Wonderful experience with Rae today, absolutely loved the relaxing environment and her expert touch helped relieve some back pain I was having for a while. I can’t wait to go again!

I’ve been going to Rae for massages every 2-4 weeks for the last 2 years. I originally found Rae as I was looking for an oncology massage therapist for my friend who was having frequent cancer treatments. I decided to try Rae myself. I have never had a more customized massage. Whatever I’m dealing with, Rae pulls out all the magic. It may be cupping, lymphatic drainage, or just a nice relaxing massage. She always ends with nice hot stones and relaxing strokes. I recently went on vacation and had a massage at the ritz Carlton spa … it was luxurious… but I sure did miss Rae’s touch. I feel so spoiled to have such an amazing massage therapist only 5 minutes from my house. As long as I’m getting routine massages (which I never want to stop), I’ll always be going to Rae!

It’s the best spa in Pensacola . They take a holistic approach to skin care and also the place isn’t stunk up with toxic synthetic fragrance.

I had the best facial by Sonya today! She was so kind and pleasant to talk to. She explained every step/product and took her time. The massage was great too! Can’t wait to see her again. 😊

Watch your credit cards and check your bank statements. They have a thief in the place. Always use cash. The massage was good though.

I have been seeing Rae for seven years for deep tissue/stone massages. She is very professional, personable, and genuinely cares about your overall well being. I have had lots cervical issues throughout the years and she gives me more neck relief than any of the chiropractors I have seen in the past. I 1000% recommend her for any type of joint pain-and also just for a ‘treat yourself’ relaxing massage.

I have been seeing Sonya for about 4 years now, she is awesome. She makes getting a Brazilian not complete torture. Always greeted with a smile and if I would like something to drink. Very professional and I enjoy going.

The most therapeutic massages I’ve ever had are with Rae. I deal with chronic back & shoulder pain & have been to several specialists & tried multiple medications to help me with the pain. None of which has ever really made a difference & medications came with multiple side effect. Massage with Medicupping has been life changing. I have relief from pain for weeks at a time, I am able to sleep better & have much improved range of motion. I’m able to enjoy activities again & cleaning my house is much more tolerable! 😘 I’ve also had a gentle peel with Luna & enjoyed being able to relax in a soothing environment & left with my skin feeling hydrated & glowing. The staff is welcoming & friendly & it’s in a great location as well!!

I have been seeing Rae for years now. I was with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, as well as dysautonomia “AKA” POTS. There are many days I’m in so much pain it’s hard to do everyday normal activity. I was hesitant to start getting massages in fear of making my pain worse. After Rae finally convinced me I did finally scheduled a one hour massage. I am here to tell you it has changed my life tremendously. Don’t get me wrong I still have many bad days, but Rae has been able to work on areas that I thought never would get relief. Also on several occasions I have needed to get in as soon as possible, without any hesitation she has always fit me in. I highly recommend Rae.

Yesterday my wonderful husband and daughter set me up with a spa day for my birthday.. I had the most amazing experience with Sonya with giving me a facial with brow tinting, then off to get my massage.. I met Rae and she took the time to explain the things my daughter had scheduled (like cupping I had no idea what that was) and her knowledge was amazing in finding the spots that really needed work.. I injured my shoulder in 2013 and no one has been able to provide the relief that I felt after my afternoon with Rae.. I truly have found my place and people, I will definitely be back 🙌 HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE AND PEOPLE AROUND!!
