Started coming in this store about a year ago and they are fantastic! DJ even brought in a flavor I wanted and couldn’t find. All the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely my go-to vape store and they have everything else you could want. Five stars!!!!!

Ive been shopping here for months now, and by far the best pricing and deals in town. We all stop somewhere close when we are out of our items, and I regret it every time that I do it. Anywhere else I have gone doesnt have the deals like 1st Wave does. Take the extra drive to get the price you deserve!

This location has lots to choose from. Customer service is top-notch. They are always helpful and makes me feel like I’m part of the family. Joey always has a smile on his face. Will make this my home away from home, shop. 5 stars!

I can’t say this enough about 1st Wave Vapor. DJ the (main manager) of the stores has always helped me in times I was going through hard times and he makes sure that the Vape Juice,Coils, and MODs I love is always in stock for me every month. Most of all makes sure that all the other employees know who I am especially because I have been a dedicated and loyal customer I am because of the amazing services and they makes sure they take great care of me and the same for each customer, so much so I will only buy my juices, coils, or Vape MODs at their stores for all those reasons.They really nice and always take care of all their loyal and new customers like myself. DJ still till this day (going on 7 years) has always made sure that I’m able to get what I need and works with me by helping me in anyway he can. Which speaks for itself self. We love this place! The store is clean, offering a large variety of products and the customer service was exceptional. Every time we have gone, we were taken care of by Joe. I have relatives who suffer from severe back pain and insomnia, and the product. he recommended hit it out of the ballpark. No pain and my sister-in-law said she could sleep through the night. Every time we visit her in North Carolina, we have to stop in at 1st Vapor to get her gummys. Theyve got something for everyone. Great products, reasonably priced, consistent quality with exceptional customer service. Some great Christmas gifts in this store for someone who is hard to shop for, but can use some help in feeling better.

This smoke shop is everything I wanted and more! Fantastic customer service, I had bought a 2 products and they became defective, they allowed me to get a replacement with no hassle. Not to mention great variety and prices. Which was a perfect fit for me because sadly I became legally disabled back in 2011, so things don’t come as easily as it used to be when I first started vaping. They helped me switch from smoking cigarettes to a vape setup along with the juices that was perfect for me. Since then they have always helped me out to get what I need, working with me during these hard times. Now, I’ve been going to their stores for over 7 years and have been to 2 of their locations in Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale beach on A1A stores.That in itself shows how much they care about their guests and are not there to just sell products, but to create a comfortable space, taking the time to make sure they educate each guest and understands what they are looking for even if the customer isn’t sure what they need with new flavors and Tech like Vaping MODs which is so important.As an Network Engineer/Manager for Network Engineering teams for over 30 years, I have always said that “Greatness’s comes from the top down starting from Justin (The Owner) to DJ (the General Manager)” that leads and trains their employees as well as picking the right employees that will keep those same Morals & Respect when it comes to taking care of all their guests and all their needs, especially their loyal guests that keep coming back.All you have to do is ask them to keep your favorite Vape Flavors, parts for your MODs always in stock for when you come back for refills. They always do their best to make it happen. Which is why I only shop at their stores. For all these years, they have always worked with me during my tough times getting new MODs to the juices I love to always be in stock and at amazing prices each month. I can’t express how much it means to me that 1st Wave has helped me so much over the years, and still to this day, they have been there for me all thanks to them!So be sure to look them up and check them out, just ask for DJ or any of their amazing employees and I’m sure you will be amazed at how educated they are. By far the best Vape shop experience I have had in a long time. The young man that waited on me was very knowledgeable, and very helpful, I drive a truck for a living, I dont get to this area very much but I can guarantee you that the next time I do I will be back. Oh and the prices are awesome

Justin and Joe were a lifesaver. Im traveling and I needed a rare item that they happened to have. Their service was exceptional.

I been a customer for 6 years. Recently, I brought an electronic cigarette (1 of many during 6 years) and is leaking oil since day 1. When I try to exchange the device, Justin said NO and offer to sale me one at half a price or give me a new tank. That didnt stop the leaking. The point is that Justin cant understand the stains on my clothes, bed, sofa, etc. already surpass the 80 of the darn pen. Now, dont let business take advantage. Dont ever trust the do you want a receipt Hell yes!!! Dont let him bully you. Call your bank, let them see the amount you spent in 6 yrs, and they will take the purchase away from Justin. Im not a child and was insulted by this place as if I was 18. I dont lie, Im 1/2 a century, and trusted this place. Owed by a veteran? What a shame!! Bullies!!! Nothing like a soldier. Never!

