She did my pedicure, and it was the absolute worst pedicure of my life.It’s barely been a week and it looks like I haven’t had a pedicure in about three months.I usually get seen by Amy, which is fabulous and does an amazing job, especially considering the price that they are charging us.It’s people like this and Businesses like this, that direct me into looking into independent upcoming nail techs And not supporting these businesses.All she was doing, was looking around being in other peoples business instead of focusing on what she should’ve been, which was my pedicure.I did bring it up to the front desk and they didn’t care of much about it as per usual. The pictures provided are from the second. I left the salon.Yes, they let me walk out of the salon with white Nail polish all over my calves and feetNot to mention, she left some of the white nail polish that I had on from a previous On one of the toes I told her that she needed to remove it, and she didn’t went onto complete the pedicure and I tried to correct her while I was still in the chair and she wasted about 30 minutes just trying to cover it up when she should’ve just removed it when I told her
By far the worst experience ever. It started with the horrible customer service. Then I was charged more money for the person to correct the mistake they made on my nails. The full set looks like it got into a car accident with the amount of lumps in it and also have many paint bubbles. I simply asked for a french tip on my hand and feet( not the deep french tip) and ended with a bill of 155 dollars. How? I also came in during their happy hour. They attempted to refuse the promotion, stating that I didnt check in. Which I did. Causing them to get angry that they had to honor it and continued to rush and make mistakes on my nails. Please dont go here. Its not worth the disappointment.I really wish Ive gave them a taste of their own medicine with how rude and unprofessional they were.Also this is what I asked for vs what I gotI asked for the color set but he continued to ignore me and painted them white.
Literally left 5 mins ago and it was the worst pedicure of my life. I usually do my own but wanted a basic pedicure to help remove cuticle build-up near my nail beds. The service lasted around 15 mins and I left with dry, cracked nails and dry, peeling skin that wasn’t there before I came in. The skin on my heels are red, itchy and burn. This was after I was convinced to upgrade to the callus remover package for a better experience. Headed home to hopefully wash off whatever this irritation is. I don’t have sensitive skin and never had this type of reaction in my life.
Came in for a full set and soak off. They did not soak off my nails and instead pulled them off. The tech drilled so deep into my ring nail that I was in pain. When the nails fell off on their own, there was a hole in my nail and it was infected. I sat for two hours for the most mundane and plain nails I have ever gotten. She used white acrylic that ended up peaking through the paint as it got close to needing a fill. The male tech came over and was inspecting her work and even said she lost her touch while out of the country. When I finally paid, not only did they charge me $10 for a soak off, THAT THEY NEVER DID, they then charged $25 for length when my nails are under an inch long and the shortest I have ever gotten them. The nail tech then told me how much to tip and ended up spending $103 on the simplest single color nails. The nails only lasted over a week before lifting and me needing a fill. It has been a two months and seven of the nails have lifted and come off on their own even with fills every two weeks from a much better salon. I came here cause my coworker said they were good but I heartily disagree.
I went in yesterday and I received the best service. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and was very sweet. She painted my whole toe nail which is an issue Ive had with other places before. Also, my full set came out PERFECT. Tammy was the best. She took her time and my nails are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Thank you for such a great much needed experience.
Let me just say that Im only giving 3 stars because I liked the work the girl did on my nails. But after my nails I decided to get a waxing done of eyebrows and facial. The first thing I did was take off my glasses and lay down. The first thing she says to me is “omg” and laugh when looking at how bushing my eyebrows are. I know I don’t get them done often but that really hurt my feelings. And then she was going so fast and being rough. The next day I have these bumps that are itchy and irritated on the side of my neck. Not to mention but the bottom of my eye is a little burned off when she placed the wax on me. I just left so itchy after and I had gone here before and really liked the worked. It just felt rushed and her not paying attention to what I was saying. I was also crying because I hardly get them and my eyebrow hairs are very thick so i am in pain. I just saw her chuckling and getting a wipe to clean it off. I just felt awful after the whole thing.
The customer service is amazing. When I sat down for my full set my nail tech was super sweet and we had a couple laughs even!! She took her time and was really concentrated. She even made sure I liked everything before moving on to the next step like the shape, color, and the acrylic. A bit on the pricey side but if you want good nails with good service then it’s going to be good money. I wanted a lighter grey so that’s why the reference was darker!!!!
Came in at 5:30pm for a nail-fill service, checked in and sat down because they had a wait time. Then I was asked about what design I wanted by Tammy. Waited 30 minutes and the person next to me, who had a simpler design, was told to sit for her set to begin and I was left hanging. Later, a lady who works here came up to me to tell me they were not going to work on my nails, because they didn’t have time for it. I got here in a timely manner, waited, and was declined service. Unprofessional. I will not be coming here again, not the first bad encounter here.
After contacting few other places to check if they can do my nails/ nail art and being told NO, I came across this place on Google.First impression, after talking to a very friendly receptionist, Crystal, who reassured me that they can do whatever nail arts I want on my nails, was very positive and I decided to go there to do my nails.When I arrived at the salon, I was welcomed by Crystal and introduced to a nail tech lady, Daisy, who was also very friendly and asked me in detail what I came for to make sure they can provide me with a service I expected.She then did my nails: a liquid gel on my natural nails + a design. She and her colleague, Tina, was very attentive to details!The final effect exceeded my expectations, to be honest, and Im so happy that I found this great nails salon.Ill definitely go back there next month!Very professional, friendly and talented staff!
Update** I called them so I could just get them taken off. When talking to one of the management, she convinced me to give them a try and have her fix them. She was incredibly confident and I was very impressed with the results! I will most likely be going back to her for my wedding nails! The nails feels so much more sturdy and better quality. She even added a complimentary design. So thankful. Now I dont feel like money was wasted. I left my old post and will be adding the pictures of the new nails too.Basic white gel acrylics in coffin shape- 50 bucksTip- 7 bucks ( so total spent is 57)I dont know if the lady was new or if shes bad. She needs a lot more experience especially if she will charge 50 for basic nails. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because she did try. I cant believe first review I post will be negative but would of liked to know this before going and wasting my money. On the fourth day my nail broke on the six day one of them is coming off. Its constantly getting stuck on my hair and looks like it will come off or break.I did like that she tried to make them better. When we were done she didnt like one and decided to redo it. She took her time in getting the shape right which I liked. What good is a pretty nail shape if they wont last?She had to do so many coats because the nail polish was empty yet decided to still make it work? It turned out okay looking but quality made it useless and a hassle.I chose this salon because of the reviews and pictures. I was looking for a salon I can get my nails done for my wedding. I chose basic to see shape and quality it was a BIG FAIL. I am so close to my wedding and will have to go to another salon to get this fixed so imagine how much more money for a basic job I will be spending. On top of that, I still dont know a salon that will be for my wedding but will be going to the one that is a close second to get it fixed. Who knows maybe I will end up with them.At least for the mean time I will not be trying this salon at all! Especially if they charge the same price for someone who is learning and they wont tell you in advance. Thats ridiculous to me.
Kelly was amazing! She was lovely to talk to and took great care and attention to detail with my nails. I came in for a full set and had something more simple in mind when I went in since I never know what to expect with different nail salon standards of excellence, and sadly I am often dissappointed... but I changed my mind and requested that she freestyle something more elaborate and she certainly delivered! This was my first time coming in and I loved every part of my experience! I love getting unique designs and I’m extremely picky and Sarah did my acrylic set perfectly! She gave me exactly what I wanted and more ! Very thankful for her and also Anna that did my pedicure ! They were so kind to my boyfriend and friend as well. Thank you! Definitely my new spot .
I love this place. Keolley is the best nail artist Ive ever had. So reasonable on pricing and has integrity. Had a nail set I didnt love and she completely redid them for me. Ive never consistently gone to any salon because of bad experiences but this salon changed my view on acrylics. HIGHLY recommend and ask for Keolley if you can but honestly any of their artists will do a great job.
Do not be fooled by the google pics!! my sister told me she got charged a whole $70 for short french tips nails when they told her $50. this is ridiculous. do not trust these people. she told me the name of the salon and i recognized the place immediately. i went here a couple years ago and they gave me chunky nails i didn’t enjoy and ended up soaking off a couple days later. these people should be ashamed.

