I go to all sorts of dispensaries throughout Phoenix. This place has some of the best specials if you keep an eye on them. Place feels very comfortable. Never pressured really into buying anything priceyOnly thing I will complain about is how the Cc and paying with CC is a 4$ fee. At mint it is 1 dollar..
I love that I found this great dispensary I gave 3 stars because of the peoples vape I bought two of them and well they taste burnt and smell like Burnt hair. So it’s kind of a disappointment that my first time coming here I got great deals but a waste of money because two of the vape carts because the taste of them and they are both different kind of strains.

No organization for online orders like at every other dispensary with a separate register and/or line, just everyone mixed in. What’s the point in ordering hours in advance just to wait 20 minutes in line while people take their time reviewing every product and having small talk. When the line is building up it’d be good to check who is already waiting on an order and who is browsing. Had to bail on other items would have added to purchase and picking up vip elite gift for the month since had no more time. Missed entire lunch break and getting other errands done just so could pick up an order placed hours earlier.
Our bud tender, Mark was super helpful and knowledgeable about the sales and what types of strains would benefit us the most. He took his time to explain everything, he was honest, friendly, and very polite. He also is going to mention to the CEO of Hana to let him know that us Flagstaff folks would love to have a Hana dispensary here, the amazing deals and the V.I.P offers are so much better there than they are here. Highly recommend this dispensary!!!
Good dispensary. But the recent freebies were dutchie prerolls from July of last year. Disappointed and tossed them in the trash. 2 diff strains and both smelled like dry haystacks. Not trying to get a headache!

Bad experience here yesterday. I walked in and showed my ID to security. She noticed my birthday was the next day. 6 hours away. She hyped me up telling me to go tell the Budtender to get a freebie. I went to the counter and the Budtender told me nope. He didn’t care. He just wanted to talk about dirty heads that was playing on the radio. Lame. Told me to come back the next day. Lame again. So why the heck did the first employee hype me up like that. If an employee hyped a customer up like that you probably should just honor the deal. Every time the two guys are working the register I get bad vibes and bad service. Left with a bad vibe. Thanks.

I went here for the first time last week and was super impressed. The security guard was very friendly so felt welcoming right when I arrived. The receptionist was really nice and the waiting room is large and clean. They also have an ATM in the lobby if you dont want to stop by the bank on the way there. When I went into the store, my budtender was really knowledgable and had great recommendations for me. I saw a lot of favorite local brands and was able to get edibles, vapes, concentrates, and some flower. Hana grows their own flower they told me and I have heard their strains are awesome. Overall, I thought the dispensary was really nice, bright, and friendly. Oh, and they also have lots of parking. Ill definitely be back again.

I put an online order in for two RHO syringes. This is some of the only medicine that gets me off all 9 of my pharmacy meds.. I NEED it. The store had it on leafly but not in their actual store. Tells me you are using an outdated system as your POS should automatically link with the products online. The budtenders tried calling me for a substitution but I never got a call… so after an hour instead of cancelling the order (I would have gotten a notification from leafly app) they let me drive 20 miles to tell me they don’t have it and they have crumble instead… ANY EDUCATED BUDTENDER would know crumble and Rho are completely different products and they should have cancelled. No, you guys were trying to get a sale because it’s always dead when I walk in there. If you were trying to help, you actually made it worse by not taking customers time AND health into consideration. I was clearly irritated and a good company would AT LEAST offer a fee pre roll. I don’t even smoke pre rolls but it’s the principle of it all… your bait and switch tactic is rude. I walked in at 10:38am 12-12 and walked out at 10: 40 and received a leafly cancellation at 10:42…. Awful customer service

Hana does not care about their customers. Make sure when you order online, make sure check its correct before you leave. They told me I was suppose to make sure the online order that was already packed was the percentage THC that I ordered. I got all the way home to Maricopa and they packed the wrong item. Then I called to speak with someone and they didnt want to help me. They advised they will give me 20% off my next order and was rude. I called again and they hung up in my face. They didnt honor their promise. Unfortunately I will not be back. Be careful check your stuff or you will S.O.L.

