Today I had the pleasure of experiencing my very first massage, courtesy of a gift card from my loved ones, and I couldnt have been more thrilled with my experience at Massage Envy! Kayla was not only kind and welcoming, but also incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in her craft. As a recent college graduate, I was feeling a bit stressed and tight, and Kayla took the time to work out all the knots and kinks. She truly listened to my needs and tailored the massage to focus on the areas that needed the most attention!What struck me most about Kayla was her attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional experience. She took her time to ensure that every area of my body was thoroughly worked on, and it showed in the level of relaxation and relief I felt after the massage. I left feeling like a new person - calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated!! I can’t wait to go back!!I would highly recommend Kayla and this location to anyone looking for a truly EXCEPTIONAL massage experience!! Mallory at the front desk was amazing! There was a mess up on the appointment and she took charge and took care of the issue and got it resolved. Ivanka was my MT and I was very happy with her too.

Extremely extremely difficult to book appointments! I’ve been a member over 7 yrs have accrued a back log of over $800+at &79 per month! Rarely can get an appointment Asked to use up my back log before being charged yet another month Was told I can only do it if I pay additional $20per month fee! So either quit, lose all my paid fees or pay them an additional 20 per month!According to manager this is the franchise’s rule not all Massage Envy salons do it. So DO NOT JOIN this location.I don’t know if I’ll ever get ahead of my monthly payments.Have had two massages since Nov 2022! They are totally booked all of Feb and first two weeks of March. Was able to book. Next week at another location but again DO NOT JOIN this location!!L,

IMPOSSIBLE to book using their app. There are too many older clients who book out months ahead in person at this ME. Why they dont let you book out the same amount of time using the app or cancel an appointment using the app is just wrong! Also I ave not found a good masseuse here so I will no longer use this ME.

As always everything went perfectly fantastic massage

I can literally NEVER get anyone to pick up the main line on the first try. It doesnt matter what time of day I call. Then they never call back at a convenient time, or they take hours or even days to get back. Also good luck getting in with their really popular therapists...they book out for months at a time, giving no one else a chance. I called the Raintree Massage Envy down the street from this Mayo location and guess what... they pick up on the first ring! ME has gotten so big, they barely care about their members anymore...

Great experience overall. The massage therapist Timothy was very professional and checked in several times to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure. I also appreciated that he wore a mask. I had avoided going to get a massage during the pandemic because I wanted to be extra careful with an infant daughter in the house. The simple precaution of wearing a mask really helped put my mind at ease so I could fully relax and enjoy the massage.

Ivanka was great! Really enjoyed my massage. The pressure was perfect & Ivanka checked with me regularly to make sure everything was just right. I’ll be going back to Massage Envy & requesting Ivanka for sure. I’d highly recommend her!

I have tons of back issues. Threw a hip out, chiropractor made it worse. I knew I needed Cranial Sacral Therapy. Even though this location is 3 hours away, I was blessed to get in. No one else had availability. I was comfortable with Joe right away. He is the best CST I have ever been to! I shuffled in at 4 feet tall, pain level of 9. During the session, I felt hip moving back where it belongs, along with the tailbone and a few vertebrae. After resting a couple minutes and drinking water, all I wanted to do was walk. So I did! Pain free and at my full height! I give Joe a 30* out of 5!! Thank you, Joe! I will be back!

Ivanka gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. She gets right in there and goes deep. And it felt great! Shes also very friendly and just really in tune with me as her client. I would recommend her to everyone. You deserve the best. I believe she is the best!

One of my favorite massages in a long time. David was great, professional, respectful and he did a great job of explaining his techniques and also listening to my needs. Giving this place 5 stars solely for David. If I rated based off the ladies at the front desk I would have probably given 2-3 stars because they weren’t the nicest. I felt judged and not super welcome but David fixed all of that and redeemed this location!

Kaylee was incredible! I honestly think it may have been the best massage Ive ever had. I cannot wait to get in to see her again. Thank you so very much for your skill!

Tim was an absolute delight to have as a masseuse. He was extremely professional and yet friendly and allowed me to feel completely comfortable the whole time. He listened to my concerns about areas that required a lighter touch because of pain, but all-in-all, it was an amazing experience. I could’ve easily gone to the resort o was staying at but I’ve heard wonderful things about Massage Envy and decided to book there instead. I walked out completely relaxed and rejuvenated! Thank you Tim! I hope to see you again on my trip back. ☺️ Additionally, the foot exfoliating was THE BEST!!!

