When you find a rare gem, I truly believe in letting the world now. Wilson and deny are a plus for massage but customer Service often gets under looked. I have to tell you how refreshing Camilla is not only is she well spoken, friendly, upbeat, but for front desk staff, she is above and beyond customer satisfaction. This girl deserves to run the place.! I can’t say enough about her. They’re lucky to have her she gets you excited for your appointment, interested in enhancements, and really gives you faith in customer service !
BEST MASSAGE EVERY! I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles. Nick, Taylor and Synthia were an absolute pleasure to chat with before and after my massage. Steve was my therapist, he was incredible. Not only did he give me the best massage but he is the sweetest person. 1000/10 would recommend.
It was second time. It was good location and all of them are very kind.However It was good enough of upper body pressure. However it wasnt enough pressure and balance of time. I got 1hour massage and checked spot where I want to to focus. It was OK for relax but it wasnt enough for me. I still have $30 in mygift card so Im going to try tell them more time for Leg.
Camila is so very helpful and kind ever time I come for a visit. She always goes above and beyond to help with anything she can. She is such an amazing person! Very glad Massage Envy has an awesome employee like her.

Theres a few things this business is lacking customer service skills and holding their employees accountable are two of the major ones. When youre a manager you should make sure that your employees know the policy and inform customers about that correctly. I called to ask the employees if they could please email me the cancellation form so I can cancel my membership. Is extremely difficult for me to get there in person since I work two jobs. I was canceling my membership because I havent been able to use it due to how much I work. The employee told me that they only take cancellations in person and they were not able to email me a cancellation form. I asked the employee I dont understand how that would make sense if I moved out of the state. How would you expect somebody to come and cancel in person? I was finally able to make it there in person to cancel I explained to the assistant manager of the frustration I had with not being able to cancel via email. This manager told me that it I couldve canceled via email and she wasnt sure why her employee would tell me that. I expressed my concern about getting charged after canceling and ask them to remove my card from file however they completely refuse to remove my card even though I had already filled out the cancellation paperwork. And what a surprise days later of course they charged me for another month again. So anyways since then I have called more than a few times to try and get in touch with the manager however it took the manager over 2 weeks AND me calling 4+ times on separate occasions for her to get back to me. ONLY! to tell me her employees were wrong in telling me I cant cancel via email, and that I wouldnt get charged one more time and apologize foe that. But then proceeds to tell me that she will NOT reverse my payment. After going back and forth with her for 10 minutes and reminding her that her assistant manager was the one who assured me I wouldnt get charged she refused to refund me. She did NOTHING to try and resolve the situation or hold her employees or herself accountable for what they said. Absolutely horrible customer service.Just to add on.. finding a good therapist here is 1 in 5 unfortunately.. even the ones the reccomend. Michelle was amazing but every other one I tried would just fluff you. If youre looking for a quality massages save your money and look somewhere else.
I had a beautiful experience at this luxurious Massage Envy. The front desk girl Camila was very attentive and her customer service was of upmost excellency. I plan on coming here for every Massage I need!
I usually dont leave reviews, but this is the absolute worse business and customer service company Ive dealt with in a long time! They robbed me of 17 existing credits (over $1200) in services because my credit card number changed and I didnt know. No one ever reached out to me to update anything and when I finally went to book a massage, they told me I lost all my 17 credits. The only way to get them back to to pay them for 17 more months. Completely unprofessional and terrible business practice. See you in court!
Okay message kind staff. Paid 130 with the tip wasnt worth it targeted spots werent hit properly would think if youre paying an x amount for a message it would be done maybe Ill give it a second try wasnt bad but wasnt worth 90 in my opinion. Overall kind staff clean place but the final product for the price is okay.
I really love Massage Envy! I have the massage package where I pay like $60 a month for services. My favorite therapists so far are Karen and Lillian. I definitely recommend coming here. Its also nice that you can text when you ate trying to make an appointment or ask any questions. They do facial and chiropractic treatments here.
This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever gotten in my life!!! 😢 I’m not trying to be funny, but I came in very specific about my needs and they weren’t met. I booked a 90 minute DEEP TISSUE massage, and got a 60 minute rub down. I’m very disappointed and saddened by the service I received with Judy. Money was still taken, and no other acknowledgment was given besides booking with someone else. I have a Memebership, and honestly I’m wasting money if this is how my massages will be. Nothing that I asked for, was what I received!!!!!! I’m very upset. I walked away nearly in tears because this is not what I expected. I’m still in pain, still tense. I’ll be booking with another Massage Envy just so my needs are met. I can’t fathom how horrible this massage was. I’m so sad about it :(

