Great place! Always friendly and helpful at the front desk and my masseuse (Tom and Danielle) are absolutely amazing! I go every month on their program, it helps me remember to take care of myself.

Very frustrated with this location. Both my husband and I have had good massages here. We even both signed up to be members. My husband had his first “member massage” scheduled for today. His electrical on his truck malfunctioned when he went to leave and it wouldn’t start. He called to notify them and they refused to do anything. Told him he would be charged for the massage and they couldn’t reschedule. Horrible customer service.

Krystal is the best massage therapist!! The staff is always friendly, and the space is clean. My only complaint with massage envy is around their membership policies.

AMAZING! The 30-minute stretch is my new thing... I walk better, I feel better, aches and pains are gone. I AM A FAN!

Love coming to this convenient location right at the Norterra shops! Erin (my wax specialist, not me) is so friendly, makes me feel comfortable, and does a fantastic detailed job for all of my wax services.

Great place for massages, facials, etc. They have skillful practitioners in each of their service areas. Its great they have many locations around the overall city area from metro to North to Scottsdale and carefree. The only snag I see is they charge higher prices for additions that should not be charged in my eyes. Such as the cupping add on. Overall 4/5.

Saw Ceira yesterday... Was originally supposed to be a 90 min massage but was contacted and told the therapist needed to leave early and asked if I could do a 60 min massage. I was fine with the adjustment. She called me back to the room, didnt ask how is doing, barely asked what I wanted. The entire massage was generic and I could tell she was in a hurry. The issues I told her I was havering were not addressed in the manner Im used to. Ive seen several therapists at this location and have been happy with them but this one was a waste of my time and money

Very happy with all of the clinicians I’ve seen during my year membership at Massage Envy. II feel as though I’m a good client, considering, I show up on time and tip well. Today I called and requested an appt for an hour massage so I could use the remaining 1/2 credit on my account. The front desk girl politely told me my 1/2 credit expired last week. She placed me on hold presumably to ask someone else if they could honor my 1/2 credit. I was denied unless I wanted to re enroll in another years membership. Wow, not a big ask. Someone obviously failed customer service 101! I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere Massage Envy. Your not that “special!” Lol..,

Danyelle does an awesome job of listening to what issues I am having and does a great job of addressing them. She is outgoing and easy to talk too. The whole experience with her is incredible.I sent my wife in to see her. My wife has never enjoyed massage. After her session she is now a fan!

Unwanted aroma therapy automatic applied to my appointment with out me asking for it. The sals pitch is not appreciated when I am trying to unwind from the daily stress of the world.This has no reflect to outstanding massage service I receive at this location.

Cierra was excellent! Not only had a great experience with my massage, but I enjoyed our discussion during the session! She is very committed to making sure your massage does the very best job of relieving stress and tension. I am a new person when I walk out the door!

Morgan has been my therapist for almost 2 years. She has been the best massage therapist I have ever had!! She specializes in deep tissue massage...neck, shoulder , back and hips. She will be surely missed and wish her the Best in her next career move! 🥰

Had an appointment for the first time with Krystal. I was recommended to her by a friend. I have only had maybe 1 or 2 massages in my whole life. She made me feel super comfortable. We talked half the time and it was quiet and relaxing the second half. Honestly felt like talking with a friend. I got the one hour massage and wished I would have chosen the 90min. Overall great experience and I would definitely see her again!

First time getting a professional massage done, and it was amazing. Great music and lightning, the heating pads on the massage table provided a perfect contrast of temperature with the AC on, and my massage therapist, Danyelle, made me feel really comfortable. My only regret was not getting a longer session.

Lizbeth is the absolute best! She has such calming and nurturing energy. Every time I come in for my massage I feel like I’m going to see family. She is amazing at listening and making sure you’re happy throughout the whole experience. I could not recommend her enough if you need not only a physical but spiritual/emotional/mental recharge as well. She honestly deserves 10/5 stars!

Susan was seriously sooo amazing!! I am pregnant with twins and came in hardly able to move and walk, after my massage I felt lighter then I have in weeks! If you need a good prenatal massage Susan is your gal!

It had been awhile since Id been to a massage place. Like years. The ladies up front were able to give me the type of massage person I wanted and explained in detail about members wellness program Id been interested in. The team seemed very happy to work there. Daniel was a great massage guy! He was firm yet gentle and managed to find knots where I didnt know I had them. He paid attention to my problem areas and recommended stretches at home to do as well. Itll take awhile to fully fix my body, but its headed in a great direction!

