My husband and I came to visit Pensacola from New Orleans for a weekend. We decided to book a massage on our first day here to decompress and it was fantastic! Tina and Cameron were amazing and provided a massage for both of us that was no short of heavenly. My husband booked the Swedish massage, but right before switched to the deep tissue massage and he hasnt stopped talking about how great it was. We will be back!

My husband and I are from out of state and decided to try out King & Queen Massage & Spa. We are giving a 5 star review for many reasons! The facility was so clean, the environment was so comfortable, the rooms were so nice, the vibe was just right, the price was spot on, and the massage was magical! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and Tina worked so hard on it and its feeling so much better already! Will dfinitely recommend and be back! Got a wonderful couples massage to start off my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. Great ambiance and energy. We loved the masseuses and the way they made sure we were comfortable. Definitely will stop here every time we come through. Thanks a lot !

They were super friendly and super professional! My boyfriend and I did a couples massage and having never had a massage before they were super helpful in directing what massage would fit us both best. I got the Swedish Massage and my boyfriend got the deep tissue. The music was soothing and the booth was clean. I can not stress how welcoming and professional they were and were wonderful communicating and making sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend this massage parlour! It’s been several hours and after a visit to the gym, the lotion on my skin still has me feeling refreshed and relaxed, I will definitely be coming back. :)

Just got out of Kings & Queens where I got an amazing massage. I don’t leave many reviews but after such an enjoyable experience I was immediately compelled to let everyone else that could possibly be interested in this place know that it was the best massage money could buy. I got the Deep Tissue massage and my girlfriend got a Swedish massage, and we both got the ‘hot stones’ which was both of our favorite part about it. We feel extremely amazing & refreshed. We will be returning for another amazing massage!

I regularly use a massage therapist here in Pensacola, twice a week for the past two years for my chronic pain issues. Being retired military, my body absolutely needs it. She needed to cut my appointments back to one per week due to unforeseen circumstances so I was on the hunt for a massage therapist to cover the other day. After visiting a few, and being disappointed, I nearly gave up. Then I came across King and Queen Massage and read the reviews which were quite impressive. I called and was seen the same day for a 90 minute massage. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I require deep tissue, and she was slow and deliberate with lots of pressure; a requirement of mine. The entire 90 minutes were those sensations you are supposed to get when getting a massage, but I hardly ever do. I felt drunk when I got up to get dressed. I am now a weekly customer and am very happy I was able to get onto the schedule! I highly recommend giving it a try! You will be hooked!

Tina can simply cure all your aches and pains. This was the first massage my wife and I have ever had and I thought I would never live a day without tension in my neck and shoulders but after an hour with Tina I finally felt relief! This place is a perfect spot for couples and the staff is phenomenal!

We booked 4 massages. We showed up at the time we were told. The sign in the window said “OPEN”. Nobody was there. Doors were locked and deadbolt was engaged. We stood outside for about 20 minutes and finally got a hold of the owner/booker from 2 days before. We were told one of the therapists just went to the hospital and another therapist was there 15 minutes earlier than we were and left. She then said the therapist SHOULD be there in approximately 30 minute and she SHOULD be able to do 2 of the 4 massages, but not at the same time., no guarantee was given. We understand things happen, but we can’t figure out how the therapist got 30 minutes away within 15 minutes… smells fishy.

Haven’t had a deep tissue massage this intense since I was in Thailand. The host was so nice and knew what she was doing!

One of the best massages I have ever had, hands-down. I have had neck pain for years and gotten massages in many different states and countries (and other places in Pensacola) and Tina is my new favorite by far. Thank you so much Tina, you are a miracle worker and I will be back soon.

