Myra is such a blessing. She is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. I came to her for post-op lymphatic massages after a tummy tuck, and she was such a gem. She knows her stuff and is very attentive and super gentle. Her recommendations for wound care and compression garments were so helpful. She makes you feel like your family. I started my massages 3 days post op and was very scared, but she by far exceeded my expectations. She answers all questions and listens to your concerns. She has all the state-of-the-art equipment and doesnt try to do any services that wont help your recovery. I cant say enough good things about her; she is such a sweet, caring person. Her prices are very reasonable, and she doesnt try to price gouge you. Im halfway through my post-op package, and I see and feel the results. After every massage, I always feel so much better. I can straighten up, and I dont feel so tight. I love her, and you should use her services. I promise you will be so happy!

If you live in the Phoenix area and need a massage after your Lipo 360 or BBLI highly recommend  Divas Spa and Cosmetics.Do not make the same mistake I did. I went to go to a couple other places and pay high prices before I found these wonderful Ladies. 

I absolutely love this place ! I had my lymphatic drainage massage done here after Lipo 360 and I have searched all over Arizona for affordable massages and this was by far the best deal. Not only they do the vacuum therapy but also had radio frequency which my doctor loved for faster healing. My first session threw me off when I realized they don’t do Manuel massages and there more pro technology but the outcome is the same if not better . I had few Manuel massages right after Lipo and then came here like post op 2 weeks but I’m sure that if I came right away they would do Manuel not machine massage being it’s too tender. This is def the place to go to get job done and so much more money saved ! I don’t usually leave reviews but this place and price was too good

Best experience Ive had getting my hair done. They explain the process your hair is going to go through. They treatment the girls used on my hair left it super soft and not to mention the color is amazing and no damage was done to my hair. Im super in love with my hair :) and cant wait to go back for a touch up!!!!

I have recently started body countouring treatments and they are by far the best when it comes to someone like me who has lost and gained so much weight threw out the years. My skin has toned dramatically. Highly recommend this place along with many other services provided. Also had my first facial ever! Overall great experience 👌

I had the most amazing experience at Divas. I had the cupping done to my lower back for 30 minutes and was shocked and awed!. I could not believe that this treatment worked so well for my back pain and muscle spasms. Oh My God! This truly needs to become a viable therapy treatment for back patients.This Spa is incredibly clean, the staff are remarkable and honestly the best in Phoenix. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience this was for me and what a game changer for my soreness. This was better than any pain medication on the market.You honestly must give them a try!👍👍👍👍

Everyone here is so incredibly awesome. They are kind, funny and are very knowledgeable. Would 1000% recommend. Great place to go post surgery!

So I put three is because they need to improve their technology for years I took a treatment with valeshape and it was wonderful maybe they had something like that I would return without a doubt because I loved Mayra, she was very professional and her treatment I tried to go on the days I was her but unfortunately she only touched me once.

I loved the place, the girl was very friendly and professional and speaks Spanish.