I was able to book a last minute massage with Daniel and I’m so glad I did! I’ve never been able to fully relax during a 60min massage, but I almost fell asleep multiple times during our session. He’s great at what he does!

I had been seeing Nicole for years and she just moved (she was amazing and will be missed) so they recommended a new therapist, Rosalina, and she is great too! Happy to have found someone new that can help my old injuries and trouble spots to keep me moving! Everyone at the front desk is always nice and easy to work with and I love how easy the check in and check out process is.

Awesome facility. Everyone here is so nice and professional and trained very well! I switched to this location after 10+ years at another. So glad I did. My therapist, Frank, is the best! He is kind, professional, he listens and best of all his type of massage technique helps my chronic pain. Would highly recommend him and this location.

Danyelle is by far my favorite massage therapist! She is friendly and polite, very detailed, and super welcoming. I have had a great experience every time!

First time with Todd and he was excellent. He listened to my concerns and areas to work on. Incorporated some excellent techniques included hot towels and stretching. I was limping going in and left walking upright and without my limp. So thankful to have found him.

I have been going to Massage Envy and seeing Frank as my massage therapist for months. I love this location. They were incredibly accommodating when I was late for my very first appointment because I went to the wrong Happy Valley location. Both the front desk staff and Frank were so kind and attentive. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this location, even if you have to drive a bit to get there.

I had a massage with Todd at this location the other day and it was just wonderful. If you need deeper pressure he is your guy. I also suffer from lower back pain and when I left my massage my lower back felt really good. Todd is kind and professional. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Have been a member for many years and had a 90 minute massage with Lizbeth and by far was the best massage Ive ever had. And I have 14 fused vertebrae in my spine, with hardware rubbing against my skin, and she was careful and knew just how to handle my back.

The facility was extremely clean and organized - completely different from the facilities we have been to recently in Scottsdale and Desert Ridge.Krystal was wonderful - listened to my needs, concentrated on specific areas/issues while giving me a full body massage. It was the best massage I have had at a Massage Envy in a VERY LONG time. We have moved to North Scottsdale, but it is definitely worth the extra drive time to go to North Phoenix/Norterra - particularly Krystal!

I had my first massage this morning with my therapist Lisa. I am a chemo patient and have been suffering severe shoulder and upper arm pain (both arms). I was somewhat hesitant about my treatment because of this pain but Lisa is very knowledged in working with chemo patients and reassured me that I was in good hands. She explained the hows and whys a cancer patient experiences pain. In short, her massaging experience left me very comfortable and relaxed and at least 95% relieved of pain. You are a life saver Lisa for finally giving me release from this pain!! Thank you so much for helping me to start to feel better! I will be back to see you again!!

Had the best massage ever tonight by Eddie! He’s amazing at what he does. Perfect pressure, for the spots that were hurting me perfectly. Absolutely love this location! I came to them after having a bad experience at another facility and booked a massage with Leahann who came highly recommended. Over the last ten years of getting deep tissue massages, she is by far the best therapist I have found. She is incredibly knowledgable, professional, and we have made tremendous progress with my chronic pain. The staff at this location are also very professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Kat is so amazing for facials! She talked with me about my skin and how I can get it better! She recommended products that I could afford and were from Ulta which really helped because I live in flagstaff so I can get the products when ever I needed at a good price!

I had a wonderful experience at ME. It was my first facial ever. Kylee was amazing and helped me to relax. When I saw myself after the facial I was so overjoyed with my rejuvenated appearance. Kylee was the best and would defiantly ask for her when I come back.

Visited ME in AZ on Happy Valley Rd.It was my first visit to this location. And, it was my first visit since receiving my 2doses of Covid vaccine. Was greeted by Keisha who was at the front desk. She was wonderful! I was 30 min early for my appointment - my mistake - and Keisha made sure I was comfortable. Tea, honey and orange slice. When my time arrived, my therapist, Samantha, gave me a thorough, professional massage. Just what I was hoping for. I fell asleep. Ah, there is nothing like being pampered at ME.

Being new to the massage world, it quickly grew on me, but I know everyone has their own techniques and I wanted to find one that was good for me. After 4 months, I found an individual that is really really good and works well to relieve the tensions. The staff at the N. Phoenix (Norterra) Location are amazing. They are always very helpful, friendly, can answer any questions. My visit on 2/20/21 proved that when one of the staff members actually took the time to help an elderly, less tech savvy, women who was there with her daughter and grand daughter. She was very patient, answered questions, and literally walked her through the process for enrolling. That doesn’t happen often enough now days - most places would have let the family deal with it. Huge kudos to the staff at that location!.