Tina was amazing! We had a couples massage scheduled but one of our therapists had an emergency so Tina worked us in back to back so we didn’t have to reschedule! Her deep tissue massage was exactly what we both needed and she worked out the tension in my neck and shoulders so almost all of my pain was relieved at the end of the massage. I booked a massage to help relieve back and neck pain, along with muscle soreness from exercise (lifting weights, swimming, and running). I found King and Queen Massage & Spa on Yelp, and it had great reviews, so I decided to check them out! I was able to get an appointment same-day, likely because it was at 4pm on a weekday, so I got super lucky!The spa was easy to find, with plenty of parking. I had Miss Tina for my massage, and she did an AMAZING job. She was very knowledgeable and experienced in massage, and she is very sweet and personable! I enjoyed talking to her! (I’m the type who likes to talk during massages, haha)The room itself was perfect, the bed and pillows/neck support were very comfortable. Everything was nicely organized and clean! The lighting and music were relaxing.I’m very happy I chose to come here, and though I’m only here for a month for work, I will surely be back again! Thank you so much Miss Tina!!

My wife and I went here for a Swedish couples massage. The massage itself was really nice, but the environment wasn’t quite what I expected. The room we were in was a little brighter than I thought it would be, and the music was more like smooth jazz than ambient. Not really anything wrong with either of those things, but the massages we’ve gotten before have been different. The bed wasn’t super comfortable either; I couldn’t seem to find a good place for my head/face. I wish there was some kind of form upfront to specify which areas may need more work, or if we’d prefer to talk or just receive a massage in silence, etc. It was also a little tricky to book an appointment, as none of it was online, and there wasn’t any kind of confirmation email or anything to make sure it was officially on the books. My favorite parts of the massage were the back and the face.

Scammed me out of money. I had a massage booked online and paid for and I showed up and the store was closed. Called and nobody answered. Wasted my time and money. Absolute scam.

Ive had some muscle problems in my shoulder due to my job, I booked an hr long Deep Tissue massage. When I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The massage room was dimly lit, and comfortable to be in. My massage went well, and though I still have some lingering difficulties in my shoulder, I still feel like my time at the spa was not wasted. Prices are very fair.

We did a couples massage and they did an excellent job. Very professional service. I was actually having pain/issues with my neck/shoulders and the deep tissue massage miraculously took that away. My spouse (who was nervous/anxious because shed never had a massage before) was able to feel comfortable and relaxed with the Swedish massage she recieved.

I had high hopes for this place because of all the good reviews. I scheduled a 90 minute couples massage, we only received 60 minute massages. They didn’t ask what type of pressure we would like or if we have any areas on concern. I’m not sure who did our massages because they didn’t tell us their names. The massage wasn’t relaxing, it felt really rushed, sloppy and painful. The lady who did mine forgot to do one of my lower legs… I thought I was getting a deep tissue massage because of how intense the pressure was and my boyfriend felt he had not enough pressure. I wish they would’ve asked beforehand what pressure we would’ve liked. The ladies were nice however, just not our spot.

My husband and I have been in for multiple individual massages and couples massages and each time we leave we say we need to come back more often! The team at King and Queen massage definitely know what they’re doing from a healing point of view. We are very happy we found this place!

I had an extremely unethical experience at this place. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their deceptive business practices. I made a booking for a 60-minute massage initially for two people over the phone and was quoted a price of around 85$/ person and we changed it to 90 mins per person which was quoted like 135/person when asked over the phone. However, when my wife and child went for the massage, they were shocked to be charged a staggering $407! The reason? A so-called MANDATORY TIP of almost $100. Seriously, since when is a tip mandatory? Tips should be earned through exceptional service, not forced upon customers. To make matters worse, the masseuse kept leaving the room every few minutes, clearly neglecting the actual massage. This place is a complete sham and scam, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this highly unethical establishment at all costs.** Update and response to your reply**You did mention a “MANDATORY TIP” yesterday so not sure why would you say it differently here in public . Please run an ethical and fair business and not a sham.

My knots may not all be gone, but definitely got a good work on them. Tina was great about scheduling an appointment the day of when I contacted. The place is clean and quiet. Tina greeted me and was friendly. She was quite conversational during the beginning and the more relaxed I felt, I started drifting off. She knew how to work all my shoulder and trap muscles, which have been really tight. The pressure was actually perfect and I didn’t have to ask her for lighter or harder pressure. It was like she knew the right spots to hit and the pressure needed! Happy with my massage, definitely would recommend and will most likely go back if I need to work out some gnarly knots!