I have been going to this location since the first year it opened. At the moment I am utilizing three of your therapists as I come most every week. I saw Hank this week and he is a terrific masseuse. He gets to all the bad spots and I love the type of massage he does.I also see Jen and Kaylee on other weeks. They are both excellent, as well. I like rotating since each has their own technique.I plan on continuing my massages as long as I can walk through the door unassisted. Thanks for everything! 👍

COVID precautions in place.Front desk-above board with professional and friendly customer service. Met Mandy for the first time and she’s truly an asset to Massage Envy.Manager- very visible, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and greets clients upon arrival.Jen, Massage Therapist- best ever!!!! Been a client of Jenn and ME since this location opened. Jen focuses on treatment adjusting massage to needs and discomfort areas.Always focused on client’s concerns/problem areas for good outcomes.Appreciate the wonderful care/service provided by Jenn and this ME’s location.

I chose Massage Envy via a gift certificate I received. Chose the location nearest to me, and the first available massage with any therapist. Joe provided a solid massage with a style and technique new to me but very invigorating with a lot of muscle tension release. Check-in was easy, supported by advanced electronic check-in for forms, etc. I experienced no sales pressure to begin a membership. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Would return.

This was my first experience at massage envy and Kayla made me feel very comfortable and did I would say an excellent job we carried conversation well and when I was relaxing she would be quiet so that I could really enjoy the whole experience she was great

Last time I visited Massage Envy I overheard another client say, “Andrew is a hidden gem”! Well, he is my massage therapist and I have to agree! Andrew is wonderful! He is amazing at finding areas that I didn’t even know I had soreness and he works it out! Andrew is very skilled and knowledgeable. I really look forward to my massages and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed :) I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a wonderful massage therapist.I just read “N” Norm’s rant/review...In response to his review I will say that I have been going to this location for over 7yrs and have never had an issue with my scheduling and I’ve never had to wait. The front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful. Norm must have hit them on an off day :( I love this location and Andrew is the guy to see.

I was actually hoping that I would be sent a survey because I wanted to say Kaylee did a great job. I just got back from the gym and for the first time in 3 weeks I had zero hip pain after the workout. I am hoping to go back for at least a monthly massage from her. She was amazing.

I have always had great service at this massage envy. They are always very helpful and the massage therapists are typically wonderful at this location.

Whatever you do, this piece of advice is very serious, do NOT sign anything at Massage Envy at Scottsdale 101. They will charge you monthly no matter whether you are going for appointments or not . . . its like stealing right out of your bank account, and they have the legal forms all set to back them up on this scheme.We had many, many months of this $65 charge with no way to stop it. The cc company wont stop it, the franchise will lie to you about how you can come in at your convenience and get the massages and so on. Im in my 70s and wasnt able to go during the pandemic. So, now that its mostly over, I called to set up an appointment and learned that each and every one of my $65 payments has been tossed aside. I have zero credits, thanks to Massage Envy.The woman who answered my call to talk about this said shed give me three appointments as a courtesy, and I was OK with that. Then the boss got involved and said that the first woman was wrong (just 45 minutes later) - I have nothing now for my hundreds of dollars. And when you are a senior citizen and retired, thats a very sad state to be in.PS - I think we have a resolution (edited June 2022) and we spoke to a very nice woman, who promised to help us. Well redo the review if she gets a chance to have a massage in the near future.

***Apparently this review did not go through previously or I forgot to press “post”. This review is for my last visit in February or March***I had the best massage yesterday with Joe. Since 2009, I have been in pain from the time I wake up until I fall asleep. Getting a massage usually helps quite a bit but normally I’m still in a little pain afterwards. After a 90 minute massage, stretch, and RTR with Joe, I was completely pain free! He is the best! I definitely recommend Massage Envy!New review:Went to Massage Envy again yesterday and saw Jennifer L. for a 90 minute massage with enhanced muscle therapy. My pain before seeing Jennifer was the worst it has ever been since 2009. (I should probably go more regularly.) She was AMAZING!!! She is on my best list (right up there with Joe)!!! She is a great communicator, letting me know everything she was doing and was so pleasant. I can’t say enough good things about this Massage Envy location. I appreciate the services they provide and will continue to return.Facial Review:Yesterday I had a facial with Cassandra. My skin felt so soft, supple, smooth, and has never felt and looked younger! She did miracles with my 49 year old skin. The products she used and her technique was amazing (especially the PCA Hydrolux intense moisturizer)!!! I walked out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and revived!!! Thank you Cassandra and Massage Envy 101!!!