Kathrine was a fantastic esthetician. She was informative and knowledgeable , a great conversationalist and gave the most fantastic facial massage. Seriously the best facial I have ever had, my skin is GLOWIN!

I have been having frequent headaches due to tense muscles and Frank explained different techniques and what he was doing specifically to help with my concern.

My massage was excellent with Danyelle but I am not happy with the office staff. I signed my Covid forms before entering. When I checked in, I was asked to put on a mask which I questioned because this was different from my last visit. As I sat in the foyer, the client that checked in before me was not forced to mask. If your policy is that, then require all to comply. This is exactly why these mandates are ridiculous. They can’t be subjective.

Krystal was awesome, she really had me so relax and relieved from tension that I over slept just a little bit this morning but it was all good. I have not had a massage in years and I truly appreciate my kids for such a wonderful birthday gift.

I received a deep tissue massage for the second time from the same Lady. She was good the first time for 60 Minutes. But this time I paid for 90 minutes. And she wasnt that good. She was falling a sleep while she was 💆 me. I was a little upset that you can pay for a massage just for them to fall asleep during your session. That wasnt professional or good quality like the last time I was their. I think she is only good to do a 60 minute massage. If you want more then 60 minutes. That will be at your own risk.But for the most part. The front desk is very professional.

Booked a COUPLES massage for my girlfriend and I for Saturday. We showed up for our appointment and they took her first. I was confused and after I waited 15 minutes I finally asked the front desk and she told me due to lack of space they dont do couples massages, just individual massages. After explaining my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and since my girlfriend was already 20 minutes into her massage I told them to cancel my appointment since its not what we wanted. After ALL this confusion she was also going to charge me a cancelation fee!!!! Ill just end this with it was a TOTAL waste of $100

Leann was amazing! I came in with a lot of pain and tightness and she found all my problems area- even the ones I didn’t realize were there! Left feeling relaxed, pain free and so happy!

Rosalina did an amazing job and gave me some great stretches to perform between sessions. She also was able to release a lot of the tension in my shoulders and neck which was greatly improved afterwards. I highly recommend her specifically for your massage sessions

Daniel was absolutely great making sure to really focus on exactly the spots that were bothering me coming in. He kept one hand on me at all times which made me feel very comfortable when I’m typically a pretty jumpy person.

My esthetician, Kylee was extremely professional and accommodating to my skincare needs. Her techniques made me feel very relaxed and my skin was glowing after the treatment.

Great location.JoJo is amazing if youre looking for a great massage therapist. She really listens and takes what you say to incorporate into your session. When I first went to Massage Envy, The front desk helped me find the right therapist for my preference of pressure. They picked Rosalina and once I told her the areas in my back where it have pain she worked her magic and gave me some tips on what different ways I can be doing things to help my body muscles function proper. Since I been visiting her for my monthly sessions my back has been alot better and I feel better about myself. Thank you very much Rosalina!

Got a shoulder surgery 2 months before visiting here, which caused alot of muscle tightness in my back. The massage therapist was able to identify problem areas and address them effectively. Left feeling better than I had in months!

This was my first time at Massage Envy. At first I was very uncomfortable because it was my first time getting a massage and first time doing something like this. Honestly, my experience was amazing. From the customer service and service they provide was excellent. I am definitely coming back.

I havent got massages over a year due to Covid. I must say this was the best massage Ive every received. Rosalina is fantastic so I booked appointments with her till the end of the year.

The message here was nice and I enjoyed it. However I only give them 2 stars because the extreme hard sell after the massage to sign up for membership and book another appointment immediately. Push push push. Completely ruined the massage. Will not return again.

I have neck, shoulder, and back issues. I started seeing Danyelle at Massage Envy and she has really helped with the aches and pains. Regular visits do wonders for the stress, tension, and pain. I highly recommend her!

Morgan is the best deep tissue therapist within the organization! It is hard to find a good deep tissue therapist these days, so I appreciate her amazing technique, strength and skills!

I think 90 minutes should be 90 minutes, not 1 hour and 10 minutes.. I paid for 90, not 70 right? I specified my back as a main focus of the massage, Tiffany barely touched it.. Wend up and down the spine 3 times and that was it.. I also included feet, she havent touched them.. Even though, I left $20 gratuity out of pity, Massage Envy wont be getting my dollar ever again.

Cierra was so kind and gently but firm! They really listened to my concerns and explained what they were doing and how it would help. I definitely felt better after than I did coming in!