Absolutely terrible wait times (at least an hour with an appointment) and they grossly overcharge. a medium length french tip cost me $110. the nails look nice but isn’t worth the cost or customer service.

I had been looking for a new nail salon. Im happy that I decided to try Best Nail Salon! Lucky me also happened to get Linda to do a French manicure on my natural nails. 3 weeks later and it still looks like a fresh manicure! Its a very nice looking salon in a convenient location. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
This was a treat for my mom and aunt. They both loved their pedicures, esp the massage. I like my pedicure also. Its the manicure that Im unhappy with. The older woman with short hair doesnt know how to paint or design! Do not go to her! My nails have a bumpy look even though its gel. None of my nails are the same shape, some squared tops, ovals and rounded corners. The lengths, well, theyre off too but not as noticeable. The first coat of clear she put on she put the brush in the middle of my nail and rolled the brush in circles! If I would have seen one of the other girls, I would have asked them to finish.As for the price, it was higher than I pay at home but this is where my aunt wanted to go. The older woman showed me the price chart again and pointed to a higher one than I picked out and said not charge. I paid the bill and figured out later not only did she charge me...she over charged! I was supposed to get a 15% discount but she added it instead of subtracting it! No wonder she hugged me and said love you. So happy Ill never go there again! But if you do, dont go to the older woman with short hair!As soon as I get home Im getting my nails done again. What a waste of time and money.
Used to love this place. Staff are friendly but I went in for a eyebrow wax and was unsatisfied with the service. I’m guessing my eyebrows were sloppy because it was busy and she was in a rush. I left with Un-even eyebrows, very un- clean looking, and small cuts on my brown bone ( I have scabs now) I had to fix them when I got home and tried to make them as even as possible. First 3 photos are right after the service and before I evened them out and last photo is a day after the service with the scabs. Would not recommend for eyebrow waxing.
I’ve been coming here for two months now and everything was so good until my last two visits. About two weeks ago, I asked for a new set and one of the male employees used an acrylic nail to remove my nails which he ended up ripping off one of my real nails. I let that experience slide and gave them another chance with removing nails. I was specific that I didn’t want them removed with an acrylic nail because it’s painful. One of the female employees proceeded to remove my nails with an acrylic nail and ripped my real nail from the middle which is killing me in me right now & then cuts my cuticle sharply which was bleeding throughout the whole process. On top of all the pain I’m going through, the dip powder wasn’t fully removed, my nails were not cut properly, & my cuticles were not cleaned. The audacity to charge $20 leaving me with bloody, painful nails is just so unprofessional. I will not be coming back here ever again. It’s so frustrating when nail techs can’t follow simple instructions & rush such process knowing the client is in pain. Leaving the nail salon with them looking like this was so unacceptable & I’m extremely disappointed.
Lovey ExperienceFirst time at Best Nails and Spa yesterday, and I would highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and competent. Diane gave me a relaxing and thorough pedicure (the fresh grapefruit was a nice touch!), and made my toes look pretty. She then proceeded to give me a gel manicure that exceeded expectations. Reasonable pricing in a cozy salon with a neighborhood feel... creative and talented technicians. What more can you ask for? Make this place your next stop as you prepare for the holidays.

I have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 1/2 years now. There are salons closer to home but not as good.They are always super friendly, clean and listen to what you want. Many times Ive come in with just a picture for an idea and its done. If your nails dont meet your expectations let them know and theyll fix it right then and there. Thats only happened to me once but they fixed it with no problems or attitude and even agreed with me.I usually go for fills and a pedicure and leave feeling much better than when I came in.Also, if your into nail art this definitely is the salon to go to.Love, love this place!
I love this place! I have gotten my nails done by Larry and Vincent and they always deliver! All the staff is friendly and the ambiance is great. I live in Goodyear and it is always worth the trip. I am very picky when it comes to my toes being done and they do a great job with that as well. This place is definitely worth a try.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here, first time coming in and all my wants were met + so much more! Staff is beyond kind, professional and very enjoyable. It was the first day that everything was open during the COVID pandemic and let me tell ya, they went above & beyond to ensure everyone was safe and felt comfortable. All staff wore face masks, plus everything was being sanitized & cleaned around the clock. Lily did such a beautiful job on my pedicure and Vincent exceeded my expectations on my full set! He was patient with me and listened to what I wanted, asked me how I wanted my nails and followed through with what I asked. Not once did he seem “annoyed” when I asked to file down a bit shorter due to the fact that I type a ton at work and too long of a length wouldn’t work for me. He was very kind, funny and personable! The entire staff took care of us very well! Especially after a long & busy day with so many clients coming in, they were still very attentive and smiles all throughout the salon! I will be stopping in once my current set grows out and I’m looking forward to another great experience in hopes of making this my new go to salon as it is 5 min away from my home lol THANK YOU to all the staff at Best Nails 💕
I have been going to this salon for over two years. I have had a few minor issues with them in the past but nothing to prompt me to stop going here. However the last time I went just 3 days ago to get a “full set, just regular pink powder with clear gel top coat”. I get this almost every time I go it is usually around $65. However last time I was charged $90, when I questioned it she said I could pay it and then speak to the nail technician about it. However what is the purpose if I already have to pay the bill. A few weeks ago early September I got a full set for my birthday with designs and various different colors. Some how that set was $85. Below the brown nails are $85 and the pink nails are some how $90!(Both same length and shape)
Love having my nails done here. Needed my polish removed for the day. They were really great about taking my polish off and doing a manicure then letting me come in the next day to have polished applied. Thank you, my nails look great.
I love this place. They are very detail oriented with fingers and toes. The staff is friendly and they are experienced at what they do. Also, reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and go see them soon!
And I was the one that did my nails did a fabulous job very gentle very patient. It was the first time I was there. I plan on making another appointment.

