I absolutely loved my massage at Escape spa & salon! I had an hour massage and cupping done by Nancy. One of the best massages Ive ever had PERIOD... Nancy was very attentive to how much pressure was needed and always asking if it was too much. This level of care shows in her professionalism. She found all the kinks with pin point precision and worked all the knots away. I wish I could get a massage once a week although Im from out of town. Whenever Im in town, I will stop by and let Nancy take care of all the soreness. Thank you Mary I will be sending my mother in for her massage soon. Thank you so much Nancy! I feel 100 percent satisfied & and cant wait till next time. The location is very clean and the environment is super relaxing. Highly recommended 💯

Had a great visit, called ahead to ensure they weren’t too busy and they took care of me right away. Nancy does an incredible job taking out knots and working out tense areas. Will definitely be returning.Price of the place is worth it, though some might say it’s a little pricyBut their attention to detail is great. They really make sure you’re taken care of.

On July 7th , I walk in around 2:20 ish and she was done at 02:50 ish. Keep in mind this the second time I came to that place , first time was a good experience and thats why I came back . But yesterday was the worst experience.Only reason I gave that one star so I can write my experience..

Went there a couple of years ago and the guy that gave me my massage tried to be unprofessional and saying that his hands kept slipping just to touch me and then he was offering me illegal drugs I would never go back

I do massages about once a month and was invited by a friend to this location. These people are AMAZING! They stayed late for 4 of us that have a hectic schedule. Every single one of us had a great massage. So when 4 people come out at the same time and all have great things to say, you know they know what they are doing! We will definitely be regulars from now on!! Thank you for providing the best customer service! You guys ROCK!

Today was my wife’s and I first time here. Staff was great and friendly. Prices a bit higher than others, no wait time. Walk ins are welcome. My wife had Amanda and I had London. We will definitely be back again.

9/28 was my first visit to Escape. Brenda was my masseuse and far exceeded my expectations. The establishment was very clean with nice decor, even in private massage room. Entire staff was very friendly. I will be a regular customer at Escape from now on.

Called for prices and to schedule an appointment. As soon as I asked what time they close, the lady responded whoever wants to know can call for themselves. I have no idea where this comment came from, but just from the tone in their voice, they seem bothered for me even asking for information. This was bad customer service 😒

Therapist had a bad attitude as if annoyed I was there. Paid for an hour massage but by the time she started and ended it was about 30 minutes. Dont recommed at all.

Best massage and cupping experience I have had in the valley. Been to quite a few and the therapist was the first to perform stretches on my body prior to starting the massage.Great experience, will do again.

They told me they close till 8 I came call at 6 told me they went to lunch never open back up I had someone drop me off I waited there till 8 and nothing I kept calling back and nothing next time just tell me we close early or something “very disappointed “