Booked a couples massage. Both therapists (Emily and Lakeita) did a good job with the deep tissue work, focusing on the problematic areas and applying appropriate pressure.Booking was a little problematic. The online booking was glitching so I had to call to make the appointment but didn’t have my credit card information to secure the booking. A little phone tag later and we were able to get on the books.We were the first appointment of the morning but didn’t get started until 25 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. We did receive the full hour, but that’s not the point.

I had an AMAZING experience at King & Queen Massage and Spa. I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and I but we ran into some complications in our schedule. Tina, the manager, was a sweetheart! Instead of charging us the cancellation fee, she gave us the option to reschedule for a different date and time, at our earliest convenience.The actually massages were impeccable as well. We both got the deep tissue full body massage and afterwards all tension and tightness in our bodies were relieved. The atmosphere is extremely calming and there is total privacy.Everyone was polite and professional. We will most definitely be back! :-)

0 stars for my experience but leaving my 1 star for Tina. My husband and I went for a couples massage and he had Tina, he said she did a wonderful Job and it was the best he’d ever had. 0 stars for the lady I had, idk her name bcs she didn’t introduce herself. We were called and asked to come in 30 minutes later than our appointment time, the whole place is dark, dingy, and inside a motel, there was no patient intake form to ask about injuries to prevent further injury or spots that needed extra attention. We were given a small towel to cover up with leaving our bodies exposed and cold. One of the techs revived a phone call on full blast during our session, one left the room to go answer the door bell during our session, the lady that did mine seemed very inexperienced and was causing pain despite me asking for different pressure, she just didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. The table was very uncomfortable and not ergonomically right. My face was mashed on the table with a tiny hole for my nose. We got a microwaved towel on us that left me even more wet and cold. When I was asked to flip she did not put the toll under my knees which caused me a lot of back pain. We had booked a 90 minute massage and they stopped at 60 minutes, I wasn’t even upset about it being cut short because I was so uncomfortable. Just not my place 👎🏼

Tina did a great job during the massage session. She provided just the right pressure to loosen up my back. She asked questions of what pressure was needed for my back and legs. The environment was quiet, warm and relaxing. It was a high quality massage and would definitely recommend her.

For six months I have been dealing with increasing pain with my sciatic nerve. I had tried stretching, exercise, and even a chiropractor. I was told to give Tina at King and Queen Massage a try by a trusted fiend. Tina scheduled me in for the next day. The salon was clean, comfortable, and secure. Tina welcomed me and put me at ease that she would be able to help me. By the time the massage was done, I felt like a wet noodle and walked out with only slight soreness. The next day, I was completely pain free. I am the second person I know to have this issue alleviated by Tina and can throughly recommend her services.

My boyfriend and I got a couples Swedish massage for the first time. It was so relaxing and also envigorating! Ive also never heard my boyfriend snore so loud before; he was in a deep sleep and missed half of it, but he enjoyed what he was awake for. We had misses Tina and Cameron, and we highly recommend them if you come by (you definitely should)!Overall, a positive and lovely experience. Definitely coming again sometime.

Just had my first massage here with Tina. I accidentally scheduled an appointment at the wrong place and Tina was able to fit me in before close tonight with only an hours notice. I was so impressed with the customer service I received. She was extremely sweet and the massage was amazing. Before the massage she asked me what problem areas I knew I wanted addressed. I felt so relaxed and left feeling so much better than when I came in. I would definitely recommend King and Queen Massage. I had an amazing experience. From time, to cleanliness, to customer service and the actual massage technique. 10/10The whole time she made sure I was comfortable and that I wasnt hurting, and made sure I was feeling better before she completed. Great communication.

Ms. Tina was great at getting back to me in a timely manner to book my couples massage . When we arrived there was no wait we went directly to the room to get started , my girlfriends massage from ms Tina was amazing she loved every minute, I on the other hand didn’t feel I got the same quality massage from her assistant . Our massage was interrupted because no one works the front counter , we were told she would make up the time but it wasn’t the full amount Of time that was taken away from our massage . When it was all done I was trying to get change so I could tip and she ended up charging 20 dollars more on my massage and the excuse was people always order that massage. She didn’t try to give me my money back or accommodate me in any way she just laughed it off . That massage was definitely not worth the 20 dollar tip. I will not be going back at all.