I’m from New Jersey and this is now the only vape shop I come to when I’m in town. They are hands down the best! I’ve been coming here once or twice a year for three years and I love them. Alex has helped me every time I have went into the store. A couple months ago I told her exactly what I was looking for in a vape and she recommended the perfect one I ran out of the coils and didn’t remember them and every time she helps me find the coils for my vape. First wave vapor is definitly one of the best and my favorite shop to go to. Been going there about 2 years now and have never been unhappy with service Ive received from Mike for the past 2 years and has always known what he was talking about and great at helping get going at whatever stage your at. and all the guys who have worked there over the years have helped tremendously. Its always a good price and quality when it comes from first wave and a cool place to just hangout too. I walked into store and started looking at the very beautiful collection of glasses. After 15 seconds very kind, helpful, and resourceful Mila greets us and tells us about she can help us. While multitasking she explains the pricing on merchandise I was looking at. She gave great tips and made sure to look up prices to make sure she was informing us of the correct information. Never been to such a welcoming environment for a Vape shaped 1st Wave Vapor Smoke Shop Id the shop for me anyday!! Mila honestly makes me feel like I can come back and not be a bother at all !!

Things were all well and good until I had issues with the devices (yes, plural) that I bought here. They dont stand behind their products when they malfunction, come up with a new excuse every time for why its your own fault, and then charge you for replacements anyway. Worst customer service of any vape shop in the area. They are very condescending.

Stoped in for a coiling kit to build a rda, they had no clue what I was talking about without a full explanation. They tryed to call the other shop to see if they had one and over heard em call it one of those super old ones rdas are still a modern thing.

Had some anxiety that was getting worse. Thought Id try CBD so went to 1st Wave Vapor in Pompano Beach to try it.. Store manager recommended Baton chewable. Used the recommended dosage and within 1 day my anxiety was cemetery gone...so amazing! Five stars!!!

Best vaping experience I have ever had in visiting a store. These guys know it all and have it all! They have helped me quit tobacco and many others! Ive been going here since they opened, they really are the best.They have their own line of juice thats amazing. Its a 50/50 pg/vg mix so its lighter than most juices in youre not into higher vg, or your device cant handle thicker juices. I recommend Sex Fruit or seven. Didnt really realize how good it really was until we were out of town and had to buy juice elsewhere. We ended up ordering it over the phone and had it shipped from their Pompano Store. Nick and Kenny made the phone transaction seamless and I received the amazing juice while on vacation.They also have cbd, water pipes, and plenty of devices. We just got the Smok RPM 40 after recommendation from Nick. Great call! Love it!!!

Had a great experience with this vapor shop. called ahead and spoke with jonathan about some issues regarding my mod, he talked me through everything. I ended up coming in and the mod wasn’t vice able but he got me set up with a new device and I couldn’t be happier. I will be returning and making this my norma vapor store, incredible hospitality

I discovered New Wave one week ago online. Their e-juice is awesome. I was able to sample just about all of their juices. I decided to get the 5 juice deal, and I had a hard time picking 5 because they are all really good. Settled on Big Red Rush, Grape PB & J, Ridgeline, Turkish Sweet, and Menage a Trois. Very satisfied with all five,As good as the juice is, the customer service is even better. Dave and Justin are very knowledgeable on their products, and they are genuinely friendly and want their customers to have a good experience.I bought 2 throw-away tanks last week, and one wouldnt work with my ego-t battery. Today I brought it back. It worked with their batteries (figures!). I had no receipt with me either. They exchanged it and gave me an upgraded tank with a spring. I also bought a protank 2 mini. The price was right.Im happy I no longer have to go to Palm Beach County to take care of my vaping needs. 5 stars easily!

Ive only been here one time (so far), but the service is great. The guy was super nice. The prices are a bit higher then I normally pay (I go to Boca Vapes), but the juice is definitely worth the price. Its delicious!

Bought a vapor cig from this place. It leaked from day one constantly. Took back and they looked at it and said nothing was wrong with it. Went to another store and bought the same vapor cig. Took it apart and realized the one from this place that was sold to me was missing two rubber pieces. Thats why it leaks constantly. They couldnt figure it out yet wouldnt exchange it out. So i no longer shop there. Hard to find decent honest vapor shops. Very sad.
