I can not say enough AMAZING things about Ned and this store. This man has always been so helpful and kind to me from the moment I walked in the store years ago. I can buy kratom anywhere now days, but I will only buy from Ned due to his amazing customer service and care for the community not to mention his love for animals. (my favorite) 🐾 Ned will go out of his way to help anyone and give his shirt off his back to save another person. We need more business owners like him in the world and bring it back to real customer relationships where we can both count/trust one another. This was my first time here. We just moved to Pensacola from Louisiana due to Hurricane Ida so we are new to the area but we needed supplies and I had remembered passing the Sweet Puff Smoke Shoppe while driving around town so off I went. As I walked in all I noticed was the Amazing smell at first then I looked to the left and there was a sweet fluffy cat on the counter. I was greeted by the 2 ladies upon entering the store. They were Very sweet and helpful with all of my questions and gave their honest opinions on all the items I looked at. The People who work here are always friendly I recommend this smoke shop over any other place, I live by this other smoke shop like 5 min from me and rather drive 20 min down the road to this one cause the staff is always helpful and i am able to try before i buy a vape and no other shops ive been to allow you to do that anymore. Went there today twice... first time told the lady wasnt going to buy anything and she was still very happy to walk through everything with me which was awesome ... after getting home decided to get the piece I was looking at and the second time dealt with a different lady that was very nice as well... huge selection from very cheap to very nice ... will def be back in the storeEdit 1: I wish I could give this place a 6 star. Had an issue with a purchase and they made it right within minutes. They were busy when I got there but I was still greeted quickly. Moved to Cantonment in November and have been struggling to find a good head shop thats not 30 minutes away. Well, I found it! Only 10 minutes from my house and the price is beyond right. Im not stranger to head shops. Ive been to several in at least 10 different states. Ive never seen prices this good with a selection so wide. I even tried to pick a more expensive product and the cashier asked me if Id rather get the item on sale with MORE product. Love this place! Its my new go to.

I havent had such great customer service anywhere tbh. I know they dont accept returns, it is a smoke shop. This place is SO AMAZING for so many reasons. For one, the customer service is outstanding. I went in a few days ago and bought a product. I wasn’t 100% happy with my purchase and went in today to see what could be done. The man (I believe him to be the owner or manager) totally took care of the issue and was so nice while doing so. I am 100% sastisfied with his help and product that I was able to get today. A few months ago, I had a similar issue from another smoke shop and they were completely rude and unhelpful. Due to these two different experiences, I will now make Sweet Puff my #1 Vape Store. Another main reason that this place is wonderful is due to the prices on the products. Im just an old stoner from way back. Best head shop in town for me. Has pretty much all youll ever need. And they were even interested in maybe getting an item in they didnt have that I mentioned I could use. I was impressed that they even took the time to listen to me about it. Sweet Puff is an great store with an absolutely amazing crew. They take time to listen to you, so they can make sure you walk out with the items that you need and love. Just a quick update on this great place. I was recently having difficulties finding a certain part for my vape pen. Unfortunately they did not have what i was looking for, but they were the only place in town to ask for my contact information, and told me they would do their best to try & find what i was looking for. I was blown away by the fact that even though it was not an item they stocked, they offered to take the time to try and find it for me. I live in Oregon but spent the summer in Pensacola and was SOOO glad I found this place! I usually buy kratom online but my order was delayed cause of pandemic mail problems and in a pinch I tried Sweet Puff- the kratom was great and the price was the best I’ve ever seen anywhere.

I love the puff max but it didnt last up to 2000 hits like they said it only went to about 300 hits. Be careful what you ask for if you want a puff bar. Everything else lived up to its potential for the most part.

These girls are awesome!! Honey is a Wizard. I was separate. I had been doing business with Dr Vape who charges triple for everything. After giving the Sweet Puff a try I wouldnt return to Dr Vape gave if everything was free. Honey fixed my vape from them..$309! She fixed everything showed me how to change the coil which Dr Vape said they couldnt do because of the covid. Had a $200 unit that quit in two weeks. They wouldnt replace it but sold me another. Yea, $300 and went through the same thing.Honey fixed it. Showed me how to replace the coil and charged me nothing while her dinner got cold. I will bake for them, bring lunch like aunt Bee. Wash their cars if they need it. I even went back to other vape shops that snobbed me and told all their customers where to go instead. I didnt know this level of service still exited.

Selling Fake BIDI stick to this day, literally had flavors of BIDI sticks that weren’t even on their official website, as well as being far marked down compared to other stores BIDI sticks, and every inspection one can make checks all the boxes of a counterfeit vape. They need to get raided by the police for selling these Chinese pesticide BIDI sticks.
