Love it! Neat stuff to look at and better stuff to buy. Great deal on vape mods and all accessories. (Near best in town) the staff is super cool, some were a bit harder to break but over time they have all become more personable and can really get to the root of my needs. I also cant turn my nose up to the $1 510 threaded tanks for my V2 species series mod. After a quick trip to Nevada, I have a fresh, clean tank for all my juicing pleasures.😉😉

Sold a box of whip it’s that where not even charged at all . Waste of time and money! Go somewhere else! Worst shop in placerville

I wish I could give a score of 4.5 in this case. They have a pretty impressive selection, and reasonable prices. Ive found myself visiting Placerville on a weekly basis recently. I almost always make it a point to go in and browse through their glass adapters and dabbling utensils while Im there. Worth checking out if youre passing through on the way to the lake...

The owner needs to do quality control. Ive been sold 3 vapes that were broken from the start and everyone refused to exchange them. The prices are good and so is the selection so consider a 3 star generous.

First and last time shopping here. Guy who helped gave me weird comments after checking ID and overall gave me a hard time for 1 transaction. Go to the Smoke Shop of Placerville across from Wells Fargo

Been in here 3 times and always feel unwelcomed.. have had 3 family members visit and they have the same complaint. Highly recommend going to the shop next to grocery outlet its 1 minute further but way friendlier environment

Been a number of times. Wide assortment of pretty much anything you need or want. Fairly good price as well and usually always have good service

I’ve experienced excellent customer service except tonight!! I needed help but the guy there was rude, not helpful and basically told me to leave. I’ve purchased all of my vape pens and juice but tonight I lost my pen and was trying to get another one. The guy there was not helpful and extremely non customer service related. I’ll go elsewhere in the future. Customer service sucks!!

Used to be the best smoke shop in town. Now it is employed by ignorant people uneducated in their products and store. The boss is a liar and promises employees things like raises and bonuses that shouldnt be offered if not going to be followed through. He also lies about his old employee returning to work to keep customers coming back. But let me tell you Mike will not be back. He moved on to better things and an actual career.

Good selection cigarettes are overpriced for some place that should be discounted. If you are into Drugs they have a good selection of items to help destroy your life and others along the way. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff here is great they didnt carry my kinda of smoker and they ordered it for me so they have it on hand when I need it no other smoke shop was willing to do that so they a 5 from me.

Mike is knowledgeable in all products that are sold. Always willing help with questions. Prices are competitive. Overall good shop for all your needs.

For vape supplies they are great. The staff has an opinion which I found very helpful in choosing supplies and liquids. The crowd sometimes seems a bit seedy though

Just moved to the area from Austin Texas and finding good lines of Drip Juice is apparently hard in California! But this shop has you covered with some higher VG juices. They keep them separate from their China Juice (which having that terrible stuff is why they lost 2 stars from me! seriously cheap e-juice is what gets vapors sick!) SO ask for the dripper lines. As far as glass and all the other smoke shop essentials everything else seems good and fairly priced. This place has become my go-to shop.

They didnt have any glow-in-the-dark pipes or anything Dragon pipes or the Sherlock Holmes pipes but I did find two great pipes that work just fine around $15 each

Wow! what a horrible place people here set you up, gossip, undermine, and stab you in the back here. Wasted all my fuel driving from sacramento after guy told me he had specific part for the vape he sold me. called 10 stores no one has the coil, call this broadway vape place tells me the exact coil. i get here to plaxerville and guy flat put refuses that he told me he had after he acknowlwdged i spoke over the phone with him. Rather than condemning this town as being lower than florin rd in sac i will just spare this town and figure this vape shop is a bad seed. Also flat out refuses to return 100 dollar vape with reciept because NO ONE carries the coil neither can I find it on the net. Why arecyou in business broadway vapes? So you can get condemned by Christ Himself. Not smart. Not smart at all. Not allowed into my kingdom of friends. Next time you blow vape out your rear at the good lord Christ, well there is no next time;(
