This is my nail place! I’ve been other places and do not get the same customer service and great quality that I do hear. They always make me feel welcome and remember my daughter, even though I’ve only brought her a few times and they always ask how everybody’s doing, and really care about what you have to say as well as provide really good customer service such as staying open a little bit later so I could get squeezed in after work one day. My nails always look just the way that I like them and they’ve even done nails for me that I have found on TikTok plus the best pedicure ever!
Sometimes you have to wait but its well worth it. This place is a hidden gem and the nail tech there is an actual artist. Call and make an appointment or walk in. No regrets in Over a year of beautiful designs... and I have a particular shape and style (see pictures of my Halloween 💅 nails)Feelin blue? Head to Azul and go pamper you !
I just had the best time at this place after new management took over. I’ve been there three times I usually get a face wax and eyebrow wax which the new crew does really well they never mess up my eyebrows they don’t take them in too far and they look really beautiful at the end. She also has a light hand so it doesn’t hurt too bad to be waxed. My nails are on another level I absolutely love them it’s the same lady who did it. I came in with a design I was wanting for Halloween to have nails that resemble some thing from lord of the rings and she took the design and ran with it making it into some thing even more beautiful. I absolutely love them and I cannot wait to go back to get my nails done bye this crew there so much better than the old crew. Thank you so much I love it!
Star and Aaron are great. They have great personalities and always make me laugh when Im there. Star is Incredibly talented!!Im very picky about how I like my nails done and she brings all of my ideas to life. She paints all my designs by hand. No stickers, no stencils!! Im impressed and smiling ear to ear every time I leave.
Aaron is the best. My nails always look so nice when hes finished. I get so many compliments. Even when my hands are ashy from washing them all day. Thank you Aaron!!!
I used to come here all the time, but I moved out of state. I am visiting town again and decided to get a full set of acrylics with gel polish yesterday, but it didnt turn out how I hoped. The gel polish seems to be the biggest issue. Sloppy painting, air bubbles, and its already peeling up on several nails. Its been less than 24 hours. This place has really gone downhill. For $50 + $10 tip. I expected better.Update to the response I got back from the company:It doesnt matter if you are busy. People pay for your services. If you cant properly provide that service, then you shouldnt be offering it.Also it is too late for me to get it fixed. I live in another state and was just visiting. Im already home now.
Been going to Azul day spa for years and recently every time I go the service is always worse. Today I spent $100! On a pedi and full acrylic set. My nails look horribly shaped! Looks like humps were left when you look at them from the side. Some weren’t even polished on the side! My tech was Vivian. I’m always a loyal customer when I find a place I love but sadly I won’t be going back anymore.
I’ve been here a few time and I always get the best service when I come in! You can tell they use quality product because their acrylic nails can last 3+ weeks! You really are paying a good price for what you are receiving. I am definitely staying a returning customer here and I always recommend people to come here!
Quality Service. Staff friendly and nice. They treat me like family. Love the Happy Feet Pedicure with the Paraffin Wax! Making an appointment is the best way to go, otherwise there could be an hour wait. Faster to go in the afternoon after 2pm on the weekend. Only con is length of time for mani & pedi. Give yourself 2hrs 30min. If in a time crunch only do your nails not the pedi as sometimes due to short staffing it can take a long time to get a pedi done. Otherwise quality work if you dont mind the wait.
Did my nails exactly how I wanted was a great staff and super sweet. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.my new place for nails.
I took my 8 year old daughter and 12 year old niece to get gel nails. They charged me $67 EACH! No special foot car just the classic and they each got one color they used for both their feet and hands. Was very thrown off and upset because the sign in their building says different prices. I see why they don’t have as much business as they used too or their old technicians.
First time here about two days ago. I walked in there at 6:10is pm after work the lady and gentleman (Aaron) immediately sat me down and asked me what I was looking to get they did such a good job with my acrylics and pedicure. I wish I had asked the young lady for her name she was so patient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place. Very clean and neat. Picture doesn’t do my nails justice
The design of my nail was pretty - not Pinterest perfect but the idea was there. I’m upset over the shaping of my nail. Each nail a diff size, shape, direction, crooked. Fat & rounded. Like humps from the side? Don’t promise you can copy & paste if you can’t. The tech told me 45, but front charged my card 85 wout telling me! Def not worth 85!
Run away!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Omg it is actually hilarious at how bad this place and experience was. My daughters toes werent even cut or trimmed, the cactus look like blobs, they upcharge for everything and anything. They couldnt even do straight lines on my friends nails. My manicure was started with cold water, then tech walked away for 20 mins. My group was done with their nails and since nothing was done with my manicure, I told them to cancel it. They wanted to charge $15 for dipping in cold water! I busted up and let them know I would not pay that. They then decided to argue with me in front of all customers about the service they think they did on my nails. Overpriced services. Five dollar charge for anything... Color changing nail-$5. You want design-$5-15. You want gel- $15 on top of pedicure charge. Good luck with that. I will stick to my usual place that doesnt play with prices and can actually do designs.I will never go back or waste my money or time in a place like this. No manager can fix this place. Just read their reviews with the fake follow up reply.
