For the past 3 years, I’ve been getting my massages, chemical peels and facials done here. Mona, the owner, is very accommodating and kind! The staff is also always friendly. I highly recommend this spa! 10/10!

Mona is amazing!! My husband wanted to give me a Spa day with my mother for my birthday and she helped him pick the best Spa Day!! Lily was amazing with the messages, Mona with our facials and mom’s nail tech was super sweet to her and treat her with so much care (sorry, can’t remember her name) Will definitely be coming back! This place is a hidden gem. Mona, the owner, was so welcoming and nice. The environment was very relaxing. I had a massage with Aurora and she is simply amazing! I was dealing with back pain and had her focus on that, and she clearly knows what she’s doing. The massage felt amazing and my back felt so much better after. I can’t wait to go back!!

Cute and relaxing place. Vilma gave me the Refined Signature Massage and it was amazing! She has just the right touch. I floated out of there. I had a wonderful experience and plan on going back to try some of the other spa treatments. Definitely recommend

SoFar I have been there for acne treatment with Mona. She is the best at what she does. So experienced and knowledgeable. As long as you follow her instructions, you will see magic in your face . I love the calming environment and massages she does when getting my facials .on every appointment, I literally feel my face and my soul renews. Just go and you won’t regret.

I felt so relaxed it was the best spa experience Ive ever had!!I get my eyebrows my done by Mona and she always delivers and does a great job! She’s the owner of the beautiful spa. This spa is beautiful and they offer many services such as couples massage. They have lot of spa rooms that are very spacious, perfect for bridal parties! I highly recommend refined spa!

Such a great experience, I can’t wait to come back! I had the 2 hour pamper me done which was a full body massage and facial. Aurora did my massage and she is by far the best! Mona did my facial and the whole experience was so relaxing. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating.

I had Wilma for a 2.5 hour deep tissue massage, facial and scalp treatment and she was the absolute best! So relaxing and I felt great afterwards. I also received a pedicure and was given a delicious fresh fruit plate and mint tea to sip during my paraffin pedicure. It was a much needed relaxing experience. All that for $229 (plus generous tips of course)! What a steal!

Absolutely amazing time! The massage therapist was amazing and so good.My girlfriend has surprised me with an anniversary gift and the owner helped her set it all up in a private room with champagne and roses. Lovely time here and would recommend. I could’ve stayed another 2 hours!

I was treated to a 2 hour full body massage and body scrub package. Aurora was amazing! I easily fell asleep during the service because of how relaxed my body became. I loved the experience and the ambience. I will definitely do this again and again❤️ I’m so glad I was introduced to this location! I will definitely be returning soon.

I came here today with my mom and sister for a late Mother’s Day/birthday celebration. We wanted to do 3 facials and 3 pedis together. We originally had our appt elsewhere and they made an error and I ended up cancelling and booking here and specified multiple times on the phone about being together and they told me we would be. After arriving at our appt time it took about 20 min to take us to our facials and we were not together. I didn’t say anything at this point because it was already late and we had lunch reservations and I could tell they didn’t have the ability to do group appts based on the space.My facial was really disappointing, it was done by Gloria. Who I only know her name because I asked when leaving. I have gotten many facials before and they do an assessment of your skin and usually review what they will be doing along with the products they will use.. Gloria never said one word to me not even introduced herself. I don’t think the products were quality products and she was using her nails to do extractions… at the end all she said was all done and she left for the rest of the day.My sister had Mona and she really enjoyed her facial and my mom did as well.The pedis were great.The front desk staff was very nice. And whoever took my appt on the phone was very pleasant. It’s a little disappointing that I was assured we would be together for the services even though we weren’t.

Mona and her team did an excellent, over the top, super wonderful job making my sister (the bride) and her bridal party feel special. We were treated like royalty! I did the Pamper Me special for my birthday and it was well needed. My massage and facial was amazing. After I was done I was offered a refreshment with a selection of wine, soda, tea etc. I would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for place that is quiet and serene to get spa services, then Refined Beauty is just that place. Mona the owner is very accommodating. Annie, one of the nail technicians is amazing. If you are as particular about how your nails look like I am, then Annie is the one for you.

