I went in today with an issue with a vape and the owner was very accommodating to my needs. I appreciate having a local store that cares about their customers. Go there for all your needs, great selection as well

They had what I asked for, and cashed in my calif lottery scrachers.

Went in to buy a lighter a few months ago. Employee was outside the business talking to some chick when I walked in. The employee has a negative attitude and was rushing me out because he wanted his smoke break. Obviously he was rushing me out so he can get back to his visit with the female that was just outside the door. Not cool at all! I hope the owner sees this review.Update: i just read the response from the new owner and will be back to see how improved the service is. I will change this stars after my visit if need

The 2 men working in there today were so friendly and helpful. They told us they are under new management and ownership, which is why I think we liked it so much more today. The shop is very clean and they have a lot to choose from. Definitely stop by this smoke shop over the other ones in Placerville!

Sherrif was very helpful and patient with me and my undecisiveness due to their very large inventory! I felt like a kid in a candy store and Sharif made sure I was happy with my purchases before I left. That goes a long way because good customer service is hard to find. Most of the time in our world today people just want to rush you along with your purchase so they can go on to the next person and make the next sale and they never think back twice about you or your shopping experience which turns into buyers remorse situation coupled with a resentment against the store. Ive been in those situations far too many times thank God Ive found Smoke Depot Ill definitely do all my shopping with them!

Very friendly staff. You get what you ask for. No pushing to buy more. Really like this place.

Its a very good store all workers are extremely nice. They have new items and are flexible with prices. All in all its a good store way better than it use to be I would recommend anyone to come here.

This was the only smoke shop open during the shelter in place restrictions. The other day I bought 3 Puff bars my total was close to $42.! I was so happy to see my regular Broadway Smoke and Vape open today. I got my buy 2 get 1 free Puff bars for under $22!

I recently moved to this area, I came across this smoke shop, first thing I had noticed was the warmth welcoming! Then I got surprised with the big selections and how organized well kept the environment was. They have it all! Great selection, clean and organized environment and to top it up thier attitude is gratitude...

Sharif the new owner was friendly he says hello when you walk in, and cares about the customer. Also offering some nice prices on quality merchandise. Nice cigar room too.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I bought a new vape device . I used it for about 3 days and it quit working. I took it back in to get a new one and the guy wouldnt replace it. I wouldnt buy anything from this store again
