If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told when I came in here that they would have to color the hair . The hair was colored, but apparently the tips were not colored, and it does not match my hair color as you can see in the photos the ends were left very blonde. After I got home, the I-tips started falling out I’ve lost a total of 20 strands so far and it’s only been a week. I call the salon for color correction and a re-install because of the quality and an appointment was scheduled. (the salon owner even said she wasn’t happy with the hair so she knew what was installed in my hair before I left the salon). After my correction appointment was scheduled, She canceled the appointment for the correction and now is not responding to my text messages and calls. Almost $500 later I’m left with nothing my hair is in worse shape than when I started there. Buyer Beware.
The lady who did my hair was very sweet. They didn’t add much to the front of my hair so I can only wear my hair behind my ears. Color didn’t match my ends so I have to dye it and hair is frizzes up after straightening and smells like plastic. When I got there she showed me the hair and told me it was 24 in then the same hair was 26in then 28in just to get me to pay more for the hair. paid $450 total
The best! I won’t go anywhere else to get my hair done now. The salon is set up like a high class hair studio in LA!! The building is gorgeous, the owner and employees are so nice and professional. The beauty and hair services they offer are top notch and they’re adding more.Previously I had a bad experience at another hair salon company, so it was refreshing to actually sit down and have the owner listen to what I wanted. They gave me microlink extensions, and I wanted to cry because they looked so natural and beautiful. So happy with everything!
I absolutely love this hair. Its the best hair Ive had in a while. I bought the Eurasian tropic wave last year, yes last year and its still wearable, soft and curly. I would recommend it to the ladies who like long lasting hair and ladies who dont like buying hair every other month. Thank you glam extensions, I will be back!
This business is a Scam! They do not sell what is advertised!!Be warned if you’re getting an install to notice if they hair in new or old and washed!!Do not be fooled by this business!I still have not received my $410 dollars after intending to purchase 3 bundles 24 inch on November 3rdI was in a rush and when I spoke with Myra she told me I was just picking up my requested package. I resvised my order and wanted to just grab two 24 inch instead of three since I was getting luxury.I picked up the package and was told to cash app Myra, after getting the hair home that night, I was inspecting the bundles for the first time and realized they gave me 20 inch and cone to find out it was not the luxury hair Eitger.I work 3:30 - 12pm in November3rd when I called to ask what had happened and why my order wasn’t correct no one would answer my phone call it took me 48 hours to get a hold of Myra.Sunday glam shop was closed no answer when calling the shop or Myra.Called Monday and Myra said she wasn’t a available due to being appointment only.When I was finally able to get a hold of her she asked if I used the hair, to which I didn’t since it was not at all what I intended to purchase.We arranged the 7th As I no longer wanted to do business with glam, Myra and I agreed that the hair could be returned due to the circumstances.I returned the hair to Myra on November 7th, since I sent her a cash app she said she had to dispute the charge with “cash app” Myra refused to just simply cash app me back. Instead she tried to call cash app to no avail and she sent a screen shot a picture to let me know she did request a reverse.However since I had returned the product to her personally I asked again if she could just cash app me back what I paid. She still refused. Not wanting to cause a confrontation. I let her know if it was not refunded in 3 business days I would report to my bank that this was no longer authorized and that I returned the product to Myra personally at the shop.I contacted my bank to see a update of where we were with a resolution they denied my claim stating that Myra submitted documentation that the purchase was valid.I am beyond disgusted with the business practices of Glam and will file suit if this is not immediately handled properly.This documentation will also be sent to my lawyer and to Bank of America with the following evidence of this email as well as the text messages I were sent by Myra telling me to wait 3-5 days for my refund which never happened.-Anoah Curtis
I paid 2000 for hair I never received or had done. I’ve called multiple times and no one ever gets back to me.
If I can give no stars I would all I’m going to say is God don’t like ugly. Another thing lady’s MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND ALL DETAILS if not they will get you go here at your own risk.
This is the best shop in philly, Clean relaxing, and the technicians do a fabulous job! I am defiantly a repeat customer!