I want to preface by saying that the service I received from the specialist I saw was great. However, once I was done with my session, I went to pay using my gift certificate I had received for Mothers Day for the amount the person who purchased it for me was quoted as being the amount it would be for me to receive a facial or massage. The person at the counter informed me that because I had once before used Massage Envy in the past (also from a gift certificate), that the service would cost almost double what my fiance had been told. Then, they proceeded to tell me that it would not be that much, I would just have to sign up for a 12 payment obligation totalling almost $800. I was actually considering a membership until it occurred to me that they were trying to bully me into an $800 commitment from a gift that I received. I will never do business with Massage Envy again and I will go out of my way to ensure everyone I know will avoid it as well.

Do not sign a contract. I live in another state. They promised it would transfer (it did not). They promised I could cancel any time (I cannot). I have been trying for five months to cancel membership. Ive called, emailed, and today I sent a letter to the corporate office and the BBB. The Director is the only person who can cancel. She is mysteriously never available, and never calls back. I get no response to written or email requests. They are literally stealing and they simply dont care. I have no use for companies like this. They should be ashamed. There are lots of reputable, honest massage businesses folks, this is not one of them. To the employees who are in the middle - dont walk, run to another job. Youre better than your boss.

I received a massage from Sam and she was absolutely wonderful! Very consistent pressure and fabulous flow. I was so relaxed at the end of my session I didn’t sant to get up!

Cierra really listened to me when I communicated my issues with my neck and shoulders. The massage was great and addressed every muscle in my back!

Frank was absolutely amazing. I had an emergency visit and they could only fit me in for a half hour. In that half hour, Frank did more to help me than Ive had in multiple visits. He had magic hands. So sad he is leaving.

Daniel was excellent!He gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had: worked on hips, back and feet!

My friend went there and he had a very aweful experience. Though he does not want to write any review. So I am writing on his behalf. Due to this difficult time, he highly recommend to not to visit expensive spa like massage envy, because the therapist there are very scared of COVID19. And they have a good explanation not to give therapy properly on a same rate like they use to give before COVID19 outbreak. So there is no way this spa should do any business or functioning during COVID19. They should shut down and stop running unnecessarily for just earning money and fooling customers, does not make any sense. But I will not say the therapist name. Running spa during The Pandemic does not make any sense. Therapists are realy not comfortable performing massage, as per the requirements of the client. However, They work only those area of body part needs to work on, and still!! they dont put any efforts on those target area as well,,, because of COVID19!! as my friend said. We Highly recommend not to visit expensive massage centres like the Massage Envy and loose 65$ instantly with no benefits. And dont take membership, it will make you clients, loose more. ONE MORE TIME THE Therapists,, are not comfortable during this hard times, so called COVID19.... And the receptionists lol,,,they are truly many,, and unnecessarily overwhelming !!, They cant think like a massage therapist use to think and infact not even this system, thats bad, aweful!! They only know to follow protocol,,, to charge clients/customers and promote membership plans as they employees, its their job,, even in this COVID19 Pandemic...Thats the truth!!!

Daniel was absolutely amazing. Focused on my areas of concern. He noticed areas that needed additional attention. I left feeling relief in my stress areas. Cannot rave enough about him.

67 degrees as a temperature is totally unacceptable in the beginning of December while getting a massage. I was waiting for the massage to be over so I could get dressed and leave. The excuse was that the HVAC was acting up!? Here is a bit of business advice if you are operating a business where you are selling the idea of relaxation making sure the thermostat reads a comfortable level while your clients bodys are exposed for massage is a good start. Offering a enhancement for freezing while getting a massage and paying $68 for a hour and a half massage is sorry. I know you are a tenant and dont own the building you are operating your business in but step up and get someone out there and pay yourself to fix the problem or risk losing clients!

I’ve been a massage envy customer for over 7 years. Heather and Danyell are my go to massage therapists at the Happy Valley location for the last 3 or 4 years.

I was looking for a massage with lots of pressure to relieve some serious tension in my back and Cierra was able to do just that for me! Great front desk staff- very welcoming and friendly!

Heather is a GREAT masseuse! She just has a feel for tight spots and what kind of pressure you need. Highly recommend!

I always get fairly decent massages but I have to have a certain person to get exactly what I want and 1 * less and also it can be very hard to get a preferred person to massage you that fits your schedule if you are not doing the 9 to 5 regular jobs

I am a member at generally frequent this location. Service has greatly declined in the past couple of months. When I call to schedule an appointment they usually dont answer the phone. I have been calling for over a week now. When they do answer, they dont have nay opening available for at least week. Im guessing that they are short staffed at the front desk and perhaps the therapists also. Management needs to address these issues without delay.

Sam was great but her room was right next to a mans office and he was SO loud almost the entire 90 minutes. Totally killed the vibe.