This is my first visit, but it wont be my last! Excellent massage, the best Ive had. Tina, owner/therapist, is warm and welcoming. She will ask you every step of the way to make sure the pressure is just right for you and focuses on any trouble areas you might have. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Mrs Tina is a great massage therapist! I came into town for examinations and was stressed to the nines, very tight neck and shoulders. Also had some lower back pain and my experience here was first rate. I’m not a big massage person but I may have to look for someone at home now. Mrs Tina constantly asked for the right amount of pressure and even got rid of some shoulder pain I had. Place was clean and environment was very relaxing. I just left, after my 60 min massage with Dawn, and came straight to Yelp to leave my review. My boyfriend and I are here on a mini vacation and booked a spontaneous massage (with low expectations). Boy was I wrong!!!! Ive had 25+ massages and Dawn was the best masseuse Ive ever come across. Im very picky but she nailed every part of the body perfectly!!! Tina worked on my boyfriend and he had zero complaints as well! Not sure how often I will be coming to Pensacola (Im from Ohio) but I will highly highly recommend to everyone!!!!

Hands down, this was the best massage I’ve ever had! My shoulders and neck were killing me from stress, so I came in for a deep tissue massage. The owner, Tina, worked miracles and found all of my knots and sore spots. I left feeling like a million bucks. 10/10 recommend!!

Very clean place, comfortable mood lighting and decor, clean sheets and massage beds, and nice music to listen too while massaged!Very strong and accurate masseuses who listened to what you would like to have targeted. Comfortable chats too, not overly talkative unless you wanted to be. Ive been to a lot of places for massages, but this one was one of the best. Went in with some rough neck pain and Tina knew exactly what to do with a deep tissue massage. She spent a lot of time working on the area and making sure I felt comfortable. Place was clean and the ambiance was great. Prices are reasonable and you will get a great massage. Im looking forward to trying the other kinds of massages.

Tina, the manager, REALLY sweet and kind. She fit me in last minute because I had back problems to where I could not bend over and I struggled to walk properly. She was very sociable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, even though I was nervous because it being my first professional massage. I honestly could not believe the relief I got from that. I’m definitely going to be making this place a go to for any massages and I’ll be bringing friends.

King & Queen immediately rose to the top. In addition, the website had appointment making and availability check within 10 minutes of the request. Others had up to 4 hours. Tina, the owner, called me right back and set my appointment for the afternoon as requested. Easy to find and very nice set up. Tina met me at the door and we hit it off quickly. I scheduled a 90 minute appointment and she quickly got to work with the hot spot. She also found other locations that needed her TLC. Her deep tissue was spot on and hit the spot. She always checked on my comfort level with the pressure but it was always just right. After 90 minutes, I walked out a new man. Thank you Tina. I will be back on my next trip here.Ed

Kamryn was my massage therapist. I suffer from chronic neck pain and she was able to pin point the exact areas where i hurt. My massage was relaxing and my pain levels have dropped tremendously! Im so thankful! I would highly recommend King and Queen massage. The atmosphere was relaxing and the owner was tentative to my needs.

My husband and I came here for a couples massage. The swedish massage was divine! The facility was clean and nicely set up. Both Tina and Cindy were amazing. Using a perfect amount of pressure to make all those tight muscles relax. Wonderful place! I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be making my next appointment soon!

Only pro is the bathroom was clean. The tables were hard. The small towels had holes. I left with a sore back after spending 80 minutes of a 90 minute massage on my stomach. As we were checking out we were then informed that there is an additional charge for credit cards. Also the massage therapist wasnt able to personally run our card at the salon but had to call owner and run the card over the phone. I will not be back. Not a relaxing experience.Update - Thank you for your response. I would like to address the fact that your therapist wasnt tipped. That was because we could not run our card at your spa. They need to take that up with your way of charging your clients.