Had a wonderful massage from TJ. I was there last client of the night, but never felt rushed. Front desk was extremely friendly. Wonderful experience! It was exactly what my weary muscles needed.

I have been going to this location for a while now and everyone is so friendly. Appointments are easy to make and theyre very accommodating. Ive had issues with my neck and shoulder areas and Andrew is the best at relieving the tightness with his skill and experience. I always leave feeling so much better. Definitely recommend!

Jen is the best massage therapist I have ever had in my entire life. She knows what hurts before even I am aware. I come in broken and leave fixed. Amazing!

I moved and decided to try this location for the first time. I made an appointment on Mothers day two weeks in advance. I arrive right on time and after 10 minutes was then told I would need to reschedule because my aesthetician is basically a no call, no show.Completely understand things like this happen but never happened to me after years of booking services at another location.Receptionist was so helpful and friendly, but the 40 minute drive for a no show on Mothers day was so disappointing.

Joe was absolutely amazing. He addressed my low back tightness and educated me. I left feeling fantastic and 24 hours later am better than I’ve been in two weeks. Thank you so much, Joe!

Scam !!!My wife booked an appointment for her and myself, it was Friday night when she called , the girl was not sharpest if you know what I mean.We aimed for Sunday she booked for Saturday. They called us and say no show for Saturday we explained the front desk no appointment for us only Sunday. We showed on Sunday had our service and were done.A week later I’m getting a voice mail saying I’m being charged for no show appointment that I never had.Calling the place and explaining to Dallas the manager that does not understand or have no common sense at all. Saying she will do me a favor and charge me half of the cost of service. I’m calling my credit card company to cancel this charge and warning everyone else beware of this scamShe is the manager and she have no common sense how to provide customer service or any management skills.Shame for the business owner to run a business like that. Booking an appointment for 2-3 times and charging for fake appointments

Andrew is very skillful! He was able to target my entire body in such a short period of time as 50 minutes and recommended a great pain product. Im impressed because I ususally require 2 hours to feel as good as I did with him in 1 hour. Great Job Andrew!

I made an appointment on the phone with the receptionist for an appointment at 11:30. The day of the appointment , an hour before myAppointment I get a text saying i was scheduled for my appointment at 10:30. So I ended up only getting a 30 minute massage because I was late because my appointment was at 11:00 but they changed it and had to pay for a full hour. Very frustrated as the miscommunication was on their end. My masseuse, kayla, was incredible though!

Timothy (TJ) did a thorough massage using just the right amount of pressure. He found and treated all the knots. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

3/23/2021: It was very reassuring to see all of the ‘Covid Precautions’ and active practices in place. This was my first return visit to ME since the pandemic started. Masks, social distancing in the lobby, wipe downs, the whole nine yards was very reassuring. The simple remote check-in process (wait in your car until masseuse is ready) was a good use of technology.As for the service itself, Ivanka had a very nice medium/firm touch and was relaxed, congenial and very professional.I’ll be back!

I gave in for upper back pain. I was told Alex specializes in this area. After 1 hour session I felt 1000% better. He also suggested a few products to help with any additional discomfort. I will be seeing him again. Im very pleased with this location and the staff.

Unprofessional. They call and confirm my appointment the day before. I show up for the appointment next day and the massage therapist isn’t even there. Oh can we reschedule you sir? No I just canceled my membership. Don’t join there membership program. It’s a ripoff. Find a good independent massage therapist

Amazing! Pressure is just right, found the spots that were bothersome and rounded out my massage with full body. Do yourself a favor and book 90 mins, 60 won’t cut it.

