I recently had my eyebrows done by Mary at Lotus day spa and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mary is truly skilled and took the time to ensure that my brows were perfectly shaped and suited to my face. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.Not only is Mary incredibly talented, but she’s also warm and friendly, which made the experience even better. She listened carefully to what I wanted and provided helpful suggestions to achieve the best look. The end result was flawless—my brows have never looked this good!If you’re looking for someone who really knows how to shape and style brows, I highly recommend Mary. I’ll definitely be returning to her for future appointments!

My husband and I have gone there twice for couples massages and we are very happy with the massages we’ve had. The massage therapists are professional, friendly and very accommodating. We are definitely going to be going back since it’s pretty close to us.

I purchased a 60 minute Swedish massage from Groupon, and let me tell you, it mas the best Massage Ive ever had!!! Lorrany is soooo good, and shes so sweet too. I loved the vibe of the place, the environment and how nice both girls were. Before I left I already booked my next massage with Lorrany. Her technique was amazing, and Ill always come Back to this spa!

This place is such a hidden gem. I have driven past it for years and finally went in for the first time a few months ago. I have been back multiple times because the massage is so amazing. If you have the opportunity to get a massage with Lorrany, do it! She is incredible.

This place is amazing!! First off- its all in one, pedicure, manicure, waxing and massage?! Hard to find a place that does it all let alone does it all nicely. I can not say enough about how wonderful Janice and her team are. She is super caring about every piece of the experience. She did a magnificent job on my toes and Lilian was amazing with my massage. My eyebrows were also done so nicely. I will be making this my go to place for everything and make sure to support her business.

Just left lotus day spa for one hour deep tissue. It was amazing. Lorrany was my Masseuse and she was amazing. She knew exactly where I was sore and hurting and she did an amazing job. Go check them out for a nice deep tissue massage.

This WAS my place to come and get a relaxing reflexology massage. I came in today and was treated well. The masseuse did a great job. I explained that although I booked the swedish, the way I had to lay was uncomfortable. So we changed it to a reflexology foot massage (which I was happy to get). When it was time to pay, I had a Groupon (unfortunately for the swedish) and I guess I thought it would be easy to use in place of the swedish. NOT! There apparently was no way to just use the Groupon for the replacement service (that by the way was very similar in price). So I ended up having to pay for the service outside of the Groupon which ruined the service experience for me entirely. And Im thinking what if all I had was the Groupon? Then I wouldve been stuck or the police wouldve been called. I think after this experience I will take a nice hiatus from Lotus Day Spa as theyve shown theyre not accommodating when needed.

Purchased a 60 minute Swedish massage from Groupon. Best massage I have had in a long time. I normally do not fall asleep but I knocked out twice. I highly recommend coming here if your truly trying to relax and unwind from a long day

I had the best facial done at Lotus Day Spa using my classpass with Daniela. She was amazing and she removed everything! I havent had an extraction like this in a long time. Clean inside. I would definitely ask for Daniela for extractions so satisfying.

My first time at this spa has been nothing less thank amazing. Dani is very good at what she does.I booked and got an appointment same day.The outside is nothing like the inside of this place.My Swedish massage is by far one of the best massage I’ve experienced.Highly recommend this spa.

My mother and I came here for Swedish massage for Mother’s Day weekend and were very impressed! One of the best massages I’ve had. Booking was very easy, they surprisingly had a lot of openings for the weekend and the massage was great.

Hmm, let me start of by saying the staff was very nice! I decided to check out this place because my normal spa was fully booked and couldn’t get me in last minute; the reviews here were pretty good so I thought I’d give it a go. Well.. the inside is quite run down if you actually look around, the smell was off putting (moldy? Old standing water?), the rooms were a good size but were cluttered with tons of products, it was freeeeezing inside and the tables weren’t heated. :(I get deep tissue massages weekly, so I know a good massage when I have one. This one was very underwhelming, not very much pressure was applied so it felt like I was just getting oil rubbed all over my body. This place has potential, it’s just not for me.