I’m so happy i decided to make time to come in and get my Christmas nails done! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and got me into the Christmas spirit!! Vanessa took care of me today beautiful set nude color. I set an appointment and she was ready for me. I used my lunch hour to get my nails done and I was taken care of within the time. Definitely recommend they always take care of their customers and never rush to get to the next one just to make money. They take care of you and make the design you want and they do it right. Never rushing you and making you nails look horrible at all. Pretty good for an hour I think.
I love this salon and would highly recommend it. The ladies here are always so nice and helpful and best nail services in town. Its all about quality if you are looking for cheap nails this is not the place for you. I highly recommend Lyn, Kaylee, or Wendy.Updating review since the above girls left the salon has gone down hill quickly. Also the new owner does not care about the customer experience or quality of the work the techs do. The old owners still cared about this salon but sold it to a family member who has no clue how to run a quality business. The last tech who did my nails made them all uneven, way to thick, and not even the right color. I provided a picture definitely did not get what I asked for. I used to love going here but its went down hill when all the amazing techs left.
The absolute best! I tend to ask for complicated designs and they always suceed my expectations. Not to mention they are kid friendly as well 🥰
My partner and I went to get pedicures for a special occasion. I was excited to go because I used to come here and liked that they had different levels of pedicures. This for me is the only reason I would go back. When we checked in for our reservation we were rudely told to go over there but dis not know where exactly they wanted us to go as they didnt point or have anyone guide us. We walked over to the pedicure chairs and sat down, although that must not have been exactly where they wanted us as they had one of us move to another chair. The two staff we had did not understand English. I say this because I attempted to make small talk to be friendly and polite, they gave me a funny look and in broken English said they didnt understand. There were also other signs where they barley understood enough to do their job (like not knowing the names of the services and just having us point to which service on the list). This made the experience incredibly awkward and I was not able to relax. We also had some difficulty with the massage chairs and were unsure they were working properly. Lastly, when they told us the total and asked if I wanted to tip I told her the tip amount I wanted to leave and she didnt understand and had to have another staff who could speak English assist with cashing us out. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. I had better experiences in the past and feel like I would have a better experience if I had one of the two staff I saw that could speak enough English to carry in a conversation. If you are not the type of person who wants to talk to the nail tech than this probably wont bother you at all. Id still suggest going here to get a service done, just know you may run into some problems.
5 stars is not enough for this place! ❤️ I absolutely love this salon! I have been here a few times and they have always been great but today.. they were EXCEPTIONAL! 🥹I took my daughters in for a manicure and I needed a fill. They were very busy when I got there and asked us to wait 30 minutes. They were prompt and got us in but they didn’t rush. The woman was very kind to my kids while I was getting my nails done, even after one of them broke a bottle of nail polish all over the floor! **so embarrassing**They completed all of nails and they were beautiful! My favorite nail salon!
I love this place Im new to getting my nails done but now I feel comfortable to come on my own Ive been back a few times already. I love the experience its always quick easy in easy out. The staff is so friendly . My nails always come out so feminine and beautiful. Now Im going to be that girl who gets her nails done all the time just because I love this place. Aaron is the best I love how smooth he is and how nice he does my nails every time . Definitely come by and check them out .
This is my second time coming to this establishment and I absolutely love it. The employees are very friendly. Also, I had a part of my toe nail growing in a weird direction and they fixed it. The first time I came in, I walked in just as they were closing because that was the only time I could get there. I felt so bad but had my fingers crossed. The sweet lady said it’s okay she will do the pedicure if I would wait a few minutes. She was super sweet . I recommend coming here.
Ive been to a couple different nail salons and they are not nice. They hurry and I dont like it. I came into Azul once and I LOVE It. Been coming ever since and it will be my Forever nail salon ❤️ They treat you with respect and are very nice. Service is 100%. Best in Phoenix 😁
I absolutely positively LOVE 💗 Vivian!!! I get multiple compliments a day about my nails. I like them long and I don’t have issues with breakage and lifting. After 3 weeks they were still shiny and fresh looking. Plus she is a respecter of time and has me in and out!! I for sure recommend her services to EVERYONE!! Thanks Vivian for being so awesome!!!Side note: the Salon is very clean and large and a full array of spa services to make you feel totally pampered. Prices are super reasonable and the staff has been very friendly with me.
Love getting my nails done here! They keep the place very clean so I don’t worry about cleanliness & they give great customer support. I normally use My for my pedicure. She takes her time and gives me a wonderful Relaxing pedicure every time. For my acrylic nails I normally use Hanna or Vivian and both are fantastic. My nails don’t lift or break and the quality if fantastic. I’ve been to many salons in the Phoenix area and this is by far my favorite place to go.
I was honestly so disappointed in this spa. I went in today for a pedicure and an acrylic set. I got there and there was no one at the desk to greet me, the employee was getting her toes done. So they had me pick a seat. So first off they charged and extra $15 DOLLARS FOR GEL POLISH, $15 FREAKING DOLLARS... They started my pedicure and the water was cold, I told her and she didnt adjust it at all. The lady was hurting my toe nails with her nippers. And she hardly put any nail polish on my big toes so its see through. And she put so much oil on my feet they felt gross for like an hour! They started my acrylic set while I was getting my toes done so I wasnt able to relax at all. She did a nice job so thats why Im giving this review 2 stars.... No one talked to me almost the entire time they just kept talking to each other. So its time for me to check out, she asked me how I was paying cash or card, I said card and she told me its not working and asked me if I had cash. I didnt so I had to leave to go to an ATM and then come back to pay. Needless to say I will not be going back nor will I ever recommend them. So unprofessional.