I have been going to this salon for months. I am very disappointed how they have damaged my nail bed because they only DRILL off the overlay. I thought the overlay would help my nails grow. Which it did but they began to split and break. I have very strong nails and wanted to keep them that way. My nail bed should not be burning or my cuticle hurting. I agree the CUSTOMER SERVICE is BELOW ZERO. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. It’s not even been 30 days and 3 of my nails are broken off. They should change their name because clearly they are NOT THE BEST.
May experience here was mediocre I have three people just to work on my nails. While being overpriced by $90 just to do a simple set. It took 2 hours to get done. I did tip because I felt bad due to the fact that the last person to do my nails have to leave at 5:00. Nonetheless Im not coming back.
This place is amazing. Sometimes a little bit difficult to converse with some of the people. They all create a very happy atmosphere. Vincent has been doing my nails for quite some time now. I have yet to have a complaint. I have heard a couple people come in and frivolously complain however they always make it right even if they are not in the wrong.
I love it here, even tho I had to wait two hrs because of miscommunication it’s ok now hands r done and getting my pedi to relax lol 🤷🏾♀️
I highly recommend Sarah. She has been the only nail tech that Ive ever gone to that listens to me and gets me right every time! The first set I ever got from her lasted me almost a whole month before any damage or breakage. I recently got a Full Set and Pedi and they both came out SO CUTE for valentines day 😉💕
Overpriced and walked out with a hand of nails I didn’t even want to look at. They were too thick. I asked for brown with a chrome white glaze like a glazed donut and she put green chrome over the brown. Add in two nails popped off within a week.
I’ve been going to this nail salon for months not only are they professional they do great in nails. Until I got the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail shop . I was getting my toes done everything went great until I got to my nails The lady started my nails where she got halfway through and told me I had to get out her chair because she has an appointment she then made another employment get off of his break to do my nails where he then had an attitude Snatched my hand to attempt to do my nails not asking what I was getting I refuse service and I am very unhappy that I was not able to get my nails done because of this unprofessional woman. She should have never started my nails if she had an appointment that was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
I came in yesterday for a full set and paid 60$ (which I dont mind). However, my nail tech cut me three times and ripped my own nail while removing old acrylics. The nail clippers she used were also rusty. My hands have never hurt this much after getting my nails done. On top of that, the nails did not come out looking good. They came out very thick, goopy, and uneven. The design I asked for was unfinished. I tried to DM the salon to come in for a fix but did not receive a reply.
The technician used a dirty pumice stone on my feet. I asked for an overlay which was not received in full. The managers excuse was that they’re not good with acrylic. The end result was a disaster . I was very unsatisfied. These people are unprofessional and the place is dirty. Even the cup holder in the pedicure chair was filthy. I will never come back.
I went in here for the first time today and had a horrible experience. I went inside and let them know I wanted my current dipped nails removed and then a regular manicure with clear polish. I was the only person sitting in the waiting area. She said it would be ten minutes. My sister came in about 20 minutes later and requested the same service. After about 30 mins they took my sister to do her nails. During this time I had 3 employees stop and ask what service I wanted and then walk off. Other people started arriving. After about 30 more minutes my sister came over and said she was completely done. The woman that did her nails then took a different person that had been there all of 5 minutes even though there was another woman who had come in only 5 minutes after my sister and I had been there before any of them and none of these people said they had an appointment when checking in. Then a different nail technician came and asked my sister if she needed anything else and why is she still waiting. I just said I said I’m leaving and started to get up. My sister than told the lady why aren’t you taking her she’s been here forever and first? So the lady turned to me and said what do you want? I said nothing just forget it I am leaving. It’s been over an hour and a half at this point. Neither of us had an appointment and neither of us had been there before and we both wanted the same service plus I got there 20 minutes before her. They obviously just pick and chose who they want to help. No clue on what it’s based on because it wasn’t the service, the appointment or who got there first.
I’m actually obsessed with my nails!!! The free hand and the creativity is just so amazing!!! Can’t wait to see what the next set will look like 😫
The experience is ….The first thing is it’s a odd smell like water with pipes that needs to be changed — it’s not the worst smellThen i seen these tiny roaches there were 3The small ones that can get into your ears & hard to kill since they multiple like crazyThe ppl are kind & they took care for pedicure services but… my ocd is too bad for thisI didn’t do my hands / just feetNo color I just left. Nails looked like that for 2 days then the chips and cracks came. Manager fixed it and then 3 days later still not right. **They have a fix it free within a week policy**Came back to get a fill because maybe they would be better. Asked for gel (Dianne), new nail attendant (Tami) informs me its acrylic. I knew it!! Needless to say 3 days later and my birthday weekend the jewel fell off and tips began to chip. They are the worst. Second chances didnt fix it for me.
Wait an hour and 15 minutes before they could get to me 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes I was not satisfied with my Nails but still paid $40 and went to another now place never going back....
I didn’t want to post this review because my previous experience at this location was so great. But then I thought about the fact that without constructive criticism, how do businesses get better? So here it goes.My experience with Tammy was great. She did my full set 3 weeks ago before my bday and did a fill for me this time. I love the shape she gave my nails. Although I couldn’t do the ombré design I initially wanted, I really like my Ferrari red nails too.As for the pedicure, that may be my last time getting one at this salon and I’ll tell you why. I. never caught the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure. He led me to the chair, made sure the water temp was to my liking, and handed me a menu of the services available. I chose to go with the basic $30 pedicure since I didn’t have much time for extra massages or treatments. The gentleman asked if I wanted gel polish on my toes or callous removal. I said no thank you. It was at that moment that I felt his energy change. It’s as if he didn’t think I was worth his time. He didn’t trim my nails properly and barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet with the pumice stone (he actually swiped each foot with the pumice and that was it!). I didn’t realize how bad the trim and filing on my toenails was until I got home and touched the nails. It was so bad that I trimmed them myself right then. I feel like my money was wasted. I could have done a much better job myself. It’s sad to think that you can’t get a decent pedicure without spending $50 or more there. I hope my experience was the exception, not the rule.I’ll visit this salon again but the jury is still out on if I’ll bother with pedicures there. I may need to find another salon for pedicures who does better quality work and respects that I’m spending my HARD earned money with them… even if it is JUST $30.
Great pedicure and manicure. However, being charged $3.00 to use a debit card, they just lost a customer. After my services, my bill was $68.00 and I tip very well. I dont believe the customers should be charged. Thank you for your services, but I will now sever my services. Thank you Anna- a dam good technician.
I love this place iv never had my nails look better and i wasnt even nicked or scratched with the drill or nothing. my expectations may be low but this place brought them up higher. ill def be coming back
Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and excellent service. I got nail nails and a pedicure. The were perfect! The nails are beautiful long lasting. My feet felt amazing weeks after as well!