I got a manicure and pedicure with Annie and it was my first time coming. I had a spa finder gift card fromThe holidays and ended up coming here since it’s nearby. Well I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed with the amazing manicure and pedicure I received from Annie. Above average quality for average prices. I have had mani and pedi for 25 years at many different spas and salons in Coral Springs and boca and although a small place it is pretty and clean and feels like a spa. Annie hit every mark perfectly. She did everything just as I would want and the polish looks so flawless. She was gentle yet thorough and didn’t hurt my cuticles or tickle my feet. The massage was fabulous she seemed to actually enjoy what she does. So sweet as well. I am not going to anyone but Annie. She was A+

Ive been to many spas in the Coral Springs area and this Spa was by far the best! The moment you enter youre greeted by the friendliest staff and the place is kept beautiful and super clean. I got a facial, pedicure, and massage. They were extremely gentle and took care of my sensitive skin. My skin afterward was glowing and they did an incredible job cleansing my pores. The massage was incredibly relaxing and the masseuses make it a point to check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure applied wasnt too light or deep. They really make it a point to take their time, listen to you, and ensure you are enjoying the service and results. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and satisfied.

This Spa is my family’s go to place for all our skin treatments and massages! All the staff is very professional and put their heart into what they do. I have been going to Refined Beauty Spa for 3 years and I’m always satisfied. Mona and Patty are very nice and professional. Mona is very experienced at skin care and knowing how to treat skin issues. Patty is very sweet and hardworking. Her massages are the best. You leave feeling recharged and refreshed. I definitely recommend them for your body and skin care needs.

I got Monas name through next door app. I went in November so my 12 year old daughter can get her brows done for the first time. She was so gentle and patient with her. And her brows looked amazing! I also got mine done and she took the time to clean mine up. My brows are thin so she didnt want to take too much off. I was very happy with them! Today we went in and she took the time to do my daughter again. Its been a while since Mona was gone due to family emergency and she once again did an amazing job! I wont be going anywhere else!

Ive been here a few times and every time the service was exceptional! I dont think there is anywhere else that I would go. The pedicure was great but most of all I loved my massage and I always go for eyebrow threading. Its very quiet and relaxing. I love Mona as she takes her time and does an amazing job! Their prices are great too! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone I know looking for spa to go to.

My 30 min massage was amazing and relaxing as always. A new lady did my eyebrows and she was good. Im satisfied and will have her do it again.This is a really friendly place with very professional and excellent staff. Service is always great and you will feel very special. There are some more fancier looking place out there but you dont feel so welcome. Unlike here, you feel like FAMILY.

I am 8 months pregnant with a toddler at home and needed some long overdue relaxation and pampering. I absolutely loved my spa experience at Refined Beauty. The service was excellent, my prenatal massage was perfect and Annie did a fabulous job with my mani and Pedi. Mona at the front desk was also wonderful. I will definitely be back.

I love this spa! They do everything and they do it well. I first came for a wax and was taken care by Goldie. She was so gentle and took her time. I came back for a facial and they use top of the line products (PCA skincare). Then I came back for a manicure done by Jenna and she was so sweet! My nails look great!!

Mona was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job on my eyebrows for my first visit. I was informed that it was a full beauty spa (facials, massages, nails, etc). I cant wait to try out the other services. Im very glad that I found a new place so close to home.