My husband and I went for a couples massage and the name says it all.. They treated us like a king and queen. They knew it was our anniversary and they went out of their way to make it extra special for us, simply from the kindness of their hearts. This was our first time here and if we lived in the area, we would absolutely return. We still decided to at least make it an annual tradition for our future anniversaries.Tina and Linda were extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. They listened to our concerns and worked to alleviate the trouble spots we both have been dealing with. When they found knots we werent even aware of before the massage, they worked them out for us and often took care to ensure we were comfortable with the amount of pressure. It is clear that these ladies aim to please and that happy customers are their top priority.We also received a foot reflexology massage. They were very informative of the procedure when we asked questions, as it was our first reflexology massage, and left us feeling calm and relaxed.I would highly recommend this company for your massage therapy needs. They were affordable, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable and at home in a serene, clean and inviting atmosphere. In addition, they are more than willing to make the environment suitable for your needs or preferences (music, lighting, temp...etc) . We couldnt be more pleased with our experience and it was the perfect end to our anniversary weekend!!

Would not recommend. Horrendous service by ownership (Tina). Was not told upfront of card charges, owner does not allow employees to use the card machine so they have to read it off to the owners where ever they might be at the moment (complete lack of privacy), the employees are not allowed to change thermostat below 75, tables were hard, was quoted different prices, had to ask owner for receipt multiple times through the employees cell phone on speaker. Overall service and atmosphere was terrible. The small towels they give you to cover had holes and frays throughout.The massage therapists did a great job and helped managed the lack of presence of owner although they never told us their names.

This review is way overdue! I had my 1st massage about 2 weeks ago. It was very last minute. I called and Tina answered the phone and said she would be happy to take me on short notice. I arrived about 15 minutes later and the rooms were very nice and relaxing. Tina did an amazing job! I was in so much pain when I got there and by the time I left I was so relieved. Tina even made the comment that I will probably want to take a nap when I get home. I laughed and told her I wish I could but I had so much to do. Sure enough, I get home and sit down for just a minute and I was out like a rock!!! My back is normally sensitive but she has a way of doing it without it being a painful experience. This was mine and my husband’s first professional massage. We would’ve done it a lot sooner had we known how relaxed and euphoric we would feel. It’s been 3 hours and I am still floating on a cloud. I was able to book appointment online and received a text message confirmation about my appointment, the location is easy to find with plenty of parking. I walked in and very relaxing comfortable waiting area and greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and welcoming. I was not sure on which massage to get so I explained what was bothering me and she made a suggestion. The massage therapist was great and very knowledgeable. The massage room was very pleasant and relaxing. I am giving five stars and recommend King and Queen massage and Spa definitely one of the best I have ever been to.

Very good experience. I came in with pain in my neck, shoulder and chest from a sports injury- I wasnt able to lift my arm without tightness and pain. Tina took the time to listen to me and check that she was working the correct spots. She was very careful and precise, and I felt progressively better as the massage went. I know this, because she made me move and stretch to see how I felt. It was nice knowing she actually cared. Even hit my neck a little extra at the end to ensure I was walking out feeling as good as possible. Thanks for taking care of me, and when Im in the area again I will surely come back.

Had a couples massage for my Birthday. Tina is always great but unfortunately the young lady that massage me was terrible. The only way I can describe my massage is , Imagine someone rubbing your back wishing you condolences. Lack there of a massage. Still ended up having to pay $135 for $150 massage that came to a stop 38 minutes in because the health department showed up. (Not the owners fault) but not even an hour massage and we had to basically pay for more than half of it. Though Tina did offer to finish the massage, we were so dissatisfied that we couldn’t bare to be there any longer, if I wanted to have someone rub my back I could have easily asked my mom, my significant other or a stranger. Tina again is great, I would recommend asking for her and Kierra who unfortunately wasn’t working at the time (was told she works every other weekend.) don’t let this review steer you away from getting a massage here but be cautious that it might not be any good if given by anyone else other than Tina and Kierra .

