I absolutely love this place. Ive been going here for years and theyve only improved over the years. They have everything from vape mods, tanks, coils, a large juice selection, and even disposables. If you want delta stuff, they have a large selection of that too. The owners are nice as can be and their employees are great. Prices are very good overall, especially compared to other shops in the area. I have nothing but praise for them and the shop, and highly recommend it to anyone.

Ok sports fans I have discovered a new Vape Shop. Unfortunately my old vape shop, who I was a loyal and very faithful customer of, & whos name I shall not mention, ended up losing my business because of lousy customer service and rude employees! Ok on to greener pastures, Bat Vapor has a huge selection of products, so many in fact it can be hard to make a decision. They carry quality products at very reasonable prices, always have some things on sale, & often have special deals like BOGO, or by one, get one half off. They have a very pleasant atmosphere, all of the employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and so far everytime I have been there, they have done everything in their power to make sure I leave with what I need, at a price I can afford, and with a smile on my face. The owners are an extremely nice couple, who are living the American dream of owning their own business, and doing a great job of it. They fully understand that the most important thing in this type of business, is customer service with a smile, and doing whatever it takes to keep your customers happy. I have heard talk about them bringing in a pool table, maybe a dart board, and even discussion about bringing in some video game consoles, PS4/PS5, Xbox, etc, this way you can come in, hang out for a bit, socialize, and have some fun. Ok if you have never checked this place out, do yourself a favor and stop by today, I guarantee you wont be disappointed! The staff is super friendly and though the store is a tad small it is still comfortable to be there. They even have a pool table if you want to come by and kill a little time with them. They didnt have the tank/burner I was looking for but set me up with a nice alternative tank by the same company and even helped me through a few complications with the new set up. Nice selection of juices at the best prices around. Would give 5 stars if they carried my coils (falcon), but they do seem to have wide variety of others and carry most smok and aspire coils. One of the best vape shops Ive found in the area.Edit: edited to five stars. The owner is very responsive to customers wants/needs. After mentioning that they didnt have my coils, on my next stop in they had them in stock! Definitely stop in and give them a try. I became a loyal customer of theirs about three weeks ago. I had been purchasing my vape juice online thinking I was getting a great deal. I needed a coil and went into Bat Vape to get it. Ive been going here since the day they first opened and its always a wonderful experience. Never any of the vape snobbery that you find in so many other vape shops in town. They dont pressure you into a sale or try to sell you anything thats either beyond your skill level or your budget just to increase sales revenue. The entire staff is very friendly knoledgeable and very genuine good people that go above and beyond to help if you ever have a problem that you dont know how to fix and lets face it in vaping things happen all the time! The prices are very good and service is a class act above the rest. The selection is always good and they routinely add new products to their line up to stay competitive without putting the ax to the products that are loved and popular. And no im not related to anyone that works there lol i just genuinely love this vape shop and i know you will too!

I love this place. Been coming here for about 4 years now off and on..I try other shops but always end up coming back. The prices arent outrageous and they usually always have whatever I need. Not to mention.. they stay open till 10 or later and theyre open on Sundays. And the customer service is always awesome and knowledgeable. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Ive been around to a lot of vape shops in Pensacola and I have to say this is the best. All employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about all vaping needs and products. Their products are very reasonably priced and I know that the products that I choose are actually the most affordable I have found. The atmosphere in the shop is great, very laid back and a nice place to chill and talk to other vapers. The owner is also a very great person and does what he can to satisfy his customers. 12/10 would recommend.

Prices are most affordable in town, with a wide selection of both house blends and the most quality brands in a wide range of nicotine levels from 0mg and up, including some lines that carry 1.5mg, which is awesome! Came in to BAT today after visiting many other Pensacola vape shops. Best prices by far on juice- I picked up a 120 mil for $18 including tax. The guy who waited on me was very down to earth and helpful. Ill definitely be back.

Awesome group here. On this occasion I did not go in or purchase anything, but was have problems with resistance issues. The guy at the shop took time out of his busy schedule to bounce ideas back and forth. He didnt have to do that, but with his help we found ideas that would work. This is customer service. Popped in while on vacation here in pensacola and I have to say this is definitely the place to be. While there for about 2 and half hours today I felt welcomed not only by the awesome staff (kailyn most of the time until parker showed up) both of them were very relaxed and knowledgeable. But also the customers everyone treated me like I had lived down the street for years. Truly an awesome shop. Thank you again kailyn for keepin me company on such a dreary day. Awsome shop, not like any of the other shops in the area. Has customers that go there just to hang out. A true vape lounge. They treat you very well here. I used to work at a shop back home and this is exactly the attitude that we supported. Many of the other shops around too town you feel like you are bothering them.

Went in late on a Saturday night. (YP is wrong about the closing time, it closes at midnight). Guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I usually dont ever expect this type of help given my experience with vape stores in the past. The guy took his time to explain answers about every juice I inquired about. Has a pretty good selection of premium juices, employees are friendly..however, they are very expensive overall. Expect to be charged double on tanks and mods. The last time I called was about 2 weeks after the original Cleito came out. It was a 20-23$ tank, he was charging 40$. Look, I understand youre a business, you have to make money, but when youre doubling the MSRP on folks, thats robbery.

I love Bat Vapor! I almost exclusively come here for all of my vaping needs! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and do not get aggravated answering questions! They had my brother in laws vape juice in stock, but the parking lot is AWFULLY small. He ended up getting hit in the rear end of the car cause of a pick up backing out of a spot. They need to do something better for lighting as well.

I searched for the best vape shop in Pensacola.. Bat came up with great reviews. I took my vape pen in and the guy said he didnt know anything about it.. Looked at it like it was a foreign object ... He was not knowledgeable at all.. like he had never seen a vape pen in his life. He basically brushed me off and told me I would have to go elsewhere... So I did and spent $100 at another vape shop around the corner which I have written an excellent review on.

Ive been getting juice there for a while. But the last few times Ive been in. Ive been over charged. The price on the shelf says $18 then rings up for $25. They say juice is $16 then rings up for $18. Either someone doesnt know the prices on the product or trying to pull in a few extra dollars with every transaction.

While they didnt end up having the rda I wanted they were extremely friendly and willing to talk to me dispite taking my business elsewhere. They helped confirm it was the atomizer that I wanted and told me about the pros and cons. Must see. Must visit

There are no mods available to test the juices because you are supposed to lick your finger to taste... The guy working insisted this was normal and was overall condescending. I hate snobby vape shops.. I felt like I walked into someones garage with a group of 19 year old guys and was bothering them.

The price is like a bad flu or a bad Penny and just keeps coming back when you dont need it I got to admit I was never done like these people have done me I was so embarrassed as Im telling the guy I dont need the stuff and hes bringing it up and Im telling him I dont want it still charge me for it and guess what guys sales are final so even know that you tell them you dont want it and he throws it in there and you find out that you bought it and you try to bring it back youre stuck with it the the younger genera