I would give this less than one star if it were available. We called to make appointments and asked if they would accept Groupons. They instructed us not to purchase the Groupons but to come in and they would honor the Groupon price. We made appointments at the same time for two massages. Once we got there though, they said they would only accept one Groupon price the other person had to pay full price. They took us back to the room where we where to have our massages side-by-side. The room was cold. My masseuse had very cold hands and I told her that several times. She only used warm will one time and the rest of the massage, 80%, she used cold oil. I wouldnt even qualify what I had as a massage; it was more of a rub down. I told her I would like a deep tissue massage and she said it would be an extra $10. I said okay, but immediately she started jamming her elbows into me and really hurting me. When I requested the massages I told them that I would prefer a man because I like deep tissue massages and their hands were usually stronger. I do not like somebodys boney elbows digging into me. She hurt me several times and I told her to stop and just go back to a regular massage. As I stated earlier, it was not a massage. There was no muscle massaging at all. Basically she rubbed oil on my body. Although they had relaxation music playing it was such a noisy location. You could hear loud booming stereos from vehicles outside the building. You get here all the sirens in traffic up and down the street. This was a total waste of my time and money. I did not leave relaxed or massaged. It would have been better just to go to the mall and get a $30 chair massage.

Ms. Pam is Amazing! She gave me a full body massage and a deep pore facial. She treated me like royalty and made me feel so comfortable. I feel so pampered, relaxed, and loved! Her personality is out of this world- just a pleasure to be around and a sweetheart. My ride was running late and she didnt rush me out the door. She gave me water and asked me to please continue to relax until my friend arrived. This place is awesome! Thank you Ms. Pam!!!

The ladies who provided my boyfriend and I with our pedicures and facials were all SUPER welcoming and friendly. I felt like I’ve known them for years! Our appointment was relaxing and the space was very clean and comforting. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

We visited Lotus Day Spa while on vacation in Pompano. My daughter and I were able to get an appointment the same day we called. The service they provided was exceptional. My daughters nails looked perfect and my massage was incredibly therapeutic. They made us feel like regular clients. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it!

Anna and the dark long-haired girl (with tattoos) who I cant remember the name of - are simply amazing. They most certainly have magic hands! I have been coming here for over a year now, and never been disappointed. In fact, these girls have sorted out my tired body, muscle knots & general feeling of well-being. My Friend Vic and I went for a full pamper and we had the works! It was amazing. Pam did an awesome foot reflex, full body and pedicure for me. Julianna did the reflex and Massage and it was the best Bic had ever had. Janice finished her up with a pedicure. We feel like new ladies! Will book often. I recommend these ladies to anyone in the area for a wonderful relaxing afternoon.

I’m so happy I discovered this beautiful neighborhood spa and nail salon. The owner is a perfectionist and has a wonderful positive personality. The massage I had was amazing and exactly as requested. My gel nails and pedicure are still perfect after weeks! I will be returning on a regular basis and recommending this gem to family and friends!

I had a massive migraine today. Called Lotus, and they got me in within 30 minutes. Ive had my fair share of massages, and by far, without a doubt, Bianca is the ABSOLUTE BEST masseuse Ive ever had. My migraine is completely gone. And for a ridiculously affordable price. I will be back!!!! (And I NEVER leave reviews! Thats how awesome she is!!) =)

I got off from work @ 6:30pm and was trying to find a place to do my nails. I had no luck until I called Lotus Day Spa, and was surprised that she said yes she could take me in. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Janice, and she was so friendly and nice. I had a good conversation with her and my experience was a positive one so I’ll definitely be back. I have been going to Lotus since I moved to the area, I stopped getting massages because I couldnt find anyone who could work out the knots in my back for less than $150 and I couldnt afford that every two weeks.Lotus was a God send!!! I get my nails done, a foot and body massage and super friendly service every time I go. With an appointment youre usually the only one there and they give you their undivided attention. If you walk in you may need to wait a little but its worth it.Treat yourself.

Definitely under impressived. The lady left me on the table for about 15 minutes to answer phones. She stated she stepped out to heat the hot stones. We had an appt. Why did it take 15 minutes to heat stones. Services were done with the lights on. Will not be coming back nor reccomending.