Good pedicure service. Not enough scrubbing or proper callus removal.Seems as if; if one is not willing to pay for the most expensive full set one has to wait or change their mind. Money is not all. Comfort wins you more customers.
I had gotten a gel mani/pedi on Sunday March 3rd and at the time I loved it, the color was beautiful and I felt so nice an relaxed afterwards. Though come 2 days later my gel nails were already lifting off of my nails and parts were chipping away. It is now March 11 and my nails were so lifted that I was easily able to just peel them off. I am so disappointed because my husband had bought me this wonderful gift and yet it was ruined by people who may or may not have been doing their job right. Oh and not to mention my pedicure (which was the “deluxe” version) my callus’s were not removed all the way and my toe nail polish is already chipping.....Either way I’m not coming back.
Not worth the 39 for a pedicure. Not a fan of the cheese grater foot thing but had clauses so I just went along. I came home and had worse feet than I went in with. I gave one star only because they did a good job in my daughters Mani. If possible I would give no stars. No scrubningbof the feet, hardly any time in water; which would have loosened the skin upmore. Just a bit more work with the pummise stone and I would have been happy .I honestly could have done a better job if I was able to reach my feet. I will net be returning at least for a Pedi.
I absolutely love the results of my nails. The owner, Damon, worked on my nails in collaboration with a program I am in. It did take a while but only because of how precise and on point detail he was. Not only that but he was very reassuring and handled my nails with upmost care. My expectations were absolutely exceeded!
I would leave no stars if I could. I called ahead of time today (on mothers day) saying I wanted one full set and one manicure (for my mom and I) and the lady I spoke with said how far away are you and I told her I was 10 minutes away. she said it was fine. I get here (ON TIME) and they tell me she already left and that theyre only doing pedicures. they wasted my gas and they wasted my time. I already have my toes done and I was initially told that I could get the full set done and my mom her manicure but once I arrived they said pedicures only. do not come here, they will just waste your time. I will NOT be coming back here and Im going to make sure others know not to come here aswell
When you walk in you check in on an iPad , which is super convenient. The salon is welcoming and clean . Frank did an amazing job on my fresh set. He got the coffin shape perfectly. Attention to detail was on point . If you are looking for nail designs this is the place . 10/10 recommendation .

English barrier is a bit tricky, young Asian man is your got to for translation. I figured that out too late.
This was our first time here as we just moved into the area and well definitely be back! The pedicures were awesome and the wonderful technicians were very professional and friendly! The prices were a little high but overall very satisfied!!

I cannot express how amazing this visit was! My friend and I have been trying to find a good nail salon to make our own and let me tell you... AMAZING! The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and well managed. We got in a little late but they still decided to see us, I have never been this happy with my nails. Great conversations, truly professional job and not a bad price! I have to give an extra shout out to the tech that did my nails Damien. First visit. Bit of a long wait. Had an issue with the set of nails I got. Went back twice for fixes. The second time, Mia, did the fix. I have to say, the job she did is absolutely stunning. The first person I encountered, after leaving the salon, commented on how pretty my nails are. I will definitely be back, and Mia will be my go to for nails. I also appreciate the salon being so friendly and accommodating with both fixes. They genuinely want their customers to leave happy.
I’m not a person to leave bad reviews but I went to take off my SNS dip and the lady literally left my nails horrible. I was very disappointed on the way she did them, right by my cuticle the lady took a big chunk off of my nail and now their is an indent in my nail from the electric nail file and she did it to another nail as well and blamed me for the incident. She said I needed to look away from my nails because I caused a slip when I didn’t even move. Then they charged me almost the same amount I would have gotten a new color on my nails for and it was very upsetting. It happy at all. Will never go back here again. They had no Sympathy at all for me at all and didn’t care. Just cared about me paying them.
I’ve been coming here for years, but I’m finding a new salon. A married couple used to own this salon, but it looks like the wife is gone and the husband is now dating one of his techs. Since the wife’s been gone, the quality has gone severely downhill and the prices they charge are completely made up. One day, one tech may charge me $65 for a fill (the wall says $45) and another may charge $90. No design. No shaping. Plain colored powder stiletto or almond. Last set I got, 3 nails popped off within 4 days. They’ll fix them for free, but it won’t be the same tech, so they’ll be different in shape and color. So unprofessional. And who has time to go to the salon every other day?? I wish I knew where the wife went, I’d be going to her.
Very happy with my new set & the attention to detail. Owner was kind and efficient. He stopped to make sure I liked how they were coming along during each step & was open to walk-ins! Will definitely be back :)
I am a regular at this place!!! They are timely, clean, and they have the friendliest staff. Theyre also super reasonably priced! I have taken my husband, and my parents here and they all love it too! Ive never waited more than 10-15 mins. for services, and they just always do an amazing job. LOTS of color options, and many service options to pick from. Definitely go see them for your nail needs!