My technician did a great job on my classic pedi, however my big toes polish just fell off. My wife asked for a “spa deluxe” and the male technician took less time and barely massaged my wife’s legs. If you want to brave this place, my suggestion is to avoid the technician my wife had. Zero stars for that individual. Good luck.
Update: 5/4/21 I came back after a year to get my nails done. Last Thursday to be exact. And 2 fell off over the weekend so I came back to get the two fixed. Vivian helped me but was on the phone the entire time. And kept messing up. I told her several times that I didn’t get the dipped ones they were acrylic. She still dipped them and said she does nails different from the other person. She only had to fix two and because she wasn’t the one who did them the first time probably didn’t care. And I felt neglected. When I told her look this doesn’t even look right she became upset and breathing and talking in a different language not sure what she said. I could feel like I was an inconvenience. But I told her it’s not my fault that they fell off after 2 days. And she wasn’t even paying attention to me. I didn’t want to continue to argue with her so I left. I don’t recommend going back if your nails fall off. I don’t think Vivian was having a good day. But I pray that she doesn’t do this to anyone else.
Avoid this place if possible. Its a complete rip off. I asked for the lavender manicure and I recieved not even a basic manicure I only got my nails filed and painted which costed me 36 bucks. I couldve done a better job at home if thats all that was going to happen. She some how managed to cut my finger and made it bleed. She was always on her phone and kept walking away to do other things like hello when you have a customer you should be focused on that customer. I felt rushed and like I didnt matter. I shouldve paid only like 15 bucks for what I recieved. Already told my mother and kids to stay away from this place and anybody reading this should do the same.
Subpar work at best. Low quality work. Would give negative stars if I could.When I walked in I asked for a price list and was handed a brochure of services and prices. I selected a basic manicure and pedicure. When I went to leave they charged me a higher rate than was listed in the brochure. I pointed out the brochure they had given me upon arrival and the manger told me those prices were wrong and I needed to pay the higher price. I refused - that is false advertisement and extremely unethical. She was extremely rude and dismissive. Will never visit this salon again.
Just got to say wow Aaron and Star dont only do an excellent Job they have excellent personalities they make you feel very relaxed ,comfortable and like they have known you for years!!!!! I will now never go to a different Salon. These 2 are my favorite! God bless you both Always!!!
Ms Van is amazing! She’s fast and know exactly what she is doing. She is by far the best nail technician I’ve been too so far 💘 & I’ve been going to the nail salon for about 9 years now.I also send a lot of my friends to her and they are ALWAYS satisfied!
Donna was amazing! She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I got a pedicure from her and I swear I have new feet. The service was beyond great. The massage and hot stones were so relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Got in for a last minute pedicure on Christmas eve no less. Peyton, the receptionist, was very nice and accommodating. She recommended the spa pedicure. Mae, the nail tech, was great. She took her time and made the experience very enjoyable. The atmosphere in the salon is clean and neat. Everything is organized and easily navigated. Great customer service and pricing. Ill be back!
So disappointed. Got the name of this Salon from Phoenix New Times saying it was one of the best! Made reservations for 2 people 3 weeks in advance. Went in 10 minutes early and ended up sitting waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment. Was told on the phone they could do a specific design I was wanting to do but when I was there in person said they couldnt do it. My acrylics were thick and uneven. The gel color started to chip after 2 days! Asked for a gold color and got yellow and green glitter??? My friend asked for blue and pink and got purple and green??? Very disappointed and went back to my normal salon to have them fix my nails before the holidays.
I love the atmosphere its a clean shop well organized prices are reasonable BUT for the second time Ive been there i was not happy!!! Ive been getting my nails done for the past 17 years so i know about quality very well. The owner did my nails the 1st time and they were pretty good but i had to tell her that the shape was off on one...now as a professional i shouldnt have to tell you anything but i let it slide. The 2nd time i came the nail tech cut me twice on the same finger with the tool that smooths the nails after the acrylic is applied and again on another finger. But again i let that slide. Then i noticed there was polish where it shouldnt be but she didnt. I wasnt gonna say anything but at this point im bothered. She puts the final coat on(the clear polish) on and still theres polish where it shouldnt be. So me being the respectable citizen that i am i chose to pay,leave and NEVER return.So 4 stars is way too nice for this company!!! I almost forgot to mention-i work hard labor non-stop and my nails have never broke or chipped. I decide to come here and not even a week later the polish is already chipped. If you have a place that you normally go to DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I’ve been going to Azul For over a year now. I drive about 20 minutes past many nail places to get there, because I love the quality of my nails and my pedicure’s . I like the staff and I love the color choices and the place is very clean. I can make an appointment online and I never have to wait that long. They also seem to have extended hours compared to other places so they are worth the drive.
I think this place is amazing. My husband and I went in for pedicures and we didnt know the area, so we were a little apprehensive because some of the reviews on here were awful. However, we tried it out anyway, and our experience was wonderful! We both got the Green Tea pedicure and it was way beyond our expectations. The girls were very charming and talkative with us. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and the service was very relaxing. It was a real treat. It was not even the most expensive choice, but so worth it. I believe many satisfied customers dont take the time to review places, so only disgruntled people are giving ratings. I dont live in town, but whenever I come to Phoenix, we will be back for another pedicure!! Thanks a million, Azul Day Spa. You made it a special treat!
