I had my first massage in over 10 years this weekend. It was a wonderful experience from calling to schedule to walking out of the door.Everyone at Bodyworks was so nice and helpful. The facility was immaculate and even smelled wonderful. So very nice all around.I got a massage from Meagan and she was amazing. I haven’t felt so relaxed in a very long time and was nearly pain free for the first time in years.This wIll become a monthly “self care” item for me. Just a perfect place with great people. I already booked a next appointment.Thank you very much for taking care of me. I really appreciate it.

My mom & I had such a good experience here. As soon as we walked in, we felt relaxed and it smelled good and everything was clean. Our massages were excellent and the staff was super genuine and sweet, and professional! I felt very comfortable during my whole massage & we felt even better leaving after we got our massages. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Even though I had a hard time making an appointment online, when I called and spoke to Rosie she set everything up for me. We were greeted by Ben, who couldnt have been sweeter. But the main show was Meagan! Ive been getting massages for 20 years and the work she did is the best Ive ever received - from ambience to results, she delivers. She specializes in orthopedic massage, so if you have a past with ortho you must see her.

The staff at Bodyworks of Perdido Key are excellent. If you have been going somewhere else for massage therapy, you should really check out Bodyworks. You won’t be disappointed. I have had a few sessions with Meagan and she has turned me into a regular for sure. Very professional (and a great personality too).

Love the spa for massages. I’ve had difficulty finding a good massage clinic in the area and my experience at Bodyworks has been amazing. My massage therapist listen to my needs and does a fantastic job at my therapeutic massage. The receptionist is always friendly and kind. I think I found my place.

I had a massage from Marie. It was a deep tissue hour long session. It was terrific! Marie was attentive to my tight muscles and would back off when needed. I will definitely schedule another appointment with her.

I had not had a massage in quite awhile and had significant lower back pain that I hoped the massage would help with. My therapist was Lesley and she did a fantastic job of focusing on my areas of pain (neck, shoulders and lower back). When I left after my massage my wife said she has never seen me look so relaxed. It has been 4 days since my massage and the pain - especially my lower back - is still better because of my massage. I would definitely recommend a massage from Bobyworks of PK for anyone with a specific area of pain or if you just want a relaxing time while in the area.

I always have a wonderful experience here ! I travel to visit my sister from Louisiana and always make an appointment when I’m in town. Highly recommend! Has a great atmosphere and wonderful people . Joe and Melissa are really great LMT’s! Oh and they also carry really nice products as well you should check out .

The person at the front desk was very nice. The place was quiet, clean, and smelled nice. Most importantly, I had a deep tissue massage with Joe and thought it was amazing. He listened to my concerns about places to avoid or go a little softer, he had very firm pressure without being painful, and he didnt talk during the massage (which is nice because I have had other massage therapists in other places talk the whole time). I felt so much better after the massage!

My boyfriend and I got a 60 min. deep tissue couples massage yesterday with Mya and Meagan, and it was absolutely wonderful. They made us feel very comfortable during the massage and made sure we were always doing good with pressure and that it wasnt too much or too little. The hot towels felt amazing, and they made sure to get where we needed it. Made sure after the appointment to give you water and let you know to drink LOTS of water to flush the toxins. Overall, it was fantastic. We will definitely be back again!

I had a massage from Mya and it was terrible. It felt like she had never given or received massages before. I asked her to increase and decrease pressure several times, but it didn’t become any better. It was just rubbing skin over the bones, not any acupressure points or muscles. I decided to book this place because of such wonderful reviews, but I’m very disappointed to have wasted my time during the vacation.

Cannot say enough good things about Joe, massage therapist! I have had many massages and tend to think I am very picky about my therapists modalities and energy. He is a wizard of his craft & after just one 90 minute massage I am feeling like a new human. He also utilizes cupping techniques which has been hard to find practitioners since relocating to FL. You wont regret booking your appointment!!

This was my first visit to this establishment, as my kids got me a gift certificate for Christmas. I was impressed with everything here. All the people were very polite and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. Marie gave me a wonderful massage, I didn’t know I had so many knots until she started working, and they were all taken care of. She asked several times if the pressure was too much, which it was not. I will keep this place in mind for a future trip.

From the moment I walked in, my stress levels diminished. The ambiance completely promotes relaxation. The front desk was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I received a 60 minute Lightening Stone Crop Facial with Autumn, followed by a 90 minute massage with Mia. The facial was amazing and everything smelled so fresh. Autumn’s facial massage was amazing, I was completely relaxed. My massage with Mia just took me to another level of relaxation. She has a great technique and was able to relieve tension in the areas I needed it most while promoting relaxation. I work in a stress filled environment in a trauma ICU and for over a year I haven’t really taken much time for myself. This was really needed and has made me realize just how important my self-care routine is. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me!!!

Well decorated, excellent staff interactions, fair price and wonderful massage. The only thing I would tweak is the volume of the music in the room needs to be a little louder to block out the lobby.

Bodyworks is conveniently located in Perdido Key. The location is very quiet. From the time you enter the front door, the atmosphere is very calming. I had a one hour deep tissue massage and the level of pressure was perfect. The pricing was reasonable, and they also have a good selection of skin care products. Overall a very relaxing experience and a great environment!

