They repaired my Zong for me at a reasonable price and quicker than expected. Glad these guys were around to help so I didnt have to trash my piece. For anyone curious this fix cost $60 plus tax (yours may be different depending on the break). Also everyone who worked there was BIG Chill 🤙

Cheapest prices for high-quality. Ive been to most of the other good at shops in town and this one is by far my favorite.. this shop has the biggest collection of custom blown glass as well as biggest selection of bongs in phoenix. They have all price ranges from decent and affordable quality, all the way up to the top of the line. I am a cigar smoker so I truly appreciate that they have not only the biggest selection of cigars in this part of town but also one of the freshest selections. The staff is always very cool and very knowledgeable and are always willing to help. The guy that I had a hard time finding, I talked to Austin the manager and a week later they had it in stock for me. I bought a puffco from them a couple years ago and I appreciate the fact that they always have the replacement parts and accessories that I need. This should be anyones first stop for smoking needs. Its my favorite store.Just came in to buy another glass piece, they have a new shipment of some amazing pieces. I believe they are the first ones in town to have them come they are new designs with amazing colors. Be sure to come in during 4:20, I was just in there and found out theyre going to have super deals for 4:20.

Probably my last time coming here service went from five stars to one star, they are hiring people that bring this place down, we come here each time and spend 70 plus dollars each time normally and I used to love coming here, first weird encounter we had was about a few months ago the guy is ringing us out and has to tell us how we loved a nipsey hussle lighter that they just sold, we never have shown interest in Nipsey Hussle Im guessing because we are African American we like nipsey hussle, we continued to come after this because we normally get great service, however, tonight was the last straw for me. I walk in to pick up an item and Im waiting in line another gentleman comes in after me and starts getting helped as I wait in line the gentleman that was getting helped lines uo behind me. The man at the counter called the gentleman up to be helped I politely informed him that I was next only to be semi embarresed/made fun of because the man ringing him out him says “ I can help you in front of all these people if thats what you want” while laughing at me with the gentleman he helped. I come here after a long day of work to get the things i need not to be belittled or treated bad. People come here from all walks of life i get it but please treat your customers better.Edit to respond to owner, please review the cameras after i was in line, Im aware where i was standing when looking at the incense. my complaint is when i was clearly in line. i have no reason to lie about the interaction but after this response it shows i will just take my business elsewhere. Any of your originally employees you have in there would vouch of how much i support as well how theyve never had a bad experience with me. To lie about the situation to make your review and customer service is very sad. I hope you go back to hiring people with good service and not just anyone. It will hurt your business or change your clientele for sure, have a great one

This place is fantastic! Many beautiful hand made pipes and pieces to look at. They also sell kratom, small and large size bags and capsule bottles. The staff was very friendly and even gift wrapped my purchase with actual wrapping paper and tied a bow with strings. This is a 1 stop shop for anything a smoker would need. Wow! What a Great Experience!! I was there a little over a week ago and got Great Service!! Partially because of that, as well as Great Selection. I returned this Evening!I had a few different needs. Some I wasnt exactly sure of! However by the time I left. Not only did the gentleman from my previous visit remember me and help. But he was with a guest when I got there. The other Gentleman who assisted me did not skip a beat. But then, a sweet lady also came over to help and by the time I was through. 3 different people helped me buy 3 different things! I go here all the time, never have a problem always get good service. The outlier is the larger red headed guy who always kinda has an attitude and never seems willing to help in the same way everyone else who works there. It all came to a head when I came in for a tank replacement and a woman helped me out, I go to my car and the tank is too small. No biggie, I go back in and ask to switch it out, she is stuck on the register but this guy walks over and says hell help me. I tell him the problem and without even looking in the case he tells me there is nothing he can do that they dont have the tank. I ask him to just, you know...look? And he again reiterates that they dont have it. I ask him what were gonna do about the tank I just bought, to which he bluntly replied that there are no refunds. I walked out. I wont be coming back, either.

Usually when I walk into a smoke shop I love to look around and just sometimes check out the glass without being bombarded like a car dealership. This smoke shop was far from that. They let me patiently gaze at their amazing and detailed glass art work. I was not hovered or rushed. Now you can forget about their collection. Ive never been to a shop with this kind of intricate of work and so many different artists. Some of these pieces I only thought I would see in images on the internet. I would never have imagined being able to see it in person. They were kind, helpful and its very clean. There is more than enough of a selection to choose from and each piece is very unique to each artist. Its a for sure just see.

Been coming here for years and have been in many times and what honored for my disability. Just was turned away for the first time for having a disability and was told that I should “just do it” to something that would physically and mentally harm me. Not to mention they have ridiculous prices for average glass... Will never be back. You lost a long-standing customers with that one. I urge you to go somewhere else.