The customer service needs improvement, The last visit the head female made rude comments about taking my photo and placing it on the window with a sign reading “don’t come back” -if I messed up a nail. (Placing pics of thieves on windows of stores is a common practice and thieves should be treated in such a manner) . Now Albeit she said this in a joking manner but it is rude. The second -only days later - The visit for a repair she sat me in one empty table & seat . Searching for her husband she returned stating he is not here move to this chair, while stating “ hurry up before I tell you we closed”. Flabbergasted, I said nothing allowed her husband who did come and then left. They did not charge me for the mail repair, I will give them that . However, I have no problem paying for all my services and honestly no amount of free compares to just courteous service.
Hannah did a good job on my nails. I would have given four stars. If they would follow CDC PROTOCOLS. She wore her mask. But, it was not covering her nose and she wore no gloves and they dont have shields up between the nail tech and customer. She also didnt sanitize her hands between customers. I will not be going back.
I spend over 100 dollars here for a nail nail technician and a horrible everything else. I asked for a French manicure and she didn’t buff my nails out completely so you could see scratches under the clear coat. Not to mention they had to repaint my nails 3 times because of the clear coat being old they were using. I got their CBD manicure and they didn’t remove all the paraffin wax off my feet or give me disposable shoes so my Nike soft soled flip flops got covered in wax off the bottom of my feet and stained after the forever it took to remove. That was basically a 180 dollars wasted including my shoes.
So so good, my nails turned out the best i’ve ever had. Van is just totally amazing and talented and the sweetest and friendliest nail tech ever! I would rate more then 5 starts if I could. Very good at designs on nails as well!
I LOVE this place! They literally are across town from me but I refuse to go anywhere else cause how awesome they are. The manager Ven is the best, funny, outgoing & GREAT customer service! She does the best nails as well, Vivian does great nails as well along w. Pedicures. I recently had one of their newer nail tech do a pedi on me, her name is My & she soo nice & does an amazing job on pedicures. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking 🙌🏻
I went in for a lip wax, manicure and pedicure and I loved every bit of it! Very friendly service Hannah did my manicure and I love it I am very picky with my nails and usually get them (from other places) lumpy and really thick and end up disappointed but not today she was amazing my nails are smooth and thin and I couldn’t be happier with them!! This girl deserves two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
Ive been coming to Azul for nearly 6 years. The quality of service and environment is better than any place Ive tried to venture out to. The quality of my nails, waxes and pedicures are far superior as well. My loyalty will always be to Azul day spa 👏
Im sure I wouldve had a better experience if another person did my nails. I asked for a design from their Instagram page and the girl assured me she could do it. She had no idea what she was doing. 3 hours, multiple cuts, and $60 later I am so upset. Never coming back.
This was my first time here, it was not busy I went around 12pm. Vivian did a great job. I will be returning again. I got a full set coffin shape, and two designs $55 which isn’t bad.
I wish there was a way to rate with no stars! My daughters and I have been going there for years, but finally have had it with that place!! They are rude and dont appreciate their loyal customers. They have made thousands of dollars off me over the years but I refuse to give them another cent!! Yes, Nancy does a great job but I dont care if I have to go to hundreds of nail shops to find someone who can do the designs I like thats what Ill do before I ever go there again! Informed me that I had to go across the street to Nails by Tina for my waxing. This is the 2nd time I tried to get wax with Nails by Tina. They are clean and amazing for Manis and pedis but their was room has old dusty smell towels on a wax bed with no clean sheets. The wax area was dusty and dirty and the floor was nasty. The over all room has to be a health code violation. Yes! Go for the mani and pedi...BUT DO NOT GO FOR A WAX! It doesnt look sanitary at all! European Wax Center is the best!
I usually go there to get my haircut. Tish did my hair years ago but she dont work there anymore so I booked my appointment with Brian. Brians customer service was great. My hair look fantastic, he really know what hes doing when it comes to hair. Must try their hair services.
Rude nail tech! When I asked the price of different services she became irritated and impatient. I went with a friend, she is a regular and was treated kindly but they didnt seem to appreciate my business. Thank Goodness, there are more nail salons in the valley.
I usually love this place, van is amazing and the first time she did my nails they lasted so long over a month and they looked great. But the second time I went to get them done they looked great but they were extremely thin and broke the next day, fine okay I went back got it fixed then again it broke again. Thennnn another time. 3 times I had to go for it to get fixed. Now 4th but I will not be returning. I never have had this problem with nails but this time was ridiculous... I didn’t show my frustration but I for the price and me leaving a good tip of course it would make anybody frustrated and angry especially in this time of the holidays and you just worry if your nails are going to fall off. I don’t recommend.
I love coming here !! Ana does a really good job on eyebrows and Micheal did a fantastic job on my nails !! I’ve been here about 3/4 times and they never disappoint me ! Van is the absolutely best with long nails. I won’t go to anyone else. The other lady’s are very sweet and so nice. There’s even a talented guy who does hair. They are always so clean and always listen to what you want. Iv been going here for 4 years now.