I surprised my girlfriend with a couples massage at King and Queen massage and we were amazed by the service. Tina found and worked out spots I didn’t even know were sore. Not only did she sort out my aches and pains but she also took time to work on my girlfriends neck which was causing her discomfort. Tina said “don’t worry I’m going to fix you.” I’ve had massages at other places and usually once your time is up you were done and they sent you on your way, but Tina took the time to make sure you felt great before leaving. Her commitment to her patrons well being is outstanding. Next time i need a massage I will undoubtedly go to her. I highly recommend her services to anyone! I decided last minute to call and make an appointment for a massage and they got me right in. The staff is very friendly and they are very reasonably priced! The lady that did my Swedish massage did an excellent job and I was super pleased. Even though this place is right off of a busy road, it was still easy to relax and enjoy my massage. When I vacation back to Florida, I will make sure to come by for another massage!

This is a very clean, comfortable facility. Tina ask what my problems and needs were. She listened to me and was attentive to my neck and shoulder pain. This is the BEST massage I have ever had. I have been riding cross country on a Bike ride. Almost 3000 miles. I get a massage each week. Ive had some good ones. But truthfully after years of massages and especially ones where I have ridden 100s of miles I have never had someone who took their job so serious as Tina. She not only is good but she wants to make sure you leave with what you needed. I had shoulder, back and leg soreness from riding so long. She did miracles on them. Honestly if I lived here I would never consider anywhere else. You will not be disappointed. I grew up and went to grade school and high school here but left in 1985. When visiting, you never know what’s really good and what people think is good. I took my mom here for her first massage and I got one for myself. Kiara did a Swedish massage on my mom and I had a deep tissue massage from Tina, the owner. I’ve traveled all over the world and had massages in almost every place and Tina was able to hit things that most haven’t even come close to-you never know how much pain you’re in until someone hits it and then fixes the pain! My body had adjusted to the pain and having a great massage relieved ALOT of it! If you’re looking for a great, clean and professional, REAL massage therapy, this is the place! I have finally gotten around to writing a review on the wonderful job that Tina did on my issues. I battle with sciatica, and osteoarthritis in most of my joints, along with muscle pain from head to toe. Not only did Tina get me in the very same day I called, but she worked wonders on all my aching joints and pain areas. She was very sympathetic and detailed with getting straight to each troubled area. I have already recommended people to her, and will be making another appointment for myself very soon. I also wish I could come by every week for her wonderful service.

One word: RELIEF! I have issues with sciatica, stress tension, and years of excessive physical activities/heavy lifting; but after my (first) 1 hr session I already feel free from years of discomfort/pain!!! Had a great couples massage here. Very professional and you could tell the masseuses had training. They identified knots we didn’t know we had and spent time to work them out and go back to them. Kamrym met me as she was opening. She was incredibly sweet. I did a 90 minute deep tissue with hot stones. This was the best experience Ive ever had with a masseuse. She applied the right amount of pressure, she knew where my problems were without me having to say a word. I walked in having a really bad week and being very down. I walked out with my body feeling better than I ever had and my mood so much better. Their generosity towards me, fitting me in not knowing about the week I had, the professionalism, and the masseuse herself will have me coming back to them over and over.

Scheduled a couples 60 minute the day before, my husband was a little timid because of the location. My therapist was Matt. Honestly this was the best massage Ive ever received. He knew what he was doing, paid attention to all my problem areas, coached me through the stretches and breathing and made me feel super comfortable. My husband had Tina(?) He didnt have much to say about the massage, it think she did mostly light Swedish and didnt work his problem areas but then again hes not very vocal about his needs. I highly recommend Matt (Matthew?) He is the best!!! Feel so good!

She was very professional and thorough with my massage. The bldg is located in a business plaza and I was able to park right in front of the building. There were two entrances for security purposes and I felt safe knowing that you had to ring the doorbell to enter the building. This was the best pain relief session I have had!I have been to other big name massage providers and they cannot measure up to the skill and ability that Tina has!I have been having problems with my entire back for a while now and exercise and pain meds were not providing the relief I needed. Avoid! She does not give you the time you pay for and fights you on it. Easily distracted and walks away often mid massage. She did a great massage the first time so I tried again and it was just a repeat of Ill be back in a few which I timed once at 12 whole minutes she was gone. And then didnt finish the whole 90 minutes. I should have disputed the charge!