Purchased a torch at closing one night, got a receipt just in case it didnt work right, and tried to return the defective lighter 2 days later in the same brand new condition just to be told they wont return or exchange it and to purchase a new one, thats their store policy. Super disappointed in your customer service. I wasnt looking to get money back as I totally understand that policy, I just wanted to exchange for something better suited to my needs and that actually worked correctly. I reccomend revising your policy to working with your customers to make sure theyre satisfied with their purchase and also it would be a good idea to let them know upfront that there is no returns or exchanges even for broken lighters. Will not be ba k to give them my business as there are tons of better smoke shops that actually take care of their customers

My friend brought me into this shop, its right down the street from my house and ive never been in but after he brought me in ive decided that its one of my favorite smoke shops. Second visit now. This place is amazing, part store, part art gallery. My first visit, I came looking for a specific type of bong. They not only had one, but a selection. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, and they look happy to boot. I did some real window shopping that 1st visit, leading to the second visit. Some gadgets I spotted on the first. Its all good smoke shop is bar none the best smoke shop hands down. There prices are incredible and a wide variety of stuff to choose from that would fit any smoker needs. An if by the rare chance and I do mean rare chance they dont have what your looking for they can custom make you what you want. They made me two custom pices with with the ashes of my wifes mother in them and they were amazing. I will not go anywhere else. They have my business for life thank you guys so much.

All the staff I have met here are awesome, they are very knowledgeable about the products and they give you honest insightful answers to sometimes obvious answers. They are friendly and their glass is top notch. You can tell there is no Indian or Chinese garbage glass here.

Really cool place. I came in expecting one of the many other smoke shops Ive been to with crappy service and creepy clerks. But I was surprised by a legit gallery of impressive glass and great customer service. Got what I needed fast, and left with no complaints.

I didn’t catch the guy’s name but he had long curly hair and was super helpful. 100% recommend this store AND this employee. They have a wide variety of everything and by far the most Naked and Reds brand vape juice I’ve EVER seen. The guy helped me fit new glass onto my tank after mine had been broken for a while. I bought my vape mod in Ohio and have never seen the brand in any stores here so getting parts is always a pain. This guy took the time to make sure the glass piece fit before selling it to me and I’m so happy it did. My hero.

I have mixed feelings about this place.I love the fact that they blow their own glass. Some of the pieces are truly amazing and imaginitive, but most come with a hefty price tag. I saw a few that were upwards of $800,00! thats a lot of money for an item that if , and easy to break..They have a great selection of scales, and I needed one that read carets, as well as the other standard weights. I looked, and saw one I liked for about $7o, and asked one of the sales people to help. She unwrapped the pactkaging and showed me all the workings.when I started to use it, I couldnt see the readout, because the writing was too small, so I looked for a different one. As the sales person packed up the scale, she SLAMMED it on the table! I guess she was mad because I didnt buy it after she unwrapped it. She recovered rapidly, I bought a different scale, tha t was perfect for my gemstones.If not for the actions of the salesperson, I wouldve given this place more stars!

This place is awesome! I love how its decorated inside, does not have a typical smoke shop feel to it. Prices are very competitive, and they have a huge selection of Vape supplies and oils and thats why I keep coming back to them. They also have a ton of pipes and bongs and tobacco and one of the clerks educated me to CBD and instead of upselling me he actually started me off with a cheaper item and told me if I find it effective and like it to come back and buy the more expensive brands

Ive been coming to this smoke shop for many years now and I love it, they are one of the best and definitely a staple in the community.

Im only changing my review as is because I have had bad products left and right disfunction, break, or become utterly useless after a few days of usage. Anytime I have been recommended something I regret the decision of the purchase as their no refund policy states that it sucks. Sorry guys but not really. Also the fact that managers dont work on the weekend is why I am making this a statement.

I will be back, they have a lot of custom glass and they are putting in a glass blowing studio. The customer service was great and extremely helpful and polite. By the looks of the exterior I wasnt expecting much but I was surprised by the selection and size of the shop.

This place is like a museum! All of the glass is so cool and unique, you could spend an hour just looking at all of the pieces. The staff is helpful and friendly. And there is live glass blowing! What’s not to like? Im definitely coming back.

I’m not from Arizona but when coming to Goodz I was well taken care of by Sharlie! She is definitely amazing and very knowledgeable on all her stuff. Can’t wait to come visit AZ again and check out Its All Goodz :)

My favorite glass shop, made even better now that they got a larger space. With Live glassblowing, a walk in humidor, and a huge selection; itz hard to beat!

Jon is hands down the most helpful head shop associate, every time I walk in the store, I have tons of questions and requests, and he answers them all, and is very patient. I would recommend this shop over all others in the area, just based on customer service and selection.

Absolutely love this place. They always have the best heady glass and are so friendly. Carlee and Ethan are especially helpful. Highly recommend if you need glass or vapes!