I applied to Azul on Indeed and got a call the very next day to come in for an interview the following week. I spent time, money, and energy preparing for the interview. When I arrived, I was handed a phone and the manager stated she had other stuff to do and we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following day. The manager blew me off completely a second time, and was not at the salon again. They also lost my application entirely and wasted another 15 minutes of my time looking for it. The staff there told me that the manager would call me to reschedule again. (She didnt.) When I stated that this was already the second time I had come in for an interview, the staff members stared at me blankly and shrugged, offering no apology or explanation. I highly discourage anyone from seeking employment or even services here. If this is how they treat their potential employees, I cant imagine they have good customer service either.
I was extremely disappointed. I scheduled appointments for both myself and mother at the same time with 2 separate nail techs. Therefore, we could be done at the same time or pretty close. They took my Mom 10 mins before our appt time. I waited for another 35 before telling them I’d go elsewhere. For the prices of their services you’d think they’d be a bit better than your average nail salon! I’ll stick with ProNails by Tina! They are on time, accurate and do a great job with extremely lower pricing!
Went in with an appointment. Vivian was in an attitude saying she was hungry. Only 2 other clients. I had to wait.Eventually I got a C level pedicure which was the best part of the visit. Very hasty, not at all what I am used to for a pedi. Manicure was worse. Nails not shaped oval consistently. One hand was barely trimmed and so I had near claws in 10 days. In 3 days, one of the gells peeled. Called for a repair. First available time, Saturday morning. 9 am. I was there. Only the hair guy was there. He could not find my appointment. A while later, Hannah strolled in and told me I was rough with my hands. Took forever for them to match the color. I had brought my own tomato red Kiara Sky polish fur my pedi and wanted a match to my manicure but after way too long, trying to match Ted with purple, pinks and oranges, they used orange. What????I was treated like I owed them money fir shoddy work. Yes, foolish me, I tipped both $8 each for lousy, quick work. I’m and out with gels and pedi in one hour. Not a case if you get what you pay for. I paid good money plus too for ambiance I guess. Certainly not a spa event.I’ll find a new place before I ever deal with lazy workers whose work i can do better at home. So very disappointed.
My daughter scheduled an appt to get her nails done. They even sent her a reminder for her scheduled appt. We get there on time and they tell her the girl is not working. WTH I understand things happen but dam give us a call or message to reschedule or something.
Girl up front was very friendly and sweet. As for the lady doing my pedicure took about 15 mins to wait for her to finish with other client which is fine. But, once she started on me took her 15 mins and was done then decided to rip off the toe separators before they are even dried and got polish all over the side of my toes. Definitely will not come back! Usually pedicures are a good 30 mins not 15.
I arrived 1 hour prior to close they said they would ring me up prior to my service, if I could pay now they would accept me. Then when I presented a gift certificate they wouldnt take me said too many people ahead of meTreated me like I was stealing a service.My dad passed away, someone bought me a pedicure to relax but instead it was nothing but problems.When I told her how far I drove, she said, not our problem. She was apparently the owner.
Vaughn is just absolutely amazing! Seriously the best person for SNS I got after work and seriously they’re always so friendly and amazing! I remember once during the bad storms I had an appointment. They closed the store but still let me keep my appointment and I was accommodated!
Horrible service since they got new owners! The tech was rushing even though the salon was not busy. She cut me several times. My nails are uneven and large. She globbed on the nail polish. Sucks because before they had such great techs. Also tips are caah only...i usually dont carry cash ad before this could jusj be charged to your card. Ill never go back amd suggest you stay away.
I used to go to this place all the time. Their pedicures are good but the manicures are awful. Last time I got mine done they were chipping and cracking 4 days after as well as my friends nails (we went together). We went back to get them fixed and the lady was so rude and impatient, did a patch job and sent me on my way. I had an awful experience because of her.
I absolutely love VAN she does the best work for me! Shes very experienced and creative! I really never know what I want, but shes NEVER let me down! She looks out for me! Also Brian does great eyebrows! 10 star rating😉💯😘
All of the staff are professional and are experts at their trade. Nancy does my nails, Kaylee takes great care of my feet and waxing, and Brian makes my hair beautiful. There is nothing this team cant do. Ive been going here for years and it is simply Amazing!!!
This is my second time here, and I love the customer service they give. They treat you with respect. I have brought my sisters and mother inlaw here too they like it as well. They have a good work ethic. They stick to their appointment scheduled.

I dislike the services both times I went for my self nd my daughter. I had compliant before nothing was done. Gave it a sec chance. I am absolutely not going again only for Lashes ,he is Amazing other then tht never again to do my nails or feet done. I would expect much better for the amount of money I spent. I pay good money for good quality nd service I got pedicare $40 nd no ,scrub,no hotel,the normal nd got gel,right feet has less color then my left feet. I dislike this place I do not reccomend. I like the fun atmosphere of this salon. the staff are very friendly and accommodating and this is the happiest ive ever been with a manicure. i was a little disappointed that the pedicure and gel manicure didnt last longer but with their reasonable pricing and fabulous service i dont mind needing to go back sooner than i anticipated -and i am going back!again, i could not be happier with the manicure i got there!😸😸😸
Went for a deluxe pedicure and we are super happy with what we got. Super friendly and professional. We both where feeling very pampered afterwards. We will be back for sure.
