Lets Relax Massage

The atmosphere was great (could have definitely used music in the room, I could only hear it very faintly playing from the lobby I think). Brandy gave an excellent firm pressure massage! I knocked off one star because I asked for a foot massage with shoulders, and I got a full body massage with no feet :( BUT, since she did make me feel absolutely amazing, I decided it must have been what I needed, and I’ll just be much more clear next time, since there’s a bit of a language gap. :)

Got a great massage , definitely took care of my back . The woman working there was so polite and nice and really hand some strong hands. I will be back and I recommend getting a massage from here .

Had my first massage ever today here and let me tell y’all, it was AMAZING. She’s sweet as can be gentle and thorough. I did the full body massage she focused equal amount of time on each part of me front and back head to toe. The hot oil was amazing and then you’re wiped down with a hot towel and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. I definitely will be going here regularly.

Brandy is amazing, she has massaged the pain right out of my neck and shoulder . I always look forward to seeing her. She is amazing.

Brandy is always friendly and accommodating. Every time I am able to visit and get a massage here it is awesome. She always uses the right amount of pressure in her deep tissue massages. I leave each time with my back feeling much better.

I wasn’t that impressed, but I want to be fair. The spa is nice, relaxing, cute decorations. It’s the type of the environment you want to see in the spa. They are open 7 days a week including evenings which i like. However, they do walk ins only which means by the time you drove someone else might come right before you and you have to wait.This is an Asian spa. I called before I got there and minimum info was provided over the phone. The place is run by one massage therapist who does it all and has very little English skills.I do like that they have different options and you can choose your own experience. The massage itself , though stretched me, wasn’t relaxing. I usually do deep tissue but with this Asian therapist she really dived into my muscles and sometimes it felt uncomfortable. And again communicating is useful because of her lack of English. They also put something on your skin that feels like wax.They charge you upfront and there is a fee for using a card. Then, at the end they want the tip.Overall, the massage was ok. I enjoyed reflexology a little more. The customer service is poor. This is not a place I want to come back.

I’ve been going to Brandi every month for since moving to Pensacola. She is so professional and knows what she is doing. I always look forward to her treatments. Not found anyone better. I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Her business accepts walk in’s as well. Trust me Brandi is the best. My message was incredible. I got the deep tissue massage and couldnt believe how much pressure she was able to apply. The service was amazing, but the place needs some work its kind of an eye sore

I came for a couples massage. We paid before service. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful. The massage was amazing and the two ladies were nice. However, at the end of the massage , we were handed our receipts to sign and was about to head on our way but they pointed on the receipt for us to give them a tip and i felt like that’s when it became unprofessional. We wanted to be nice so my boyfriend gave a $5 tip but they looked at him and said “that’s it? Only $5? what about 20%? ” i definitely didn’t want to tip them after that. but me being nice i tipped $10 and while i was writing my amount , the other young lady was telling me to put $17 or $18 . As we were walking out the door they were speaking in a different language and I’m almost sure they were probably talking about us . I will not be coming back to this place . we felt like we were being forced to tip. I don’t have an issue with tipping but as customers, We are not obligated to tip, we tip because we choose to.

Coco is Loco good. She put my entire body into a deep state of relaxation from head to toes. The deep tissue massage was able to work out all kinks and knots in my lower back and spine. I will be coming once a week to get a my massage fix. Thank you Coco!

I am in the contracting business and I am always dealing with sore muscles and recently a sciatic nerve pain. Everyday I drive by Lets Relax Massage establishment .4 weeks ago I decided to stop and get a massage. I now go 2 times a week and I am feeling much better. I have been receiving professional massage for 40 years. This establishment is very clean and brandy gives amazing massage.I highly recommend them,you wont be disappointed. Ken M

I’ve been coming here for over a year (bi-weekly) due to back pain and stiffness. I walk out feeling like a million bucks every time.Brandy is awesome and has the hands of an Angel and knows what to work on without me having to say a word. She is also very sweet.To say I would highly recommend this business would be an understatement. Brandy is the absolute best and won’t disappoint.

The massage was great. There was no problem there. After the massage, I was planning to give a tip since I did not include it when I paid with my debit card. I noticed I didnt have enough cash for the amount I wanted to tip as I was looking in my wallet. Before I could say, I didnt have enough cash and will tip for today and tomorrow since I have another appointment tomorrow, the lady says “No tip?”. Now, I have no problem tipping anyone but you do not ask anyone for a tip yet alone question someone for not giving you a tip. I gave what I had but I will not be returning again for another service due to that incident.

Deep or medium/depth tissue massage. An energetic and pleasant therapist, in a clean, professional environment. She is intuitive to the needs of the client. And, for the price paid on a single hour session, Brandi has no peer, and warrants generous gratuity.

This was the worst massage that I have ever had in Pensacola. I would not recommend this place to anyone. She gave a poor massage and then asked for more money. What a rip off. If I could give them negative stars I would.