I had to write my first review about the salon! I came in after I had went to another salon who didn’t do a great job despite the great reviews. This was my first time going to this salon and I think that they have got a keeper! I went to this salon base on the other comments and photos on google which were great. I showed them this photo to the left to the receptionist to see if this was something they could do and I was seen right away by Larry. He did an amazing job and that means a lot coming from me because I am very picky. He took his time which I appreciate because the experience I have had is that they just want to get you out the door ASAP which I understand but slow and stead + diligent work = a better tip. He had me check his work each step of the way to make sure I like them. This was my first time getting almond nails and I love them!!! The receptionist was really nice. The salon was very clean. They also had cute little princess pedicure chairs for girls the the back. They even had a snack machine, ATM and additional sign in computer. definitely coming back!
Been looking for a nail shop near me, So anyway, I was very very pleased with their service! I was a walk in ( first time there) and had someone within minutes. I had Vincent, he asked what I wanted and I let him know. But he was on it! I explained that the last nail salon I tried last time sucked! He was very on point and made sure my nails looked awesome! He recommended the coffin like nails, might go with all my tattoos 😆 I wasn’t to sure about it but I said sure why not! And I absolutely love them! I definitely say, go to this salon! I give 5 stars wishing I could give more!
Ive always had great experiences here but tonight was even more excellent, Tony did my nails and the outcome is impressive. I messed them up a few times before I left which was all my fault and he was very patient with me in fixing them especially right before close. Stephanie at the front desk, is always welcoming and talkative, which I love about this place too. If youre looking for quality, this is the place to go! They can do mood changing, matte and they have the creativity to do really anything you want. 10 out of 10.
My favorite nail salon hands down! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are efficient, quick and do a very wonderful job. Even when they are busy they are accommodating and fit you in. Vincent did my nails today and he did an amazing job!! The owner makes it a point to ensure youre satisfied and taken care of. Cant say enough good things about Best Nails.
DO NOT COME HERE. Why did I call and make an appointment for 2 people only for them to no service me and tell me that it’s busy when I arrive. That’s why I called ahead of time. On top of that I am the only Black person in the entire shop and they sittin here taking every walk in ahead of me. They were rude and dismissive. The racism is palpable. Do not go here.
Ive gotten my nails done here a couple of times. The first time they didnt go down far enough to the cuticle so my nails looked like I needed a fill within a few days. The second time my nail broke off after just 4 days!! Not to mention when I told the nail tech the shape I wanted they didnt bother to listen & I had to go home and reshape them myself with a nail file to my liking. My sister also got her nails done here and went back for a Fill and it took the lady 2 hours just for a Fill! The lady also obviously didnt know how to do the design my sister asked for so my sister had to go back to get them fixed since she had already spent 2hrs there and had stuff to do. When my sister went back to get her nails fixed, the original nail technician who messed up her nails in the first place stood right next to the other nail tech who was fixing them, laughing and smirking and talking in their native language so my sister couldnt understand. Making my sister TOTALLY uncomfortable since they were obviously talking about her. To pay $50 - $75 dollars for a Full Set is an OUTRAGEOUS price for the quality of nails & service you get from this Salon. Best Nails is CLEARLY an over statement because they do not provide BEST Nails save your money or find another salon.
I came to Best Nails and Spas because the service at the shop I normally go to has been slipping. They had the best reviews in the area where I live and Im so glad I decided to come in. I made an appointment for a pedicure. I arrived a few minutes early, but they were ready for me. The service was prompt and courteous. The technician continued to check in on me to make sure I was ok. Every moment of my pedicure was enjoyable. And the paint job looks great! Might be my new spot!
Im so upset. I didnt even have them a full week when all of a sudden they ALL started lifting of my nails from the cuticle up, causing them to bend and break my skin and nail underneath. Lots of bleeding and pain for $120. I will NEVER come back. I only went here because it was closer than my usual salon at the time. Next time Ill take the drive. Save your money and go to Enjoy nails in Avondale. Way cheaper and they never fail you
Went here for my first time this past weekend due to a friends recommendation. I was very disappointed in my visit. First off, we are still in a pandemic and this salon has notices outside their shop masks are required and must be worn. However, that is not the case there were tons of customers who were not wearing any masks. The most disappointing was even the employees were either not wearing a mask at all or wearing it improperly. I was dissapointed in the service I paid for as well. I had told the nail tech three times I wanted a gel manicure she did not listen and just decided to do a rushed manicure with polish. She ignored me completely and what I had asked for and only talked to other employees. It has only been 3 days and my nails are already chipping. I could have done a job like this at home and not wasted my money. Overall, I am very dissapointed with my visit and will not be coming back. Word of advice when you find a good salon, stick with it do not try new places!
They need some type of an appointment system! The people that work there are nice but I booked an appointment for a basic pedicure and a full set both a solid color with no design. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait to be seated for my pedicure. And then had to wait again once that was done to be seated to start my nails. I spent almost 3 hours there. Ridiculous. They apologized but this is not the first time I’ve had to wait an extreme amount of time WITH an appointment.
Worst pedicure. Asked for a classic but was charged for a delux and refused to adjust the price when I said something. my nail tech couldnt do a butterfly design so I got nothing else offered even with. 4 available ladies but not one could do a simple butterfly design for one nail? Was there with ny daughter for 2 hours. Her acrylic design was nothing like the picture. If you cannot do the design why say so knowing its $80 service. Worst $180 ever spent
Damon and Mia are the best! They are very professional and good at what they do.Update: posted this a while back. Since then this place has truly went down hill. Damon as the manager is never present or available. I came in here less than two weeks ago now to get a full set (short) and a gel pedi, with my two big toes being chipped I had them fix it with acrylic. However each time I’ve been in, they don’t know what they are doing. This is my 4th time in the last two weeks going in to fix my toe nail. Not to mention I paid $170 walking out the first time plus an additional $10 each time I’ve been in to fix my toe nail. Employees treated it as it was a major inconvenience. Definitely not worth a $200 service, I’ve been coming here for years but won’t be coming back. NOT WORTH THE HYPE!
My daughter and I went to get our nails done here . I have never paid so much for my nails its outrageous but since it was for a special occasion I thought what the hell . The next day my diamond fell off my toe which of course I had to pay extra for and as I looked at my nails I noticed the nail tech didnt really do a great job filing my nails plus both of our nails started to lift a few days later . Its been a week and our nails are popping off. I would not recommend this place as much as they charge we shouldnt have problems at all !
I have been coming to the salon for over 6 months. The nail techs are simply amazing and customer service is always good. I have had services provided by all of the techs. I am definitely particular about who touches my hands and feet. Christine is amazing with the dip powder and Denny makes my feet feel like I am walking on air. They look great too! My mom drives from the East Valley because they did such a good job on her Mani/Pedi.
Where do I begin? First of all the place is dirty. The worst experience eve!!! I feel bad for regular clients who come and except these services as they don’t have anything to compare them with. I wanted to have a pedicure with a 10 minute massage. The nail technician used half of my massage time to pick up instruments, clean them. I thought OK. The massage was a joke! Just petting my skin. If you think that it is less expensive than other places in town, you are mistaken. It is the same price but 20% of service. I should have offered the technician to visit my regular nail spa where you would fall asleep during the massage. Please don’t go there if you can help it!
Went here regularly prepandemic and always had good experiences. My first time going since then and the prices have gone up and quality has come down substantially. They dont seem to clean tools in between clients. And the tech I had scrubbed my toe so hard that it opened the skin. Paying $40 for a pedicure you should be getting top of the line treatment and this is no longer the place for that. Time to start looking for other places to go.
Poor service, sloppy work and had to come back for a fix due to lifting. Sloppy repair. Was charge $60 for a fill and still have to deal with most of my nails lifting. Lady up-charged me because she didn’t like that I was vocal about seeing the lifts in my nails. Not knowing I understand their language.
Manager was very rude to me and staff. After approaching her about my my nails looking like I could of done them at home she never apologized for the situation instead stated yelling who did it, who did her nails. I was short in time then I asked if I could come back to get them re done and she just looked at me and with an annoyed tone she said I just prefer to take care of it now. It made me wish I didnt say anything but if Im paying for a service I think I should be satisfied and not be treated like an inconvenience. At the end I got my nails done again and was satisfied but the way manager approached staff and handled the situation was embarrassing. Staff is the only reason they are getting a 3 instead of a 1 star review.
Linda was my pedicure specialist. She was awesome. She was able to take her time. I didnt feel rushed. She got rid of my calluses!
(Continued Review)For the third and final time, I called in advance. I asked about the white tips, thinking it meant French Tips. The lady over the phone told me it would be $30 plus $5 for a longer length and $5 for a shape. I went in, asked for white tips on both my nails and feet. The feet came to $27 and they looked great! When I got to my nails, she asked me if I wanted the same as my toes and I told her yes. She began doing them. She chose tips that were a little too big for my fingers, firstly. She applied the white polish sloppily and the top and sides are not covered. I can still see the clear acrylic. They’re very bulky. At the end, it was their closing time. I figured I would let it go, pay since it was cheap (because they won’t give refunds, only reperform what you asked for but I’m tired of being disappointed!) and not come back again. When I got to the register, she told me it came to $82! What!? When I calculated, it was $55. $27 for the toes and $35 for the nails! (I got classic pedicure $22, with white tips $5. For my nails I got white tips $30 plus length $5. Plus the 10% discount I get) I only had $70 on my card, the remainder of the money on my card was suppose to go towards some necessities I need because I have my own health issues going on! The card didn’t go through, It showed I only had $70 available. So I explained to the manager that my total should NOT be $82. He looked me in my face, said there was a confusion and the he would take the remained that’s left on my card. Before I could even say anything, he clicked the button to make the transaction go through and CLEARED ALL THE MONEY OFF MY CARD. I was FED UP to say the least. I began voicing my frustration and disappointment with the nail salon, so he gave me a $10 credit instead of giving me my money back!!I WILL NOT being going back. I swear to you, I DO NOT recommend this nail salon. The manager makes excuses for his employees and they do not listen to the simple instruction you give them with the nails that YOU ARE PAYING FOR. If I could give them a 0, I would. 1 is the lowest!
This nail place is the worst. the techs were rude from the moment i walked in and were on facetime while doing my nails. the nails broke off in less than a week and was $50!! a waste of money. the acrylic didn’t even cover my whole nail and you could still see my natural nail underneath. i also asked the lady doing them to make them shorter and she refused to do so. so rude to refuse a request that a paying costumer makes. i ended up having to take them off cause one broke off and they were too long since i go to a veterinary school. the prices on the website are false and need to be updated. worst experience ever. i also paid extra for the better pedicure and she didn’t even message for the time.
I got gel acrylic nails done today. The guy who did them was very nice, he was new. Things happen. I wasnt upset but I paid full price (minus the gel) for nails that were severely messed up. I had to pay $40 at another place just to get them redone. Manager was very rude & didnt care that my nails werent done correctly.i was there 3 hours getting them redone twice and still left with them messed up. Do not reccomend this place. I also got cut twice
So I called ahead of time to see if they had any available spots for a pedicure. They agreed and I showed up two hours before closing. Felt very rushed the entire time and she only took 10 minutes on my feet. I got the hot stones and hot towel and she just patted it down not even really a massage. She did not scrub my heel. After the rushed appointment they were harping on me to pay and I repeatedly explained to them how I was dropped off so I had to wait for my ride to pick me up since my boyfriend was paying. Then they continued to make fun of me in Vietnamese.
My daughter and walked in and Kelly was awesome and her and Logan took us in right away. We loved the service and the staff there. We both will be coming back! Thank you Kelly and Logan
Pricey but definitely worth it!! I get French tips mostly and its one of the best French tip pedis that Ive ever gotten! I also dont get ombre white tips to often but decided to go all out and I dont regret it! Also extremely well done!
Stay away from this place. They will gouge you. My wife went in to get a pedicure and her nails done. She told them exactly what she wanted with pics. They told her they couldnt do it. Then they proceeded to do their own thing with powder coating which she said she didnt want cause its over priced. Then after she complained they pull a manager over who then said oh we could of easily done that but maybe next time. Which there wont be a next time cause were never coming back here again. Then they charged $130 for a pedicure and her nails which shes never spent more than $80 a sitting here. I made sure no tip was left. These people are rude, ignorant, and only after your money. They barely speak English fyi. Stay clear and save your time and money.
I have been coming here for years, the wait time even with an appointment is some times crazy but nothing really worth finding a new salon. However, recently their prices are outrageous, which they just makeup as you go. Paid $60 dollars for nails that has always costed $45 dollars! No design, nothing fancy, just short acrylic nails with polish and a matte finish. It may be time to find a new salon as prices depend on the day I guess.
My friend got a great nail tech who did an amazing job on her nails! The woman that I got seemed as though she was rushing. She had a bad attitude and my nails turned out all different lengths, completely streaky, and oddly bumpy. We waited nearly 30 minutes after our appointment was set to get our nails done.