My toes came out nice but the lady was super distracted and cut my foot. My nails were ok I guess and they were super rude. While talking to my cousin the lady asked if I was talking about her and I replied with no, because I wasn’t and she rolled her eyes and said “mhm” all attitudey.
Specifically asked if they could do ombre polish and was told yes and sat. I had to ask multiple times for him to make my nails even and finally realized I was going to have no nails because for some reason he kept filing the shorter side down and making them more lop sided. Fine, Ill sand and fix them at home. Once he started painting my nails I noticed he had a shade of blue while the colors I showed were very bright tints not shades (art major) so I asked if we could do different brighter colors. Sure he says and gives me the basket. I pick 2 colors I thought would work and he painted them, clearly not knowing what he was doing he was asking for help and watching videos. They looked AWFUL. I told them we needed to start all over and do anything else because I was going to cry if my hands had to look like that. For the next 15 minutes he (Tom) continually told me I picked bad colors and if I had just let him do it with his colors it would be fine...um OK so why did you let me choose instead of saying hey they wont work just trust me I do know what Im doing. $43 plus tip was 100% not worth that at all. They really should just be honest as I believe there may be a different tech that can do a better job but because they lied I will not return nor recommend them.
This place used to be good but seems like every time it gets worse I recently went in for a pedi for my nieces birthday and the lady who did ours for some reason was probably having a bad day she wasn’t friendly at all! She finished my nieces with an attitude in less then 10 min and from what I noticed her text messages were more important, I asked her for callus removal and threw all the dead skin in the water that my feet were in! I was disgusted they ussaly throw it in a bag, she did a horrible job I think it’s time to find a new place
Vivian is the best! Highly recommend! She did my acrylic nails so well! She takes her time and she is gentle. I had a great first experience 👍
I dislike this place the owner shes was very very disrespecfull with my daughter baby. My grandson was crying then the owner rolled her eyes over at my daughter baby , like it bother her. My daughter saw that and she got really mad because she turned up the music to not hear my grandson cry. Also she doesnt have good customer service at all, they always eating talking with their mouth full. Im never going there anymore.
If you are a new Client the Manager will treat you like gold. But if you are not.... The manager will treat you horrible and not want to help you. After going here for years, I guess its time to switch because I cant figure out why the manager changed from nice to 100 rude. I have recommended so many people to them. Now I have friends complaining about the samething. Very sad.
Went in to get a nail fixed and the woman with dark red/brown hair and a white hollister jacket with a pink design fixed my nail. Not only was she rude, watching a tv show on her phone while doing my nail, the shape of the nail is an actual joke, it’s not even remotely stiletto and much longer than my other nails. Super disappointed.
I have been going to Brian at Azul Day Spa for years. He does an amazing job on my hair. He’s a true professional at coloring and styling hair. I would never go to anyone else. He has never done a bad job, always beautiful.
Ive been coming here for years. Great attention to detail and beautiful nail work, Brian is always my go to guy when it comes to my hair, such a good and friendly stylist. My only complaint would be about the attitudes or customer service when it comes to the nail technicians, if you can handle that, then its a great place to go. I understand its not an easy job, but if you dont like your job, dont do it. There are plenty of other professions and ways that you can make yourself more valuable. My mother had 5 kids she raised aloneca but pushed herself to be the best she could. Im even starting to wonder if its me? Is it my feet? Lol is it that I dont tip over 20%? Whenever I ask or suggest something its like Ive offended them, and thats honestly not what I want. If anything I admire the work they do. I just want to make sure I get my moneys worth and that I dont have to come back for them to fix something. I will return to get my hair done, but Ill be taking my nails else where.
To clarify, I do not have a negative experience at Azula Nails, my girl was at Azula Nails to have her nails done. Witch she very much enjoyed the over all experience, as to where all that I did was sit in the excellent massage chair and wait.
Went in for a fill, and fix of one nail that broke. First off I noticed that she didn’t have me wash my hands before applying the gel. So there’s little bumps of stuff all over my nails under myPolish.The ONE nail she had to apply was completely misshapen and much longer than my other pointer finger nail, and it was incredibly flat compared to the rest of my nails.My thumb nail 2 days after, the gel literally started peeling off the edge of my nail! Like it was still gooey or not cured all the way. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and NEVER had such a disappointing experience with getting something as simple as getting a fill.
Lo did my pedi. He cut my big toe nail crooked, I have boxed shaped toe nail and he messed up my shape. I choose cat eyes design and he did it all wrong, Van fixed it. Lo also didnt remove my callus, until I was done and then had to remove my callus on my heal after he finished my pedi. Completely disappointed with my visit.
I go here for everything from my eyebrows, pedis and Manis, and haircuts. Ive had so many problems with people cutting my hair right but Brian is awesome and gets it every time. Never had problems. Will always be my favorite spot!
Very expensive (68 $) and poor service ... attended by a boy who did not knew how to make me the design I asked .... he went for someone else to finish my nails 😡Unprofessional... My nails ended ugly and with bad finish.The girl at the reception was very helpful. only shes good in this place.