I come to this location regularly for foot massages, back massages and couples massages with my wife. The employees are always receptive to feedback - focus on this spot, harder/lighter, etc. The prices are very reasonable and there are good deals for people who buy packages, including the option to combine multiple packages together.Important things to remember:a) the massages are inexpensive compared to other places for a reason. If you want to be treated like royalty, go to a place that charges appropriately,b) They have coupon and special price on their website, book online will save money.c) A little secret , leave a positive feedback, receive a $5 off coupon.d) and dont forget to leave a tip! :0

I went here on vacation for a last minute facial and massage and I’m bummed I’m not local because this was the best I’ve gotten in a while! I’m very picky about massages and the therapist did a wonderful job, I didn’t have to give much instruction and when I did she really listened. After that they did the facial and she really knew her stuff! I left feeling like mush in the best way and I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again

I had the best experience here. I called to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick facial and they made room for me right away. Everyone was very professional and friendly and the establishment was very clean and lovely. My facial was amazing and the price is such a steal. I recommend this spa to everyone, such a gem.

Im absolutely speechless after walking into this so-called spa. im sitting in my car trying to recap what just happened in there. i walked in and simply asked if they had availability for a fill in and a pedicure. the front desk woman was SO rude and said she had other clients to take care of (another guy walked in BEHIND me) but she would check her schedule. i felt totally unwelcomed and her tone of voice was so rushed and superior, like i wasnt good enough to be in that spa. she then came back and said she had an opening and to start picking out my colors, but also said i would have to wait until the technician came back from lunch. the first interaction we had still bothered me so i told her nevermind and ill find somewhere else to go. she then proceeded to say in the most condescending manner thank you SO much, goodbye which was the cherry on top of my experience. i was really excited to check this place out cause of the great reviews. but im definitely not recommending this place to anyone and if i could give them 0 stars, i would.

When I got there Ithought about giving up. lilian who received me was very nice so I decided to stay. She did a good massage. But these place looks dirty and smell not good . Any way I never come back.

Wifey got me an Hour long foot massage and it was amazing I actually fell asleep (snoring included). Even though it was a foot massage they still massage your shoulders and arms including palms. I would definitely recommend this to anybody I really needed this since we just got back from a weekend trip to New York City and walked a gazillion miles.

I purchased a Christmas gift from them for my wife. Very easy to find, corner business, and the employees were very friendly and helped me out a great deal. We even got a free gift from them for making an appointment.

I found them on Groupon and I must say I am very pleased. I called short notice and they where able to get me in same day. I have a state exam coming up Wednesday and I wanted to be relaxed on that day. I thank to the Mosusa I am ready. My goal is to make it back once a month. Thank you ladies for a relaxing experience.

By far the worst service I have ever had. An older American lady who massaged me was not only sick with a cold and breathing on me,but also was falling to sleep on the job. She was slouched over and just had her hands on my feet. When I would move or breath hard she would start to move her fingers. I felt bad but when it really got out of hand and I felt nothing but a touch I took off my mask and startled her from her dozing off. She was offended I asked her if she was ok and the other lady in the end when asked me what happened didnt seem to care what I had Informed her. My friend who came with me also told me my masseuse had gone to get a towel and was just standing there for 7 minutes staring into space. Very unprofessional. My masseuse only cared that she would now get Into trouble. I dont need an excuse or response back from this place, just want everyone to be aware where they spend their money!

I was there when this young girl walk-in to the spa, Janice was trying hard to put her in to the busy schedule for Father’s Day weekend , she didn’t show any bad attitude to this girl, just telling her to go ahead pick up the polish and another lady will be back in second to start her pedicure, then this girl leaves with no reason. Will, I not try to explain the whole story, but I know how difficult to build the business right now, this girl may not know how much a bad review could hurt to the business. Everyone can post whatever they want, but please tell the truth and JANICE, you always got us on your back.We know how much you care about your clients and let’s move on.

I recently had the greatest experience today at Lotus Day Spa. I have chronic tilted pelvic requiring therapeutic massage and chiropractic adjustment. They incorporate Brazilian massage technique which I now have learned superior to any other massage technique I have ever experienced.I was fortunate to have had Lilian as my therapist.I came with leg pain and left pain free. I moved from New York, this place was definitely the best massage i have ever got. I initially came in for the great new client rate but had to come back two weeks after ny it was just that good. Clean and friendly enviroment! Im going to look into buying one of their packages and VIP card so i can come offen.