The whole place clearly hasnt been cleaned in years. The amount of dust is unbearable and unsanitary. Maybe management should actually work and clean themselves if they are too cheap to hire a cleaning service. Clean the place or close permanently.
I do have a membership for this company and I think I did a mistake.My conditions are two: massages for deep tissue with a woman therapist.Two times at this location and both of them were not good.The first one I arrive and the therapist that they scheduled for me was a man when I said really clear I don’t want to receive any kind of massage from men. I waste my time driving there.On the 2nd time I called and I asked clear for my two conditions and “Sky” or “Skiller” (I am not sure about her name) gave an appointment.When my massage was performing I was waiting for deep compressions and she never did it. I asked the therapist, and she told me she was not specialized on that ones. What she was doing are light or medium pressure.I explained her and she was nice and tried to do it a little stronger but Not Way…. Between it wasn’t her right pressure and her Long nails… the massage was not pleasant… it was a messy. I definitely waste my money and time.I must say: Stay away of this franchise. You are paying for “60 min” but you are paying just for approximately 40-45 minutes per session.
The worse massage of my life. I paid a lot of money just for someone to lightly rub oil on me. Very disappointed. I just had a baby too and needed a good massage. Will not be going back ever. Waste of money.
I had booked an hour full body massage. It was completely a waste!The masseuse was horrible, she barely worked on me, and in less than an hour, I was already dressed and out of the door.I cant imagine for those who booked the 45 mins service, by the time you get undressed and trying to relax you will asked to get ready to leave again.And NO, I will NOT recommended anyone to this establishment.

On December 8, 2022, I walked into massage envy at the coconut creek location on the promenade. When I walk in the manager was on the phone screaming at one of the staff and was very unprofessional. There was a young lady that was complaining about her facial treatment that took 40 minutes instead of 1 hr. Then I was given a tablet to be specific on what exactly hurts and what part of my body needs to be massaged at 3:04. I was called Into a room by a gentleman. The gentleman asked me all over again “So what part of the body will be doing today’’ I explain to him I had already summited everything on the tablet. He inform me it wasn’t there and I explained it to him. The massage started at 3:10 and the only part he massage was my neck. I felt so uncomfortable. The message stopped at 3:49. I had a timer on my phone. I paid 100.00 for 60 minutes and I got 39 minutes.
Skylar at the front desk is the sweetest! She’s so helpful and accommodating! I’ve been going to massage envy for years and Skylar really made me feel comfortable! Overall, everybody who works in the front desk at this location is super friendly! I really enjoyed my visit this time. My therapist was excellent too!
The front desk associate was sadly impolite, unprofessional, and insensitive. When I schedule my appointment the second time at this establishment, it was under the informed notion that I had one more prepaid appointment remaining by one of their employees at the location before I scheduled the appointment. When I completed my appointment, I was told that I needed to pay the full balance for the appointment that I was initially informed that I had paid a majority for. I felt it was imperative to speak to one of the front desk associates (a white woman with blond hair) and she came across as a tad aggressive too quickly and without instigation in front of other customers. I chose to not engage.It was completely astounding and unappealing. Especially, when I had justifications for being upset and disappointed about being misinformed by one of their personnel. I feel like I was conned and she did not express the appropriate reaction to the situation.So not only did I leave the appointment paying more than I intended, but I also have burn marks where I received the chemical peel. I will never recommend any close associates of mine to this particular massage envy.Side note: I have already left a personal review on the Massage Envy portal.
I recently went in for a massage with Danielle, who i must say is amazing. She was very professional and sweet. Her hands are truly God sent. I felt so relaxed the entire 90 minutes. I think i actually fell asleep during the massage. I am looking forward to my next massage with Danielle. I promise you if she is your therapist, you will be in for an incredibly relaxing experience. My first time ever getting a massage and it was amazing the 3 young ladies at the front desk are so kind and gave me such a warm welcoming when I came in. They explained to me what to expect the first time. BEVERLY was my massage therapist and was amazing she focused alot on my problem area and I feel such a relief in my back compared to how I felt before this massage. I signed up for the membership and cant wait to be back!