I would give less than 1 star if possible. Went in yesterday for a regular manicure, pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. Today is my birthday and I just wanted to feel nice for the occasion. Ended up having to come home and repaint my own nails after spending a bunch of time and money, and Im out a pair of brand new pants. Find someplace that will be considerate of you, your time, and your money. I arrived at 550pm. Receptionist said it would be about 20 to 25 min. Ok np. I waited a little bit and she then took me to a chair and filled the bowl with water. 640pm and my feet are now in a bowl of cold water with no bubbles. I looked around for someone who might be interested in helping me out but that didnt happen. Finally the Receptionist came around the corner and I asked her if she could warm water and maybe turn jets on. She added some hot water and said she didnt have the piece to make it bubble. Ok np. Finally get someone over to work on my pedicure...I got the basic pedicure......she was a bit rough a first but got better as it went on. Got to the painting part and another individual joined to do my manicure. You would think that having two people taking care of you would be pampering but it was soooo not that. Next thing I know the girl who just finished my pedicure brings a waxing cart to my chair and puts a headband on me. At the same exact time the Receptionist comes up and asks if I can cash out now and how much would I want to tip. All the while the lady doing my manicure is scrubbing my arms with oil and scrub. Before I can process anything theres hot wax on my eyebrow, and my eyelid feels like its being ripped off. I managed to get my card out of my purse with one eye closed and off the Receptionist went. Oh yeah I also asked about a coupon for new pedicure/manicure services that was on their website. Used their waxing services before but abstained from all the other stuff. Anyway eventually the girl waxing me finishes and I open both eyes to see greasy stains all over my pants. I asked the lady would it come out and she assured me it would. Skip to nail polish.....she gets it on tells me that I have to wait so long or the polish will dry weird. Ok then she says to put in front of fan. Ok np. She leaves, pedicure/wax girl leave only two employees left and a couple. I look at my nails and it looks like my friends 6 year old painted them. The top coat dried exactly the way she told me it wouldnt. Ok np. Tell the guy thats there about it and ask if he can just give me a voucher or something for a free polish in the future because Im tired and gotta get home. (Even used Google translate to help with the language barrier) He tells me to wait and calls back the waxer/pedicure girl and tells her to come back. So I wait....ok no. She comes back looks at my nails and offered to fix them right there, but again I repeat I have to go. She offers for me to come back in today and have them done and I refuse as todays my birthday. So today I am folding laundry and the pants from last night are in there. I look at them and they are ruined, the oil did not come out. I am willing to update my review but honestly I went in for a little treat and walked out feeling like I had been through a carwash that I paid waaaayyyy tooo much for.
I visited Azul for the first time. Today, So happy I did—a great experience from the front door to finish. Leon did an excellent job and a good sense of humor. Ill come back and highly recommend.

I really like the job done on my nails. They look awesome. But the staff could have been a little more helpful or friendly. They were just a little aloof.
4 Stars becsuse usually very satisfied today not so much. I was getting my second gel manicure ever the girl just tore them off my nail bed despite my flinching and telling her it hurt. After 4.5 of them she actually let them sit in acetone foils, it was the first time I ever had them repainted I would have taken the paint off myself at home if I knew the standard was to tear them off. My natural nails were left stripped and you could see they were purple and red underneath. She then told me I had bad nails. Gee, thanks. Maybe you could have noticed that after one of them that were stripped I could have been spared having the rest of them painfully torn at. All I had was a straight color applied and I have spots of paint on my skin and she didnt even cover thw whole nail. Tipped 15%, my stanard is 30%, honestly i was too generous. Today was 1 ☆ service. :(
I just had the Worst experience ever at this place. Horrible customer service and a really bad job on my nails. Whatever you do don’t go here. All the good people have left. The guy they have doing nails thinks he is much better than he actually is and refuses to correct his mistakes.
I went to get a pedicure and fill done my toes got done first along with my daughters and my friends by time.my nails got done my friends and daughters toes were dry I went to put my shoes on and my ties were still wet. I informed them and they wanted me to wait even longer when Ive already been there 3 hours I told them I would fix myself and they wouldnt do anything else it took 15 min just to try and take 5 dollars off after everything I got them to take off the amount it is to paint nails and not one apology
Not the best waxing. Had everything but eyebrows done. Lots of hair left behind-not at all effecient. Waxing The City would be better price wise and quality wise also. Nail jobs are good though, Ive gone here for over 5 years. Just very unsatisfied with the expensive wax job 😕
Ok so I been coming here for yrs I love this place. Van is all about loyalty and great customer service. She always make sure my nails are on point and eyebrows need a place to go come here you will love it.
Came in on a Sunday during lunch for a pedicure with a friend... My lady couldnt understand me and my friends lady seemed to understand when I was asking her gal questions but my friend and I were both speaking the same English...definetely a unique experience.... Polish was chipping away on the pedicure 6 days later. Callus remover was $8 more than the basic refresher which was 21 dollars at the time. This calus remover treatment seemed comparitevely lack luster from other places like Kims...Tinas..Regal Nails... Their pedicure pricing is accompanied by odd names like green tea and chocolate. They have a seperate chart that lets you know whats included... But not a place Id choose over Tinas again just to eliminate waiting. Nail design results vary by nail tech greatly in quality but had the standard $5 more design fee.