Best Spa in town! I just recently had my first chemical peel and loved it.I was a bit scared to try this but there is really nothing to be scared of. Mona was great and told me step by step what she was doing during the peel which made me feel not scared at all. The products that she used are of high quality and worked great with my skin. Ive also gotten a facial here before and i love it!. I come here about 2-3 weeks to get my eye brown threaded and I wouldnt trust anyone else to do it. This spa is clean, nice and the service they off is fantastic. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We booked this service for four of us to do a girls spa day. The receptionist gave us false information over and over again. First she told me we would have two of us together during our services(lie), that the spa would take my 50.00 spafinder gift card(lie), and that they would give us bathrobes(lie). Calling this place a spa is a major exaggeration. There are no robes, no waiting room with calming features, it is rundown and shabby. Our bundle was supposed to include full body massage, deep feet exfoliation, full body sugar scrub exfoliation, soothing facial, cucumber eye pad relief, foot massage, hand massage and a seasonal fruit plate with herbal tea or chilled wine. Here is what we received: All services done in SAME bed, no chance to shower after the scrub, no deep feet exfoliation, no cucumber eye relief, no extra time on hand or root massage. The facial was HORRIBLE. It is clear that the employees providing the service are NOT real estheticians. It was the WEIRDEST progression of service. They bodyscrubbed the bottom half of the body, massaged it, then did the top half of the scrub, massaged it, right into the facial. The tech who did my facial did something with the high frequency tool to my ear and when i got home i noticed it was completely sliced open across the entire top to my skin. My sister and SIL both complained that they were DRIPPING with water during their facial and that their tech put SO much honey on their lips it was seeping into their mouths. The massage was mediocre, it reminded me more of a nail salon massage. There was NO foot exfoliation, NO extra hand or foot massage. The service states its 3-3.5 hours long; i timed when we started-it was 1120, and we were done by 150. 2.5 hours. I was so tired and frustrated by the experience when we left that i did not say anything to the owner. I tipped 16 percent on the package which was WAY MORE than they deserved. If the owner wants to make this right, she will reach out and offer some type of compensation. By far one of the WORST spa experiences weve ever had. The fruit at the end was a nice touch but it look over 20 minutes post service to prepare which was annoying-we almost left instead of waited for it because it was just an obnoxious amount of time. It was served to us in a back room that was dirty and rundown. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ON ANY ACCOUNT!!

Location is clean, organized and well managedRefined Beauty is the only place I trust to do my eyebrows. They listen to me when I tell them exactly how I want my eyebrows and let me point out the exact hairs I want to keep/remove; They never rush the process and they dont take forever either. Im in and out in 15-20 minutes with exactly what I wanted.They also have manis, pedis, waxing, tinting, micro blading, massages etc.I booked my mom a full body, 1 hour massage for her birthday and she said it was genuinely one of the best massages shes ever gotten and for a good price.10/10 recommend Refined Beauty Day Spa

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in for an amazing day . My boyfriend bought me a refresh and renew gift certificate from their site and it was the best gift by far !!! I had the pleasure of being worked on my Gloria and she was more than amazing !!!! The massage put me to sleep more than once and that was the best facial I’ve ever received in a long time and I regularly get facial. Definitely will be coming back and buying my mother a heaven on earth with Gloria for Mother’s Day !!! Love this place

Best Eyebrow Threading in South Florida!!! Amazing atmosphere relaxing...Ive had my brows threaded by Mona for more then 4yrs now even after moving further east I drive to Coral springs for my Brows. I also had the pleasure of experiencing the Shirodhara Oil treatment, that was out of this world!!! The Facial treatments are unique and are wonderful. Always leave feel Beautified after a visit here... and wanting to come back soon!!!

Excellent service! Instant results! I had severe adult acne and skin pigmentation. With just one sitting of facial peel acne stopped and second treatment skin started glowing! I would highly recommend this spa for skin problems , massage and eyebrow threading. Best place to relieve your stress with excellent massage! The owner has great knowledge about skin as she invites a dermatologist to visit this spa regularly and she would recommend you just exactly what you need! Went there for a scalp massage. Unfortunately, all she did was basically dry shampooing my hair and I went home with mini dreadlocks in my hair.Owner was sweet and offered me tea when I was leaving.

Best facial Ive ever had with Goldie today!! She took her time and really evaluated my skin, did not leave a blemish untouched during extractions. I have had 40+ facials in my lifetime but this was by far the best. I will be coming back every month for their PCA facial. The decor and ambiance is beautiful as well and they also do massages, eyebrow threading, and mani/pedis. Definitely recommend!!

Wow I received a gift certificate for this spa from my super awesome sister Karian. Everything was great from booking to the service. The quality of the service is great they are so professional and well skilled in their professions. I will recommend this place to anyone who want to have a relaxing day at the spa.

If youre thinking of trying a new place, this is NOT the place for you. The reviews were good but when I went to get mine done, one eyebrow was higher than the other, she cut off too much of the start of one eyebrow, and one eyebrow had no arch. On top of it all, I came 10 minutes earlier than my appointment and she made me wait outside when she had no customers. Never again

So disappointed from my very first experience here. I made an appointment on the phone for tint and threading. I arrived got my eyebrows threaded and when it was time to tint I was informed that they were out of tint. Don’t you think if you booked my appointment hours in advance that you would check for that? Disappointing to say the least will not be returning which is sad because I wanted to give this place a chance.

