These guys are pretty good hustlers- especially for Placerville. I bought a device that the employee ASSURED me would work with my VG juice. It did NOT. HUGE MESS for $65! Went back for a freaking REFUND and a different idiot sold me a COIL!!! Will NOT be going back- EVER!

This dude is super cool! He is funny and welcoming, he isnt judgmental towards everyones individual needs and makes me feel very welcome. Even if he charges a bit more for some things he usually makes up for it by supplying different things for less. Also, his personality and professionalism outweighs that of the other shops in the area and that makes going to his shop over any other off Broadway or those jerks off durrock, well worth it.

Arsh is amazing! He is so kind and funny, really gives you that good feels. This store has an incredible selection as well!! If it wasnt enough to have excellent customer service and a great variety of pieces and accessories, they even have decent prices, too!! This place has it all, and Arsh, the man who is usually working the store when I get there, takes time for every customer and checks in with you to make sure that you never feel neglected. Super impressed by this place, its far from my home, but worth the drive. :)

Ive only been in this shop 3 times so far and its my absolute favorite shop in northern California. Everytime I come in now he already has what I need ready behind the counter. They have great customer service and are really friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

They are so friendly and helpful and have such a large variety of interesting, beautiful pieces! Glass, silicone, electric, take your pick. This is the best smoke shop in all of eldorado county. I literally take the bus from pollock pines just to go here. Their prices are amazing and they have so many quality products. I highly recommend this smoke shop. Also the customer service is off the charts very accommodating and helpful!

The new smoke shop in downtown Placerville! Right across the street from Taco Bell.It is like a breath of fresh air. Exactly what we needed. So much room to browse. This guy doesnt sell fake vapes. The shop is clean and bright. His prices are great. He is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I moved to California a month ago and needed to stock up on my vape stuff. I’m glad I chose this place, the price of the juice was less then I expected and they gave me a free pipe! They also had brands I already recognized and knew I liked. On top of that I got a punch card for an eventual discount! Will definitely be coming here again every time I need smoke stuff.

This guy seemed cool at first, he was willing to give me a discount but all of the glass here is really cheap.i bought a pretty nice pipe and within 2 hours of having it, I tapped it on my center consol while passing it and it broke in half, I went back to the same guy that day and he refused to swap it out with a different one, even though he could obviously see that it broke because it was cheap and not because I dropped it. If you want cheap stuff this is the place. Otherwise drive up the street to Broadway smoke and vape