Friendly people, great service. I have been there 3 times had no issues and loved the way my full sets and toes came out and had planned to continue to go back, until it came time to take off my last recent full set. My one nail had fallen off to find I had FUNGUS on my nail. I went to the nail shop so that they could take off the rest of my nails and 3 more of my nails had fungus! Oh and not to mention they didn’t properly take my nails off with foil they just ripped them off and then charge you 10 dollars for something I could have done at home. They didn’t even apologize and I feel they didn’t even care I have fungus on my nails. I’m 25 now and have been getting my nails done since I was 12 and have NEVER had fungus before. Not sure why I’ve gotten it now!
Did a great job on my pedicure but had to wait a while as my feet were being soaked and the water had got cold. I was told they were short on help. They did apologize for the inconvenience.

My girlfriend and I just left this place 10 minutes ago. She was a walk-in for just a mani, and they did an absolutely amazing job! It took less than an hour and the girl who did her nails was polite, friendly, and a delight to sit and banter with. My girlfriend refuses to get her hair done by anybody but herself ever since a horrible experience in a Persian salon in Dallas, but by the time we left, she was making an appointment to get highlights and a trim done by (sp?)Brian. They treated us the same as everyone else in the place even though we didnt look high class or like we had very much money. 5 Stars all the way. I guarantee that as long as we are in Phoenix, she wont be to any other salon but this one. Thank you Azul Day Spa Salon XD

For the second time I have literally been sitting in this chair for 30 minutes. Appointment was at 1. No water. No hello. Someone will be with you in a few minutes. I will NEVER come back. There are too many professional nail places here that want my business. 45 minutes. Still waiting!
Went in Saturday afternoon and had a horrible experience, not only did she not do what I asked, my nails are extremely lumpy and nowhere near what I asked for, I told her twice what I wanted and she just kept telling it looked good that’s what they do, WRONG. My nails are horrible.
I go in for a appointment that i had made jto days in advance and when i go in i was told the person doing my nails wasn’t even present when i had asked for him. then to be told he’s across the street at another salon which i go to and ask for my appointment there and no one ever put down an appointment for me ever.. it’s really irritating when i have things to do and i had booked an appointment and now i have to wait for 30 damm minutes. horrible service.

I loved the way Lily did my nails but unfortunately she left the salon :-( Now I have to find another girl thats just as good. Ive always had good experiences when I go there. Sometimes it seems like the girls charge there own prices depending on what they do but overall I like the place. Only thing I didnt like is the last time I went in for a pedicure, the girl tried to have me put my feet in pre-drawn water that was cold. When I told her I would like a fresh bowl cover and new water she gave me a bit of attitude.

We just left Azuls nails and had a terrible experience. We called the front desk lady and she said that it would cost 5.00 when we got in the chair the lady said it would be 15.00. When we went to go pay my mom had an issue with the lady. Then she said I can take the nail polish off. Also after we payed she said you are not welcome back 😠🖕🏼🖕🏼
I love the experience but he told me 25 and I was charged 35 with no explanation. Tan has a good sense of humor but needs to make sure the customer understands the charges.

Staff are very good. Everytime I go for a mani/pedi I leave relaxed and feeling spoiled. They have a great variety of services and colors to choose from. The spa is very clean, I highly recommend Azul Day Spa.

Took my sisters and niece to get pedicures and one sister didnt get one just sat there with her feet in water that ended up cold as the lady that should have went to her took another customer on that came in after us.. the rest of our group was done before I could even get a towel for my sister so she could get up and leave.

PSA: just to let everyone know that what they use for acrylic nails is illegal and dangerous, it’s called MMA nails. Look up the definition for more on it. But it’s super bad and can damage your real nails.This place is good and relaxing, I will not be going back because of this.
They are horrible, they do not honor their work. My wife went in to ask to fix a problem that a previous stylist at the salon had made. They actually refused to fix the mess up and dont stand by their work. They also accused my wife of being a thief and trying to get stuff for free
I have been going to this place for years, and there have never been issues. However, I believe theres new management, and I get rejected even though Im willing to wait for their services. They tell me to come back another day, and nobody is waiting. Very rude and disrespectful.

Well I thought the nails were good but I got an infection after so how could of I said something there I didn’t care much if I had an appointment or not that’s why I never mentioned it also I never even received a call or voice mail
I had a good experience up until the last time I went. I got a manicure and the lady took some tweezers and literally ripped off a couple of my cuticles which caused bleeding and sores. I will never go there again.

The last time I was there they took almost 2 hours to do my nails which was red with white stripes and then she got upset that my baby was crying. Or course she is. This set shouldn’t have took 2 hours.
The girl who did my nails here did it so horribly I wanted to cry and I kept telling her right away that it wasnt right and she kept trying to convince me that she would fix it it looked so horrible rough and bumpy. I made an appointment and told them I could come at anytime so they told me four. I waited for 20 min and they sent me to a completely different place. Very unprofessional, especially when I said to make the time whenever worked best for them. HORRIBLE PLACE VERY RUDE

I went to get my nails done the set was so bad that I contacted the owner Peter at the other location pro nails by Tina … the set was so bad that they needed to be removed Peter was so rough removing the set of acrylic nails that he literally split 3 of my nail beds that they were bleeding and he was not even concerned that he did that much damage to my nail beds I will never go to either of his shops and I will be filing a complaint with the state board of cosmetology as well as a law suit against them for the terrible and painful damage done to my natural nails bed
