Stilettos Cabaret

This was hard to rate because of two reasons1. I arrived at Stiletto early at 8 pm, when they opened. And 2. Visited after I sat through one of Stiletto competitors shows in misery for 3 hours. Story begins, I am early, pull in and park. I am here before the door is unlocked. No problem. Then the door girl (nice looking) drives up, approaches the door, knocks on the door for entry, it was 8 pm. Club opens. A another pickup, older model with cover parks. A man that, at the time, I assumed works at the club approaches my car, I roll down the window and he begins to speak in Spanish. I parked right next to the door. I assumed he was the Valet. I think he wanted me to move it or pay. So, I gave him a $10. He didn’t say anything, just walked away and started putting pylons up for parking. I went inside and asked the Door girl, if had to give the Valet my keys. The door girl and bouncer, who was taking dancer tip outs said no. Knew it was early, but Stiletto had some cars already parked in the parking lot. I learned, while I paid my cover they had 7 dancers already. Went in, hadn’t been there in a long time. I noticed right away, that improvements had been made. The bar had a stage next to it. The bar was more comfortable to stt at than The Stiletto competitor. The Lady bartender was more on top of her responsibilities. Ordered Markers Mark whiskey sour. No coasters just napkins. She warned me of her limitations on the mix, and delivered it in a timely manner. The drink was put in a rock glass. I wanted it over ice. The music was better but still inconsistent dance music for a gentleman’s club, so the dancers could dance, and the show could go on. So, I tipped the DJ so he would play Bon Jovi a 80s rock group that many dancers like to dance to, during the golden age of Strip Clubs. I noticed there were no waitresses. I asked the bartender about that observation, she said that they didn’t come in until 9 PM. I noticed Al so that there wasn’t many patrons. Mayb, if patrons were greeted at the door and seated by waitresses waitresses wearing uniforms (professional looking) starting at 8 pm, there might be more patrons visiting the club earlier. Don’t have one lady as a Bartender/waitress. Bad for security of the register. When they did show, there were only 2 and with out uniforms. Didn’t see a manager, but maybe the bouncer was the manager. I think the only improvements I can see are in quality of the dancers and waitresses, and the consistency of dance music for a better show. The second is so important. It seemed that Stiletto is blaming being slow on competition. But, like normal, you can not blame the competition, you must blame yourself and raise your game to beat the competition. On hiring of dancers: cut the old, out of shape dancers, talk to the others to practice routines, dress and grooming/make up. A few good dancers for while will eventually attract and upgrade the entire show, if you stress and talk to the DJ that this is not a listening bar. It’s a show, a dance show. It’s party time. No slow music! The Manager must make sure this happens for the club to make Money, the Dancers make money, the bar will make money, the waitresses will make money, Valet will make more money, the quality of Dancers will go up. The quality of patrons will go up. More high price drinks sold. Tips will be bigger and more often. Everyone will be happy, the Owners, management, staff, dancers, DJ, and waitresses. The only problems then will be problems money brings. Those are good problems, right now the problem is not a good one, but don’t blame slowness on the competition, but on their selves. Changes must be made, or Stilettos will no longer be a Gentlemen’s Club, but just another Border Strip Club, like your competition. Happy Birthday?

Second Friday we come by and never any girls on stage. They’re in the corners hiding in the dark. It’s a topless bar and the girls hiding? Music is way loud and the music is whack. Can’t even request them to change it since there isn’t anyone there. At least put a jukebox so we can play something. Bartender is friendly at least. Gay guy in front is rude. This place is has gone down hill. This used to be a great place but now it’s overpriced and dead. Maybe new owners took over? Tex Mex definitely has this place beat.

First time going to a strip club for me and my wife. Didnt know what to expect. Went in, staff was very welcoming at the entrance. We got a table close to the main stage. Waitress was polite. As the time went on, girls would introduce themselves and approach us in a very comforting way. Definatly not pushy. We got a couples dance from one of the young ladies there which helped us feel confortable as a couple going for the first time. All i can say is this is a very well, very friendly and very entertaining establishment. Prices wer right, girls wer stunning and made us as a couple feel welcomed. Would definatly recommend

Came from Nebraska to visit the Valley. It was my first time coming to Stilettos. I have to say the place was fun, every dancer was good looking gave great service. Had a very attractive and beautiful dancer by the name of Kitty. She was great. I recommend Stilettos to anyone who wants to have a great time, definitely coming back in the summertime.