I went in for eyebrow threading and the owner took her time to put the perfect arch and she understood exactly what I wanted. I am very picky about my eyebrows and she surpassed my expectations.Im definitely going back in three weeks!

I am completely disappointed. I got my eyebrows threaded with Mona and she COMPLETELY screwed them up. Not to mention she is unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER step foot back in there. You all should check out Threading Diva on hillsboro, they fixed my screwed up eyebrows and are AMAZING!

Goldi is amazing. shes not afraid to use the extractor and my skin has never looked better. The hand + forearm massage at the end of the facial just about put me to sleep. I cant recommend her enough.

I recently had my third appointment with Mona, and it was delightful. I have had two rosacea face peels and one rosacea facial. I have noticed a definite improvement in my skin and I will keep having facials with Mona.

Bought a groupon for three Brazilian waxes and eyebrow threading. The tech was very kind and polite however the Brazilian wax took 45 minutes, I have been getting waxed for years and they take max 20 minutes. She also left many patches of hair I will probably have to shave- which ruined the whole purpose of the wax. The eyebrow threading was great. However I did have an awkward experience with using the groupon as there must have been some mistake with what groupon advertised, the staff member went on about not being able to afford the groupon and it made me feel very uncomfortable as this was my first time there. Nice staff, but I will not be returning.

Staff was amazing! I really loved Mona she was extremely helpful and Aurora gives an amazing massage. I would definitely be coming back to this place and I highly recommend for others to do so.

Mona is the go to girl for eyebrow threading. Ive been going to Mona for years and I have followed her to the new location. Love the new salon and all the services that are offered here. Going to try a facial next week!

I went to the Spa just to buy a product, and Mona reccommeded thatI needed a peel. I told her I know, but no seems to be able to do a good peel on my skin. She told me to try her out, and thank god I did! I didnt peel as much as I expected, but the results were amazing. She actually listened to my concerns and was able to deliver. I will definitely go back for another peel. ;)

I went with my daughter for a deep pore cleansing facial yesterday. It was truly awesome! My skin was glowing when I walked out the door. My pores are beautifully clean, and it was so relaxing! What a wonderful experience.

Tried this place with a Groupon. Owner was nice as well as my nail tech Annie. Comparatively pricey and bc its a bit of a drive from my hood, I wont return. If price isnt such a concern, Annie did an excellent job with my gel mani/pedi

I went in for a massage, they were able to accommodate me the same day I called. Staff was friendly over the phone and in person, It was easy finding the place, and parking.The massage was amazing, she really took care of me, I will definitely visit them again. I know they have more services, but i have only tried their massages, I will def try something extra next time!

I’ve been going here for awhile now for acne treatments, chemical peels and for eyebrow threading every once and awhile and I’m happy to say that I am satisfied with the results of all three. My skin has never looked better and I am making a lot of progress getting rid of my old facial scars through the chemical peels, would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with acne issues.

A year ago I had previously wrote a review that gave this place 5 stars. After my last visit I felt that it needed to be changed. It took me a few days to write this updated review and I wasnt even going to but i felt that it was not very fair how I was treated at my last visit. My first visit I had found this place on groupon and decided to give it a try. It was a nice experience and I had gone back a few times after. Its been at least 10 months since then. On Saturday morning I was searching on groupon and saw that they had another special for eyebrow threading, this time for $6.00. so I bought the groupon and went. She did a decent job even with all of interruptions. When it was time to pay and I was pulling up the groupon she tells me I had already used one (over a year ago.) Now on the groupon it states NOWHERE, not even on the fine print that the groupon is valid one per life time. She gave me a little attitude and told me that she doesnt make any money off of these groupons. If thats the case then dont advertise your business on there and then tell people your not going to accept the groupon they purchased. She told me I had to return it and that I could contact them for a refund. After reviewing the rest of these reviews I see that I wasnt the only person who experienced this problem. Personally so dont care how much youre making off of a groupon people are purchasing. You have your business listed and people are paying for a service. She could have honored the groupon and let me know nicely that her fine print is this groupon is only valid one per lifetime or for only new clients. She told me that if her prices were too high and since one of the girls I work with pays $9.00 that she would do that but instead she lost a customer. A business is about money but its also about customer service. You have good customer service and you will always have money. BAD customer service wont bring you money that you need to keep operating. Thats the last time I will go to this place and Im going to take my business back to Heenas Threading who honors all groupons and have a package special. Also, hire a receptionist so you dont need to continuously stop doing someones eyebrows to check the front door or answer the phone. Thank You Mona.