Disappointed. Scheduled 2- 2 hr massage for my husband and I for his birthday. Had to wait over a week to get appointment ( not a huge deal). The day of appointment 3 hours earlier they call to cancel due to not having enough therapist. And then cant reschedule me for 2-2hr massage for another week. I had gotten gift cards for massage envy or I would just got somewhere else.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for about 7 years. I rarely visit this location, though my wife does as she has a masseuse she likes there. My wife has had a few issues the past couple of years with massage appointments at this location. Today I got to experience the frustration my wife goes through first hand.I made an appointment earlier in the week for a two hour massage. I visited the location, checked in and then proceeded to sit and wait to be called back. About 15 minutes after the start time of my massage the front desk woman asked if I wanted to check out in advance, for which I declined. About 5 minutes later, after I overheard some grumbling in the back, presumable where the office or shift manage is, the front desk person went into the back massaging area. When she returned I asked if my masseuse was not there. The reply was simply that she was not. I proceeded to get up, ask that they not charge my account and walk out. There was no apology for my masseuse not being there or for not notifying me there was an issue before I had to ask. There was nothing but silence and an acknowledgement that my account would not be charged. As I walked out I stopped and expressed how displeased I was to have sat there for approximately 23 minutes after the start time of my massage without anyone telling me there was an issue. Again, no apology, no empathy, just a reply that they just became aware the masseuse was not there.Fifteen minutes after the start time of my massage, while I sat alone in the waiting room, the office staff was able to think about charging me additional money to check out early, but not to check to confirm if the masseuse was there or not. Neither the front office staff or woman working in the office behind them, who popped her head out only for a brief moment and said nothing, had the professional courtesy or basic customer service skills to apologize for the mishap or offer a massage at another time. I have had mishaps with appointments on occasion over the years at other locations but never experienced such a poor response, due to the lack of any real response, as I did today.I will not visit this location again and I would suggest you be weary of scheduling an appointment at this location as well, if you expect to receive any decent level of customer service should a mishap occur; which they would appear to occur rather frequently when coupled with my wifes experiences. This experience has caused me to question why I am even a member.I wish I could rate them 0 (zero) stars.

I had one of the best massages ever. JT gives a good deep massage. I had a gift card and didnt care for the pressured sales pitch to become a member although I realize theyre just doing their job.

This clinic has some great therapists who are very experienced. Dominique is excellent at deep tissue/structural, relieving pain, stress relief and many types of healing. She is truly gifted at this profession. Other good therapists are, but not limited to; Joe, Andrew, Shannon, Crystal, Jessica, and Ken.

This place has a great team of massage therapist. I have been to other locations but find this one to be the best and most consistent. Working on a computer most of the day creates a lot of issues with my neck and back and this place brings me relief.

There are some really good massage therapists! Had the best massage yesterday and other times as well. When I’ve been in pain or just receiving a relaxing massage.

David Larkin at MASSAGE Envy North Scottsdale is such a gift to me… He is professional, thorough, kind and addresses my needs as a Senior Athlete Open Water Distance Swimmer. I was visiting the area and decided to try the local Massage Envy. Tim did a wonderful job, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I just wish I would of had more time for another one.

Daniel was excellent... There was a mix-up in booking I was told my appointment was at 1:30 so I went to the gym they called me at 12:45 and said my appointment was at 12:30 by the time I got over there was at 1:00 so I was still charged for an hour and a half rather than 1 hour a little disappointing...

So much more than I had ever expected! Thank you Joe for going beyond and working so hard to address the pain in my shoulder rather than just temporarily masking the pain. I feel amazing and can’t wait until my next visit!!!

Cassandra is the best you have!..She is very professional and explained everything about my chemical peel!...She made me feel at ease and results have been excellent...I highly recommend everyone go see her!

Be aware that if you gave them your credit card, they will continue to charge the card even after the contract term ends. Phone call or email request to cancel is not accepted. Once they have your credit card, they hold on to it forever. You have to fill out a form to request cancellation. It is super difficult to say goodbye. They also wont refund you for the on-going charges to your credit card after you have stopped using their service.

My fathers wife had TJ as a masseuse. She said that he was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. She will be back.

Massage was fine but always annoyed that you pay for a 90 min massage but lose 15mins spread over the start and end. It doesnt take that long to get dressed.

David did a fabulous job. Included stretching in his massage which was great. Would highly recommend him.

However. I noticed at my last visit that no one was wearing a mask. Are all of your workers vaccinated? And even so CDC guidelines still recommend that for indoor activities a mask should be worn, especially with the prevelance of the Delta variant.
