Unless your 16 looking to get ripped dont waste your time or money.A blunt wrap for $6? I bought a candy bar for $50. You have me confused sir.

My Hobby of 50 yrs one day lead me to this little smoke shop.At least 1200 square feet full of high quality products of all sorts n tastes.Plenty of room for people to shop in with clean floors and no broken or crammed together piles like in many stores.Every time we go Rico & others treat us courteously and even have time to develop rapport with people like us.And its called Bobs!You need it they got it and youre happy at transactions end.ThankQ Guys

When you find YOUR smoke shop, its a really good feeling. I walked in and was treated like a king, the V.I.P. treatment. Rico gave me the time I needed to pick out the perfect glass, without feeling rushed. When we went to ring up my purchase, I was expecting the price to be around $100. I didnt even pay half that price...Guys, this is the spot.

Chose to come here because of all the positive reviews and bought a battery, but it stopped working the following day and had a full charge. I brought it back to swap it, but was told they couldn’t do anything about it since I didn’t know who sold it to me. There goes $30!

I bought an apparently overpriced vape here, and when I bought it I asked if they had a return policy specifically. The vape worked for two weeks and started misfiring. I tried to return or at least exchange it today, and the kid that works there refused to help in any way and claims he never said that. A valpereso vape for $120. Never going back here.

If you don’t know about this shop in the Phoenix area you’ve been living under a rock, might as well change yo name to Patrick star. It really is a one stop shop! Anything and everything they will have on deck. The good people that are running the store makes an constant effort to stay up to date with the latest and greatest. Didnt realize I paid $175 for a puffco peak 3-D chamber and quick fix. Check your prices before you leave. Quick fix is $20 not including tax and 3-D chamber should have been $90 without tax. Definitely on the expensive side here. My fault for not paying attention but seems expensive AF out the door.

I have my medical card have for a long time been to MANY smoke shops never any issues. Only at this place. just needed some cones since left my extras at home. usually buy cones in the 50 pack even got the 200 pack of cones and never an issue so i thought i could get 3 to hold me over. apparently this is the only place that is unwelcoming to younger legal patients. i am welcome to shop literally anywhere else. very disappointing

A nice gentleman set me up with a durable rig, and I chose a glass bowl I liked, and he gifted both my friend and I lighters representing our astrological signs (LOVE)! When I got home, I realized the bowl did not have a hole (can’t use a bowl with no hole! Hehe). I called to ask about their return policy. I was in quarantine while my roommate was testing positive. When I returned, it had been over a month. They said they usually couldn’t exchange it this far it, but we’re actually grateful I didn’t come in and expose anyone. He exchanged my bowl with a new one (this time with a hole!) and gave me some free hemp wraps! I will be going back, thanks guys for all the help!

Called to ask if they had a certain type of hemp smokes I wanted and was told yes. I left my route to work to go grab them quickly even if I was gonna be late because I needed them only to come and be told they were out. I had only called 5 minutes before. Do not recommend based on the customer service.

My first visit at Bobs smoke was very unusual. Upon entering Bobs I was greeted with prompt and welcoming service. Which most smoke shops are from my experience. Thats where it ends.First off what I almost did not notice amongst the wide selection of products was the fully functioning climate controlled cigar room. Stocked with quality decently priced cigars. Various Macanudos, Moderos etc. So that was a welcomed option for a smoke shop. As in this is an actual smoke shop. If you catch my drift.The staff especially (Brandon) was very knowledgable and informative. He knew his products and good products they did have. (Pax, Pax 3, Santa Cruz, the ever popular Pufco, quality glass pieces, complete accessory kits for the brands listed. The list goes on.Seriously believe the hype. I had a brief conversation about Trumed as well as a couple other dispos and he knew his business.The selection is great. The pricing depending can be flexible and they offer extra discounts (not uncommon) at smoke shops I know.However the selection, knowledge, value and caliber of service from this shop is top notch and is what sets it apart from most of the smoke shops in the Valley.My only regret is that I wish I did not live towards the East Valley so far from this location. I would however even consider the drive here for the right product...!

I can get 2 MXJOs for 8 bucks a piece at Vanity Vapor. What a rip. Also, I asked when calling ahead of time if the batteries are fully charged at purchase. He laughed and said well not really, all batteries are pretty much ready to go. Whatever that means. Well, I bought my mxjos fully charged. At my regular shop. 🤷‍♂️

Great little local vape and smoke shop. All the folks that work there are great or better. Pretty good selection of vape products. Cigs, of course. Decent cigar stash, and, unless I am mixed up, a nice humidor room. For a local mixed type smoke shop, they are pretty hard to top. But, it really does come down to the folks that work here that make place so above average. Of the places I have bought tobacco or vape supplies over the past few decades, these guys are one of the consistently 2 best, and Id not like to have to rank them.