Last week i had a terrible experience. All of a sudden the Hana house flower is leafy and strange looking. Also I ordered something entirely different online. I have been here several times and usually a good experience. The excuse of we are working out a bad batch? Dude I just wanted to make them aware and give me what I ordered. Instead I had a red headed manager guy argue with me and give a lame excuse and shoo me away. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. You guys are going to lose a lot of business!

I have been to dispensaries in Juneau and Anchorage Alaska, Seattle and Arizona. I must say that Hana is by far the best one I have had the pleasure of visiting. The pricing here reflects a serious acknowledgment that medical and recreational cannabis dispensaries provide a needed service to the community and should not be in business to gouge the customers with high markups. I went there on 420 for the second time and was equally impressed if not more than my first time there. The selection and quality of the flower and concentrates are top shelf, at a very fair price. As with any dispensary, your experience can depend on the budtender you get. I’ve had great results here in those regards as well! I was so excited about them carrying Headband Flower. I had called earlier in the day just to make sure it was true. It was for under 8 dollars though… I should have known. Got a BOGO for 2 grams total, and this weed has no smell, dry as a bone. I don’t even want to smoke it. Quality is just not there. Major disappointment..

I was a first time fan a Hanas... The staff were Stars and the service Five Bars...But the second time to go Hanna said no. The Security Watch Guard said no weapons take the knife to the car. I had not in my 3 or 4 years going to dispensers no one has ever ask me to put my pocket knife in my car. Im 70 years old I wonder who the Guard thought I was a threat too? I ask if I could just leave the knife with him. I was in the hospital for 3 months and still recovering so I have the Medical Marijuana Card. Walking can be difficult. So headed to my car realizing the bad negative vibes the Guard was projecting on to me. To say the least the Guard could have be polite. As a elderly person I am accustom to be addressed as Sir. A good Business is built by good and friendly people. Not Petty Tyrants on power trips.I decided there was too much negativity happening at Hanas to have a enjoyable experience. So me and my pocket knife headed over to the Cannabis Jar where the Vibe is always Positive...No one said a word about the pocket knife...

I love this dispo. One of my absolute favorites, most of the time the only one I go to. The hoomans who work here are incredibly sweet and down to earth. I never feel rushed or treated poorly no matter how much I can’t stop talking, they even laugh at my awful jokes. Ms Panda is the one who stands out the most in my mind. She makes every visit pleasant and feels like I’m talking to someone I’ve known forever. Her knowledge of the products and level of service are out of this world. 10/10 would come in again…and again…….

For sure call ahead and make sure you are looking at the proper products in stock, their Online order system through their own website has products listed that we do not have in this state. Person I got to speak with on the issue also did not care at all, wasted over an hour in the car to come out for products you don’t even have. Not a great way to spend the afternoon. Even placed an online order that got the packed notification and everything, would have loved a call stating oh yea we don’t even carry these products here lol
I thought this was THE best dispensary, they are as far as prices on halves, up until recently their loyalty system. I wouldve thought they would have a better than average BDay special(s) to my sad dismay, super disappointed.

Edit: since the below incident, I have gone back one time against my better judgement and boy has quality dropped. AO halves are more expensive, and a bunch of bottom nugs, white seeds, and larf. I got the gg4 and it was garbage. I would not recommend to anyone .Original review:Went in after work to get bogo quarter because order wouldn’t go thru online. They had 1 quarter left, so not enough for bogo and said they are putting together more it will be 30 to 40 mins and they also said to put it thru online next time…. I tell them I tried and it wouldn’t go they, but I’ll wait in the lobby since my drive is way out of the way and they said cool. They kept checking and telling me they’re almost done: 30 mins later dude comes from the back saying it’s gonna be a long while. A LONG while. They couldn’t bag up one more or even do anything for wasting my time waiting around. Not the first time I had bad customer service there either. Just depends on who you get.. sometimes dude is grumpy and will hold bag 6 feet from you and tell you can’t touch it or see it but to pick one. Which seems really sketchy considering what you find in the bud.Other times you get Samoan dude or couple of the cooler people and it goes good… also the quarters from AO tend to have seeds in them.. the little white ones that get caught in the buds… and I picked a palmful of other seeds from one quarter as well..I get it’s bogo but at least let us know about seeds ahead of time.. also have found human or animal hair in the nugs, which I can only assume is the people who pack them up in the back., as it is done in house..overall, I will not be returning as they wouldn’t do anything to remediate the situation after they told me numerous times they were almost done and then nothing. Customer service is where it’s at for me. Sales are a dime a dozen and you can get the same herb everywhere. Probly with less seeds and human hair too..Will not be returning and will be deterring others to do so as well via Reddit and word of mouth.
Went there and purchased Candyland strain, which was clearly labeled as 29% right on the shelf. House strain so its visible. Get home, package says 23%. Big difference, very clearly falsely advertised. Clearly you didnt read my complaint because I said I saw the percentage on the shelf in your store. Not online. You cant check the packaging because its in their hands... So explain that to me?