I am writing to report an unfortunate incident I witnessed at Stilettos on the evening of May 27, 2023, between the hours of 20:30 and 21:00. During this time, I observed what appeared to be a manager engaging in an aggressive exchange with three female employees. His behavior, which involved loud and ostensibly intimidating verbal exchanges, seemed to visibly distress the young women involved, creating a highly disconcerting atmosphere.As a long-standing patron of Stilettos, even after my relocation from Pharr, I maintain a fond connection with this establishment and make a point to visit during my occasional trips back to town. Over the years, as I transitioned from my younger days to a professional role, Ive had the opportunity to lead numerous individuals. From personal experience, I understand that respectful and effective communication forms the cornerstone of successful management.It is disheartening to observe such leadership styles that resort to fear or intimidation as their modus operandi. Respectful communication is not merely a sign of a strong leader but a basic human right that should not be compromised. If a person feels the need to resort to shouting or scare tactics to achieve results, it questions their suitability for a managerial role. Leadership should inspire and motivate, not instill fear.I felt compelled to bring this to your attention and trust that appropriate actions will be taken to ensure a respectful work environment at Stilettos. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Literally some of the best in the business. I love coming here and having a few drinks as well as working. It’s allot classier than the clubs near that area, and I enjoy that the girls pick their own music as well.

I’ve came before and never had a problem. But this last time, the dancers are doing 1 minute and 30 second song per dance? What is that? The last time I come, gonna go to Jaguars from now on.

All clubs have there pros and cons some more than others.Ill start on the pros of this club. There were a couple.The first thing I did like was a nice open floor plan. There was a diverse amount of females working there and the main stage was impressive with the fog coming from the floor. The furniture was in decent shape and there was plenty of parking. The bathroom was OK for a club and the cover was only $10.Now for the cons.. there are many. Thats why the 2 star rating.I was there for over 15 mins before I was approached for a drink. Now there were many waitresses so no exception. The dj was horrible with his out-dated music. Its 2016 why was he playing shaggy???. Plus all the promotions he was talking over the music. Vodka-cranberry was $8??? Why??? thats a terrible price. I seen about 6 girls there that could get my hard earned $$$ but they were so lazy on stage that I didnt even want to tip them. The females that didnt have nice bodies had the most hustle in them. Only 1 girl actually did any pole dancing the rest just hugged the pole and rubbed there ass against it. I seen way too many females just hanging out with the dj or at the bar and even sitting by themselves in dark areas of the club when there were many patrons sitting alone. I went to this club due to the fact that its close to where Im staying. I travel for work and visit many clubs across America. Now it was a Thursday when I went and I will visit 1 more time before I leave. Maybe a Saturday to see if any different. If not I will follow up with an additional low rating review.I hope this helps many in the area looking for a good time at a gentlemans club.

Me and my girlfriend went last week and yesterday she was sent to the hospital for Covid-19 im pretty shure we gotthe virus at this place since all the costumers dont have to use their mask...we went here because a dancer friend of ours had recommended the place. And now my gf is in the hospital and i came out positive. Who knows how many people are infected now. And just to think that they keep opening with out restrictions sickens me more.. there is no social distance...or reinforcement in there what so ever!!!!

Music sucks and they will literally go 2-5 songs with not one dancer on stage. Not worth the entrance fee, even with military discount.

Stilettos is a gorgeous upscale club. Alltheir dancers are extremely sexy. The bar staff is really attentive and the DJ is on point. I cant wait to go back! ❤

Wait staff to stuck up. Felt like they start judging you as you come in then, take forever to ask for your order. Dancers are nice but, then again thats how they make their money. P.S. when i did get my drink, it was pretty flimsy. Any one adding the 4*s or 5*s are bullshating. Must be employees posting them.

Wish I could give no star! Terrible! My cousin and I decided to give this place a try. As we approached the entry, we were asked if it was just the two of us and I replied yes. The lady then said we couldnt enter unless we have a guy with us. Wish I have known about this before we arrived in person. We were then turned away. Ill never go back. We wasted time all for nothing!

Overpriced extremely lackluster gross and dirty staff was the worst made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted the girls were decent at best but with a horrible attitude stuck-up snobby asking for more money for the bear minimum only two stages girls were sad and didnt seem to want to be there staff kept harassing us about being on our phones not a pleasant experience

Lmao! If you go anytime during the day before 7 of coarse you might be all alone. And who wants to go to a strip club where women have a cups! Of coarse they are fake. Girls are attractive and drinks are decent. Chances are good of leaving with a atractive woman afterwards. Nice service.

I’ve been coming often to this place and I like that fact that everyone is following the rules about the virus , I seen the stuff cleaning constantly and making sure everyone wears a mask , dancers are keeping their distance and we all have fun , love this place and I do recommend it 😚😚

This place is way overpriced for the service offered. Theres many different stages, but even on a Friday night, only 1 is used at a time. What a waste. The girls are pretty, yes, but really this is a place that is deliberately priced high in order to weed out the working poor. Unless theres a celebrity adult film actress visiting or you have a membership at the local country club, save your money and enjoy the pleasures of TexMex, Xoticas, or Jaguars instead.

I usually go to Stilettos in Brownsville. Frida was my favorite dancer there for a long time. Is she working at the Pharr location now? She switched over at some point, not sure if she is still there.Is it worth checking out the Pharr club?

As hard it is to say about a place that has semi-nude topless dancers, but, its... just... Boring! The dancers are robotic and unmotivated. Service is slow. Perhaps I went on an off day?