I came to this place because I saw all the positive reviews and figured I’d enjoy my experience there. I came in at 1230pm for a couples Swedish massage with my boyfriend, the appointment was for 1245pm. The lady that greeted us was very friendly and turned out to also be my boyfriend’s masseuse. She told me she was waiting for someone else to get there so our massages would begin. My impression was that everyone BUT her was late because a gentleman was waiting in the waiting area and he was told his masseuse was also late and he left and was told to come back around 3pm, that was my first red flag. Second red flag is that we DID NOT SIGN ANY CONSENT FORMS at any point during the time we were waiting. We purposely got there at 1230pm because I figured we’d need to do some paperwork but that was not the case. Our massages were scheduled for 1245pm and it started at around 1253pm. Third red flag is that the masseuses did not introduce themselves to us nor did they ask what areas we wanted work on. My boyfriend’s masseuse seemed very nice and she was asking him a few questions during the massage such as pressure and etc but mine was quiet the entire time, he also did not introduce himself or said anything at all. Forth red flag is that my boyfriend’s masseuse was also the secretary (?) I never been to a place where the masseuse has to stop a massage to go answer the door (which we heard ring during our massage), its unprofessional! Also my masseuse was a male, which I was not informed of nor asked if I’d be okay with it. Finally, the noises were too much, the clock in the room was loud, them leaving the room to warm up the towels in the microwave, opening and closing of cabinets and doors, door bell was loud... I could not relax for 1 minute during the whole hour we were there. I was also expecting more than just a simple towel to cover myself but that’s the least of the problems. Also I was told over the phone the pricing was $110, but when I got there it was $130 which I guess it’s okay but I am not sure why I was told a different pricing over the phone. Not to mention that I was never told that if I pay cash, it’s $130 but credit card it’s $134 because of a $4 convenience fee. To resume, this place failed to meet my expectations and I will not be going back or recommend.

Best massage place Ive found in town so far. The owner is very nice and knows her stuff. Last time I went, I had a headache, shoulder and neck pain...by tha time she hot done. I felt so much better. Neck pain was gone. Check her out, you wont regret it😁

Im very blunt and truthful to giving reviews. This is our first time experiencing & going to a massage and spa. The customer service, price and the QUALITY is outstanding. Ive purchased the couples 60min massage, but my girlfriend didnt recieve the same full body massage treatment,such as the foot massage part, but we are VERY satisfied and it was worth it. Next time, im going to add the Hot Rocks. Thank you Tina and your assistant for your time and experience. We will be coming back soon!

I went to King and Queen with high expectations after reading the reviews. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The massage itself was good, but ive had better and worse. It would possibly have been a better experience if the masseuse had not left the room twice, and answered the phone four times during the massage. I came here to relax and get some knots worked out, and ended up with no relaxation at all. Sorry for the bad review, but it could have been better without all the distractions. I thought one of the cardinal rules of massage was to not be answering the phone multiple times while with a client.

I went to see Tina at King and Queen Massage tonight, she was awesome! She really knows her stuff and is a professional. It’s hard to get a massage in the evenings since I work late and she fit me in. I would highly recommend her.

Tina and Christian are amazing! They’re bed side manner is exquisite. So relaxing and much needed. We traveled from Pittsburgh PA to Pensacola FL for the holidays and this massage was NEEDED.

Found this place on google and its easily the best massage Ive ever had! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They do a great job at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. OMG!! Just finished the couples massage at Kings & Queens Massage & Spa... and WOW!!! The service and care is UNMATCHED!!! The staff is VERY friendly and personable; and the place is clean, quaint, and comfortable. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! And the massage... OMG!! They found sore spots I didnt even know I had and worked out kinks I have been struggling with for YEARS. I had surgery on my shoulder, and one hour at KQMS did more for me than months of physical therapy. Words arent enough... GO... you will not be disappointed. We will DEFINITELY be going back on the regular!!

As an athlete, the deep tissue massage was amazing ! Tina (manager and masseuse) was very sweet and attentive to needs. I left feeling very relaxed & no stiffness in my neck.