She took the time to visit with me to figure out why I was there and which problem areas she could help focus on. She takes the time to learn your body and gear each session towards your physical goals, whether it be to assist with pain and tension and releasing lactic acid or to just relax and enjoy. She even sent me a card after one of my sessions reminding me to use a hot towel on my tense neck. The staff is always friendly. Scheduling - with the auto import to your google calendar, which is a must, having refreshments and great ambiance, to having payment on file for an easy checkout process - Brooke, the manager, makes the entire process seamless while always smiling and has excellent client service skills.

Everyone here was so kind and the communication was great between all the staff and our group! The front desk was so welcoming and created a lovely presence to walk into. Have to say, the prior Google reviews didn’t do me wrong. Very nice first impression, enter the salon to a really clean, wonderful smelling waiting area to a warm and friendly greeting from the receptionist. This was followed by a terrific deep tissue massage with Meagan. She asked me several questions about my experiences with massage, how much pressure I liked, and if any areas were bothering me or sore. She followed my requests to a T, and hit a few spots that I didn’t even know hurt. Very skillful therapist and made for a wonderful experience. Made me wish I’d booked 2 hours instead of 90 minutes. I had the pleasure of being a client for Andreas for Yoga class and had a great time. She was professional and gave us Yoga poses that our bodies could handle. It was a good workout. I didnt even have to bring a mat - they had them available! Which is great for when I travel.I also used Meagan for massage as Cindy was not available on my most recent trip. Meagan was good for relaxing my sore muscles from sitting on three flights all cramped up. Good conversation and relaxing room.Cindy is my main massage person there and shes also the owner. Shes able to judge what part of my body needs the most attention as Ive been a client of hers for years. The difference between Meagan and Cindy - simply the person as both give great pain relief treatment. This wellness spa is my go to for Perdido Key Florida and Pensacola Florida. My friend and I were down in orange beach for vacation. She wanted to do something relaxing and called bodyworks. Trina let us know that all the massages were booked for today. However she gave us information on the facials and how it would include a neck massage. She was so great! She accommodated us and we went and had the most relaxing facials! I was napping during mine because I was in a state of relaxation. Autumn was our estetician and we loved her! And I loved the decor and how relaxing it was. Trina needs a raise as she made the experience amazing!!

This shop is amazing! It is very clean, professional and relaxing. It is very well managed and beautiful. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I received my very first facial here and it was the most relaxing, refreshing and wonderful experience of my life! The products they use are all natural and boy did my skin love them! I felt like I looked 10 years younger! My fiancé even noticed how clean and clear my complexion was! Even days later my skin felt soft and supple. I went back and bought the skincare products they used on me. That night I cleaned and moisturized my face and went to bed. The next morning I could not believe how amazing my skin looked! Ive already booked my next facial at Body Works of Perdido Key and look forward to enjoying a massage sometime soon. The only thing I regret is not finding them sooner.

I booked a reservation a month in advance for my friend’s bachelorette party and the staff was so welcoming and very attentive all the way leading up to the appointment! We moved here recently and I was sad to lose an excellent massage therapist. But I have found a treasure in Bodyworks of Perdido Key. I have had massages by two different therapists, and they were both top-notch. The practice is well run. They also do facials which I am going to try next!

The way she walks you through each step as a gentle guide to bliss is very professional and I wouldn’t ask for anything to be different. The establishment was very clean and serene. My husband used Cindy and was amazed how good the massage was. He said it was the best massage he has ever had. I used Meagan. I was having shoulder hip and lower back pain from working out. She told me the back and hip was from a tight IT band. After the massage all the pain was gone. She used a cupping on the muscle to loosen them. Although never heard of this, it was amazing in the effectiveness in this technique. Will definitely book more appt when we return to the area. Thank you both so much for such a awesome experience. 5 stars is not enough to rate how good these ladies are.

Ingrid is absolutely amazing. It took a long time to find her after moving back to pensacola from a bigger city where there were a lot of options for Brazilian waxes and I was nervous about finding a new waxer, she made me feel comfortable and she was so professional and FAST. She is amazing, truly the best in town and I drive all the way from downtown pensacola to Perdido to see her and it is worth it!!

Krystal Gann was very knowledgeable and worked my neck and shoulders. Afterwards, I easily gained an additional 35 degrees of cervical rotation more than I had this morning before my appointment. I was in Perdido Key for family vacation and needed some body work done. Cindy was absolutely amazing. Not only did her integrative approach to care assist with getting my body back to where it needed to be, but she truly helped me with releasing a lot of toxic emotions and other issues I hadnt faced. I am so thankful for the experience that I had. Cindy and I discussed my issues and rather than simply following some pre-determined plan, she listened to my body and what it was saying it needed! The integration of Ashiastu and some stretching made a world of difference that Ive never experienced. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Got my eyebrows laminated here. They are so dry and brittle and go in every direction. They are a mess. I am in the process of trying to correct them. I should have done more research before getting anything done here.