After going to many nail salons and walking away dissatisfied, I began the quest again, to find the nail salon that has it all. Most of the nail salons near me have become the “fast food” of the nail industry. With high volume, quick turn out and sub standard service. If all you want are quick gel or dipped nails, then these will suite your needs.If you’re looking for a relaxing visit, trained technicians with a good knowledge of nail art, then Best Nails deserves your attention. Felt so nice to sit in a big chair at an individual tech station instead of a long high bar crowded with clients.I’ve had a pic on my phone of the nail art design I wanted. It was a design that had to be hand drawn and not just dot, dot, dot. The last place where I had my nails done, tech said, oh, that take special tool, can’t do that. They also were pushing the nail art stamps, which is not what I was after. I had to settle for a simpler design from that tech.My Best Nails tech, Vincent, looked at the design, walked over to their enormous wall of colors, and matched the pic to the colors perfectly! My nails look so friggin cute! Nice to have a nail technician that takes their time to put out a good product.
Nice salon, but just decent service. My main complaint was that when my pedicure was done my nail technician just walked away and moved onto the next person. No helping me put my sandals back on or any verbal communication that it was over. She also didn’t ask me what shape I wanted my nails. She just started clipping...The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful though.
I thought this place was amazing when I first came my boyfriend and I both got pedicures, I got a full set & my eyebrows done & it came out $130 it was prefect. Today I got my nails done & eyebrows & was $112 plus tip $128.80... the design did NOT come out ANYTHING like the picture I showed him & my eyebrows are super thin now. Let me also mention that they told me the wait was gonna be 5-10mins and it took them 35mins to sit me down. I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back.
Had my nails done here a several years ago but went elsewhere, probably because its a little more expensive than other locations. But I went back most recently to try again. Vincent was my tech..we were talking about that n he said its because they use better products...ok.This time I had one nail replaced along with my fill-in. The tip that was replaced wound up growing a fungus not 2 weeks later. I went back to have it taken off. And the salon doesnt carry anything to treat it. Im a little upset about what happened to my nail. There werent any air bubbles or moisture underneath. Were the tools dirty? Dont know. ...He said it happened because my nails were thin..?? No, I dont think so. Anyway, not going back.
My nail lady Mia did an amazing job on me and my sister sets. This was are first time here and had the best Experience every Mia is so nice and very precise and professional when it comes to are nails. Shaping amazing Nd she is very good with customized nails. Great place to come
No point in making appointment they will still have you 20 mins waiting. Even in you makeAn appointment with a certain person they will seat someone else with them! Not to mention getting tossed around multiple times to different nails techs just to waste your time and to be practiced on! Also talk about different size nails and thickness not consistent. I use to actually like this place but lately they rush to get you in and out and could care less about quality and care!!!! I will not return and take my business some where else.