I wanted to book 90 minutes session, but booked online and for some reason the system allowed me to book only 60 minutes.Next time I make sure I do 90 minutes.However, my 60 minutes were great, Reshma is amazing, real professional and made my experience awesome. She listens and understand your needs, she gives more than 100 % to her work and effort.It made me feel very relaxed and my skin felt great.Thank you Reshma, you are awesome and I will see you very soon....on the other side I was very surprised at checking out at the front desk, that I have to pay for my 4 enhancements...total of $60.I have been a member since October 2020 and didnt use my monthly membership packages.Of course I thought I can deduct $60 for enhancements from my account balance .I have been said no...This is disappointing, I was a member with Hand and Stone spa before and any enhancements were deductible from balance account...I think it makes sense.I changed for massage envy because this location is much closer to my home.
Made an appointment online for the coconut creek location in the promenade. Massage was mediocre at best. None of the add-ons I selected were preformed during the massage. When asked about it, the girl at the desk simply shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt know why. Called and spoke to the manager who seemed eager to take care of the situation and was told that shed speak to corporate but we never heard back from her. Will never use their services again.
Ive been to other Massage Envy locations and had horrible experiences but decided to give this one a shot and glad I did. The girls at the front desk are always super sweet and helpful. Nina is theeeeee best massage therapist Ive had in my life. She gets deep into my problem areas and really makes me feel 100000% better when Im done.
Scheduling is unorganized. I was supposed to have a birthday surprise from the hubby and who did they call to cancel 30 minutes before my appointment? Me..... We rescheduled our couples massage and received it complimentary because of the inconvenience...... Got there and not one person greeted us....there was no couples massage room available, AND they had me scheduled for a facial... I dont get facials! They fixed the problem but we lost 20 minutes of our 60 minutes massage... And they were sure to finish right on time.... Not going back there...
The girls at the desk are always friendly to me, and the staff is always great. But 5 stars 100% because of Danielle. Ive been going to her every Wednesday for 5 weeks now, and shes excellent. When you call, if shes available go see her!!
Brad is hands down THE BEST therapist I have come across in several years. He reviews your chart and history and has a conversation with you for your massage treatment plan. Massage Envy is a good place to go get a traditional, 30-90 minute massage, but I have to be honest they dont give you all the time you are paying for. I noticed after a few times visiting and purchasing their 90 minute body massage packages I would only receive about 80 of those minutes of actual hands on touch. The other 10-15 minutes are set aside for you to put back on your clothes.
Very disappointing - I booked a deep tissue for 90 minutes and added a few serums, and was fine paying about $180.00 for my relaxing massage; however, I was a few minutes late and there was almost no parking, and had to wait when I got there - when the therapist came to talk to me she started saying I wouldn’t get 90 minutes because I was late and even if I wasn’t, I would only get 80 minutes- I asked for the manager and she switched to 60 min - unfortunately, I didn’t get the deep tissue either - like someone above mentioned, I wouldn’t pay for someone to put lotion on me and rub my back - I was looking for a deep tissue massage service. Additionally, the first words were about not getting the time I booked for and paying for it anyways or if I cancelled, paying for it anyways - not the way I would picture a relaxing massage
I love the Coconut Creek location! Orlando is by far THE BEST!! No matter how tense I am, or what pain I’m experiencing upon arrival he heals me. On today’s visit he reviewed all of the safety measures due to the COVID 19 and made me feel safe. Thanks Orlando see you in 10 days.
If I could give it 1 star I would but the massage was pretty good so i wouldnt rate it that low. First of all, I went there with one of my best friends for her Birthday. We decided to get a 1 hour couples massage so we can be together. We arrived extra early 30 mins before the massage at 6:30pm since the appointment was for 7pm. last time i went there they started 10 mins late and blamed me because i was tardy (5 mins early) so i made sure this time i was EARLY. The massage therapist didnt start my massage until 7:10pm *I checked my phone* and she finished with my massage at 7:50pm. So basically i only received a 40 min massage which i paid for the full hour. Their excuse? It takes ten min to take your clothes off and 10 mins to put your clothes on and thats still included in the time for the massage. lol basically a JOKE. I spoke to the front and they did nothing to help me instead she asked so how are you going to tip cash or credit after explaining what had happen and instead she blamed the tablet that they use. maybe its not working properly lol I will never go back and this is literally my 3rd time this happening to me at this location. The reason why i canceled my membership. Thanks for a rip off.
Had a gift card to use. The room and environment was calm and peaceful. The staff was professional and I enjoyed my massage.
This is my favorite location. With my favorite masseuses Steve and Brad. The only issue you will run into is the fact that you have to book well in advance to get into their calendar. I personally am booked all the way into the end of the year to make sure I have my appointments.
The masseuse was very informative, friendly and provided a seeminly functional massage, but not at all what I was expecting. It was a sporadic combination of pressure points and ineffective massaging, with a purpose. The reception was friendly, too, but either uninformed or just misinforming. It would have been a reasonable experience had it been everyones first day, but I dont believe this was the case. Id only recommend this location to anyone without expectations. All in all, quite disappointing. Ill give them another shot in the future as perhaps this experience wasnt the norm.
There’s a women named Cleo. Very rude. Does not know how to treat customers or people. I was extremely nice to her and in exchanged I got the nastiest attitude ever. How does someone like Cleo work in a establishment like this? I’ve been working in customer service for a long time. Even in the heated situations, I still keep my composure. For her to go out her way to be so rude to me when I’m being polite is crazy like her.

This is the worst location by far. Every time i have an appt theres always an issue with the masseuse. The manager was not sympathetic. She was rude disrespectful and she wasnt willing to accommodate my schedule appt. They cant give a name of a manager or an owner to speak with. They refuse to accommodate my giving time and gave me a late appt for the day which i couldnt make it. Very bad business. Not even worth the 1 star rating.

I love massages, but i asked for deep and the masseuse kept trying to talk me into getting a Swedish massage. Even though I insisted that i wanted a deep tissue he proceeded to rub my back for 45 minutes 😕 I don’t need to pay 85 for someone to rub my back for 45 mins😒

Hi book with this massage in the location most often. I’ve been very happy with Kayla who does medium to deep tissue massage.
The young lady at the counter was so worried about up selling that she gave me misleading information. It took me going to the website in front of her for you to be forthcoming.
This location is one of the better massage envys. The front desk staff are very helpful. The masseuse schwartz is very good at deep tissue.
Unfortunately, the person who handles the phone and front desk completely lacks of sympathy or customer service skills, she always has an attitude over the phone and Im not sure why people like this get hire to deal with customers.