Olivia was an absolute ANGEL on our first visit here. They knew the answer to all of my questions and curiosities about a number of their house flower and preroll products, particular the dutchies, willies, and their house brands of whole flower that use the same exact bud. Olivia was delightful, was super helpful in suggesting a product we actually weren’t aware of in the exact strain we were searching for, and helped us get a killer deal on it. Check-in was a breeze, it was nice and calm and the whole experience was one of the hands down best experiences I’ve had so far in an Arizona dispensary.

Every time I come in to this place I am treated with the most upwards respect by every crew member but one person in particular stands out further than everybody else except that redhead guy I always forget his name.TONY C every time I come to him its always with little to no money in the middle of the week but I just got to get by couple days I say Tony I have $30 and this BOGO you guys sent me brother what can you do for me. Tony says if you let me do my thing I will get you hooked up and you will be leaving with change. Ok what do you have for me he tells me I can do 8 g for $29 of pure high quality smoke. You cant get that anywhere else that is not of any kind of quality Hannah has the best deals the best customer service and the most knowledgeable understanding bartenders we possibly have in the valley I am so overly ecstatic with you guys now when you sent me a link to review you it was in the utmost discretion. I only write bad reviews look on my past reviews you guys are amazing and Tony c I hope Hana keeps you happy because you keep us happy which makes Hana happy. The budtender was really even keeled (dont know about yall but bubbly disney-esque demeanor is off putting to me cuz your being fake or to a lesser degree your detached from reality.) But Tony was patient transparent and realized there was a big error and set in motion Upwards to rectify it and also by doing so coincidentally solved my indecisive problem. He has in this 1 experience done more by me than all my other visits. In a way more was less .because the people before were nice attentive but not productive in resolving why I came there in the 1st place
Just the worst of the 3 dispensaries I frequent. No variety on the brands they do actually have, not many deals, rewards program is junk and they close super early on Sunday, and often do not receive the freebies unless I know about it(usually when you spend a certain amount). Its close to me so yeah I bend over.
Hands down the most best dispensary I’ve ever been to and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Recommend Hana dispensary over ever other one in the state.

First time in a dispensary. Was very impressed with the cleanliness, brightness, and friendly staff. Brandon was great, took the time to listen to my story and make recommendations that made me feel confident. Their selection of products and strains was almost too much to choose from. Prices were great too. Very happy with the whole experience.

I find myself coming back to this place more than ever its just feel so right being here. From the time the guard opens the door and I shoot the breeze with him for 10 12 15 minutes till I walk over handle my ID and go in the back and people are so courteous and knowledgeable and kind thats what attracted me to this place I mean most dispensaries are the same way I just I feel at home when I come here Im not trying to sound corny or nothing I really do like coming here so yes I love this place and you will be seeing more of me and I will be hungry for more.

Love the atmosphere, employees are friendly and doing there best to accommodate the patients. Wish the online orders took precedent over walk-ins though. Makes no sense to do an online order and when you get there you are still waiting in line like you are a walk in. Online orders should be in and out quick with no changes to the order to make the process seamless.
Like I told the young lady who helped me this morning. Hana is becoming my favorite dispensary day by day and consider I have been to most of them multiple times. It’s such a quick straight forward experience if needed and if not they can take their time. Overall nobody will compete with them on daily deals. If you’re smart and learn to check up on your fav brands Hana will have at least one day with it on sale. So content with my multiple experiences there thank you!!! PS use the Hana dispensary website and earn a 5% stackable discount it doesn’t sound like much but with tax being at 26% you will thank me later :)