I have only been here twice so far but I dont think i will be going anywhere else for my nails!!! The inside is just beautiful and a very relaxing environment. The nail specialist Ive had both times is very kind and does an amazing job. When we went back the second time, we had to wait a little while because it was two days before mothers day and it was busy. They just kept apologizing for the wait and they all were very kind. I never had a BETTER experience at a nail salon!Its TRULY THE BEST NAIL SALON 💜
Most unprofessional and and unrealistic when it comes to prices and services actually performed. The Manager/owner has the worst attitude Ive encountered. I dont mind spending good money , for good service! Half of her techs cant speak English, and had other techs try to explain how I wanted nails done. And even after waiting 30 minutes for manager to correct issues, manager didnt do any better! Spending $45 for crappie pedicure, that took over an hour-- All I can say is stay away ladies! This salon sucks. Go elsewhere!
I came to your nail salon today after a very sad upsetting and stressful experience at another salon called classy nails they are far from classy and far from nice.I walked in the door to your salon told you what I wanted and it was no problem to have it done with a smile and kindness from everyone around me .sometimes a great attitude is worth paying the extra price Thank you I am very pleased with my nails and the environment.

I just did my nails and I got exactly what I wanted! I can be pretty picky and unsure, especially after having bad experiences at other salons, But my nail tech Vincent was so patient and nice and he helped me choose my colour (sunny yellow). The receptionist was also super helpful and pleasant. If Im ever back in Phoenix Ill definitely come back.
Rude tech who happened to be the Manager.I do not live in the area and drove out of my way to go here. I had scheduled an appointment that didnt start until 30 minutes after the appointment time. Defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. This was on a Tuesday in the early afternoon. There was no apology for the delay. The tech was constantly on the phone and attention was diverted elsewhere numerous times, extending the visit even longer than necessary. During my service, he stated to me that the salon wasnt supposed to schedule him for appointments and that he only does the REALLY long nails. The innuendo was that he was being inconvenienced and I was wasting his time for not wanting 5inch long stilletto tips. Then, he mostly complained about how busy he is and about having to constantly watch his staff. I witnessed him being visibly aggressive with slamming things and just griping. Needless to say this was not the relaxing visit you expect when wanting to take time out for yourself. Ive never encountered anything like this in all my 20+ years of getting my nails done. Im a business professional and attitude & presence is huge in my book. The work itself was good but the visit was far from pleasant and the experience itself left MUCH to be desired.
I have given this place three tries to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time my experience was okay, nothing amazing, but nothing horrible. Second, I got cut on my manicure and my pedi wasnt the best. Third, Denny did my pedi and was amazing but I got cut three times on this manicure and the gel is lumpy and doesnt cover my whole nail. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but Im not coming back.

The workers are nice but its too expensive. I paid $70 for short nails and the design was rushed so they didnt come out that great. Also, the sides of my nails were not painted. On top of that, the nail tech drilled my cuticles and made me bleed on 4 of my fingers!!

My artist was so detailed, a wounderful change from the place I was going to. U could tell that she cared it was my first time there and although she didnt speak English her son answered any questions that I had and she even went back and cleaned up the dead skin cells that were missed on her own! I never know how much to tip and Im on a fixed income and gave what I could I did feel like she was a little mad at my tip but it was all I could do and I wish I could of tired more. Over all a nice place they are experienced and talented and clean I would definitely recommend this place!!! Oh and they used ornge on my feet for even more exfoliation!!!!

Im very picky about my nails, from the length to the width and the thickness. I was not disappointed in coming here for my first time. I was so impressed that I came back the same day and brought my mom for her fill and we both got pedicures. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it here.
My pedicure was good, but on my next trip I also got dip nails and without asking me he started to put acrylic on top of the powder which Ive never had at the 5 other salons Ive had dip nails at. They looked beautiful but were thicker than I wanted (which is why I got the dip nails in the first place) and they lasted less than a week before cracking. And guys, Im a computer programmer, not like a roofer or anything. Also at the time I went there was a language barrier that made it difficult to get exactly what I wanted.
Ive gone here on and off since it opened and was pleased with the service I received, but Damon has taken it to the next level. :-) He did my nails before before I left for my wedding in Oahu, Hawaii and my nails were perfection on my wedding day! He is an artist and is not satisfied until you are satisfied!
I absolutely love the work that the people here do but I have to be honest the breakdowns on the pricing do not make any sense and they are not ever explained… Prices are also going up their cheapest pedicure currently is $28 with a bare minimum service. The workers here are great and they do a great job but I am looking to find a new place because it is so expensive I just paid $45 for a fill in with gel polish.

