come weekly. Please do better or Ill be forced to go to mobil next door and get it.

Grate staff they will treat you with respect if got a corncob pipe from them it burned a hole in bottom of pipe on first use they replaced it. Even let me know that it was not my fault but pipe made wrong have purchased other pipes and rolling machines from them they are all top quality would definitely recommend them. As a go to place for your smokeing needs

Employees are very helpful the only issue that Ive had was they tend to not have the coils that fit my vape that I had purchased there. Youd think theyd carry the accessories for the products they sell

First i would like to thank everyone For being such wonderful customers. I am one of your cashiers at jb hawks ( Missy) and i have to say i absolutely love my job. I look forward to going to work everyday. I love my customers they are all very friendly and this is the first job i have had over half of the people i see tell me they love me only knowing me through work. When im off i find myself going in there. Cant seem to stay away. I have made so many friends working here i also found the love of my life! 2019 will be the best year yet!

They have a lot of tobacco products and other things that you can choose from in the store it is very clean and the people that work there are very helpful in the back I believe that there is a gambling place with a few machines. I dont smoke but if you do it is a great place to get all of your tobacco products and other types of paraphernalia.

Service and greetin is always trash. Gambling is swell tho even tho I never ever ever win here

Great aray of vape tastes. Very knowledgeable and they have suggestions to your likes. They have CBD vapes. If flying be careful to claim them in there boxes unopened through airports. Just a suggestion!!

Its a gas station that sells Fortnite hoodies and funny pot-themed knockoffs of Mario and other pop culture icons. Also, very good snack prices here.

I only get good service from one employee, the other is unfriendly and definitely not used to working in customer service.

Very dissatisfied with the service today , the lady was not very nice and was kind of rude , I had asked her for a carton and she didnt even tell me my total, then I handed her money and she came back and was like your 1.60 something short, and I told her I just would do 9 packs and she was huffing and puffing well it could of all been avoided if she would of told me my total from the beginning I wish discount tobacco was open they are 100 times better !!!