Definitely my favorite smoke shop. Regularly visit and the employees just treat me like they’re one of my homies. Bought all of my bongs and rigs there, there’s always clearance sales going on for glass products too, which is really sick.To owner: y’all should see if you’d wanna mess with uwell products, the caliburn is a huge hit right now but I can’t really find it at any shops in the PHX area :)

I have been going to this smoke and vape shop for years. The manager is so rude. They sold me a janky wax pen that never worked for $50. I took it back three times for trouble shooting. They refused to call the manufacture and return my broken item even though i had my receipt. Very rude and unhelpful. There are lots of other smoke shops around that give better business. You dont have to be cocky if you work at a smoke shop. I would give zero stars if i could.

This place is awesome! I used to go to the one place that was 35 to 45 min away from me. This place is closer and has a greater selection! The people that helped me out were great and very helpful for the amount of questions I asked.Keep on rocking!

Came in to buy a new glass tank for my smok vape. Man behind the counter offered to take it apart and put the new one on so I let him start working on it. He starts twisting the base left and right finally telling me it doesn’t come off.... HE STRIPPED THE INTERNAL THREAD and now it won’t come off at all. Manager Austin told me over the phone last night when this incident occurred that he would be in store between 10am and 9pm today 05/16/19. I come into the store directly after work at 8:20 pm to find 2 employees, one of which is the one who broke it in the first place, defensive saying he isn’t in, while eating away the their pizza on the counter. I asked them if they would call the manager to make this right since that’s what I was told and they refused. I asked when he would be in next they said his hours vary on the weekends and probably 10-7 tomorrow. They couldn’t confirm nor would they call to confirm. I am TOTALLY dissatisfied and disappointed with this business. It is right by my house and seemed like a cool place when I walked in. To bad their staff are jerks and don’t put customer service at the forefront of the business. Hopefully they make the situation right. If I could give zero stars I would.

Place carries a great selection all round. As you walk in you’re greeted by friendly staff. They have a great cigar selection as well and they support local glass artists as well.

Itz all goodz at cactus and 32nd st has the best quality pipes around and their prices are really fair. They continue to stock my mi pods and they have a great juice selection. They really have it all!

You have to respect a business that doesnt give quotes by phone. Just his response made me drive the extra 2 miles and get my smokes there. It was quick, cheap, easy and the employees were all chill.

I never really had a good experience there. I go there because its closer to my house . This last encounter there helped me Decide never to go there again. One of the staff copped an attitude when asking about the coil size on my vape. He says I dont vape so I dont know we went back and forth for a few seconds and i eventually said im going somewhere else and he didnt seem to care. So thats my review and they lost my business.

Great smoke shop. Nice selection of Vapes and cigars as well. Clothing and other accessories. It also has a in-store glass blowing studio which is unique.

Friendly and great prices on bongs. I purchased a rubber one and it was a super deal $35 . I went in looking for filters and rolling papers and not much selection for rolling weed.

Couldnt bother to do pricing over the phone for kratom, and their kratom was not good. In person service was okay, but I still feel like I wasted 12 dollars or so on noneffective product. Dont buy kratom from here.

Wide array of items you would and wouldnt expect to find at a head shop. They carry e-cig products, water pipes, and carry original hand crafted glass. Glass blowers are often on deck, blowing glass at the shop. Prices are quite high though.

My second time coming by and I got to say very good genuine people! They took care of me and were very helpful. I will definitely recommend anyone whose looking for a smoking experience!

EDIT: I use to love this smoke shop. Now they are significantly over priced and the staff is not very helpful. I got over $2k worth of glass here and it will be the last time I ever set foot in there doors.

A bit on the pricey side but I do have to say that everything is here that you could want/need for any of your smoking wants/ needs. Good customer service and I recommend this place to any smokers. 4 stars!

Everything is all really good.No but seriously Ive been in Arizona about four months. Vape, disposable e-cigs, tobacco and even kratom. This place always has a fresh stock of all their products for great prices. Ive been every where I can find only to return here Everytime. They were even a go-to around the holidays! This place has every legal item! Unfortunately, they wont tell you prices over the phone. The staff there uses the products they sell and are a lot more knowledge than a basic smoke shop. If you cant find a little of everything to get you started there you may not need it!

Friendly and fun to watch the residant artist at work...beautiful glass...the owner supports local artists and buys direct from the artists themselves. This place has every thing from glass art and jewelery to carved tables, hand tooled copper...and of course tones of very beautiful smokeware.

This place would’ve gotten a 5 instead of a 2 if they made me feel like they actually wanted my business rather then treat me like a burden. If you don’t ask any questions or know exactly what u want, where it’s located and how much it costs then you should be fine. Ask any questions or try to look at anything because you will be followed around the store like you already stole something and given short “ please GTFO responses to anything you might want to ask”GOD FORBIB, ppl actually do their jobs and chill the f*** out.... passs

After my favorite shop closed down I searched the valley for another establishment that could fill the void. Then, driving home late one night, I saw a neon color changing sign that caught my eye. I stopped in and havent gone anywhere else since. They have all the tobacco products I could ever need as well as a huge selection of water pipes, hookahs, e-vapes, you name it. I recommend this place to all of my friends.