We all like the work we received.I received a gel mani/pedi2 daughters recvd gel mani1 daughter recvd acrylic cat nails.the reason i docked a star is because i requested not to do gel nails for the little girls - they did anyways. i realized later they didnt have or i didnt see regular polish. great friendly staff
Beware dont come here! I would give this place No Star at all, if i had a choice. The service sucks and theyre alway rushing. The staff were rude and dont pay attention to details and your needs. The lady that did my nails her name is Amy she was rough and poked my finger and made me bled. I would never go back to his place again. I wouldnt recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Absolutely love this place! Mia always does an incredible job on my nails and I always leave happy! Shes really personable and talkative! 10/10 would recommend if you want bomb nails that are consistently good everytime you visit!
I went to this salon to get a pedicure because of the great reviews and the great pictures. Everything went smoothly until I sat down in a chair. The water was cold so I asked nicely for it to be a bit warmer. The woman helping me dipped her finger in the water and said something in her language to her coworker and they laughed. She ignored my request and started prepping, then went on to tell me to put my feet up to start removing the gel polish and poured the bath salt in the water. I asked again, nicely to get warmer water, wondering if she perhaps did not hear me well enough the first time and she mumbled again to her coworker, this time in English and they laughed even harder. I got my stuff, dried my feet and began to get up and then she decided to grab me to stop me from leaving, saying “it’s ok” She’ll do it now. Needless to say, I left.I will never go back here and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Barely 5 minutes in the salon and that’s how you treat a customer? No thanks
I went in and had my nails done by a guy named Toni a couple weeks ago. I would not recommend going there to have them done by him. I had a full gel set put on. He was SO rough that my fingers were bleeding and hurt for days after. I could not do anything that involved my fingers being used. I had a hard time driving how bad my fingers hurt. He said its because it is a fresh set. I have had my nails done for ten years and this is the first time to experience this. Not only did my nails hurt but they looked terrible. He did not measure them before applying them. He was just grab and glue the entire time. He glued the nails not only to my nail but to my skin. The nails were wavy, thick, and impossible to remove. My real nails were peeling with the fake nail as I was having them removed. I went here because my friend went and saw a girl she refers to as the tall skinny one with the channel mask however she was so busy she didnt have time and they said Tony would take good care of me. The cost was convenient and the service was quick, but the service provided was as if though he had just started doing nails yesterday and not 20 years ago. Overall the spa is beautiful and clean and it has a nice vibe to it and everyone is friendly.
Im so beyond frustrated. I went to get a powder dip manicure for my trip to Maui because I didnt want to risk breaking a nail while in Hawaii. The nail tech barely prepped my nails, saying I had already done a good job shaping them myself, put NO PRIMER on my nails, and took less than 20 mins to finish. He was tugging on my arm and kept telling me to relax. Here I am, less than a week later and ALL MY NAILS CHIPPED! A horrible chip that caused me to have to remove them all. 40 bucks for less than a week of manicure. I feel like this place used to be so good but no longer cares about quality and only cares about quantity. Its a shame because my kids go to school with the owners kids but this is the reality of my experience. Being in Maui, I cant go get them fixed for free. Damon should have a talk with his nail techs.
I have looked so long for a good place to get my nails done. I enjoy getting my nails dipped in the powder. Most salons, after days of getting my nails done, my nails are peeling from the top coat. After getting my nails done by Best Nails, not only does the product last but my nails last up to about 5 weeks as well. No chips, no breaks, and my nails stay healthy as well as grow. If you need a nail fix, within a week of getting your nails worked on, they will fix the nail for free. Diane is a great tech! Ask for her! She sits in the front of the salon. 😊 Highly recommended!
I had nice service a nice lady who did my nails. Im concerned about sterilization at this location. I saw a lot of metal tools just laying about. No designation as to whether theres a clean pile or a dirty pile. Nail polish left tons of bubbles or it could be the top coat that hit the floor and then was applied, but they havent chipped yet.
I dropped my daughter off to get her nails done. We got a quote over the phone, but they charged her a different price when I left. Be careful. They are not honest. They will take advantage of you.
The nail tech who did my acrylics did not blend the acrylic into my natural nail so that there is a random bump where it goes from natural to acrylic and the color never got close to my cuticle so the nail looks like it needs a fill already. Overall my nail tech didnt listen well and did beginner work while the nail tech working next to mine did amazing nails and nail art for their client. Paying $88 plus tip for these nails was not worth it
I originally was very happy once I found this nail salon, but today I had a not so happy experience. I went in to get a nail fixed & I picked out what I thought was the correct color to fix the nail, when we applied the color we realized it wasn’t the right color, & instead of him getting the correct color, he said “just hide your nails, & come back when you need a fill.” Mind you I just got my nails done 5 days ago. I paid for these nails, why would I want to hide them, when I don’t need a fill for another week and a half? Very unsatisfied.
I’ve been going here for years, and Stephanie is by far my favorite human I’ve ever met in the nail industry. Her pedicures are always the pinnacle of perfection. She takes her time. She’s professional. I send everyone I know to her. If you need your toes done or even a pretty gel manicure.. SHE’S YOUR PERSON!
Very poor quality, I went in to get a simple manicure and was put in a chair. I had a guy do the first hand and then he was pushed out of the way by a lady. I was sitting here with my nails Unfinished waiting. When the lady came back she talked about my nails and how disgusting they are. I was sitting there right in front of her. When she got done I asked for clear and had to tell her I want clear several times. I got clear and my nails aren’t even clean nor are the trimmed. I will never go there again.
Longer wait then anticipated or quoted but worth it Damon really cares about his customers and definitely made things right. thank you for an exceptional experience and my beautiful dip manicure. I will be back 😊
Sitting in the shop as I post this.We Found this place, last weekend, after my friend told me about something called SNS. And how I had to do it! I was not disappointed. The staff and the owner are something special. Friendly and knowledgeable. And I loved it.Yesterday I broke one of my nails, (a fight between me and the laundry basket. It won.) and I rushed here Sunday morning to see if they had time to fix my nail. Not only did he not charge me to fix my nail, which let’s be honest doesn’t happen anymore. He even redid the other nail so it matched the new color... and didn’t charge me.I’m a mom to a young child and don’t spend a lot of money on myself.. to get my nails done was a treat for me. One that Best Nails and Spa made amazing. And I can’t wait to come back!
Upon making my pedicure appointment today, I’d realized Best Nails and Spa has been taking good care of my toes since 2016. Even when I moved 15 miles away, I still use their services. They deserve a glowing review! BN&S techs supply a superior service using superior products. Their attention to detail is quite impressive. And their store is clean & tidy-I had that opinion BEFORE The Virus affected our lives. This nail salon is a hidden neighborhood gem, a diamond in the rough. Please make an appointment & try BN&S.
This place was great. They gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had and i loved how my nails came out. Plus they have enough staff to where even on busy days the wait isn’t very long at all. I would recommend to anyone.
Waited for 30 minutes for a pedicure she did a great job but I needed a fill too. Was told it will be Just a few minutes. Knowing a few will be about 30 I was ok with that. Then the 30 turned into 60 minutes. Told just finishing up and your next. So 90 minutes pass and guess what still not getting nails done. Now it’s to late to go anywhere else ever one closing. So after closing getting to nails but know they want To go home so 4 hours later and no nails done,
Place is way over priced and not even good. They were rude when I told them how I wanted my acrylic nails. They messed up my cubicles and nail beds which made them bleed and scar. Did not listen when I wanted them shorter then what they had done and argued that i said this is what i wanted. In the end I didnt even get the nails I wanted, even though I showed them a preference photo. Over all, never coming here again, over priced, bad service and bad qualities. The place on 43rd and union hills are way better.
My nail stylist Mia did an amazing job on my nails. She made them clean and made them worth the money. I suggest you to come here and ask for Mia cause she can make your nail dreams come true. She made mine come true today.!!!
My cousin went in for a full set, she asked for one color only & coffin shaped. They charged her $80 literally for the simplest nails, due to a “expensive” Valentino powder that’s only $9 online. She asked how much the pricing would be, but the male nail tech couldn’t provide her the answer and told her the “Boss will tell you after I’m done”. They should have provided that kind of information before the powder was going to be used. Price was not reasonable for the work they did. We learned to ask questions before anything for next time.
My nails are not the same length on both sides. One nail is slightly cut at an angle. And one nail isnt even glued on to the nail correctly I am very upset with my nails. Im not sure if this lady that did my nails was new or not yeah Im not happy with my finger nails but my toes look great!
It was my first time going, had an appointment for 4:30, wasnt seen for a long time, got to the pedicure, the tech was not listening to what I wanted, didnt perform the things I was requesting during my pedi, argued with me about gel polish on my toes, I ended up having him not even paint them at all, still have to go home or pay for someone else to do the pedi correct. All my toe nails were different shapes or crooked. I sat in a chair filing my own toes while waiting for a full set while employees thought it was funny that I was sitting there doing it. Fast forward until sometime after 7, finally get to my nails, tech was very nice but did not want to listen to what I wanted AGAIN. Disappeared twice, and my nails are not very good, they look very amateur. I try to be aware that people have off days and whatever excuse there is, but when Im paying for something, I expect to get what Im paying for. Its not like I paid for a $10 mani/pedi
My first time going to Best Nails and Spa, I was recommended by go there by a friend that got her nails done for homecoming a few months back. They are honestly the best, friendly staff and friendly conversations when get your nails done. Im also in love with my ombré nails, it was my first time as well to get them done and Amanda did amazing 💖. I will be comming here more often for my nails