I am a regular customer, but today tried an amazing service called Shirodhara. I left feeling so relaxed and at peace. With our busy lives and daily stress, I highly recommend this 1 hour treatment of oil and scalp massage with Patty. So many benefits to name here!

I was looking forward to getting my nails done. When I called and made the appointment, I told Goldie, I needed a full set ofr nails and gel polish. I guess the language barrier was too much because when I arrived, she set me up with a lady who just did manircure, not artifical nails! Goldie only heard the part about the gel polish! The other nail girl was leaving and couldnt take me. I was so disappointed!

Grant service! They take very good precautions such as taking your temperature and wearing mask as well as hand sanitizer. Very safe and I love getting my eyebrows done here!

I am recently stop by this place when i have a time and get a massage with Wendy . I love this place , this place make me feel like i am at home , very calm and relaxing.

I had a group of family and friends in town and everyone the staff went out of their way to make arrangements for all of us to have services! We all had a great time and the massages and facials were wonderful! We will definitely be back...and often!

I scheduled a facial and was really excited to try this place out seeing the positive reviews, but was very quickly disappointed. As soon as I got there the door was locked and no one answered the phone which they hand wrote to call and specifically wrote “we are open”. Poor management, a lack of professionalism and absolutely no communication is all I received and witnessed with this facility. I waited 20 min, called multiple times and knocked on the door and NOTHING. If you are not capable of receiving customers or have to change the schedule due to whatever is going on, a simple call is all it takes. I didn’t even need to get a treatment there to get an understanding of the service that would’ve been provided. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere that values their customers, both new and returning.

I had an excellent experience at the spa! I did a chemical peeling with Mona and the products she used were very high quality. I’ll be going back for sure.

Dont go to this space unless you want to be ripped off! If you buy the two 90 minute facials groupon they try to tell you that one facial is for you and the other must be for someone else. But thats not what it says on the fine print! Then if you request Goly, (the only good person that works there) Mona (who works the phones) will make a ton of excuses on why she isnt available. Another time I requested Goly and didnt get her I didnt think the other gorl would be that bad. But it was!

I love this spa!! Patricia is an amazing massage therapist AND esthetician. This is by far the best place for a relaxing day. Even better than a 5 star hotel in my opinion! :)

The customer service is un acceptable, they had an attitude because I was using a Groupon deal and Lady on the phone is asking me how they are supposed to fit everybody in..... seriously ? dont make a deal with Groupon if you can handle business. I had an appt at 11 am, the lady was out running errands. The girl there said she would call her (after 10 minutes of doing someone elses nails), then called her cell phone, told me shed be back soon she had to run out to the store. I waited until 11:25 when she came back totally unapologetic. I left without doing business. I dont understand how the owner of a business can go out knowing she had a customer (first and last time) coming in for service. HORRIBLE Wasted time. Go somewhere else where they are considerate of your time

Shrodhara massage is an awesome Indian massage. It is amazing. Came with a groupon and have been back monthy. In addition to reflexology and threading, i also do my hands and feet. It is a wonderful place.. Totally recommend!!

I have tried just about everything and nothing has worked , I decided to go to Mona and she knew exactly what to do and what treatment I should use so it would Clear up my acne, its only been a month and the difference is incredible !

Absolutely rubbish place, gave me appointment for 4.45 when i reached 4.50 because of the traffic, there was nobody to attend over there. After 5 minutes lady was walking out and asked me acting clueless, when i informed that i came for appointment.She told me rudely that she is closing the place while online the place shows its open till 8 PM.when i questioned her that she should have informed me while booking the appointment that they close by 5 PM, i wouldnt have drove 6 miles.On that she claimed that she tried calling me an hour back to infirm me the same but i didnt had any call from them, that was complete lie.she was sarcastic n rude n unapologetic for her behaviour.i wont go back to this place ever n would not recommend this place to anyone.
